:02:55. > :02:58.Among the names read out in Paris was Hugo.

:02:59. > :03:03.At Montpellier University, he was remembered not just

:03:04. > :03:06.as a victim but as a student with a passion for punk rock.

:05:11. > :05:12.France has said for the first time that forces loyal

:05:13. > :05:15.to the Syrian Government could be part of the campaign on the ground.

:05:54. > :05:57.regime? In the last hour, President Hollande

:05:58. > :06:02.has called on the British parliamentarians to join the fight

:06:03. > :06:11.against IS. He said he hopes MPs will meet the request of President

:06:12. > :06:27.bat-mac Prime Minister Cameron. -- Prime Minister Cameron.

:06:28. > :06:29.Mr Hollande has already agreed with Russian's President Putin that

:06:30. > :06:31.the two countries should co-ordinate their military actions

:07:19. > :07:19.from Ankara. This crisis may seriously hit

:07:20. > :07:22.the economy in the southern coastal resort of Antalya in Turkey,

:07:25. > :07:30.Olga Ivshina has this report. If you walk around the streets here

:07:31. > :07:33.you may think that Russia is a language of 30. Four years, this

:07:34. > :07:39.resort has been the most popular destination for Russian tourists.

:07:40. > :07:45.There are leading international buyers of property in Antalya but

:07:46. > :07:49.Russians are now quickly selling. TRANSLATION: The Russians in Antalya

:07:50. > :07:53.are starting to panic. The Facebook group is looking to sell the

:07:54. > :07:56.property. This is a good time to buy flats. I hope that things get back

:07:57. > :08:05.to normal soon and we will not have to change the way that we live.

:08:06. > :08:12.For more than 70,000 Russian speakers who now live in Antalya,

:08:13. > :08:16.the stakes are extremely high. Stormy. This is probably the best

:08:17. > :08:20.word to describe the current relations between Ankara and Moscow

:08:21. > :08:24.after Turkey downed a Russian military jet. As political

:08:25. > :08:29.conditions get worse, more and more businessmen in Antalya are worried

:08:30. > :08:36.about their future. This holiday season is over. So, many hotels

:08:37. > :08:46.close for renovation. However, nobody knows how many of them will

:08:47. > :08:53.open next spring. This man runs a hotel with his wife. They made zero

:08:54. > :08:56.profit this year. TRANSLATION: Over the last few years we use the

:08:57. > :09:00.customers who would stay two times each year. But because of the week

:09:01. > :09:10.rouble they have only come once and some have not come at all. White mac

:09:11. > :09:14.this man runs his cafe in Antalya. He is proud Russians are coming here

:09:15. > :09:19.with their families and he is really disappointed with the officials.

:09:20. > :09:25.Suggesting Turkey has become dangerous for Russian citizens.

:09:26. > :09:29.If something bad happens, my talk is friends and I are to patrol the

:09:30. > :09:35.streets in order to protect any Russians. There is absolutely

:09:36. > :09:38.nothing to be afraid of. While politicians practice using

:09:39. > :09:42.strong language, Russians and talks in Antalya try to find ways to live

:09:43. > :09:51.their lives side-by-side as they used to.

:09:52. > :09:57.Reports from northern Nigeria see a suicide bomber has blown himself up

:09:58. > :10:01.in the middle of the procession causing casualties. At least 21

:10:02. > :10:05.people are believed to have been killed.

:10:06. > :10:07.Pope Francis has arrived in Uganda for the second leg

:10:08. > :10:15.There was a warm welcome for the pontiff at Entebbe

:10:16. > :10:18.He also held a huge youth rally at Kasarani Stadium.

