That's all from the BBC News at Six so it's goodbye from me | :00:00. | :00:00.
and on BBC One we now join the BBC's news teams where you are. | :00:00. | :00:00.
Tonight, on Reporting Scotland: A murder inquiry is underway | :00:00. | :00:07.
after an 82-year-old woman is murdered in her own | :00:08. | :00:10.
And 82-year-old woman in the safety of her own home being subjected to a | :00:11. | :00:21.
brutal attack is horrendous. Also on the programme, | :00:22. | :00:23.
severe flood warnings heavy rain across the north-east | :00:24. | :00:25.
brings swollen rivers and travel Another day, another deluge, as more | :00:26. | :00:29.
flooding hits. A year since free school | :00:30. | :00:39.
meals were introduced for our youngest pupils - | :00:40. | :00:41.
is it radical social policy, And, they call it the | :00:42. | :00:44.
romance of the Cup - minnows East Kilbride could make it | :00:45. | :00:48.
to the last 16 this weekend. Police have described the murder | :00:49. | :01:07.
of an 82-year-old woman in her own home as a brutal | :01:08. | :01:11.
and horrific crime. Mary Logie's body was discovered | :01:12. | :01:14.
on Tuesday night in the town She's said to have suffered head | :01:15. | :01:17.
injuries. As Lisa Summers reports, | :01:18. | :01:22.
she lived alone but had been seen There were no signs of a break-in, | :01:23. | :01:37.
so far no clear motive, but detectives say that Mary Logie was | :01:38. | :01:41.
murdered in a brutal and horrific attack. Mary had lived alone all her | :01:42. | :01:45.
life, she was said to be independent, capable and a member of | :01:46. | :01:49.
the local church. A neighbour spoke to Mary about 8pm on Tuesday and she | :01:50. | :01:53.
said she was planning to get the bus into town and visit a friend in | :01:54. | :01:58.
hospital. Later that day, the neighbour became concerned because | :01:59. | :02:01.
they hadn't heard from Mary. When they called in, they found her dead. | :02:02. | :02:05.
Detectives say it is key to establish her movements. My number | :02:06. | :02:11.
one priority is to reduce our 12 hours to aim or focused time to | :02:12. | :02:15.
read, and I'm confident we can do that quickly by establishing whether | :02:16. | :02:20.
Mary left her house, and by speaking to as many people as possible, and | :02:21. | :02:25.
CCTV enquiries in the area. That will give us an idea of whether Mary | :02:26. | :02:30.
left the flat. Mary spent the festive period with one of her sons | :02:31. | :02:35.
in England. She returned home in the New Year. Her family described her | :02:36. | :02:38.
today as it is a beloved mother, grandmother and friend. There are a | :02:39. | :02:45.
lot of older people who stay here. When I was coming out, she was going | :02:46. | :02:49.
for the bus or something. We used to say hello. This afternoon, police | :02:50. | :02:54.
launched an appeal for information. They say somebody local could hold | :02:55. | :02:59.
the key. Somebody may have a piece of information they might not think | :03:00. | :03:02.
is important, but all the little pieces will create the picture of | :03:03. | :03:08.
who has been, or who is responsible for this shocking crime. Extra | :03:09. | :03:14.
patrols remain in the area this evening as detectives try to work | :03:15. | :03:17.
out who carried out this terrible attack on a defenceless woman in her | :03:18. | :03:19.
own home. Two severe flood warnings have | :03:20. | :03:21.
been issued for Kintore It follows a day of heavy rain | :03:22. | :03:23.
on already saturated ground. Our reporter Craig Anderson | :03:24. | :03:27.
is in Inverurie for us tonight. This was the scene just on Monday, | :03:28. | :03:47.
when the people of this area and the outskirts of Inverurie were | :03:48. | :03:54.
inundated, as the river levels rose. They had hoped, the owners of these | :03:55. | :03:58.
sandbagged homes, that the deluge would subside, but tonight it has | :03:59. | :04:03.
happened again. The water isn't just running off the streets. I don't | :04:04. | :04:07.
know if you can see behind me, but the water is actually coming up | :04:08. | :04:11.
through the drains. Since we have been here, there has been a definite | :04:12. | :04:15.
rise in the amount of flood water. This is one area which is covered by | :04:16. | :04:20.
one of the severe flood warnings issued by the Scottish Government's | :04:21. | :04:23.
