Ukrainian forces and pro-Russian rebels have accused each other

of breaching a ceasefire in eastern Ukraine, although the situation

Ukraine says its leader spoke today to Russia's President Vladimir Putin

and discussed ways of making the ceasefire hold.

On the ground, local people have been taking stock

after recent bitter fighting in flash points such as Donetsk,

and Mariupol, from where our correspondent Fergal Keane reports.

And the roads between the opposing forces are empty.

We came across these bunkers, abandoned by Ukrainian troops.

Next, to a children's holiday camp shattered by shellfire.

The people of this town were caught in no man's land.

This woman came out of a shelter to find her house destroyed.

How many years have we lived together?

Everything was so good, why did we come to this?

So far the cease-fire is largely holding, though both rebels and

government claimed there have been violations. Among the fighting men

like these rebel troops there is no attempt to hide their relief, this

is an unfinished war. TRANSLATION: Of course I would be glad if things

start exploding here but I would be more satisfied when the rebel army

reaches the border of Romania. Then there will be an independent state

cold new Russia. -- cold new Russia. On the Ukrainian side these men of

the ultranationalist Azoff Battalion were strengthening their defences

outside Mariupol. New bunkers in expectation of renewed fighting.

This man is their leader, a far right ideologue who hates the

Russians. TRANSLATION: The whole history of Russian -Ukrainian

relations and of this war tells us they will not adhere to the

cease-fire and the wall. De Gendt. It is a question of 5-7 days, no

more. The fact they are but then fresh differences shows their level

of faith in the durability of the cease-fire. In Mariupol every

civilian I speak to says they desperately want peace, but every

fighter on either side says they don't believe that peace can last.

The level of mistrust, the sense that nothing has been settled, is

Ashya King, the five-year-old boy suffering from brain cancer,

is well enough to travel to Prague for specialist treatment,

Last night, a High Court judge gave his parents permission to take

the child to a Czech clinic to receive proton beam therapy.

Nick Beake is in Malaga where Ashya and his family are.

Once again Ashya King's family have been here at the hospital where he

is being treated for the past week. They are said to be delighted at the

judge in London's decision, but this evening their sun remains in this

hospital and he is not yet on the move. However there have been more

diplomats today. In a story about a young British boy that has gained

international attention. He is the seriously ill little boy

who has no idea he has been the focus of an extraordinary week of

events. The case of Ashya King has divided medical opinion, been played

out in court, and has crossed borders. Today here in southern

Spain his parents met hospital doctors to try to finalise his move

to the Czech Republic for treatment. He is in perfect conditions to

travel at the moment. He is playing with toys, being with his parents,

his brother, and we are preparing the last documentation to travel.

When will that happen? I think it could happen this weekend and at the

maximum Monday morning. Medics here say they have done all they can for

their young patient. TRANSLATION: We will not give an opinion about

treatment, we are doing what we were asked by the British court, to give

the authorisation for Ashya King to be moved to the hospital in Prague.

And this is the clinic, it offers a form of radiotherapy treatment that

wasn't available to Ashya King in the UK. Specialists say they are

planning for his imminent arrival. On Monday morning the

paediatricians, oncologist and anaesthesiologist and all the people

that will be taking care of Ashya will sit down and make the final

paperwork that he can be transported by aeroplane from Malaga to Czech

Republic. For Ashya King's family this is the treatment they have

wanted all along. But after the events of the past

week and the European arrest warrant being sent out and Ashya King's

family, parents, being arrested and held in prison and for a time

separated from their sun, he remains this evening what is known as a ward

of court, officially he is not in the care of his parents. We are told

that when the family arrives in Prague, eventually, that will change

-- sun. Thank you for joining us. A man's appeared in court accused

of murdering an elderly widow 82-year-old Palmira Silva was

attacked in her garden on Thursday The disturbance has broken out in

Lincolnshire. Officers from elsewhere in the Prison Service were

applied to the site. It is thought it started after the death of the

What we can see here is a range of emergency vehicles, police, fire and

ambulance. We also know that three minibus loads of prisoners have come

Home Office today has said that an investigation has been launched.

preparing to impose a three day nationwide lockdown

later this month, to try to halt During that period April will not be

allowed to leave their homes. The West African nation is one

of the countries worst hit by the deadly disease, which has

claimed more than 2000 lives. Our global health correspondent

Tulip Mazumdar has more. Carrying on with everyday life

the midst of the worst Ebola outbreak on record, people have been

given two weeks to stock up on food supplies before the country goes on

lockdown. Resources to deal with this outbreak are scarce. This

mobile diagnostics lab has been sent from South Africa, but affected

countries need many more. This is an extraordinary outbreak, which needs

an extraordinary response. The worst affected countries are Guinea,

Liberia and Sierra Leone, which has now ordered a lockdown. Over three

days later this month people in Sierra Leone will not be allowed to

leave their homes. 21,000 people including police and the military

will be at deployed in glitches and towns to enforce the lockdown.

Health workers will go house to house to identify new cases and

advice people of what to do if they get sick. The government hopes this

will begin the process of getting this outbreak under control. We are

appealing to the international community to use sea of Leon as a

test-bed, to as as the battlefield -- Sierra Leone. To come here and

finished this before it becomes even worse. With more people dying the

World Health Organisation has said experimental drugs should be used

and wants infected patients to be treated with blood from Ebola

survivors. Hulbert therapies and convalescent sera may be used to

combat Ebola, in that all effort must be invested into helping

affected countries use them safely -- whole blood. The WHO says this

outbreak can and will be brought under control, but people will be

living alongside this silent killer for many months to come.