:10:19. > :10:21.In Uganda he spoke to government officials and local church leaders

:10:22. > :10:42.It promises, it hopes, it struggles. Its achievements. The world looks to

:10:43. > :10:47.Africa as the continent of hope. Catherine Byaruhanga is in Kampala

:10:48. > :10:59.for us. Give us a flavour of the atmosphere

:11:00. > :11:03.and welcome the Pope received? It has been a very loud welcome with

:11:04. > :11:09.lots of music and dancing. Where I am at the moment that a Catholic

:11:10. > :11:13.shrine. He was here one hour ago. There were crowds of thousands of

:11:14. > :11:18.people, singers, traditional dancers, some have composed songs

:11:19. > :11:24.for the Pope. Just as he was driving into Kampala, thousands of people

:11:25. > :11:32.lined the streets. His choice of car in Uganda is actually a small black

:11:33. > :11:36.Kia and Ugandans have been sharing images of this on social media. I

:11:37. > :11:39.understand there are two big issues that Ugandans have been telling you

:11:40. > :11:45.that they would like the Pope to address, tell us more about this,

:11:46. > :11:50.please. Yes, the first one is corruption. As we have seen, the

:11:51. > :11:55.Pope taught in Kenya and that is a big issue. Some of the people I have

:11:56. > :12:00.spoke to this morning have said that they would like the Pope to give a

:12:01. > :12:04.message to government and business leaders to do more to take care of

:12:05. > :12:10.the country's natural wealth. He spoke a bit about that in his speech

:12:11. > :12:16.at State house. The other issue is the elections. We are in a campaign

:12:17. > :12:19.season. Voting will take place in February. Some of those we spoke to

:12:20. > :12:23.live like the pontiff to really sort of mediate with different political

:12:24. > :12:28.leaders to make sure that the process is free and fair and that it

:12:29. > :12:30.is peaceful. OK, thank you very much for that

:12:31. > :12:35.update. The International Criminal Court in

:12:36. > :12:38.The Hague is one of the few global She's Fatou Bensouda,

:12:39. > :12:41.a lawyer from the Gambia who's now The ICC's critics say it is slow

:12:42. > :12:46.and expensive. There's been controversy because

:12:47. > :12:49.so far all its cases have come As part of our 100 Women series,

:12:50. > :12:52.Fatou Bensouda's been speaking to Zeinab Badawi about justice, gender,

:12:53. > :12:54.race and the challenges of leading an institution that is

:12:55. > :13:11.rarely out of the news. There are a few cases which were

:13:12. > :13:16.very, very difficult and marketing me a lot. I have done the rape of a

:13:17. > :13:22.school girl by the teacher in the school toilet and from the very

:13:23. > :13:27.beginning, I just felt that this should not be happening. We must do

:13:28. > :13:33.everything that we can to should not be happening. We must do

:13:34. > :13:40.that this kind of crime is held to account. -- it marks to me a lot.

:13:41. > :13:42.When you were in Gambia, did you think you would end up the head of

:13:43. > :13:48.the criminal court? think you would end up the head of

:13:49. > :13:54.time but what was clear to think you would end up the head of

:13:55. > :14:00.time was that I wanted to contribute to justice and social welfare. I

:14:01. > :14:05.wanted to serve. I wanted something to do with women, how could I help

:14:06. > :14:08.and contribute? So, I think this is an opportune moment and really, a

:14:09. > :14:14.privilege, to be in this position and to be able to serve as I thought

:14:15. > :14:18.about it when I was growing up. With respect to my work, I hardly

:14:19. > :14:26.think about my gender, I must tell you. But I believe also, as a woman,

:14:27. > :14:32.and putting emphasis on certain crimes like sexual and gender based

:14:33. > :14:40.crimes, I believe my gender has helped me to ensure that I draw a

:14:41. > :14:44.line under this and a visit to a strategic level, one of the

:14:45. > :14:49.strategic goals of my office and I put an emphasis on that. I am sure,

:14:50. > :14:55.perhaps if I was a man, or if a man was sitting here, they would do the

:14:56. > :14:58.same thing, but really, as the woman, I believe it is important

:14:59. > :15:02.that I highlight those kind of crimes, and also crimes against

:15:03. > :15:07.children, that is something that is a priority for my office. I am also

:15:08. > :15:11.trying to put out a policy paper on children. As you know, I have