Environment Agency. There are literally dozens of other, | :04:24. | :04:28.
lower-level flood warnings throughout the east of Scotland and | :04:29. | :04:31.
the north-east. Severe flood warnings are important, because that | :04:32. | :04:36.
means there could actually be a life -- a risk to human life. | :04:37. | :04:41.
What is the situation like in the rest of the area? There are problems | :04:42. | :04:48.
throughout the north-east. Earlier today, I visited a care home at | :04:49. | :04:52.
Huntly, where we learned a short time ago that 21 of the elderly | :04:53. | :04:58.
residents have been evacuated to other care homes and a hospital in | :04:59. | :05:03.
the area. They were busy sandbagging, because that care home | :05:04. | :05:06.
had actually been flooded before. There are three care homes in | :05:07. | :05:10.
Aberdeen, as we understand it this evening, which are also on a | :05:11. | :05:14.
lower-level flood alert, but news which has just reached us, there are | :05:15. | :05:19.
no flights going in and out of Aberdeen airport tonight because a | :05:20. | :05:23.
whole has appeared, caused by torrential rain, in the vital | :05:24. | :05:26.
touchdown area for aircraft. The operators say they cannot say when | :05:27. | :05:31.
it might be repaired. So problems for air passengers in and out of | :05:32. | :05:39.
Aberdeen this evening. Also, on the trains, the track between Aberdeen | :05:40. | :05:43.
and Inverness is flooded. Between Aberdeen and Dundee south, that is | :05:44. | :05:49.
flooded. The A96 north of Aberdeen, there are problems there, as with | :05:50. | :05:54.
the A90 from Aberdeen to Dundee. The authorities also say there are | :05:55. | :05:59.
problems throughout the area and numerous country roads, which are | :06:00. | :06:03.
either closed or possible only with care. Tonight, what they are saying | :06:04. | :06:07.
is that the water levels may not peak until the early hours of the | :06:08. | :06:11.
morning. The warnings from the authorities are that this is a very | :06:12. | :06:16.
dangerous situation. People ought to be prepared. They ought not to go | :06:17. | :06:21.
near any flood waters. And they should not take any unnecessary | :06:22. | :06:22.
risks. Elsewhere many roads have been | :06:23. | :06:24.
blocked and rail services Towns and villages across the region | :06:25. | :06:26.
are preparing for the worst, with an amber alert in place | :06:27. | :06:30.
until tomorrow morning. A familiar sight this winter, but no | :06:31. | :06:45.
less frightening. Rampaging floodwaters, this time through an | :06:46. | :06:51.
Aberdeenshire village. Dealing with such conditions as tested People's | :06:52. | :06:55.
resource business, but in Braemar they are improvising. Whether it is | :06:56. | :07:02.
ferrying the weekly shop for guests for a local DMV, they are finding | :07:03. | :07:09.
ways round being cut off. We are having to get up a bit earlier. | :07:10. | :07:14.
Normally, I have been running home, which is an hour, but today, very | :07:15. | :07:19.
wet, so I took the opportunity of a lift. We are making sure that | :07:20. | :07:24.
elderly residents are provided for in terms of food. It is lovely to | :07:25. | :07:28.
see the village pulling together so well. Work to fix the bridge | :07:29. | :07:36.
continues in difficult conditions. A two-week timetable unaffected, | :07:37. | :07:40.
insist those responsible. Not far away, the rising River Dee is a | :07:41. | :07:44.
concern for those trying to save Aberfeldy Castle. In affected areas | :07:45. | :07:50.
across the country, a huge effort to repair damage and to assess new | :07:51. | :07:55.
problems. All the while, life is becoming increasingly difficult and, | :07:56. | :07:59.
at times, impossible for those out on the roads. The more immediate | :08:00. | :08:04.
consequence of the predicted heavy rain. Here in Perth, flood defences | :08:05. | :08:08.
have already been tested to their limits. The water level reaching its | :08:09. | :08:14.
highest point since 2004. With the rain falling and the River K due to | :08:15. | :08:19.
peak overnight, this is once again a city and its guard. The same applies | :08:20. | :08:26.
further along the river, where the sandbags are in place, fingers | :08:27. | :08:30.
crossed, waiting to see what daylight might bring. | :08:31. | :08:32.
So what is the cost of the recent flooding likely to be? | :08:33. | :08:35.
