Former Prime Minister Sir John Major condemns the campaign | :00:00. | :00:09.
to leave the European Union as squalid and deceitful. | :00:10. | :00:14.
This is so important that for once, I'm not prepared to give the benefit | :00:15. | :00:19.
of the doubt by the people, I'm going to say exactly | :00:20. | :00:21.
what I think and I think this a deceitful campaign. | :00:22. | :00:26.
But Leave campaigner Boris Johnson says Britain has lost control | :00:27. | :00:29.
of the economy - and it's time for the Government to take it back. | :00:30. | :00:37.
Very, very important aspects of our economic life that invisibly, | :00:38. | :00:40.
we can no longer control - and we want to take them back - | :00:41. | :00:43.
and we think it will be great for our country | :00:44. | :00:45.
At Louisville, Kentucky, the body of boxer Muhammad Ali has arrived from | :00:46. | :00:58.
Arizona, where he died. A huge procession and funeral will be out | :00:59. | :01:01.
on Friday in the champion boxer's hometown. | :01:02. | :01:02.
A new study shows that taking hormonal drugs for up to 15 years | :01:03. | :01:05.
can reduce the risk of breast cancers returning by a third. | :01:06. | :01:14.
Also in the next hour, more about Novak Djokovic's historic | :01:15. | :01:16.
The world number one beat Britain's Andy Murray in four sets. | :01:17. | :01:27.
He's the first player since 1969 to hold all four Grand Slam | :01:28. | :01:30.
And in 15 minutes, we'll review tomorrow's front pages | :01:31. | :01:35.
with France 24's Benedicte Paviot and Martin Bentham from | :01:36. | :01:37.
Good evening and welcome to BBC News. | :01:38. | :02:05.
The former Conservative Prime Minister, Sir John Major, | :02:06. | :02:07.
who wants to keep Britain in the EU, has made a scathing attack | :02:08. | :02:10.
on the Leave campaign, branding it fundamentally dishonest. | :02:11. | :02:12.
He said it had been deceitful and that, on the issue | :02:13. | :02:16.
of immigration, it verged on being "squalid". | :02:17. | :02:18.
Boris Johnson has responded for the Leave campaign, | :02:19. | :02:20.
defending the focus on immigration and claiming the UK's population | :02:21. | :02:24.
could rise to 80 million if not brought under control. | :02:25. | :02:28.
Here's our Political Correspondent, Ben Wright. | :02:29. | :02:33.
But today, the former Tory prime minister let rip, | :02:34. | :02:41.
I am angry at the way the British people are being misled. | :02:42. | :02:50.
I think their campaign is verging on the squalid. | :02:51. | :02:52.
What they have said about leaving is fundamentally dishonest. | :02:53. | :02:54.
I think this is a deceitful campaign. | :02:55. | :02:58.
He used to be caricatured as grey, but this was a Technicolor assault | :02:59. | :03:01.
Vote Leave have said some of the cash Britain currently | :03:02. | :03:09.
spends on being a member of the European Union could be | :03:10. | :03:12.
But Sir John Major said leading Conservatives could not be trusted | :03:13. | :03:16.
Boris wanted to charge people for using it, | :03:17. | :03:23.
and Iain Duncan Smith wanted a social insurance system. | :03:24. | :03:25.
The NHS is about as safe with them as a pet hamster would be | :03:26. | :03:29.
He then turned to Turkey, saying the Leave campaign's claim | :03:30. | :03:38.
the country would soon join the EU was misleading. | :03:39. | :03:41.
apparently, for our higher National Living Wage? | :03:42. | :03:48.
On the one hand, they say migrants are depressing wages, | :03:49. | :03:51.
and on the other, people are flooding in to get our | :03:52. | :03:53.
Turkey has applied to join the European Union, and the UK does | :03:54. | :04:01.
The Government insists that's decades away, | :04:02. | :04:03.
but Boris Johnson defended the Leave campaign's decision | :04:04. | :04:05.
The statement that Turkey is joining the EU is not true, is it? | :04:06. | :04:11.
Turkey has been joining the EU since 1963. | :04:12. | :04:14.
You join or you don't join, but it isn't true, is it? | :04:15. | :04:17.
That is what John Major was talking about. | :04:18. | :04:19.
Frankly, I don't mind whether Turkey joins the EU, provided | :04:20. | :04:22.
Turkey is bound up with the issue of immigration, and the Leave | :04:23. | :04:27.
campaign says outside the EU, total net migration to Britain | :04:28. | :04:30.
could be cut to the tens of thousands, a pledge | :04:31. | :04:32.
the Government has been unable to meet. | :04:33. | :04:37.
