Hello and welcome to BBC Parliament is live coverage from the House of

:00:09.:00:13.

Commons. In half an hour David Cameron will freeze the Labour

:00:14.:00:18.

leader Jeremy Corbyn and backbenchers at the dispatch box for

:00:19.:00:21.

Prime Minister's Questions after that David Mundell will make a

:00:22.:00:26.

statement on these cottage and UK Government financial deal enabling

:00:27.:00:30.

new powers for Holyrood. The negotiations over the new fiscal

:00:31.:00:34.

framework have been going on since 2015 with a lengthy deadlock over

:00:35.:00:38.

Scotland boss might block grant. That will be followed by a debate

:00:39.:00:45.

put forward by the Labour Party first on pension age for women and

:00:46.:00:51.

police safety. Join me for a round-up in houses of parliament at

:00:52.:00:55.

11 o'clock tonight at first we have questions or the Secretary Of State

:00:56.:01:11.

to Wales Comet Steven Crooke. Order, questions to the Secretary of State

:01:12.:01:21.

for Wales the Cardiff City deal sets the possibilities to secure Cardiff

:01:22.:01:24.

as one of the best places to do business. Yesterday we met to

:01:25.:01:34.

discuss the city deal and ensure that progress and momentum are being

:01:35.:01:40.

maintained. My honourable friend the member for Cardiff North has long

:01:41.:01:43.

championed this city deal to deliver later success for Cardiff and Wales

:01:44.:01:51.

everyone must be as committed to delivering for Cardiff as he and the

:01:52.:01:55.

Secretary Of State art, what assessment has he made of the Welsh

:01:56.:01:58.

assembly government commitment to this deal and particularly their

:01:59.:02:05.

commitment to funding it? I thank my right honourable friend for his

:02:06.:02:08.

question I discussed the deal and proposal on Monday when the First

:02:09.:02:12.

Minister and I am assured by David Strong commitment from all parties

:02:13.:02:15.

for the city deal. There are still some questions need to be answered

:02:16.:02:22.

about the nature of the deal coming from the Welsh government and we

:02:23.:02:25.

look forward to getting it secured as soon as possible. Last month I

:02:26.:02:30.

ask the Secretary Of State whether or not his government would match

:02:31.:02:35.

the 580 million the Welsh government is putting towards the Cardiff City

:02:36.:02:38.

deal, had he got a cheque from the Chancellor yet? I am slightly

:02:39.:02:45.

surprised by the tone coming from the right honourable lady we have

:02:46.:02:50.

already put ?125 million on the table to help with real

:02:51.:02:54.

electrification. We have already put ?50 million towards the compound

:02:55.:02:58.

semiconductor cat pulp Centre in Cardiff, the is now? Or where our

:02:59.:03:03.

commitment to securing an ambitious city deal for Cardiff but there are

:03:04.:03:06.

some questions about the nature of the Welsh government support for

:03:07.:03:10.

this but I am sure we can work through those issues and land the

:03:11.:03:15.

deal. I am sure the Secretary Of State will join with me in welcoming

:03:16.:03:18.

the announcement that Aston Martin will be welding their new facility

:03:19.:03:26.

in south Wales does best not emphasise the private sector nature

:03:27.:03:31.

and what is the government linked to make sure the Welsh government

:03:32.:03:37.

engage with the private sector and get more money in? My honourable

:03:38.:03:41.

friend that's likely right back firstly may I just put on my record

:03:42.:03:45.

our congratulations to the honourable member for Cardiff North

:03:46.:03:49.

and to his wife, Claire, just if you these after the birth of his second

:03:50.:03:55.

child. It is good to see them taking an rate from paternity leave to

:03:56.:04:00.

stand here and champion the interest of his people in Cardiff. This is a

:04:01.:04:06.

great example of the Welsh government and UK Government working

:04:07.:04:11.

together, through team Wales approach. It is about business being

:04:12.:04:16.

right at the heart of helping to secure the city deal vision but

:04:17.:04:19.

right at the heart of delivering the city deal version as well. My

:04:20.:04:24.

congratulations do the honourable member as well and my

:04:25.:04:29.

congratulations, two, to the honourable member sitting opposite

:04:30.:04:33.

and the Welsh government for the support of the project and the

:04:34.:04:36.

Cardiff City deal and the Swansea City deal as well. Will he confirm

:04:37.:04:40.

the support will be there for Cardiff and the proposal I Terry

:04:41.:04:45.