The accountants Price Waterhouse Coopers estimate the loss | :08:36. | :08:37.
to the Scottish economy at anything between ?350 million | :08:38. | :08:39.
And insurance losses are likely to start at ?175 million, | :08:40. | :08:44.
but could be as much as ?350 million. | :08:45. | :08:46.
Today our reporter John McManus joined a team of insurance assessors | :08:47. | :08:48.
After the flood comes the clear up. For Derek, like others, that means | :08:49. | :09:07.
making insurance claims. Carpets, flooring, furniture... Electrical | :09:08. | :09:10.
goods in the garage, fridge freezer, bikes... A mixture of everything. | :09:11. | :09:18.
Much of it is intensely personal. Two daughters, their flats are | :09:19. | :09:24.
flooded and they have lost their photos, birth certificates, | :09:25. | :09:26.
passports, things which can't be replaced. It has all gone. It is not | :09:27. | :09:33.
just damage to what is inside houses, though. Water can destroy | :09:34. | :09:38.
structures as well. I haven't seen damage like this for some time. Ian | :09:39. | :09:46.
Crawford is ending -- a surveyor. We have had four or five feet of water | :09:47. | :09:49.
in all ground floor rooms, so everything inside, plaster, floors, | :09:50. | :09:55.
kitchen units, bathrooms, it is all destroyed. The problem is there is | :09:56. | :09:59.
so much damp in the property that that is moving upstairs and all of | :10:00. | :10:05.
the walling and furniture upstairs is becoming them as well. Clearing | :10:06. | :10:10.
out flooded houses and claiming and insurance policies can be difficult. | :10:11. | :10:15.
Many householders here in Ballater are also worried about what will | :10:16. | :10:19.
happen to their future insurance premiums. This was a fairly low risk | :10:20. | :10:24.
area. Now we have had a flood, it is obviously different. Unless we can | :10:25. | :10:29.
be proven to be protected, who is going to insure us? We don't know. | :10:30. | :10:35.
The village is gutted. Will we attract more people? Will people be | :10:36. | :10:39.
able to stay? The Scottish Government have to urgently look at | :10:40. | :10:42.
it and give us some hope for the future. Flooding costs insurers | :10:43. | :10:50.
millions in 2014. A new scheme to ensure high risk homes start in | :10:51. | :10:51.
April. You're watching Reporting | :10:52. | :10:53.
Scotland from the BBC. Still to come on | :10:54. | :10:55.
tonight's programme: A year since free school meals were | :10:56. | :11:05.
introduced for the youngest pupils, is it radical social policy or a | :11:06. | :11:07.
In sport: The SPFL board will discuss sectarian chanting | :11:08. | :11:11.
at a recent Rangers match - but what's the likely outcome? | :11:12. | :11:14.
And we're on the road to Hampden ahead of the weekend's Scottish Cup | :11:15. | :11:17.
What happens if Scotland votes to stay in the European Union | :11:18. | :11:25.
and the UK as a whole votes to leave? | :11:26. | :11:27.
The First Minister, Nicola Sturgeon, said today it would be a "democratic | :11:28. | :11:30.
outrage" for Scotland to be forced out. | :11:31. | :11:33.
But the former Prime Minister, Gordon Brown, says the referendum | :11:34. | :11:35.
on EU membership must be decided by voters across Britain. | :11:36. | :11:39.
Here's our political correspondent, Glenn Campbell. | :11:40. | :11:48.
In the Scottish independence referendum, Nicola Sturgeon said | :11:49. | :11:54.
yes, Gordon Brown said no. They were poles apart. But, when the UK votes | :11:55. | :12:01.
on its membership of the European Union, these two big figures in | :12:02. | :12:06.
Scottish politics will be on the same site, arguing strongly for the | :12:07. | :12:10.
UK to remain part of this 28 country Alliance. But they don't agree on | :12:11. | :12:17.
everything. At Holyrood, the First Minister thinks there should only be | :12:18. | :12:18.
a UK exit if a majority of people Minister thinks there should only be | :12:19. | :12:25.
vote for that if -- in each of the four home nations. If Scotland was | :12:26. | :12:29.
devoted to stay in but the vote across the UK was to lead us being | :12:30. | :12:34.
taken out, that would be a democratic outrage. I think it is a | :12:35. | :12:39.
cause of real concern. I think the best role is for us to be leading in | :12:40. | :12:45.
