We will reflect on an evening of high drama at Stamford Bridge. It

had huge ramifications at the top of the table. Elsewhere today, Arsenal

take on Hull in a cup final rehearsal, and it is David Moyes

versus Martinez at Goodison Park. With me today is Danny Murphy, Laura

Williamson of the Daily Mail, and much of the Day commentator Guy

social media. Let's go to Carrow Road and find out about this

dominant Liverpool performance against Norwich. There does not seem

to be any way of getting this Liverpool juggernaut of the road

because they are up and running within four minutes, thanks to Rahim

Sterling. Norwich are trying to attack through Gary Hooper and they

almost find their way through. Leroy Fer is there and Liverpool are

desperately trying to defend for the first time. Sterling took the lead

and then seven minutes later he sent one into the penalty area and Luis

Suarez was on hand to get his 13th Premier League goal of the season

and his 12th against Norwich in his last four appearances. He has scored

three hat-tricks in that time and you would not bet against him doing

that again today for his third visit to Carrow Road in a row. Plenty of

updates in the next 45 minutes. One quick thing, Norwich's Bihar you

have been few years with their first 17 minutes in the fact that they

have been so open. You have got to respect Liverpool the way they are

playing. The game was so open early on and I do not understand the

philosophy of going out and playing Liverpool and giving them space. The

papers this morning also focused on what happened at Stamford Bridge

yesterday. Laura's paper says, referee rage, it is as simple as

that will stop Chelsea beaten 2-1 by Sunderland. Jose Mourinho's unbeaten

run at Stamford Bridge ends. It is safe to say he was not happy about

it. My answer is simple and pragmatic. First of all,

congratulations to my players because they gave everything, they

tried everything, they left everything they had on the pitch

from the first minute to the last minute. Secondly, congratulations to

Sunderland. They won three important points for them. It does not matter

how and why, but they won, so congratulations to them. Third,

congratulations to Mike Reid. His performance was fantastic, an

amazing performance. Finally, congratulations to Michael Reilly

because the way he organised things this season with referees doing

really well according to the objectives, so congratulations also

to Mike Riley and I have nothing more to say. And off he went. You

have being in that situation where you interview managers like that. It

is gold, it is fantastic and it is nearly always him. You know he has

got an agenda, you know he is going to say what he was. I do not speak

much Portuguese, so I do not know what Portuguese is for sarcastic or

pragmatic. It was cutting and it was nonsense. That bit about the

referees' agenda that Mike Riley has been setting. I keep thinking back

to the game at Stamford Bridge in November and the late penalty game

when they lost against West Bromwich Albion and when Steven Reid went in.

It is a plot if you are going to give it for them and against them

and work it over the whole season. But his tactics have worked and he

is all over the back pages and his discussion is on his opinion rather

than Chelsea's title hopes falling away. It is all about deflection.

After their Champions League success, suddenly he is the special

one again. After this his job is to take the blame, but he has put it

all onto the referees and it was completely preplanned. He that

message three times, to the written press as well, he is trying to be

clever and also so he does not get fined again, he is still furious

about that, but he did not criticise the officials remarkably. You cannot

be fined for sarcasm. He did exactly the same on sky TV and then much of

the day and the written press. We are not talking about Chelsea's

performance when we should be. Yes, it is a shame we are not because I

did not think they performed that badly. They came up against a

brilliant defensive display from Gus Poyet's men. I am a big fan of Joe

is a marine you're coming he is a fantastic manager and he gets the

best out of his players. To show some humility would have been nice.

I thought Sunderland were brilliant and their victory has been lessened

by his antics. What has gone wrong for Chelsea if anything? There have

been a few games where they have struggled, away at Palace, and he

has talked about the lack of strikers. Manchester City suffered

when Sergio Aguero got injured. Liverpool have kept Luis Suarez fit

and they look like they are going to be champions because of it. You need

somebody to get the goals and they have not got them. Do they lacked a

cutting edge? No doubt about it. Nothing he does is not preplanned.