Uncontrolled numbers coming in not only depress | :04:38. | :04:40.
wages for working people, it is also the case that they put | :04:41. | :04:42.
considerable strain on public services, on housing, | :04:43. | :04:44.
on the National Health Service, and of course on school places. | :04:45. | :04:47.
We grew very successfully in the 1980s and 1990s with | :04:48. | :04:49.
This referendum is laying bare deep Tory divisions over Europe that have | :04:50. | :04:58.
existed since John Major was in Number 10 himself, | :04:59. | :05:02.
and somehow the Government will have to move beyond this, | :05:03. | :05:04.
Tory civil war over Europe is probably not a drama most | :05:05. | :05:09.
voters are interested in, and both sides are trying | :05:10. | :05:12.
to wrestle the arguments back to the issue at stake. | :05:13. | :05:17.
We have a short time to go until the referendum, | :05:18. | :05:20.
and what people want to hear are the arguments. | :05:21. | :05:22.
What we're setting out on the Leave side of the campaign is an agenda | :05:23. | :05:27.
for the Government to take back control on June 23rd of a lot | :05:28. | :05:30.
of things that really matter to the people of this country. | :05:31. | :05:37.
There is a huge choice in front of voters, | :05:38. | :05:42.
the biggest in a generation, and in Leeds today, the rival | :05:43. | :05:44.
campaigns were trying to clinch the undecided. | :05:45. | :05:46.
The arguments are fierce, because the vote is getting close. | :05:47. | :05:49.
New research suggests women with the most common type of breast | :05:50. | :05:55.
cancer could benefit from staying on hormone drugs for up to 15 | :05:56. | :05:58.
years to reduce the risk of the disease coming back. | :05:59. | :06:01.
A study, presented at the world's biggest cancer conference, | :06:02. | :06:07.
showed the risk of recurrence was cut by a third. | :06:08. | :06:09.
Experts say the findings could change treatment | :06:10. | :06:11.
Professor Paul Goss, one of the authors of the report, | :06:12. | :06:19.
said that its findings could lead to more women taking | :06:20. | :06:22.
the hormone drugs - known as aromatase inhibitors - | :06:23. | :06:25.
The message for woman with breast cancer is, | :06:26. | :06:30.
if you've been taking an aromatase for five years, strongly | :06:31. | :06:34.
consider taking it for ten based on our results, | :06:35. | :06:36.
because you will experience a further reduction in recurrences | :06:37. | :06:38.
The report also warns that there are some risks associated | :06:39. | :06:48.
with hormonal drugs, which are linked to conditions | :06:49. | :06:50.
of the Institute of Cancer Research. | :06:51. | :06:56.
This is a key question for many women who are finishing five years | :06:57. | :06:59.
Could there potentially be a benefit from continuing? | :07:00. | :07:04.
This study shows that there is a benefit, but that needs to be | :07:05. | :07:07.
as there is an increased risk of bone fracture continuing. | :07:08. | :07:10.
So this is likely most appropriate for those women at highest risk. | :07:11. | :07:18.
The family of Muhammad Ali say people from all over the world | :07:19. | :07:21.
are invited to his funeral in the boxer's home town | :07:22. | :07:23.
Details of the service were revealed at a news conference in Arizona, | :07:24. | :07:35.
where Ali died yesterday at the age of 74. | :07:36. | :07:37.
Aleem Maqbool reports from Louisville, which has | :07:38. | :07:38.
been hit hard by news of their favourite son. | :07:39. | :07:48.
As a boy, Cassius Clay, as he was then, came to this | :07:49. | :07:51.
Father, thank you for all of our family, especially Muhammad Ali. | :07:52. | :08:02.
His father painted the mural behind the altar. | :08:03. | :08:04.
And in their own small ways, people across this city are doing | :08:05. | :08:08.
the same, including outside Muhammad Ali's childhood home. | :08:09. | :08:10.
I am so beyond devastated, but he is in a better place. | :08:11. | :08:13.
He is at peace, and there is no more suffering. | :08:14. | :08:19.
Young boxers here, of course, are thinking of him, too. | :08:20. | :08:23.
He said whatever he wanted to say to whoever he wanted to say it. | :08:24. | :08:30.
My biggest lesson from him is, be yourself. | :08:31. | :08:38.
Flags across the city of Louisville at half-mast, including | :08:39. | :08:45.
here outside the huge arena where Muhammad Ali's funeral | :08:46. | :08:47.
