0:01:54 > 0:01:56And then through Wednesday night into Thursday,
0:01:56 > 0:01:59we've got this warm front just drifting its way
0:01:59 > 0:02:00across the north of the UK.
0:02:00 > 0:02:01We'll see this wedge
0:02:01 > 0:02:03of relatively mild air heading our way
0:02:03 > 0:02:05so I think we'll see those temperatures, well,
0:02:05 > 0:02:07relatively mild, I suppose, through Thursday,
0:02:07 > 0:02:08then on until Friday,
0:02:08 > 0:02:10but the colder air is lurking
0:02:10 > 0:02:12just out to the west of us
0:02:12 > 0:02:13and that'll be arriving
0:02:13 > 0:02:14late in the day on Friday.
0:02:14 > 0:02:16Thursday looks like a pretty reasonable day.
0:02:16 > 0:02:18Yes, a fair bit of cloud, but a lot of dry weather
0:02:18 > 0:02:20to be had and not so windy
0:02:20 > 0:02:21and double figures for many of us.
0:02:21 > 0:02:23Thickening cloud out towards the west
0:02:23 > 0:02:24brings a little bit of rainfall
0:02:24 > 0:02:27and the winds will be picking up late Thursday
0:02:27 > 0:02:28and on into Friday.
0:02:28 > 0:02:30Through Friday the winds get even stronger.
0:02:30 > 0:02:32We are looking at gales developing
0:02:32 > 0:02:33across the north and west of the UK
0:02:33 > 0:02:35and we also are going to see some rain
0:02:35 > 0:02:37and some of that could be quite heavy.
0:02:37 > 0:02:39It will start off in the north-west.
0:02:39 > 0:02:40We'll all see rain during Friday.
0:02:40 > 0:02:42It will drift its way from the north-west
0:02:42 > 0:02:43towards the south-east
0:02:43 > 0:02:44and it will begin to push
0:02:44 > 0:02:45that mild air out of the way.
0:02:45 > 0:02:47So colder air comes in behind this cold front,
0:02:47 > 0:02:48a chilly start to the day
0:02:48 > 0:02:50for many of us on Saturday and again,
0:02:50 > 0:02:51it's still pretty windy,
0:02:51 > 0:02:54so a blustery day but a dry and bright start
0:02:54 > 0:02:56for many eastern areas, but chilly,
0:02:56 > 0:02:58and then out west the next system arrives
0:02:58 > 0:03:00and that is going to bring thickening clouds,
0:03:00 > 0:03:01strengthening winds
0:03:01 > 0:03:03and some rain, snow on the Scottish hills.
0:03:03 > 0:03:06And then onto the second part of the weekend.
0:03:06 > 0:03:07We've got this very powerful jet stream
0:03:07 > 0:03:09drifting across the North Atlantic.
0:03:09 > 0:03:12It's going to bring some unsettled weather with it,
0:03:12 > 0:03:15a series of low pressure systems coming along with that jet stream,
0:03:15 > 0:03:18and that's going to last into the early part of next week.
0:03:18 > 0:03:20Very unsettled conditions,
0:03:20 > 0:03:21windy, could be gales at times
0:03:21 > 0:03:23for some of us, some rain moving through
0:03:23 > 0:03:25as well, but timings will be
0:03:25 > 0:03:26difficult at this stage,
0:03:26 > 0:03:27given the strength