Europe and not leaving Europe. The former Prime Minister, backing a | :12:46. | :12:49.
Labour campaign for the UK to stick with the EU, doesn't support a | :12:50. | :12:54.
Scottish veto. We are voting as Great Britain, as a whole. I don't | :12:55. | :12:58.
think we are voting as four separate nations. We are voting on Britain as | :12:59. | :13:02.
a whole and the decision has to be whether Britain wants to stay. In | :13:03. | :13:06.
the referendum debate in Scotland, Ukip argues for us to get out. Most | :13:07. | :13:13.
political parties are officially for us staying in the European Union | :13:14. | :13:18.
but, in their ranks, there are dissenting voices. Everyday, we give | :13:19. | :13:23.
Europe ?50 million. That would be much better being kept and spent our | :13:24. | :13:29.
priorities. It for David Cameron in Germany today to call a referendum. | :13:30. | :13:35.
He hopes to renegotiate the terms of UK membership first but there is | :13:36. | :13:38.
speculation that the vote could be held as early as June. | :13:39. | :13:41.
A look at other stories from across the country. | :13:42. | :13:43.

Administrators have been called in to Hawick Knitwear - | :14:26. | :14:29.
which traces its roots back to 1874 and produces cashmere | :14:30. | :14:33.
123 of the 179 employees have been made redundant. | :14:34. | :14:39.

The A83 at the Rest and Be Thankful in Argyll has re-opened, | :14:42. | :14:49.
a day after a controlled explosion broke up a 150-tonne rock | :14:50. | :14:52.

limits across roads in Edinburgh will begin in July, across much | :15:17. | :15:19.
of the city centre, from the New Town to the Meadows. | :15:20. | :15:22.
The limit, which will eventually cover 80 per cent of the capital's | :15:23. | :15:25.
roads, was approved by councillors last year. | :15:26. | :15:28.
The roll-out will be complete by 2018. | :15:29. | :15:30.
The scheme is designed to improve safety and encourage more people | :15:31. | :15:33.
It's exactly a year since a huge shake-up to free school meals. | :15:34. | :15:42.
All children in the first three years of primary school can | :15:43. | :15:45.
The government believes the policy has been a success, | :15:46. | :15:49.
but the Conservatives are questioning if it's the best use | :15:50. | :15:51.
Our education correspondent Jamie McIvor visited | :15:52. | :15:57.
Burgh Primary School in Musselburgh to assess the impact. | :15:58. | :16:06.
A radical social policy or a middle-class benefit? 135,000 pupils | :16:07. | :16:14.
in the first three years of primary school get a free lunch. With plenty | :16:15. | :16:19.
of healthy choices. When strawberries are available I am | :16:20. | :16:26.
going to get strawberries. Tomatoes, cucumber and some grapes and | :16:27. | :16:29.
strawberries. Typically between seven and eight out of ten families | :16:30. | :16:34.
are taking up the offer but a significant minority are still | :16:35. | :16:39.
seeing no thanks. We involve the children in tasting sessions to get | :16:40. | :16:43.
them to dry foods. I think we have to do more of that and get the | :16:44. | :16:47.
parents sent. Some of the parents think of school meals as may be | :16:48. | :16:52.
going back 2030 years. That is what their expectations are. -- 20 or 30. | :16:53. | :17:00.
The Scottish Government believes it has been a popular policy with the | :17:01. | :17:05.
potential to achieve more. There is the potential to have universal free | :17:06. | :17:16.
school across primary one to three. The former Conservative Lib Dem | :17:17. | :17:22.
coalition introduced the policy. The Scottish Government says this policy | :17:23. | :17:26.
is saving families the hundred and ?80 a year. Supporters say it could | :17:27. | :17:31.
improve this band of health and raise attainment in schools if a | :17:32. | :17:35.
good meal helps children concentrate -- ?380. Is a so-called universal | :17:36. | :17:43.
benefit that the best use of scarce resources? We have some doubts about | :17:44. | :17:47.
the situation where councils around the biggest financial constraint | :17:48. | :17:51.
ever that that policy should be universal when many parents can | :17:52. | :17:58.
afford to pay. Unions and churches support the extra fees go males but | :17:59. | :18:01.
it will take years to prove the impact beyond helping family budgets | :18:02. | :18:08.