His family said he was a citizen of the world, and would have wanted | :08:48. | :08:52.
as many people as possible from all walks of life to be | :08:53. | :08:55.
And the tributes from further afield keep coming, including from the man | :08:56. | :08:59.
who famously cried after beating Muhammad Ali | :09:00. | :09:02.
He didn't care about money or anything else. | :09:03. | :09:10.
If he walked down the street and people would say, hi, Ali, | :09:11. | :09:16.
That's what's wrong with people today, they don't do that. | :09:17. | :09:26.
Particularly poignant have been the words of Michael J Fox, | :09:27. | :09:30.
who suffers from the same disease that affected Muhammad Ali | :09:31. | :09:32.
Before I was diagnosed with Parkinson's, I admired him, | :09:33. | :09:38.
and I admired his athleticism, his poise, his class, | :09:39. | :09:41.
his style, his stoicism, his belief in what he felt was right | :09:42. | :09:46.
and his willingness to accept the consequences of standing | :09:47. | :09:48.
His doctor says in the final year before his death, | :09:49. | :09:54.
Muhammad Ali had been having a tough time. | :09:55. | :09:57.
That will be a distressing thought for many around the world | :09:58. | :10:00.
who remember the man in his pomp, all power and elegance and grace. | :10:01. | :10:03.
Aleem Maqbool, BBC News, in Louisville, Kentucky. | :10:04. | :10:14.
This is the scene live in Louisville in Kentucky, | :10:15. | :10:16.
There is a helicopter following the motorcade through Louisville. | :10:17. | :10:28.
Muhammad Ali's body was flown back to his home state and his coffin is | :10:29. | :10:35.
just being carried in these cars you can see heading to the top left-hand | :10:36. | :10:41.
corner of the picture. He was flown back into the International Airport | :10:42. | :10:45.
in the last half-hour. It is thought his family members were going to | :10:46. | :10:48.
accompany him back, Arizona, where he died, having been taken ill last | :10:49. | :10:54.
week. His family had thought he was going to recover, but it wasn't to | :10:55. | :11:04.
be. Of course, he had been suffering from Parkinson's disease for 34 | :11:05. | :11:10.
years. But he was taken ill and taken to hospital in Arizona and | :11:11. | :11:15.
didn't recover. As we have heard, his family are welcoming the world | :11:16. | :11:18.
to Louisville in Kentucky, where this funeral will take place on | :11:19. | :11:24.
Friday. They are making it clear that everybody will be welcome. And | :11:25. | :11:30.
all day today, we have seen people gathering to pay their respects to | :11:31. | :11:37.
Muhammad Ali and leaving flowers outside a museum in his name that | :11:38. | :11:40.
has been newly renovated in the city. | :11:41. | :11:48.
Police investigating the murder of a pensioner from Suffolk | :11:49. | :11:50.
and the disappearance of his wife have arrested a man in Leicester. | :11:51. | :11:53.
The body of Peter Stuart, who was 75, was found | :11:54. | :11:56.
near his home in the village of Weybread, | :11:57. | :11:58.
In a quiet corner of Suffolk, a third day of police activity. | :11:59. | :12:11.
The woods behind Peter and Sylvia Stuart's house being | :12:12. | :12:16.
On Friday, this is where his body was found. | :12:17. | :12:20.
As well as trying to establish how and why Peter Stuart was murdered, | :12:21. | :12:23.
the focus of the investigation is now on Sylvia, his wife. | :12:24. | :12:25.
She's been missing for more than a week, and police admit | :12:26. | :12:28.
they are hugely concerned for her safety. | :12:29. | :12:34.
it seems that Peter and Sylvia Stuart were a quiet | :12:35. | :12:38.
couple, not well-known in the community. | :12:39. | :12:39.
But today, they were in people's thoughts and prayers | :12:40. | :12:41.
Weybread is quite a scattered community, but they do come together | :12:42. | :12:48.
when something is happening, and they care for one another. | :12:49. | :12:51.
So I came and there were prayers said in church for the family, | :12:52. | :12:58.
for neighbours and obviously for the police. | :12:59. | :13:05.
The couple were last seen a week ago and reported missing on Friday. | :13:06. | :13:08.
Police located Peter's body that evening and today a postmortem | :13:09. | :13:10.
We're still very much looking for Sylvia. | :13:11. | :13:16.
We have significant resources doing that in the Weybread area, | :13:17. | :13:24.
and will be until we're satisfied that she is not in that location. | :13:25. | :13:27.
