The Children's Commissioner has attacked campaigners who've used

the death of toddler Liam Fee to further their efforts

against the Scottish Government's Named Person initiative.

What we do know is that this was a child who was known to social

workers and that puts that incident, that child, way beyond that level...

But the Children's Commissioner admitted that he didn't know if

Liam Fee had a person assigned to him.

The Named Person scheme comes into play in August, the month that Liam

Fee would have been five years old. The Scottish Government insists

Liam Fee's death has absolutely nothing to do

with the Named Person policy. Three men have been taken

to hospital in Glasgow, after a serious disturbance this

afternoon in Cardowan Police say they believe

it was a targetted attack. The emergency services went

to Frankfield Road after a number Specialist units were deployed,

including the police helicopter, The three men are said to be

in a stable condition in hospital. Tonight, a significant police

presence remains in the area. A three-month-old baby,

who was taken to hospital after an incident at a homeless

facility at Broxburn Sophia Williams was taken

to the Royal Hospital for Sick Children in

Edinburgh on Monday. Police say they're treating

the death as unexplained. And in Tennis, Andy Murray couldn't

win his first French Open title Novak Djokovic became only the third

man in history to hold all four Grand Slam titles at the same time,

beating him by three sets to one. This place is empty now, but ten

list history was made here, unfortunately not by Andy Murray.

More grand slam heartache for the Scot. This was his 10th final. He

has now lost eight, but he started out very well this morning. He had a

rod on his serve -- a lot, and he out very well this morning. He had a

rallied well by the end, but he wasn't able to stave off the third,

and it was Novak Djokovic prevailed over the Scot again. He will now

take some time off and reflective of what has happened this past

fortnight. It has been a long clay court season for me. It will

hopefully be a long summer as well. If I play well, and only to rest and

let my body recover a little bit. So it is a runners-up trophy for Andy

Murray in his first-ever French Open final. He now moves onto the grass

and will feel he has a real chance in winning Wimbledon in a few weeks'

time if he can find his top form. For Novak Djokovic, a place

alongside all tennis greats. The first man since 1969, he holds all

four of the grand slam 's simultaneously.

Another fabulous sunny day, and yet more fine weather

on the way overnight, and to start the week.

It has been another glorious day of weather across Scotland. And

tonight, dry conditions with clears browser most. Some mist and low

cloud into the Northern Isles, north-eastern coastal areas. Raised

in coastal areas also, tomorrow morning. That could be stubborn to

clear. Elsewhere, plenty of warm sunshine again. Temperatures peaking

around 25, if not 26 Celsius. Once again, that warmth could trigger a

fuel sharp showers, the odd rumble again, that warmth could trigger a

of thunder. More of the same on Tuesday, dry conditions to start the

day, warming up once again and that may trigger some thundery showers,