-- free school meals. Let's get all the sport | :18:09. | :18:11.
now from David. The Scottish Professional Football | :18:12. | :18:13.
League board will discuss the sectarian chanting heard | :18:14. | :18:15.
during Rangers' recent The chants from a section | :18:16. | :18:17.
of the home support are mentioned More from our senior football | :18:18. | :18:25.
reporter Chris McLaughlin. It was this song in particular that | :18:26. | :18:46.
has once again caused an issue. The so-called Billy Boys is banned. The | :18:47. | :18:50.
club released a statement reminding fans about behaviour. Police | :18:51. | :18:57.
Scotland made one arrest but said inquiries into sectarianism are | :18:58. | :19:00.
ongoing. The matter will be discussed at the national stadium | :19:01. | :19:04.
during a board meeting later this month. That does not mean that | :19:05. | :19:07.
Rangers will automatically be punished. Several similar scenarios | :19:08. | :19:13.
involving the club recently have led to no action being taken. In Europe | :19:14. | :19:19.
the club has been fined on several occasions by Uefa due to offensive | :19:20. | :19:22.
chanting during matches like this one against a Spanish side in 2007. | :19:23. | :19:31.
Anti-sectarian campaigners are not convinced the meeting will make any | :19:32. | :19:32.
difference. As Rangers continue to move forward | :19:33. | :19:49.
on the park they want to stop those taking it backwoods of it. The | :19:50. | :19:53.
question is, will the league play a part? | :19:54. | :19:56.
The Celtic striker Anthony Stokes could be playing his football | :19:57. | :19:58.
in Inverness if the Caley Thistle boss John Hughes has his way. | :19:59. | :20:01.
The Republic of Ireland international has been out of favour | :20:02. | :20:04.
at Parkhead this season, and Hughes says he's made an enquiry | :20:05. | :20:06.
about a loan move as he's keen to be reunited with a player he managed | :20:07. | :20:10.
Glasgow Warriors are treating their match against Racing 92 | :20:11. | :20:19.
in Paris on Saturday like any other, despite heightened security. | :20:20. | :20:22.
The game was postponed in November after 130 people were killed | :20:23. | :20:24.
Today a man was shot dead while trying to attack a Paris | :20:25. | :20:29.
police station on the anniversary of the Charlie Hebdo killings, | :20:30. | :20:33.
Obviously security will be a priority for us, for Racing, for the | :20:34. | :20:44.
games going on in Paris and throughout France. We are aware of | :20:45. | :20:49.
there will be more security around the game and around the hotel. | :20:50. | :20:56.
"Beyond their wildest dreams" is how the manager of lowland league | :20:57. | :20:59.
East Kilbride Billy Ogilvie describes playing in the fourth | :21:00. | :21:01.
round of the Scottish Cup this weekend. | :21:02. | :21:03.
They've already knocked out Stenhousemuir, and if they beat | :21:04. | :21:05.
Lothian Thistle Hutchison Vale on Saturday, they'll be | :21:06. | :21:07.
As Kenny Crawford reports, the remarkable Cup run gives Ogilvie | :21:08. | :21:15.
At night in wind or rain or both he is preparing his team for their | :21:16. | :21:32.
biggest game ever. A part-time role as a school bright manager does not | :21:33. | :21:35.
pay all the bills. By day, taxi driving is believed Ogilvie's game | :21:36. | :21:43.
and given his side's run in the Scottish Cup we should probably | :21:44. | :21:52.
check he knows the way to Hamdan. -- Hampden. I know that very well. You | :21:53. | :22:02.
enjoyed taxi driving. Definitely. You meet nice people. I love it when | :22:03. | :22:08.
we talk about football. Do they hear much about equal bread? Once we | :22:09. | :22:16.
break that barrier, yes. It is all systems go. Ibrox to the right. It | :22:17. | :22:25.
would be amazing to play at a stadium like that if you got | :22:26. | :22:30.
through. It would be unbelievable, a dream come true. Did you still think | :22:31. | :22:33.
you would be here at the fourth round? No way. It feels magnificent | :22:34. | :22:42.
driving up towards Hampden. You are just a few rounds away. A few rounds | :22:43. | :22:54.
away, Sony but so far. -- so near. Hopefully that is not the last trip | :22:55. | :23:00.
unique to Hampden this year. I always like to leave a tip, keep it | :23:01. | :23:08.
tight. The taxi driver took the long road! | :23:09. | :23:14.