We hope to find her alive, but we can't dismiss the fact | :13:28. | :13:30.
We haven't given up hope of finding her. | :13:31. | :13:33.
Today, a man was arrested in Leicester and brought | :13:34. | :13:36.
to Suffolk for questioning, on suspicion of Peter | :13:37. | :13:37.
A woman has been killed by a shark off the west coast of Australia, | :13:38. | :13:47.
the second such death there in less than a week. | :13:48. | :13:49.
Police say she was diving in waters near the city of Perth | :13:50. | :13:52.
The 60-year-old woman was diving about two kilometres off | :13:53. | :13:59.
the Mindarie coast near Perth when she was attacked. | :14:00. | :14:02.
She was with a 43-year-old man, who told police that he felt | :14:03. | :14:05.
something pass him in the water, and then a violent commotion. | :14:06. | :14:13.
Three men on a nearby fishing boat saw that | :14:14. | :14:16.
something was happening, and went to assist. | :14:17. | :14:17.
The other boat that was in the water got between the male | :14:18. | :14:20.
diver and the shark, and he was able to get | :14:21. | :14:23.
back into his own boat, and he was able to pull the lady | :14:24. | :14:26.
But the woman's injuries were severe and proved fatal. | :14:27. | :14:34.
The fisherman told the police that the shark was longer | :14:35. | :14:36.
than their boat, more than five metres in length. | :14:37. | :14:42.
The woman is the second person killed by a shark | :14:43. | :14:44.
in Western Australia in less than a week. | :14:45. | :14:51.
On Tuesday, a surfer's leg was bitten off by a shark about 100 | :14:52. | :14:54.
kilometres south of where the latest attack took place. | :14:55. | :14:56.
29-year-old Ben Gerring died from his injuries on Friday. | :14:57. | :14:58.
An inspection of this damaged surfboard showed | :14:59. | :15:00.
On Thursday, a four metre long great white shark was captured and killed, | :15:01. | :15:05.
but it's not known if this shark was to blame for | :15:06. | :15:08.

Hello and welcome to our look ahead to what the papers will be | :15:59. | :16:01.
With me are Benedicte Paviot, who's the UK Correspondent for France 24, | :16:02. | :16:05.
and the Home Affairs Editor for the Evening Standard, | :16:06. | :16:07.
We have to speak quite fast because we have not got much time. The | :16:08. | :16:19.
Telegraph leads on news that David Cameron will tomorrow unite with the | :16:20. | :16:22.
Labour Party to speak about what he perceives as the dangers of leaving | :16:23. | :16:25.
the EU. The Financial Times front page shows | :16:26. | :16:28.
a picture of some of the tributes that have been paid to the legendary | :16:29. | :16:32.
boxer Muhammad Ali and has a piece about how high street banks are now | :16:33. | :16:35.
gearing up for a post-Brexit Britain. | :16:36. | :16:39.
Tomorrow's Metro leads on a story we have been covering - Sir John Major | :16:40. | :16:43.
entering into the EU referendum debate to call the Leave campaign | :16:44. | :16:47.
deceitful and squalid. The Guardian, meanwhile, said the leaders of | :16:48. | :16:50.
Britain's biggest trade unions have issued a plea to their 6 million | :16:51. | :16:57.
members to vote to stay in the UU. -- the EU. The paper also shows a | :16:58. | :17:01.
picture of Andy Murray being consoled after his loss to Novak | :17:02. | :17:04.
Djokovic. Let's start with the Daily Telegraph. The headline - Cameron | :17:05. | :17:09.
joins left in an attack on Boris. This has not gone down well with | :17:10. | :17:13.
other parts of the Conservative Party, Martin, but at times like | :17:14. | :17:17.
this, strange bedfellows are found. Yes, it is upsetting some of the | :17:18. | :17:21.
Tory MPs quoted in the story and no doubt some others although | :17:22. | :17:25.
personally, I don't think it is necessarily the worst thing ever. It | :17:26. | :17:29.
shouldn't be a straightforward party political issue. It clearly isn't | :17:30. | :17:33.
for the Tory party, who are split down the middle of this. But it | :17:34. | :17:38.
shouldn't be a case where you put your party before everything else, | :17:39. | :17:41.
because it is a fundamental issue for the future of the country for | :17:42. | :17:44.
several decades before there is another chance. So I think there are | :17:45. | :17:49.
divisions in all parties including the Labour Party, although it is | :17:50. | :17:54.
more pro-in general. There are Labour MPs who are against being a | :17:55. | :17:57.
member of the European Union and want to pull out, and I think it is | :17:58. | :18:01.
reasonable for people to want to argue their case and maybe stand | :18:02. | :18:04.
with politicians of different persuasions in this. It is a binary | :18:05. | :18:10.
choice, as we keep being told, so it is inevitable that there will be | :18:11. | :18:14.
divisions within parties, but for some people looking beyond June 23, | :18:15. | :18:18.
what damage has this done to political parties that are divided? | :18:19. | :18:23.