He knows exactly what he is saying. When we go back to that conversation

with the French journalist who says something about him not having

strikers. He is right they need a striker. Every week in the Premier

League the lines between sport and theatre are getting blurred and I do

not know if I like it or dislike it. The same with the penalty

yesterday. I thought at first never a penalty. Then thinking about it,

he went to ground and he slid and the other player put his foot down

and he has been carried with him, so I can see why it is a penalty, but

it is not completely clear. But the elbow from Ramirez, these things

elbow -- level out. Going back with theatre and football I find that

with Jose-Maria knew all the time. He almost delivers a preprepared

statement, like a missive to the fans at home and the cameras go off

and he changes tack and he comes out with a different message. He decided

to go on a rant how Manchester United would never have penalties

given against him and it was pure agenda setting. When the cameras are

off and you are talking to him, because people do not see that, how

is he different? He is a lot more personable. He is still in the same

auditorium at Chelsea and he is there and you are here, but it is a

lot more knocked off the record, but a lot more information behind the

message he wants to get out. It is very obvious when the cameras are on

that he is performing and he has come in to say a certain message and

he wants to make sure it gets delivered. Clearly that is part of

being a manager now. His track record speaks volumes for him, but

he will be hugely disappointed with that team that he put out. He would

have expected them to steam roller Sunderland with what is at stake.

That was a good team and they did not perform and ultimately that is

what he is going to be judged on. Now it is looking like the

Premiership is finished. Can you see through that in the dressing room? I

can't remember. Gerard Houllier was good at it when we were having a bad

spell. He would take the blame. There is nothing wrong now and again

with a kick up the backside. That is not a bad thing. As a player you

want to respond and show you are better than that. I think, all in

all, you are right everything Jose-Maria knew has done is

premeditated, but you cannot argue with what he gets from his players.

He will be judging whether they can do that. Liverpool at Norwich and if

everything is to stay as it is they will be five points clear. And next

week if they win they will be nine points clear. Is it all over? You

cannot say it is all over because Chelsea have got to go to Liverpool

and they are more than capable of winning anywhere. The thing that

worries me is if they give the impetus to Manchester City and

sandwiched in between the Atletico Madrid games will he be able to pick

a team that is capable of winning. A short answer would be for me yes, it

is finished. Laura? I don't think so, I still think there will be some

twists and turns even though Liverpool are playing phenomenally

well. I think there was a silver haired gentleman enjoying a glass of

wine and possibly stroking a cat! Was it you? It was not me. I think

Manchester City might have a little bit of a say if they can recover.

Crystal Palace will have the biggest say. They go to Everton and that is

not easy. I think Liverpool are playing with such confidence and now

they know it is even more in their own hands they can more or less

afford a slip up and still win it. It is like a dog with a bone. What

we saw against Manchester City was passion, the fans wanted it and the

players wanted it. It is in their own hands. We talk about what

managers say, whether they are saying it for our benefit, but there

is no pressure there and they are enjoying it and they give that

impression. They are not starting games nervously and they seem to

have a carefree attitude. Before I was thinking sometimes you get this

ridiculous scenario because they are so far ahead that is not positive,

but for Liverpool it seems they have embraced that absolutely. You saw

the banners at the training ground this week and they really seemed,

and I know it sounds emotional, but they really seem to have taken that

on board. It gets bigger every time you go. Last week Anfield was a

sight to behold. I got to the Game three and a half hours before kick

off and I have never seen as many people outside a football ground

that early. Thousands and thousands lining the street, they were already

three deep and everybody has bought into it. Liverpool have also shown

apart from playing with confidence and freedom, their fitness levels

and energy are higher. They have played less games. They have played

40 games and Chelsea and Manchester City 52. In the momentum and the way

they are playing you have a freshness the way they are playing.

But if you are in good condition, and they have kept their star man

fit, and you can just see the energy they play with in the game. Even at

West Ham late on when they needed to dig in. Every game recently I have

seen Daniel Sturridge's stats and Luis Suarez is having an impact on

his game. The whole team gets lifted and playing ten or 12 games left, it

makes a difference. That is not just luck the lack of injuries. There is

more to it. We always look at it as though they have been lucky. You

have teams in the past where there is a common trend with hamstring

injuries and it is all to do with your condition and what you do in

the week. It is the players as well. I am sure Luis Suarez is playing

with lots of knocks. Look at Lionel Messi. I would be amazed to see how

many games Luis Suarez has missed since he has been at Liverpool

through injury and I bet it is not many, if any. Thank you for your

text messages and tweets. Somebody says Van Jose Mourinho, he's a

disgrace. Why can't you have some dignity? It blames anybody but

himself and his team. Liverpool were fabulous. Will Jose Mourinho send

out a second string next week at Anfield? I'm an Everton fan and I

think Liverpool will win the league unless there are beaten by Chelsea.