Matthews for an Internet course that will link Swansea and West Wales as

:04:46.:04:50.

well? This is where we drive jobs into West Wales the honourable

:04:51.:04:58.

member has raised a number of initiatives but I think the common

:04:59.:05:03.

theme was about the nature of partnership working. That is what we

:05:04.:05:08.

need to see more raw, local partners working together. The Aston Martin

:05:09.:05:12.

deal shows the fruit of what can be achieved when you have the right

:05:13.:05:16.

kind of attitude and commitment from the right minister, First Minister

:05:17.:05:20.

and local MPs like the member for the Vale of Glamorgan. We have

:05:21.:05:24.

discussed this with Terry Matthews and we are interested in discovering

:05:25.:05:29.

more detail and working with the partners in Cardiff. Isn't it one of

:05:30.:05:37.

the reasons that Aston Martin has moved to the greater Cardiff season

:05:38.:05:44.

is because of the success of delivering fast broadband and

:05:45.:05:47.

particularly the skills which now exist in South Wales? My honourable

:05:48.:05:55.

friend who had a great love and knowledge of Wales is absolutely

:05:56.:05:59.

right. The most important thing about securing these inward

:06:00.:06:02.

investment rejects whether Aston Martin or companies like Airbus is

:06:03.:06:07.

the excellence of the skills and the workforce we have in Wales. It is

:06:08.:06:12.

more that can be achieved but the reason companies like that Jews

:06:13.:06:18.

Wales over locations all around the world is because of the quality of

:06:19.:06:22.

skills and the workforce, the quality of infrastructure and

:06:23.:06:27.

because the UK Government is committed to providing the best

:06:28.:06:32.

environment for growth. I will answer questions two and seven

:06:33.:06:39.

together. Employment in Wales is more stable than ever before. Aston

:06:40.:06:45.

Martin has already been referred to, it is testimony of the significant

:06:46.:06:54.

investment Wales is attracting. As a former student of Aberystwyth

:06:55.:06:57.

University, the oldest and best law school in Wales, I am pleased to see

:06:58.:07:03.

that more than 80% of employees in mid Wales are employed by small and

:07:04.:07:10.

medium-sized enterprises. Will he join me in acknowledging the

:07:11.:07:13.

significance of this thriving community to the economy in Wales?

:07:14.:07:23.

He is absolutely right and the true champion of Aberystwyth and Wales.

:07:24.:07:27.

Given our small businesses in that area with an extra 5500 people going

:07:28.:07:33.

out to work everyday since 2010 as a result of the economic stability we

:07:34.:07:40.

have brought about. Does the Minister agree that the key to

:07:41.:07:45.

further enhancing Wales is for diverse of occasion in the rural

:07:46.:07:50.

economy just as there is happening in a Stanley? What specific measures

:07:51.:07:53.

does he have in to increase enterprise in Wales's more remote

:07:54.:07:59.

areas west of Mac my honourable friend is a great expert on rural

:08:00.:08:05.

areas and I pay tribute to his success in North Norfolk. Employment

:08:06.:08:15.

increase demonstrates the dynamism and broad base on which our policies

:08:16.:08:20.

have taken place. The British business bank, start-up run Skene

:08:21.:08:27.

and new enterprise allowance scheme we are keen to work with the

:08:28.:08:30.

government to try to diversify further. Now it is official

:08:31.:08:35.

government policy to support membership of the European Union in

:08:36.:08:40.

the referendum will be Minister and Secretary Of State chooses report

:08:41.:08:47.

which shows the benefit of Wales to the European Union? I would opinion

:08:48.:08:50.

is clear and the government position is to support the deal that my right

:08:51.:08:55.

honourable friend the Prime Minister has negotiated. Of course Europe is

:08:56.:08:59.

important to our exporters, two businesses but also the money it

:09:00.:09:06.

repatriated from Europe back to the United Kingdom and Wales through

:09:07.:09:10.

cohesion funding. Can I reiterate the comments made by the honourable

:09:11.:09:16.

gentleman from Gillingham? Can I ask the Secretary Of State if we are

:09:17.:09:19.

series about creating more jobs, and we are, that means real investment

:09:20.:09:24.

in real infrastructure. That has been because the government 's

:09:25.:09:28.

mobile infrastructure project has been such a field year and a livered

:09:29.:09:35.

so little for rural Wales? The honourable member raises this issue

:09:36.:09:40.

on an repetitive bases and because of this I met open Reach earlier

:09:41.:09:47.

this week as well as BT UK as well the mobile operators, I have plans

:09:48.:09:50.

to meet those shortly to discuss what extra can be done to improve

:09:51.:09:55.

the mobile infrastructure communication but I will make the

:09:56.:10:00.

point that under the 4G option at least 95% coverage will be gained in

:10:01.:10:05.

