0:00:02 > 0:00:04Over the past week, we've had changeable weather.

0:00:04 > 0:00:06Sunny spells at times

0:00:06 > 0:00:08but also plenty of wet weather around, too.

0:00:08 > 0:00:10And that story stays with us through the weekend.

0:00:10 > 0:00:11Things are still looking unsettled.

0:00:11 > 0:00:15A series of weather fronts here in the Atlantic

0:00:15 > 0:00:17pushing into western areas initially.

0:00:17 > 0:00:19That means we'll see spells of rain on Saturday

0:00:19 > 0:00:22working north-eastwards, gradually, across much of the country.

0:00:22 > 0:00:24The heaviest of the rain likely to be in the west -

0:00:24 > 0:00:27over the hills of the south west of England, Wales,

0:00:27 > 0:00:29northern England and Scotland, too,

0:00:29 > 0:00:31with many strong winds in this zone.

0:00:31 > 0:00:32The south-east of England, and East Anglia,

0:00:32 > 0:00:35should stay largely dry and fine for a good part of the day.

0:00:35 > 0:00:38Relatively humid - 18 or 19 degrees.

0:00:38 > 0:00:41A return to sunshine and showers from the north west later on.

0:00:41 > 0:00:43For the FA Cup final, later on Saturday,

0:00:43 > 0:00:47there is a chance we could catch some showery rain at Wembley.

0:00:47 > 0:00:48But a bit of uncertainty

0:00:48 > 0:00:51about the detail of the weekend's rain.

0:00:51 > 0:00:53There is a chance that some showers in the south east

0:00:53 > 0:00:55could be heavy and thundery through Saturday evening.

0:00:55 > 0:00:58Gradually easing their way off towards the east

0:00:58 > 0:01:00as we head through the early hours of Sunday.

0:01:00 > 0:01:03To start off Sunday morning, a fresher feel to the weather.

0:01:03 > 0:01:05Clearer skies and more in the way of sunshine,

0:01:05 > 0:01:07certainly compared to Saturday.

0:01:07 > 0:01:09So, on reflection,

0:01:09 > 0:01:11looking like an improved sort of day for most places.

0:01:11 > 0:01:13There will still be some heavy showers around,

0:01:13 > 0:01:16particularly for parts of southern and south-west England.

0:01:16 > 0:01:17Also, further north,

0:01:17 > 0:01:20Wales, Northern Ireland, Scotland could catch some showers.

0:01:20 > 0:01:21Nowhere immune to a shower

0:01:21 > 0:01:25but there will be plenty of dry weather in between those showers

0:01:25 > 0:01:28and temperatures between around about 13 to 18 Celsius.

0:01:28 > 0:01:31A touch lower than they have been over the past couple of days.

0:01:31 > 0:01:33Then, as we look towards the new working week -

0:01:33 > 0:01:35Sunday night into Monday - what we are going to see

0:01:35 > 0:01:40is weather fronts moving away towards the east.

0:01:40 > 0:01:42to the north and west of the UK.

0:01:42 > 0:01:44And that's going to be really driving our weather

0:01:44 > 0:01:46through the first part of the new week.

0:01:46 > 0:01:48For Monday, still a chance of some showers

0:01:48 > 0:01:50around the south east of England.

0:01:50 > 0:01:51And then a lot of dry weather on the cards.

0:01:51 > 0:01:53A bit of a northerly airflow developing,

0:01:53 > 0:01:55so that'll make it feel quite chilly

0:01:55 > 0:01:58around these eastern coasts exposed to that northerly breeze.

0:01:58 > 0:02:01Still a chance of a few showers. Lots of dry weather

0:02:01 > 0:02:02with the best of the sunshine, probably,

0:02:02 > 0:02:05for western Scotland down towards Wales,

0:02:05 > 0:02:06the South West of England, too.

0:02:06 > 0:02:08Temperatures around 17 degrees

0:02:08 > 0:02:10but feeling that bit cooler around eastern coasts.

0:02:10 > 0:02:12A similar story for Tuesday -

0:02:12 > 0:02:14high pressure generally in charge.

0:02:14 > 0:02:16Largely dry, still a chance of catching a shower

0:02:16 > 0:02:19and that cool, northerly breeze bringing temperatures down

0:02:19 > 0:02:22around Easter parts of England and Scotland, too.

0:02:22 > 0:02:25So high pressure stays with us as we head into Wednesday.

0:02:25 > 0:02:27But we're going to see a bit of a change in wind direction.

0:02:27 > 0:02:29More of a north-easterly wind

0:02:29 > 0:02:31and that could well bring a spell of rain

0:02:31 > 0:02:34for some central and northern parts of the country, potentially,

0:02:34 > 0:02:35during the course of Wednesday.

0:02:35 > 0:02:39Either side of that, we should keep some drier and brighter weather.

0:02:39 > 0:02:40But late next week,

0:02:40 > 0:02:42our weather is going to be driven by the fact

0:02:42 > 0:02:45that we'll have low pressure out to the south west of the UK,

0:02:45 > 0:02:47drawing in a south-easterly airflow.

0:02:47 > 0:02:49That'll affect the southern half of the country.

0:02:49 > 0:02:51So relatively mild, if not warm, here.

0:02:51 > 0:02:54Further north, the winds coming from more of an easterly direction,

0:02:54 > 0:02:58bringing a slightly cooler airflow and the chance of rain at times.

0:02:58 > 0:03:00But, by the end of next week,

0:03:00 > 0:03:02that warmth will be pushing in towards the south east

0:03:02 > 0:03:04but equally not dry all the time.

0:03:04 > 0:03:06There'll be some thunderstorms likely,

0:03:06 > 0:03:08pushing in from a southerly direction.

0:03:08 > 0:03:10Further north, it'll be that little bit cooler and fresher

0:03:10 > 0:03:13but it's here that we'll see that little bit more

0:03:13 > 0:03:15in the way of sunshine on offer.

0:03:15 > 0:03:18So, as we look towards the end of next week, next weekend too,

0:03:18 > 0:03:20temperatures at last will start to warm up.

0:03:20 > 0:03:22There'll be some sunshine but equally some heavy rain,

0:03:22 > 0:03:24possibly some thunderstorms.

0:03:24 > 0:03:27That'll be most likely for some southern and south eastern parts.

0:03:27 > 0:03:28Bye-bye.

0:03:30 > 0:03:31Tanya Byron continues to separate couples desperate to save themselves

0:03:31 > 0:03:34Tanya Byron continues to separate couples desperate to save themselves

0:03:34 > 0:03:36and their relationships.

0:03:36 > 0:03:38I hate what I see in that mirror.

0:03:38 > 0:03:39It's make or break.

0:03:39 > 0:03:42If he's not changed, me and Pete aren't going to work.

0:03:42 > 0:03:46But can this experiment transform their unhealthy lifestyles?
