Radio and TV presenter Lisa Snowdon danced her way to the final

back in 2008.

I can't actually believe I'm back on Strictly -

I did it all the way back in series six, and I'm very, very rusty.

I've got so many memories from being on Strictly.

The 40s, the dances,

the costumes...

Eye-popping, brilliant!

The whole experience was just phenomenal.

Since Strictly, I've been very busy -

but there's been no dancing whatsoever.

This is going to be a problem.

I'm dancing the quickstep, and I've got a new dance partner.

Pasha is fabulous.

Last time, when I did my quickstep I got 40,

so there is a little bit of pressure coming from me.

So, to win the judges over,

I suppose I could slip into their dressing rooms

and leave them a little, like, mince pie...

I think that's allowed, isn't it?

Our quickstep will be themed on Alice In Wonderland.

Lisa will be Alice, and in order for her to get into character,

I've prepared something special.

TV presenter Alison Hammond fulfilled a childhood fantasy

when she took part in Strictly last year.

When I was really young, I always wanted to be a ballerina,

so when I got the call for Strictly,

I was like, "Oh, my gosh, my dream has come true."

My favourite moment in Strictly

has to be the first time I did my cha-cha, it was just magical.

I'm never going to get bored of watching you.

And then my Charleston - and that was the dance I went out on,

so I went in on a high, and I went out on a high.

I can't wait for Christmas, because I've not told any of my family

I'm doing Strictly, and then on Christmas Day,

I'm going to go, "Hi, family, it's me! I'm back!"

I can't wait!

I've always had my eye on that Robin Windsor.

When they told me I've actually got Robin,

it's like the best thing ever!

We are Hansel and Gretel, and I'm dancing a cha-cha!

My first cha-cha, we scored 26 points, which was great,

but we never, ever got an 8.

Come on, judges, give me an 8 - it's Christmas!

I am very nervous about my cha-cha - mainly because it's very, very fast.

It's more like a chacha!

So out of breath, can't breathe.

You know when they say, "Keep dancing"? I didn't.

I stopped.

I am finding it a little bit challenging.

One... Aargh!

Alison's really good at the whole body-rolling stuff.

I was kind of freestyling, busting out some of my moves -

the next thing I know, Robin was like, "I love it,"

and he's put it in the routine! I feel like a choreographer!

I am SO excited that I'm going to be part of the nation's Christmas Day.

I come in here quite a bit - sort of helping with my recovery

and sort of got into sport.

Have you ever thought about dancing?

I haven't, to be honest.

I know how hard it is to walk on a prosthetic, let alone dance.

I take my hat off to you.

Is there any performance art that they support here?

They're missing a dance teacher, is what I think it might be.

Meeting Cassidy today was inspiring -

to see him dancing with a prosthetic, it's really amazing.

of the confidence they had in me, and maybe we'll do a decent dance.

For model and TV presenter Abbey Clancy,

winning Strictly in 2013 was a dream come true.

It's hard to describe how amazing Strictly was -

it was the best time of me life.

I think you are a spectacular dancer.

I still can't believe I won. It's like a fairy tale.

To come back and relive this experience,

even if it's for one day, Christmas Day,

it's going to be magical.

My favourite thing about Christmas is the whole family being together.

They all muck in helping to make the dinner.

This year is going to be extra special,

because we've got two new babies in our family -

my baby, Liberty, and my brother's baby, Caleb.

I am playing Rapunzel, and Brendan Cole is going to be my prince.

I've got two little girls -

and he's the perfect guest for our Christmas party.

He's only got to hold a bottle of wine for a second

and it's perfectly chilled.

Strictly champion Harry Judd has a really successful pop career,

but there's something else his fans like to talk about.

I've been in McFly for 12 years.

We've had seven number one singles, two number one albums,

toured the world.

When I'm down the supermarket,

people just still want to know about Strictly.

Strictly was, without doubt,

one of the most amazing things I've ever done.

I completely fell in love with dancing,

and I've been really sad to have not had it in my life

over the past four years.

Every now and again I might, you know, watch myself on YouTube,

not, like, every day...

I absolutely love Christmas. For me, it's all about family,

being together and having a lovely time.

This year, it's going to be even more magical,

cos me and my wife Izzy are expecting our first baby.

So, I'm partnered with Jo, and we're dancing the American smooth.

I'm playing Jack Frost.

I reckon he thinks he's quite COOL, right?

I found, when I did Strictly,

that having a character to play

was something really helpful,

was crowned Strictly champion in 2008.

I played Sam Strachan in Holby City about ten years ago,

and then, of course, Strictly happened

and my life changed.

It's so exciting to be back.

A golden moment to have in your life.

For years now, I've always been jealous about everyone

getting to do the Charleston,

and doing it with Oti, it's like my Christmas wishes have all come true.

We call each other "Toti" - "Tom" and "Oti" - "Toti".

What other character should you be playing on Christmas Day

other than Scrooge?

It's Scrooge time.

We're dancing the Charleston, which is amazing,

because I've never done the Charleston before,

however, it is absolutely exhausting.

The theme of our dance is A Christmas Carol.

Tom is playing Scrooge,

and I'm trying my best to get him into character.

One slight problem. I absolutely love Christmas.