Wales which contrasts significantly with the 3G option we were left with

:10:06.:10:13.

last time. Will he join me in congratulating my constituent, Mr

:10:14.:10:17.

Sean Taylor, on his company. In four years this has gone from zero staff

:10:18.:10:24.

to 220 staff revitalising the economy of rural North West Wales.

:10:25.:10:34.

Many members will appreciate the difficulties that the wires can

:10:35.:10:38.

offer but I will pay tribute to my honourable friend the member for

:10:39.:10:43.

Aberconwy who is the pure champion of the wires and the diverse

:10:44.:10:46.

occasion it puts please not only in his own constituency but elsewhere

:10:47.:10:53.

and we are keen to see the diverse of occasion of this business in this

:10:54.:10:59.

area. I would like to pay tribute to the excellent news about Aston

:11:00.:11:02.

Martin and I as well as paying tribute to that company I would like

:11:03.:11:08.

to pay tribute to our dynamic raw business Welsh Labour government and

:11:09.:11:11.

to everyone who was involved in securing the deal. As we are

:11:12.:11:14.

discussing trends in employment and with around 200,000 jobs in Wales

:11:15.:11:22.

depended on our EU membership, what does the Secretary Of State think

:11:23.:11:26.

would happen to trends in employment if we were daft enough to leave the

:11:27.:11:32.

EU? I am grateful to the honourable lady about her comments on the

:11:33.:11:35.

efforts the UK Government has made to attract investment and the Aston

:11:36.:11:42.

Martin investment in our own constituency, I think I should be

:11:43.:11:44.

underlined the comments the honourable lady made. The government

:11:45.:11:49.

does not plan to leave the EU, the Prime Minister has made the case, he

:11:50.:11:53.

has negotiated a strong deal and I am confident people will support

:11:54.:12:01.

that when the referendum comes. With permission I will answer questions

:12:02.:12:05.

three and five together. This government knows that supporting our

:12:06.:12:09.

manufacturing industry is vital to the balancing the economy. Despite

:12:10.:12:12.

challenging global we have seen 12,000 new mansion battling jobs

:12:13.:12:17.

treated in Wales since 2010 reversing the previous decline in

:12:18.:12:21.

manufacturing jobs we saw in the previous Labour government.

:12:22.:12:28.

How will we benefit from the economic recovery in North Wales? By

:12:29.:12:38.

honourable friend is right about the strength of recovery in Wales. Much

:12:39.:12:42.

of what is innovative and exciting and good is happening in North

:12:43.:12:47.

Wales. We are clear that the economy of North Wales is integrated in a

:12:48.:12:51.

single economy with the north-west of England. There are opportunities

:12:52.:12:55.

for people on both sides of the border to benefit from the Northern

:12:56.:12:59.

powerhouse vision. I met with the council earlier this month and they

:13:00.:13:03.

are calling out to be part of the northern powerhouse. Does the

:13:04.:13:10.

Secretary of State agree with me that the success of the

:13:11.:13:12.

manufacturing industry in Wales and the rest of the UK reflects a

:13:13.:13:17.

growing global demand for our products and is further success of

:13:18.:13:24.

the government's ambitious campaign? I thank him for that question, he is

:13:25.:13:30.

absolutely right. There is enormous and growing global demand for

:13:31.:13:33.

high-quality goods and products manufactured in Wales. We have set

:13:34.:13:37.

ourselves ambitious targets for increasing the level of exports from

:13:38.:13:42.

the UK. I want to see the Welsh business sharing in that export

:13:43.:13:47.

surge, that is why the exporting is great road show drug will be in

:13:48.:13:50.