Clearly, the Conservatives are in warm mood with each other. The | :18:24. | :18:27.
problem is that this blue on blue action, the Daily Telegraph is | :18:28. | :18:33.
saying that this will further intensify. With all the political | :18:34. | :18:37.
programmes we have seen, which is now the culture in Britain on a | :18:38. | :18:41.
Sunday morning, there are very strong attacks. Sir John Major | :18:42. | :18:46.
called Oris Johnson a court jester, -- Boris Johnson, talking about | :18:47. | :18:52.
deceitful tactics. These are serious... And their respects listen | :18:53. | :18:57.
about the fact that Number Ten allegedly -- there is speculation | :18:58. | :19:00.
about the fact that Number Ten allegedly wanted Sir John Major to | :19:01. | :19:05.
go on the Andrew Marr, because they knew Boris Johnson was going to be | :19:06. | :19:08.
on there. And Boris Johnson says they were trying to take him out. | :19:09. | :19:12.
This will further intensify on Monday, with Mr Cameron with Harriet | :19:13. | :19:17.
Harman and leaders of the Green Party and the Liberal Democrats, | :19:18. | :19:22.
further intensifying the name-calling and accusing the Leave | :19:23. | :19:27.
party of deceit and a con trick. You mention to the interview John Major | :19:28. | :19:31.
did, and the Metro have that on their front page. Boris and Gove are | :19:32. | :19:36.
branded python is, major in extraordinary Brexit outburst, | :19:37. | :19:41.
colourful language from a man who was described as grey when he was in | :19:42. | :19:45.
office. This reference to python is it to do with how safe is your pet | :19:46. | :19:48.
hamster would be with a python. That is how safe the NHS is with those | :19:49. | :19:56.
who favour Brexit, according to John. I think he is talking rubbish | :19:57. | :20:00.
here in that it is not really about whether you think Boris Johnson | :20:01. | :20:04.
Michael Gove has the best policy for the NHS. It is a decision well | :20:05. | :20:08.
beyond those particular characters in the next few years. So making it | :20:09. | :20:13.
into a personal attack on their policies on the NHS, I think, is | :20:14. | :20:17.
doing the sort of thing he's criticising others for, | :20:18. | :20:21.
personalising it and turning it into personal abuse rather than the | :20:22. | :20:26.
fundamental issues, plus the fact that whether we are in or out, we | :20:27. | :20:30.
have a parliamentary system and we can argue about the rights and | :20:31. | :20:33.
wrongs of any policy on the NHS that may or may not follow from the | :20:34. | :20:37.
result of this referendum. Let's move away from the EU referendum, to | :20:38. | :20:45.
sighs of relief from some. The Telegraph - keep leftover bottle of | :20:46. | :20:50.
red wine? What? Put it in the fridge with the white. Would they do that | :20:51. | :20:54.
in France? Some people possibly would. But this is a very respected | :20:55. | :21:07.
English specialist in wine. But I am not a big fan of putting leftover | :21:08. | :21:16.
red wine, if I had any, in a fridge. I think the whole chemistry of it, | :21:17. | :21:24.
the fantastic different tastes of blackcurrant and various things, I | :21:25. | :21:28.
would rather leave it out and enjoy it tomorrow. I suppose you are | :21:29. | :21:40.
supposed to let it breathe for -- or warm up before you drink it again. | :21:41. | :21:50.
You can cook with it. Maybe not a shattered 1912 or something. -- | :21:51. | :21:57.
chateaux 1912. But have it next day. A glass of red wine a day is good | :21:58. | :22:02.
for you. And couples are having less sex because of TV box sets. | :22:03. | :22:07.
Apparently. Who is laughing in the Bagram? This is a serious subject. | :22:08. | :22:11.
The Telegraph are covering the great social issues of the day, red wine | :22:12. | :22:14.
and now this. A Cambridge statistician has warned about this. | :22:15. | :22:23.