:15:12. > :15:16.already done that on sexual and gender based crime. These type of

:15:17. > :15:19.crimes are important for me and I believe my agenda has a lot to do

:15:20. > :15:26.with that. Fatou Bensouda speaking to Zeinab

:15:27. > :15:32.Badawi. To find out more about our series, there are on our website you

:15:33. > :15:49.will find out profiles, including that of Helena Lee swing. -- Hillary

:15:57. > :16:00.It's been a big year at the cinema and as the year comes to a close and

:16:01. > :16:03.the awards season gets closer, we start to look at which ones stood

:16:04. > :16:07.Well, Sight Sound magazine have released their list

:16:08. > :16:11.And I'm delighted to welcome Nick James who is the editor

:16:12. > :16:14.Swank these are the reviews of critics?

:16:15. > :16:17.That is correct. The 1 that has topped the poll,

:16:18. > :16:55.Assassin, I think we can look at the trailer for that.

:16:56. > :17:03.Very heavy going that one. It looks like an action movie, but it isn't,

:17:04. > :17:11.it is actually a very beautiful film. It has a simple story, a woman

:17:12. > :17:15.assassin is said to assassinate someone she is in love with and that

:17:16. > :17:21.is the basic frame of the story but it takes place in these times of

:17:22. > :17:24.courting and these gorgeous costumes, it is a film that is

:17:25. > :17:29.literally like a moving painting rather than an action server. It

:17:30. > :17:35.looks like an action thriller, but it has other delights. -- action

:17:36. > :17:40.thriller. What about arthouse films, they are

:17:41. > :17:43.notorious for hard to please, the critics.

:17:44. > :17:51.Yes, the director from Taiwan has made a lot of beautiful forms over

:17:52. > :17:55.the last few years. This is a kind of pinnacle of achievement for him

:17:56. > :18:01.in terms of, you know, how beautiful the film is. It is an aesthetic

:18:02. > :18:04.experience primarily. Do you think that this film will

:18:05. > :18:09.reach more people because it is top of this poll? I would hope so. I do

:18:10. > :18:15.not think it will do as well at the box office as the second or third

:18:16. > :18:19.film. There is that wonderful lesbian drama that everyone should

:18:20. > :18:25.see this weekend. And we also have at number three Mad Max. A number of

:18:26. > :18:30.your viewers will have looked at. Before we look at that, you

:18:31. > :18:38.referenced the lesbian Fulmar, Carol. Let us have a look at that.

:18:39. > :18:47.-- lesbian film. I start. Bon appetit. What do you do

:18:48. > :18:55.on Sundays. Nothing in particular, what do you do? Nothing, really.

:18:56. > :19:00.Maybe you would like to come and visit me sometime. You are welcome

:19:01. > :19:05.to. There is some pretty country around where I live. Would you like

:19:06. > :19:16.to come and visit me this Sunday? Yes. What a strange girl you are.

:19:17. > :19:28.Why? Flunk out of space.

:19:29. > :19:33.Watching that, so close to the clip that be so at the top of the poll.

:19:34. > :19:39.You could not have two more different films at the top of this?

:19:40. > :19:43.Our poll reflects a great variety of modern cinema, there is a greater

:19:44. > :19:50.span of things on offer. If you are interested in of... The blockbusters

:19:51. > :19:53.that you see in the multiplexes come from a narrow band, but films like

:19:54. > :19:58.those two are, you know, treasures to be sought out by more people, I

:19:59. > :20:01.would hope, than sometimes do. Whether any particular films in the

:20:02. > :20:06.top ten or the top 20 that surprised you?

:20:07. > :20:11.I was surprised that Mad Max, given our bunch of critics, was at number

:20:12. > :20:18.three. Even though I love it myself, it is a tremendous film. There is

:20:19. > :20:23.quite a solemn and sad documentary about a famous film-maker in the

:20:24. > :20:27.middle of the poll. She sadly died recently and I think that may have

:20:28. > :20:34.affected some of the votes that that got. I was pleased to see any in the

:20:35. > :20:41.top ten, that is my favourite film of the year. It is in at number

:20:42. > :20:46.nine. -- Amy. When you disappointed with any of

:20:47. > :20:49.the films in the poll? Sometimes you get huge numbers of

:20:50. > :20:55.funds that might have been done well. The film Macbeth, that did not

:20:56. > :20:58.do well in our poll. It might have done better.