North Wales tomorrow explaining to small businesses what export

:13:51.:13:56.

opportunities lie across the world. To balance the economy is to

:13:57.:14:02.

decentralise enterprise and services. Why is the government

:14:03.:14:05.

closing down tax offices in rural areas of Wales and courts and the

:14:06.:14:12.

impact this has on the economy? They talk decentralisation but they

:14:13.:14:14.

centralise services when they have the opportunity. The honourable

:14:15.:14:20.

gentleman should understand this, this government has a sacred duty to

:14:21.:14:25.

take care of how taxpayers money is spent. With all of the problems we

:14:26.:14:30.

were left with in 2010, the truth is we maintain a strong government

:14:31.:14:35.

footprint in Wales and it is true that the growth in private-sector

:14:36.:14:39.

jobs in Wales in the last five years outstrips any reductions we have

:14:40.:14:46.

seen in public sector employment. There is a welcome step, will it is

:14:47.:14:54.

vital they are combined with a fiscal framework that is not

:14:55.:14:58.

detrimental to Wales. Given the struck -- struggles of the Scottish

:14:59.:15:03.

Government, what expectations can the Welsh government have on their

:15:04.:15:06.

chosen method and what is his method and is it not the case that partial

:15:07.:15:13.

income tax powers will present no detriment? The honourable gentleman

:15:14.:15:19.

is right for the need to get the details right. We have seen the

:15:20.:15:24.

Scottish fiscal framework. But that is further down the line. In Wales,

:15:25.:15:29.

we still have a discussion with the Welsh government. They want to avoid

:15:30.:15:35.

taking on any income is taxed powers whatsoever. They want to avoid the

:15:36.:15:40.

problems of that, they are running from having that fall accountability

:15:41.:15:50.

that we feel is necessary for Wales. Would he agree the Severn Bridge is

:15:51.:15:53.

key to the economy in Wales and the debts will be paid back before the

:15:54.:15:59.

2018 prediction and there is a golden opportunity to reduce tolls

:16:00.:16:04.

for businesses and motoring in Wales? My honourable friend, the

:16:05.:16:08.

chairman of the select committee has been persistent and effectively

:16:09.:16:13.

raising concerns about the burdens imposed on businesses in Wales and

:16:14.:16:17.

the motorists by the high level of tolls on the Severn Bridge. We have

:16:18.:16:21.

not made any final decisions on what happens when the private-sector

:16:22.:16:27.

concession comes to an end in 2017, but if his committee members have

:16:28.:16:30.

ideas on what they want to see happen, I know myself and the

:16:31.:16:33.

Treasury would be keen to hear from them. Last year, the Secretary of

:16:34.:16:42.

State says his work ambition was to secure growth in the Welsh economy.

:16:43.:16:45.

On his watch we are seeing the loss of hundreds of jobs in the

:16:46.:16:49.

strategically important steel industry. The government has been

:16:50.:16:54.

painfully slow to heeding our warnings on cutting energy costs and

:16:55.:17:01.

disingenuous, with EU backing given in December, how much longer worse

:17:02.:17:06.

government delay the energy compensation package that the steel

:17:07.:17:11.

industry in Wales desperately needs? I am really disappointed by the

:17:12.:17:16.

slightly tribal and partisan tone that the shadow Secretary of State

:17:17.:17:21.

adopts on this. If we wanted to talk about the record what happened to

:17:22.:17:25.

steal jobs under Conservative or Labour governments, I am happy to

:17:26.:17:29.

debate that. We can of that micro-talk about the decline in jobs

:17:30.:17:32.

under previously both governments. I now want to deal with the global

:17:33.:17:37.

storm facing the steel industry. This government has taken a lead in

:17:38.:17:42.

Europe in the queue at rules and arguing for protection measures

:17:43.:17:46.

against Chinese dumping and that the steel industry in Wales has the best

:17:47.:17:52.

chance of a sustainable future. Government also has a key role in

:17:53.:17:57.

commissioning infrastructure developments that can rebalance the

:17:58.:18:02.

economy, manufacturers across Wales were gearing up in earnest to supply

:18:03.:18:07.

the Swansea Bay tidal lagoon. They share my deep concern that the

:18:08.:18:11.

government is now planning a lengthy review that could scupper the

:18:12.:18:16.

project altogether. Can the Secretary of State give an

:18:17.:18:19.

unequivocal guarantee that this vitally important project will not

:18:20.:18:25.

be sidelined by his government? I do notice the shadow Secretary of State

:18:26.:18:28.

did not stand up here today and welcome what we saw yesterday, Her

:18:29.:18:33.