However, I do feel that the big game will be the one at Crystal Palace. I

realised Sunderland fans will be throwing things at the television

because I haven't mentioned you at all after your win at Stamford

Bridge so let's focus on it and the relegation battle. We will hear from

Gus Poyet. Apparently from the moment I stood on the ground, things

changed for us. I think it's the way that the players believe in. We have

been in a position where we couldn't win games, deserving to win,

sometimes you need something special. Now it's not finished. We

are still there. It's a big fight but we have the possibility to play

against teams at the bottom at home, so it's up to us. We had to stop

thinking about what we have done and start thinking about the next game.

Which is Cardiff at home. Owen Coyle made a point this week when he said

everybody thinks cup final defeat to city was a turning point but

actually, it was when they failed to beat Crystal Palace at home and then

they seem to completely lose confidence and that has been a

problem. If you look at their run in, they have Manchester United on

the last game of the season. You can see them getting something from at

having failed to win the easier games. They have just been so, so

unpredictable. Beating the teams around them is something they really

haven't done. They go to Chelsea and pull off this remarkable victory and

played brilliantly. Three other last four are at home. The reason I think

that's the case is because when you have to dictate play and push

forward, and dominate possession and take the game to your opponent, it's

different from sitting back and destroying games. It easier than

dominating and creating. At home in front of 35,000, they have got to

get on the ball, which takes courage, make chances, and get

points. It's a different mentality and that's maybe why they have had a

good joy in going away. I have got friends who are still on the beat

covering them home and away. I spoke to Graham Anderson from the Sunday

Echo before Wednesday and rather prophetically, he said I can see

exactly what will happen, they will have something here at Chelsea and

then we'll lose the home games. Gus Poyet was like that last week after

the game against Everton. He looked almost sorrowful. He said something

along the lines of, I can't do any more with this football club. It led

to rumours he was going to go. But I think he is buying into it. It's a

huge thing. People outside the region don't realise how big

Sunderland and Newcastle are. That reason has been bashed in that

region has been starved of success forever. Instead of letting it

overwhelm you, they need to get on with it. They should've won at

Manchester City. The next home game, I'm forward to it. They have done

this before over the years. But this is different. Their three games to

go, for games to go, and three of them are at home. Yes, three of them

are at home. After such good performances, if anything would have

confidence, if that. I wonder if people could line the streets like

at Anfield for the next home game. Their last home game with West Ham

at home, Monday evening and I was there. It started off absolutely

bouncing, the Stadium of light, but then they had so little composure in

the final third that the nerves started to build and the crowd and

the nerves started to build. West Ham managed to pick them off, so if

it's going to be bouncing at the Stadium of Light, they will have to

make a good start otherwise... I wonder if rock bottom was the own

goal last Saturday, because they gave Everton are really good game

and they were the better team for long periods. To call them the Black

Cats is the most ill judged names. Laura, you were at White Hart Lane

where Spurs beat Fulham by 3-1. Let's hear from Felix Magath. I

think we have to win our home games. Get the points. It could be enough,

maybe. We have a chance. You seem very confident that Fulham will do

it? Yes, I am confident. I'm sure that we can stay up because there

were some reasons why we are not as good as Tottenham today, but next

week, I think we will be better. Felix Magath after the defeat by

Spurs yesterday. 2-0 to Liverpool at Carrow Road. Was that a free game?

For Fulham yesterday? That's what he said afterwards. He came here not

expecting anything. Three points would have been improbable but

wonderful. They keep making the same mistakes, Fulham. The first 25

minutes, I was thinking, they are going to do well, dealing well with

Emmanuel Adebayor in the air. Set pieces, absolutely unforgivable. Two

goals. Brilliant deliveries. He was totally unmarked around the back.

