A new regulator for China's volatile stock markets, we will take a look

at the man with one of the toughest jobs in the world. And we get our

hands on Samsung's newest phone. We find out why they are going back in

time for some of its new features. Good morning. Glad you could join

us. We start with China and the Asian stock markets are some of the

most turbulent in the world. Teams of dollars have been lost over the

last year, and now they are getting a new man. They announced over the

weekend that he will be taking over as the chair of the Chinese regular

tourist commission. As of yesterday, he was the chairman of one of the

area's biggest banks and a former deputy governor of the Central Bank.

Is he the right man for this hot seat? We discussed that in Hong

Kong. Is in control the organisation, but the real problem

very difficult market for any regulator to look after. It is

for him? Will he be his own man, or will he continue to follow what

Anything he brings in will be closely monitored. The first thing

the government want to do is install that confidence, they are relying on

the stock market as being a way for smaller firms to raise money. The

Central Bank still lends to the industries which are being reformed,

it will take time. As part of that reform, those industries will need

to raise money. They will look to the stock market and investors to

put that money forward. Stabilisation and opening the market

will be his main priority, and underlying that is making it clear

Samsung Electronics are unveiling their next range of Galaxy smart

phones. A bring back some features which were removed, to the complaint

of many Samsung owners. The company hopes it will bring them into

competition with the apple iPhone, but they face some tough

competition. We take a look at these new devices. Here is the new

flagship smartphone, the Galaxy S7 Edge. They have refined it and made

it in water for half-an-hour. They have brought back on-board storage.

Users wanted that expansion capability. Another bit of a problem

with the original, battery life. That has been massively improved.

Apart from that, what is different? It looks like a very nice android

phone. Beginning to look similar to others, what makes it stand out? You

already mentioned the design, battery, expandable memory. I could

add the gaming experience, we have a stunning gaming capability. We also

have new tools and utilities to share a gaming with your friends and

the battery and power will support these propositions. One key thing

these days is the camera. Is it any better than any other camera? It is

the best camera we have ever manufactured. We have actually

increased the brightness of the camera, so that it will take amazing

pictures in dark conditions. We have also made it superfast, so that the

focus uses a new technology that is implemented for the first time in a

smart phone that will deliver extremely fast outer focus. You have

had a struggle with some of the previous editions of this phone to

make the impact she wanted. Is it about capability or price? A lot of

cheap Chinese phones claim to do as much as you do. We introduced the

micro- ST for better memory. It is not just a phone, it is much more --

the industry depends on. It is painstaking work. This woman started

the craft when she was just eight years old. This work is very

important for us. The money we earn is what helps us run our home. This

traditional handiwork is facing competition from designs like these,

made by machine. In this shop, they have both varieties. This is the

handcrafted work that is made in India, while this fabric is made by

machine and imported from China. To the untrained eye, it could be hard

to spot the difference. Well this one, the authentic one, is more

beautiful, the other could come at a third or a quarter of the price and

takes less time to be made. People still come from all over to buy the

original, but imported material has eaten into its profit. It has been

significant, because the people who want cheap stuff, they are able to

get it. On the high end, people who want it for the purpose of

bridalwear or for a special occasion or something like that, the impact

is really low. That is what this man has realised. This ornate decoration

took nearly one year to make and costs about $450. It is the kind of

garment his company now specialises in. So far, that is helping keep

many of these women in jobs. Before we go, a look at the markets. An