Majesty The Queen naming and opening the new Elizabeth Cross rail line,

:18:34.:18:39.

which by the way uses 50,000 tonnes of steel made in Wales. She should

:18:40.:18:45.

be welcoming that as a good example of how UK infrastructure investment

:18:46.:18:50.

can drive growth in the steel industry as well. In terms of the

:18:51.:18:54.

tidal lagoon review, the chief executive of that review has

:18:55.:18:58.

welcomed the review himself. He welcomes that we are looking into

:18:59.:19:01.

this and exploring all options to see if this project is financially

:19:02.:19:09.

viable. We are better informed, albeit at some length. Does the

:19:10.:19:14.

Minister share my view that a prime mover between rebalancing the

:19:15.:19:18.

economy is the sense of fairness? Does the agreed that the action

:19:19.:19:25.

taken by this government in constituencies throughout Wales is

:19:26.:19:27.

about making the best use of their talents? The house in the nation

:19:28.:19:34.

should have heard him and I fear they might not have adequately done

:19:35.:19:39.

so. It will do for today though. As long as the Secretary of State heard

:19:40.:19:47.

but courtesy dictates. Mr Speaker, I did not hear the full question but

:19:48.:19:50.

what I did here was an important point about fairness when it comes

:19:51.:19:57.

to rebalancing the economy. Unlike the previously the government when

:19:58.:20:02.

the UK became hopelessly balance towards London and the south-east,

:20:03.:20:05.

we think there are talents and resources in the North of England,

:20:06.:20:08.

Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the West of England that need to

:20:09.:20:15.

be captured and enhanced. Number four, Mr Speaker. This government

:20:16.:20:21.

has a proud record of devolution in Wales, establishing the sil

:20:22.:20:24.

commission, new fiscal powers and taking forward the Saint Davids Day

:20:25.:20:29.

agreement. In that agreement we committed to consider the case for

:20:30.:20:34.

devolving APD to Wales this work is being undertaken and assessed by the

:20:35.:20:44.

Treasury. Evolving air passenger duty will not help, it will damage

:20:45.:20:50.

the economic viability Bristol Airport of consequential and

:20:51.:20:54.

detrimental affects in the south-west. When my right honourable

:20:55.:20:59.

friend the stresses that with the Chancellor, will he reflect on the

:21:00.:21:02.

fact that if it had not been for making great games in the

:21:03.:21:05.

south-west, there would not be a majority of the Conservative

:21:06.:21:10.

government. I thank him for his question, like me, I am sure he

:21:11.:21:13.

welcomes the fact that as a government we are cutting APD in all

:21:14.:21:19.

parts of the government. -- in all parts of the country. There are also

:21:20.:21:24.

serious concerns about the effect that APD devolution may have on

:21:25.:21:27.

competition issues in relation to Bristol Airport. Is the Secretary of

:21:28.:21:34.

State aware that North Wales number local airport are Liverpool and

:21:35.:21:39.

Manchester and will he pull his finger out and meet to improve

:21:40.:21:45.

connectivity to Manchester Airport by rail from North Wales? Mr

:21:46.:21:52.

Speaker, I am aware of the issues the honourable member for Wrexham

:21:53.:21:56.

raises. I recently met with the North Wales business Council to talk

:21:57.:22:00.

about the importance of a rail link from North Wales into Manchester

:22:01.:22:03.

Airport. He makes an important point that we are very mindful of. Number

:22:04.:22:12.

six Mr Speaker. Wales is getting back to work, 58,000 fewer working

:22:13.:22:16.

household since 2010, our welfare reforms have benefited the people of

:22:17.:22:20.

Wales, helping people into jobs that will provide a regular wage to

:22:21.:22:31.

themselves and their families. I thank my honourable friend for that

:22:32.:22:36.

answer. Does he agree with me that it is the far-reaching benefit

:22:37.:22:40.

changes and reforms of the welfare state that have encouraged people to

:22:41.:22:44.

get back to work and have the dignity of earning a living rather

:22:45.:22:50.

than living a life on benefits? He is absolutely right, the

:22:51.:22:52.

unemployment rate in Miles has fallen more than any other parts of

:22:53.:22:56.

the UK in the last quarter. Welfare of form is key to that, we are

:22:57.:23:01.

determined to deliver a low wealth, low tax, high wage economy. The

Institute for Fiscal Studies warned this month that universal credit

:23:12.:23:14.