He said it was worrying that in 1990, couples made love five times a | :22:24. | :22:28.
month on average but by 2010, it was just three times. And he is blaming | :22:29. | :22:33.
box sets for this. More information on Page three. I am talking about | :22:34. | :22:41.
the Daily Telegraph! Either your box sets are very good for your sex | :22:42. | :22:45.
lives are not up to much. But it is not just about box sets. You can go | :22:46. | :22:50.
on Netflix and binge watch, as I did, house of cards, amongst other | :22:51. | :22:53.
things. I think that is what they mean. There are huge amounts of | :22:54. | :22:58.
output that you can watch at the drop of a hat, and people do. Where | :22:59. | :23:04.
is this programme is relatively short, so there is plenty of time | :23:05. | :23:10.
for...? I don't think it is a problem in France, somehow. The | :23:11. | :23:12.
population is exploding, so we probably have too many people. If | :23:13. | :23:18.
anyone has had enough of the EU referendum, it should read the front | :23:19. | :23:21.
page of the Daily Telegraph tomorrow. The irony is that the | :23:22. | :23:24.
voice in my ear tonight has reminded me, as if I needed telling, that | :23:25. | :23:29.
Netflix and chill is a euphemism for having sex. There is not a lot of TV | :23:30. | :23:34.
being watched in that phrase, although it would imply that you are | :23:35. | :23:39.
bingeing. I don't even want to think about the reaction we are going to | :23:40. | :23:44.
get on Twitter. As you say, these are the great issues of our day, | :23:45. | :23:48.
Martin. How to live your life and how to vote. When you get a box set | :23:49. | :23:54.
is present at Christmas... It is like a contraceptive. That has gone | :23:55. | :23:59.
as far as it needs to go. That is the papers for this hour. We will be | :24:00. | :24:04.
back at 11:30 p.m., when we expect more will have arrived. You can read | :24:05. | :24:09.
a detailed review of the papers on the BBC news website. You can see us | :24:10. | :24:18.
there as well shortly after we have finished. Thank you to Benedicte and | :24:19. | :24:21.
Martin. We will be back later. Now the weather. | :24:22. | :24:29.
The day has ended with a few showers and thunderstorms | :24:30. | :24:32.
The east coast of the UK was cooler compared with elsewhere. | :24:33. | :24:38.
But Wales had the highest temperatures today. | :24:39. | :24:46.
27.8 Celsius in Porthmadog, the highest temperature the UK has | :24:47. | :24:49.
Any of the downpours that developed, triggered by the heat in the west, | :24:50. | :24:56.
A bit of misty low cloud from the North Sea pushing back | :24:57. | :25:01.
inland to some eastern parts, particularly East Anglia | :25:02. | :25:03.
Coolest down the eastern side, with temperatures for some dipping | :25:04. | :25:07.
Elsewhere, it is a warm and muggy night after the heat of the day. | :25:08. | :25:17.
Delle ah it could be a murky start in parts of eastern England. | :25:18. | :25:22.
In the afternoon, scattered showers and storms in the West | :25:23. | :25:27.
If anything tomorrow, there is a greater chance | :25:28. | :25:29.
of catching one of these downpours compared with the past | :25:30. | :25:32.
If you avoid them, you are likely to continue to be warm, | :25:33. | :25:36.
Still cooler along the east coast, but still pleasant. | :25:37. | :25:44.
It is the west of Northern Ireland tomorrow that has the greatest | :25:45. | :25:47.
I just want to reinforce the big range of temperatures across the UK. | :25:48. | :25:54.
It is warm and humid for many, but cooler and fresher along | :25:55. | :25:57.
the east coast with that breeze off the sea. | :25:58. | :25:59.
There could be misty low cloud in a few spots as well. | :26:00. | :26:02.
Unlike recent days, any of those downpours that get going on Monday | :26:03. | :26:09.
could linger into Tuesday morning across western parts, | :26:10. | :26:11.
On Tuesday, there is a weather disturbance going from west | :26:12. | :26:18.
A few more of these showers and thunderstorms around, | :26:19. | :26:22.
transferring further east during the day. | :26:23. | :26:24.
If you avoid them, there are warm and sunny spells to be had. | :26:25. | :26:31.
Wednesday and Thursday are looking drier as high | :26:32. | :26:33.
At the end of the week, we are looking at low pressure | :26:34. | :26:39.
from the Atlantic starting to return, changing the weather | :26:40. | :26:42.
to something more unsettled for the weekend. | :26:43. | :26:46.
But this week is warm weather and some heavy showers, especially | :26:47. | :26:49. |