The marking was terrible. Eriksson was top class. I worry when I hear

him say we were expecting nothing. I don't like that. That's not a good

mentality to go into any game because you transfer it to your

players. But he's right, the home games are going to be huge now. It's

fascinating, the bottom is becoming more exciting than the top, isn't

it? They are all in with a shout. They have done a lot better than I

thought, I must admit. I basically ruled them out at that point, but to

be in with a shout, it's great. Hull at home, Stoke away and Crystal

Palace at home. Crystal Palace seem to have a say in every game between

now and the end of the season. Can they stay up? Yes, those two home

games can be won. What I saw a bomb in a last two home games, I think

they can. -- what I saw of them. I personally wouldn't bet on them

either because I have seen them play badly and the other teams have just

looked better. I think Sunderland could do it now. I don't know who

was going to go down. Stating the obvious, Norwich roll over the

place. When you score the goal which cat followed up in 2007-8 season,

where you looking to see what other teams were playing? No, you look.

The little bit of difference then, when recreated that, we really work

down. I mean, we felt like we had gone. We played with that spirit. We

got momentum after a few results went for us. Now it's so close, the

pressure on every game is close. I mean, I love the club and the

supporters. I really hope they do it. Crystal Palace, the season they

have had, it wouldn't surprise me if it goes down to the last day for

Fulham. That's never going to be needy game. Let's go to Cardiff and

get a reaction after the game yesterday at home to Stoke. 1-1,

couple of penalties. A disallowed goal for Cardiff full stop Ole

Gunnar Solskjaer do a proper post match interview. The response was

positive after half-time. What did you say to the players of the break?

You need to use that decision for all its worth. It was important we

kept cool and tried to do the right thing and not over elaborate on

that. These boys, they have a never say die great attitude to come back

into the game in the second half. We really got momentum after we got the

goal. Towards the end, they could have won it as well. It's a good

point. Is it a good point? Not at home. They had to be winning at

home. I don't think so. It amazes me how this phase so cheerful. He

always has a twinkle in his eye. I wonder if that's what keeps the

players upbeat and fighting. He did not quite cheerful at half-time

after that penalty was given to Stoke. I think Stoke have only lost

one in their last nine games. Yes. Every point now will matter but the

home games are important. In the context of a relegation battle, is

one point good enough? Could've been better. The way they have been

playing, they have been losing games at home but it's something to build

on. They have been losing games at home but it's something to build on.

They've still got a chance. Sunderland away. Newcastle away.

Chelsea at home. When I go to the fixes the end of the season, it is

absolutely pointless. Sunderland boss home form being bad, I'd let

anybody has got the worst last six games than Newcastle. They've lost

five in a row. They could do it, couldn't they? I can see is having a

last day gain when we have the calculators out in 2005 until the

last day. I considered again this year. Do you think the upset with

the team leaking is going to affect Cardiff at all? No. I think players

will just get on with it. As a player myself, most weeks you would

know the team before. The fact it got out and somebody was trying to

make a mountain out of a mole hill, I don't think it will affect the

players in any way. It was a big straw being clutched at. Everybody

says this always goes on the fourth of a disgruntled former team-mate,

there were not many secrets. Not even in a negative way. Sometimes

you will find a mate to see if you're playing against them. I have

done loads. Are you playing? Yes, I am playing. Who are the other nine?

