:02:19. > :02:24.We're trying to leave this country and go to European countries.
:02:25. > :02:26.But we are stuck because of the borders.
:02:27. > :02:31.There are calls for governments across Europe to do more.
:02:32. > :02:35.It will only take one more snow storm or another cold snap
:02:36. > :02:38.and we're going to see some, some children, you know,
:02:39. > :02:43.Children are particularly prone to respiratory illnesses

:03:44. > :03:48.more than 7000 migrants in the Republic of Serbia. Out of that
:03:49. > :03:55.number, 6000 are accommodated in official centres manage that the
:03:56. > :04:01.department for refugees, and more than 1000 around the centre of the
:04:02. > :04:09.city. What other conditions like? The conditions in the form of sites,
:04:10. > :04:13.the people living here are battling with harsh conditions in freezing
:04:14. > :04:22.temperatures, so this is inadequate for anybody. We have a campaign
:04:23. > :04:26.trying to persuade them to go to the centres, to be accommodated in the
:04:27. > :04:33.official heated rooms and Friday will be provided with meals and
:04:34. > :04:39.health care. Unfortunately is still got back only 400 people --
:04:40. > :04:46.unfortunately only 400 people are being persuaded. There are no women
:04:47. > :04:49.or children in the public places in the city centre of Belgrade, so
:04:50. > :04:56.there is a good result, but more than 1000 migrants are slipping in
:04:57. > :05:05.public places. Whose responsibility is it to sort the situation? The
:05:06. > :05:09.state of Serbia is doing everything we can to provide shelter for these
:05:10. > :05:14.people and we have managed to provide in a shelter for these
:05:15. > :05:19.people, but they are refusing to be accommodated in official centres.
:05:20. > :05:24.They are distrustful towards us because they are afraid of being
:05:25. > :05:31.deported. In reality, there is not a single real reason for them to be
:05:32. > :05:35.outside the official centres, provided by the state of Serbia. The
:05:36. > :05:45.good news is that we have provided new capacity in Belgrade, so in the
:05:46. > :05:47.next few days everyone will be accommodated officially with heated
:05:48. > :05:54.rooms and three meals a day and proper health care. Some charities,
:05:55. > :05:57.including save the children, are saying that in Belgrade there are
:05:58. > :06:06.1500 migrants, including unaccompanied children, slipping in
:06:07. > :06:09.factories added two spaces. -- sleeping in factories and empty
:06:10. > :06:17.spaces. Is it not your responsibility to make sure those
:06:18. > :06:21.people are catered for? We have done everything we can to persuade them