will weaken the incentives for single parents to work. What

:23:15.:23:18.

assessment has the government made of ruling out -- what effect

:23:19.:23:26.

universal credit will have an Wales? Welfare reform needs to be taken in

:23:27.:23:32.

its totality. It is about incentivising work and increasing

:23:33.:23:36.

wages and lowering taxes. I would hope the honourable member would

:23:37.:23:39.

reflect on the positive nature of welfare reform interning about

:23:40.:23:54.

communities. Number eight. The secretary of state and I readily

:23:55.:23:56.

meet with stakeholders to discuss government plans for infrastructure

:23:57.:24:01.

across the whole of Wales. Just this week, the Secretary of State will be

:24:02.:24:05.

meeting her Tajik to discuss proposals for a new nuclear power

station. As part of the government's Northern Powerhouse incentive

proved, six years early, can he confirm that it will benefit the

:24:20.:24:23.

people of both Wales and sperm or economic develop and programmes in

:24:24.:24:27.

Wales as well as in north-west England and Cheshire? I am grateful

:24:28.:24:34.

to him for raising this issue, he highlights the HS two project is

:24:35.:24:41.

truly a national scheme. It offers potential for Wales and the

:24:42.:24:44.

potential Northern Powerhouse. I recently met with the North Wales

:24:45.:24:48.

task force who recognise the potential of North Wales in the

:24:49.:24:53.

Northern Powerhouse and the Northern Powerhouse to North Wales. Much is

:24:54.:24:58.

rightly made of trends in employment in Wales but average full-time

:24:59.:25:04.

workers pay in my constituency has dropped 12% in the last two years.

:25:05.:25:10.

What is the Secretary of State doing to bring infrastructure projects and

:25:11.:25:17.

science and technology salaries to our constituencies? Inode she is a

:25:18.:25:22.

true champion of her home constituency but across the whole of

:25:23.:25:25.

North Wales and will welcome the significant investment in the

:25:26.:25:32.

present in Wrexham. The ?20 billion investment that will bring as well

:25:33.:25:36.

as the interest she has shown in the nuclear projects in her area, I have

:25:37.:25:43.

met with her and the leader of Bernard Council recently to discuss

:25:44.:25:48.

the effects this will have and the announcements made by the

:25:49.:25:52.

Chancellor, making millions available for this scheme. Number

terms of publication as an asp is all. They have waited all this time

:26:06.:26:18.

for some conclusions, it is ridiculous that government

:26:19.:26:23.

departments in the last two months have been sitting on the report.

:26:24.:26:27.

What is going on, I understand reductions are taking place, what

:26:28.:26:35.

confidence can we have in the published report eventually that it

:26:36.:26:40.

is a true report without interference from the government? I

:26:41.:26:46.

thank the honourable lady for her question, it is a serious and

:26:47.:26:53.

sensitive issue, and I will think of the tireless work she has done for

:26:54.:27:01.

those who suffered horrendous abuse. We have the report, it is being

:27:02.:27:05.

looked at by the Crown Prosecution Service and the DPP and the police.

:27:06.:27:15.

Some reductions are being made, I will, we will only make redactions

:27:16.:27:19.

where absolutely necessary and we will provide full explanations into

:27:20.:27:22.

why we are making those redactions, we owe that to the victims. Does the

:27:23.:27:30.

Secretary of State agree with me that there is concern about the

:27:31.:27:37.

language issue in this report. In the Waterhouse report, saying the

:27:38.:27:41.

children saw a great deal, as well they might. I think the honourable

:27:42.:27:47.

member is getting into a level of detail that we can perhaps discuss

:27:48.:27:51.

outside this place on another occasion. The criminal records unit

:27:52.:28:04.

will close on the 31st of May, the latest application will be accepted

:28:05.:28:09.

is this Friday. By link with services will cease on Friday, does

:28:10.:28:16.

he share my concern? I want to see the Welsh language flourish and

:28:17.:28:22.

being used on a day-to-day basis. I am not familiar with the specific

:28:23.:28:25.

case he raises with me but he is once do drop in, we can look into it

:28:26.:28:30.

fully. Questions to the Prime Minister. The house will be a

:28:31.:28:41.

further dreadful accident that happened at Didcot power station

:28:42.:28:44.

yesterday afternoon in which one died and three are missing.