But you don't even ask because you know each other so well anyway. With

Liverpool, you know their best team but this just about how they were

line-up. West Brom, game tomorrow night which affects the bottom of

the race, Manchester City against West Bromwich the build upon Radio 5

Live from 7pm. Let's concentrate now on Norwich, two - zero down, four

minutes to go at Carrow Road. Let's concentrate on the second game this

afternoon, a rehearsal for the cup final, I suppose E Stadium. Arsenal

against Hull. Jonathan Pearce is doing the game for us. This is much

more than a cup final rehearsal, isn't it? Yes, it is. Happy Easter

to you. It's a cold Easter Sunday here, I can tell you and the cup

final rehearsal with a league twist because Hull still need another

winner. They might have done enough already but they will need another

victory to calm down a few nerves and that would make it a remarkable

season, cup final and staying in the Premier League for the second season

running. Arsenal are back in the box seat now because Everton's slip-up

against Crystal Palace. They have an easier run in front top four place

but can't afford any slip-ups today, so it's vitally important for these

two sides to do well. With only 13 at home since they beat Liverpool

here. That shows what they're capable of doing on this ground and

Arsenal away from home and been sticky. They have conceded goals and

we think Hull may have players back in the team. Do you sense a slight

nervousness they may not be safe yet? I don't know. You speak to the

fans outside, and they are already looking forward to Wembley. I spoke

to some of this morning desperate to get as cup final tickets, he's

queueing up for it on Tuesday, I believe. They talk about it is a big

showpiece finale for their season. The first cup final appearance for

them. But, Steve Bruce has said in his match programme notes, they made

more mistakes in the first half an hour in that game than they did in

the previous six months in the league. He has been a bit cagey. He

won't take things for granted until the know mathematically they are

safe. I think they will do enough, but they do have a couple of tricky

games coming up against Aston Villa and Fulham. And then Manchester

United and Everton before the cup final. They did do with something

today. There are rumours about Arsenal today. He's back in the

squad. He hasn't been in since Bayern Munich. Earlier on in the

week I heard he wouldn't be in yesterday, someone told me he may

well start. Mathieu Flamini is back from suspension after ten bookings.

He will come back into midfield. And also back is Monreal. He picked up a

hamstring injury in midweek. I think Monreal will slot in at left back

but in terms of Mathieu Flamini coming back. There is genuine,

edition for places which they have not had for the last six weeks or

so. That competition for places. -- competition for places. They will be

welcomed back by Arsene Wenger today. A massive game for them. If

they can win here and Everton slip-up, Arsenal are almost in the

top four yet again. Steve Bruce has told the Arsenal fans, treasure

Arsene Wenger and look what he has achieved for you. It's better the

devil you know that the devil you don't. Thank you very much,

Jonathan. If Arsenal finish fourth and win the FA Cup, is that a

successful season? Yes, they need to win a trophy. Whether it will be

enough for Arsene Wenger to sign a contract is a different story. What

do you think that will come down to? I think he feels he needs a trophy

after all this time. Steve Bruce is right in that we underestimate how

phenomenal a manager he has been in terms of success and the Emirates

Stadium. But to see this team he has got now through to its potential I

think that trophy would do him the world of good. As Jonathan mentioned

missing Mesut Ozil, him potentially coming back into the side gives

Arsenal some pace with Theo Walcott sideline. It will be interesting.

Fourth place in the FA Cup and fourth place and runners-up in the

FA Cup, is that a successful season? No, purely based on the fact it has

been so long. Credit to the Arsenal team for them being part of that

title race when nobody expected it. I think they did better than I

personally thought they would do. As a player if you win a trophy like

the FA Cup and you have the Champions League trophy, you have

got a medal and something to look forward to and the ability and the

potential to sign better players from the club's perspective. The

fourth place is equally as important normally, but with Arsenal given the

choice now I think they would take the FA Cup. We got a text and in

amongst the vitriol was if Arsenal win the FA Cup and finish fourth,

that is a better season than Manchester City. It is all relative.

The FA Cup trumps the Capital One cup. They have to win both and

Arsene Wenger will be rejuvenated if they finish fourth and win the FA

Cup. It might put a spring in his steps again. The fans are desperate

for a trophy. You are talking about cherishing managers. There are two

involved at the KC Stadium today. Steve Bruce for years has been

fantastic that what he does and for some reason I do not think clubs and

supporters ever quite gave him the credit. Why is that? I have no idea.

He is popular with players, he is tactically spot on and I think he

deserves full credit. Is it because he is English? Not quite as

glamorous. His track record is brilliant. Manchester United fans,

if you want me to pass on your comments to Danny... I did that for

you. Let's go to Carrow Road. Liverpool were out of the blocks

very quickly as has been the case in many of their matches this season.

