:02:15. > :02:20.that have been agreed upon, and that were also announced to give pressure

:02:31. > :02:36.military response options, what does that mean, does Japan supported? It
:02:37. > :02:41.has been expressed that Japanese Government supports the American

:03:05. > :03:10.completely economic sanction measures that were agreed by the
:03:11. > :03:13.Security Council, that also includes China and Russia, which also have
:03:14. > :03:19.great influence over North Korea. What should China and Russia to that
:03:20. > :03:25.they are not at the moment? Russia and China are permanent members of

:03:29. > :03:37.dealing with North Korea's elastic missile programmes, and as far as
:03:38. > :03:41.China is concerned, 90% of North Korea's trade is with China. What is
:03:42. > :03:46.making it possible for North Korea to develop its ballistic and nuclear
:03:47. > :03:56.programme is its massive foreign currency revenue. It is critically
:03:57. > :04:00.important. In that regard China can play a far more important role than
:04:01. > :04:05.it is currently doing. Do you think they are serious about stopping
:04:06. > :04:10.North Korea or not? China's position on North Korea nuclear and missile
:04:11. > :04:15.programme is clear, they would never condone North Korea becoming a
:04:16. > :04:19.nuclear power. They have been quite explicit about it. China is in a
:04:20. > :04:29.very good position and is serious about declaring North Korea becoming
:04:30. > :04:31.a nuclear power. But it's obvious that the ballistic missiles that
:04:32. > :04:45.have been launched our delivery systems of such weapons. Let us know
:04:46. > :04:53.get more on this from Washington. What does talk of a military
:04:54. > :04:58.response mean? It could mean increasing the US
:04:59. > :05:02.military footprint in the region, or a pre-emptive military strike. There
:05:03. > :05:05.are various options available. The military has recently updated those
:05:06. > :05:11.options and they are ready to be presented to the President should he

:05:39. > :05:43.What other options are possible? What about the influence of China?
:05:44. > :05:47.Can the US do more to exert pressure on the Chinese? The US is preparing
:05:48. > :05:54.to do more to put pressure on the Chinese. A State Department official
:05:55. > :06:00.said the CPR drawing up a list of things that they said were sanctions
:06:01. > :06:03.busting. They have started to do that. They have signalled that they
:06:04. > :06:08.are prepared to do more. But that this within the range of policy that
:06:09. > :06:12.is being pursued now which is sanctions and diplomacy trying to
:06:13. > :06:23.squeeze -- trying to squeeze North Korea with the goal of getting it to
:06:24. > :06:30.a giddy to D nuclear lies. There is the question being asked,
:06:31. > :06:35.can you convince them to do this at this point. Either you have a
:06:36. > :06:38.military response or you have talks and agreed to freeze North Korea

:06:43. > :06:44.the administration is not willing to consider, at least publicly, at this

:08:00. > :08:04.after further tests they admitted defeat and said it was time to let

:08:22. > :08:27.and he will make a difference to people's lives for years to come.
:08:28. > :08:32.The campaign was relentless. A petition was handed and with 350,000
:08:33. > :08:35.signatures. An online appeal raised more than ?1 million to pay for
:08:36. > :08:42.experimental treatments. Support for Charlie Gard was global. A statement

:09:06. > :09:10.But doctors at great Ormond Street and the legal system saw things

:17:41. > :17:45.I have been speaking to a number of people over the past few months

:18:59. > :19:01.conservatives, they believe the measures do not go far enough, they
:19:02. > :19:06.want more of Obamacare repealed. Last night they try to bring those

:20:02. > :20:06.Last night we had the drama surrounding health care. And then
:20:07. > :20:11.the White House itself seems to be at civil war with the likes of

:20:26. > :20:31.Friday afternoon. You just never know what is going to happen next in
:20:32. > :20:38.this White House. Here is the sport.
:20:39. > :20:43.How has the crickets gone? It is going very well for England. The

:21:13. > :21:19.But it was Toby Roland-Jones, a knock of 25 with the bat, and he

:21:24. > :21:29.We knew that we wanted to try and push ourselves as hard as possible.
:21:30. > :21:35.Still pretty testing conditions at times out there. I thought it was
:21:36. > :21:39.outstanding and elevating us to a score that we always thought would

:21:43. > :21:49.players at the end of your remark with the experience of Stuart Broad
:21:50. > :21:51.and Jimmy. They were calm and be guided me through the opening few
:21:52. > :21:55.overs and then I'd use the adrenaline to keep me going from
:21:56. > :22:02.there. The bad they for South Africa has been compounded. Philander will
:22:03. > :22:10.spend the night in hospital on a drip. He has missed large spells of

:22:51. > :22:55.cannot believe it's too soon stop do you think he might do that? He has
:22:56. > :23:01.that rock star mentality. He could travel the world, have fun, party in
:23:02. > :23:05.different places, come back and say he wants to take this seriously
:23:06. > :23:08.again. The President of cycling's world governing body has hit back at

:23:16. > :23:24.Pat McQuaid have both been vocal in their dislike of his tenure.
:23:25. > :23:30.I could not want better endorsements. Neither Lance

:23:48. > :23:53.There is more online. For more than a century horses known