We've been seeing how much the recent storms have been causing | :23:15. | :23:16.
problems on land, but spare a thought for the seabirds who've | :23:17. | :23:19.
Hundreds of little auks have been blown ashore across | :23:20. | :23:23.
They are in their element at sea but once these tiny birds land on the | :23:24. | :23:32.
ground they are goosed and need a helping hand. He is quite feisty, he | :23:33. | :23:40.
is biting, this is a good sign. It does not hurt too much. At the SS | :23:41. | :23:46.
BCA in Alloa they have been inundated with these birds for days. | :23:47. | :23:51.
The plan is to feed them up quickly and then take them to local cliffs | :23:52. | :23:56.
and help them on their way. These birds are deciding to be on the | :23:57. | :24:01.
seesaw they cannot walk and run across land. They can only move a | :24:02. | :24:07.
short distance. They cannot take off from land. They need to be back on | :24:08. | :24:13.
the water. They breed in the Arctic but my great for the winter to the | :24:14. | :24:18.
North Sea of Scotland. The strong winds have blown them way inland. | :24:19. | :24:22.
Normally the rescues entered were taken four of five year. On the | :24:23. | :24:29.
latest high tide all of the healthy birds in this room were released. | :24:30. | :24:37.
Exterior of them in a single release. All of these cages have | :24:38. | :24:42.
filled back up again and even more the way. They have been found as far | :24:43. | :24:49.
apart as peers, sterling and the current corms. This one was | :24:50. | :24:52.
discovered in a back garden in Aberdeen. The quicker they I | :24:53. | :25:00.
released the greater their chance of survival -- Cairngorms. Anybody who | :25:01. | :25:04.
finds one online and is advised to get in touch. -- on land. | :25:05. | :25:13.
After another turbulent day on global markets and the gloomy speech | :25:14. | :25:17.
from the Chancellor we will ask how Scotland's economy might fare in the | :25:18. | :25:23.
coming year. The social entrepreneur who brought George Clooney to | :25:24. | :25:25.
Edinburgh talks about feeding refugees in Europe. Join me on BBC | :25:26. | :25:29.
Two at 10:30pm. A lot of rain around today but a | :25:30. | :25:41.
change to something called for many tonight. The rain is still causing | :25:42. | :25:45.
us concerns. Many rivers looking like this today. The amber be | :25:46. | :25:51.
prepared warning remains in force across Aberdeenshire, Angus and | :25:52. | :25:56.
Perthshire. The effects of the rain continuing to be felt. Falling as | :25:57. | :26:02.
snow. Difficult for some if you are travelling. Cold and frosty and icy | :26:03. | :26:09.
patches around. Temperatures close to freezing even in the town. | :26:10. | :26:14.
Tomorrow I attention is on ice and snow. A yellow warning from Dumfries | :26:15. | :26:22.
and Galloway to the Borders. Snow on the hills and the high road routes. | :26:23. | :26:26.
A difficult commute for some that will ease by the afternoon. For most | :26:27. | :26:31.
of the mainland largely dry but wet across the far north of the | :26:32. | :26:36.
mainland. Around 3pm a much improved picture across the south after the | :26:37. | :26:41.
wet morning but cold. Winds much later. A few showers around, wintry | :26:42. | :26:47.
given any altitude. The north-east feeling the effects of all of that | :26:48. | :26:51.
rain we have seen today and to night and still reeling across the far | :26:52. | :26:55.
north, wintry at times. Dry for Shetland. In the evening largely dry | :26:56. | :27:03.
across the mainland. Wintry showers on the hills. It will be cold with | :27:04. | :27:08.
frost and ice. The week end, the weather front is still with us | :27:09. | :27:12.
across the far north and another one is edging in bringing rain and snow | :27:13. | :27:17.
to the southern uplands on Saturday, perhaps into the central belt by | :27:18. | :27:22.
lunchtime but quickly easing away. Cold and wait for some. Sunday, | :27:23. | :27:31.
low-pressure, still unsettled, much colder air coming from the Arctic as | :27:32. | :27:33.
we head to next week. I'll be back with the headlines | :27:34. | :27:39.
at 8pm and the late bulletin just | :27:40. | :27:43. |