:20:59. > :21:04.Nick James, thank you very much. A unmanned NASA space rocket which

:21:05. > :21:07.broke up in mid air above Cape Canaveral last year appears to have

:21:08. > :21:10.reached an unlikely new destination. What looks like a large fragment

:21:11. > :21:13.of the fuselage was found floating It is currently being guarded

:21:14. > :21:17.on a beach at Tresco We sent our reporter Johnny O'Shea

:21:18. > :21:26.to find out more. On the beach a local boatyard

:21:27. > :21:30.worker has been busy cleaning It was towed here yesterday

:21:31. > :21:33.after the skipper of the island's We were all quite intrigued

:21:34. > :21:40.as to what it was. At first they thought it might have

:21:41. > :21:47.been part of an aeroplane, but it was pretty shocking to scrape

:21:48. > :21:50.the barnacles off and find out it The debris is believed to be

:21:51. > :21:54.from this spacecraft launched from It was taking part to

:21:55. > :22:02.the International Space Station. Photographs from

:22:03. > :22:04.before the launch show the same It has caused quite a stir on Tresco

:22:05. > :22:10.and everybody is talking One enterprising local man started

:22:11. > :22:18.charging ?5 to have photos taken of it, ?10 if he was in the photos

:22:19. > :22:22.as well, trying to capitalise on Now it is here, nobody is

:22:23. > :22:32.sure what happens next. Its American owners are trying to

:22:33. > :22:35.verify exactly which rocket it is. Perhaps they will want it back

:22:36. > :22:38.in Florida or perhaps it will find a permanent home year

:22:39. > :22:55.on this remote island. The breaking news now. There has

:22:56. > :22:58.been a shooting in the US state of Colorado. Colorado Springs police

:22:59. > :23:03.have said they are responding to reports of an active shooter at

:23:04. > :23:07.eight plan parenthood clinic. Planned parenthood is an

:23:08. > :23:12.organisation that of its reproductive health services in the

:23:13. > :23:17.United States. Police officers have said they have been deployed but the

:23:18. > :23:19.situation is not yet stabilised. We will keep you across that and bring

:23:20. > :23:28.you more as it comes in. Four rare white lion cubs have

:23:29. > :23:31.been unveiled at a zoo in Toronto. The males were born to their mother

:23:32. > :23:34.Makali eight weeks ago and have just The cubs are some of just 300

:23:35. > :23:38.white lions in the world. While they're not technically

:23:39. > :23:40.albinos, their blonde-white fur is caused by a recessive trait in

:23:41. > :23:44.the same gene that causes albinism. Before we go,

:23:45. > :23:48.let's return to our top story from France, where President Hollande

:23:49. > :23:50.has led a memorial service to remember the 130 people killed in

:23:51. > :23:54.gun and bomb attacks two weeks ago. It is a day of national mourning

:23:55. > :23:57.and everyone in the country has been encouraged to join in, by

:23:58. > :24:50.displaying France's national flag. TRANSLATION: Today we can allow

:24:51. > :24:54.ourselves to get out the flags. We are not the only once, I think

:24:55. > :24:57.many have been buying the French flag.

:24:58. > :25:02.I think everyone looked into their heart and found something stronger

:25:03. > :25:06.and harder. It is a very public display of togetherness. I have been

:25:07. > :25:10.speaking about it with everyone I care for, my friends and family. I

:25:11. > :25:14.really think something has changed and this is the proof that the

:25:15. > :25:57.French people are more united now than ever before.

:25:58. > :26:05.Just some of the images they are from France on a national day of

:26:06. > :26:06.mourning as we remember the victims. Thank you for