Rahim Stirling scored from 25 yards out and unleashed a shot which John

Ruddy could do nothing about. Seven minutes later it was Stirling who

provided Luis Suarez with a chance. Norwich were at fault for not

defending the ball that came into the penalty area. There was a spell

when Norwich had a lot of possession and they caused a few nervous

moments in the Liverpool defence, and that was the time when Norwich

needed to score to get back into the game because Liverpool sat back

comfortably knocking the ball around. You sense and less Norwich

can put in a monumental effort, Liverpool are going to win this game

and moved five points clear. We will come back to Steve Bruce in

a minute. One thing I heard this week is if you are going to get rid

of Chris Hughton with only five games to go, would it have been

better to have gone down what Sunderland did and go completely

opposite on a bit of a wing and a prayer, brain in somebody like Paolo

Di Canio, and it worked at the end of last season. The appointment they

have made is not somebody completely different. I agree with that

sentiment, although I do not know his credentials. I do not want to do

him an injustice. As a player you are looking for somebody a bit more

inspirational, somebody who can get something out of you. I think the

thinking was at Carrow Road with the games coming up they wanted a

feel-good factor and not negativity. Increased's last couple of games it

was negative before they kicked off. It is hard to play under that

pressure. They could have well been better served, hindsight is a

wonderful thing, bringing in someone a bit more outside the box. Your

eyes widened when I mentioned Paolo Di Canio. Do you know what I mean

about that point? I know what you mean. I wonder how much fan power

played a part because in the media we were outwardly looking in on

Norwich and we were surprised why they did that to Chris Hughton. The

fans wanted him outside of the door for a while. Adams is popular. You

needed somebody a bit unpopular a bit like Felix Magath. But it is

having an effect and it is doing something. I think the shock factor

if you are going to do it that late on in the season. It only works for

short-term. Paolo Di Canio, for all his critics, you can only think back

on the type of player he was and the present he has got, so that worked

for him. Do you see him coming back into management? May at

Chesterfield. Maybe Championship. I do not think the Premier will take a

risk on him. They are always clamouring for him. Back to Steve

Bruce. You mentioned his signing of Nikica Jelavic. He is tactically

flexible as well. He quite often plays three at the back. He changes

it to suit. He did it last Sunday and made changes in terms of

personnel at half-time. What I liked about it was when he got all the

praise for changing it he said, I got it wrong at the start. He is

aware, he understands football and football people and the fans. He

gets it. Laura has a good point, because he is English it is not a

sexy appointment. People do not get as excited as they should do.

Brendan Rodgers and Tony Pulis for Manager of the Season, but Steve

Bruce is going to lead Hull City to the most successful season in their

history. They are close enough anyway. You are right, he has done

brilliantly and he has been evolving as a manager. I remember playing

against his team 's earlier and they were a bit more for-4- two and a bit

in your face and a bit predictable. With the wisdom he has got he

realises he cannot be a one trick pony. I played against Hull early in

the season and they completely dominated us. He was the one who

made them aware. I wonder if he made a bit of a rod for his own back when

he flitted about too much. Well, we can call him Steve look Bruce. At

Goodison today a lot of attention will be on the managers as David

Moyes returns to his old club. The champions, that is a big enough

reason to be excited and to make sure we get the best possible

environment at Goodison, having the opportunity to do the double on

United is not easy to achieve. And then the return of David Moyes. We

are a club full of integrity and style and we are a proper football

club and we will show respect to David Moyes. I had some great times

there, I worked with some great people and more importantly I worked

with some great players. The players were terrific and I am pleased to

see them doing well. Roberto has done a brilliant job in the time he

has been in charge. I go back with some great feelings, but I go back

as Manchester United manager and my focus is on that now. He is going to

get hammered. I am looking at Everton fans. He is going to get

hammered. Yes, I think he will. The Everton fans, a group of them, have

taken a banner which says, School of science, open June, 2014, and I

think it is back to theatre again. Everton have to beat Manchester

United. But deep down they will be thankful for what David Moyes did to

the club. They appear to be thankful, but his behaviour since

has annoyed them. He got a fantastic reception against West Ham, his

behaviour will result in brewing today. He made insulting bids by

Leighton Baines and Fellaini. That is where the problem is. They feel

it is contradictory behaviour when he was defending those players. But

I do not know the exact dynamic of Manchester United, but most managers

will give a list of players that he wants to whoever is in charge of

doing the bidding and they will do the negotiation. I would be

surprised if David Moyes was saying only bid this. You leave that

responsibility to someone else. I understand why the Everton fans are

on his back and today they will make it hostile to help Everton win. They

will have a pint in the pub and they talk about the last ten years of

Everton they know what job David Moyes has done for them. The more

annoying for Everton is what they did during the week against Crystal

Palace because today should be about building on a platform, but they

blew it. They really did, but with David Moyes coming back he says he

wants to say how he built the ten years. But football fans have got

short memories and it is the nature of the tribal sport we watch.

Yesterday, the hero, today, the enemy. I am not sure it is the bids.

BOOING I fancy Man United, they have got

the best away record. Rooney is back and they seem to be playing with a

bit more of a freedom. I think that helps them now because they have got

quality players and they are playing only for a position in the table.
