The mayor says a suspect was shot and is now in custody. | :00:11. | :00:17.
The raid is linked to an arrest made in Paris overnight. | :00:18. | :00:20.
A man is being held on suspicion of planning a terror attack. | :00:21. | :00:24.
It's reported he had links to the ringleader | :00:25. | :00:26.
Belgian prosecutors say the second suicide bomber at Brussels Airport | :00:27. | :00:32.
Previous reports suggested he was on the run after failing | :00:33. | :00:36.
A British man is confirmed as a victim of the Brussels | :00:37. | :00:42.
David Dixon's been missing since the bombings on Tuesday. | :00:43. | :00:46.
American defence officials say a fighter described | :00:47. | :00:51.
as the Islamic State's second-in-command has been killed | :00:52. | :00:54.
Also in the next hour, a backlash against education reforms | :00:55. | :01:02.
There's a growing row over the government's plan to turn | :01:03. | :01:13.
all state schools in England into academies. | :01:14. | :01:17.
The ?250 million repair bill for the bridges and roads ruined | :01:18. | :01:22.
Our top story: Police in Brussels have opened fire on a man suspected | :01:23. | :01:53.
of involvement in a terror plot, wounding him in the leg | :01:54. | :01:55.
Officials said the man was linked to a suspect arrested last night | :01:56. | :01:59.
in Paris who the French say was in the advanced stages | :02:00. | :02:02.
Ben Brown has been in Brussels for us. | :02:03. | :02:06.
It's the third of three days of national mourning for the dead | :02:07. | :02:09.
from Tuesday's attacks, but today, many developments | :02:10. | :02:13.
in the investigation into exactly how those attacks were carried out | :02:14. | :02:16.
And now, we've got confirmation from the authorities here that one | :02:17. | :02:21.
of the three attackers at Brussels International Airport | :02:22. | :02:25.
At one stage, he was thought to have been on the run after those attacks | :02:26. | :02:31.
but he died, he was a suicide bomber who blew himself up at the airport. | :02:32. | :02:34.
And very significantly, the authorities are saying his DNA | :02:35. | :02:38.
was found at places connected to the Paris attacks, | :02:39. | :02:44.
Both attacks, of course, in November in which 130 people died. | :02:45. | :02:55.
It is thought that he was one of the bomb makers behind the Paris | :02:56. | :02:58.
attacks and he blew himself up here in Brussels | :02:59. | :03:01.
at the International Airport on Tuesday morning. | :03:02. | :03:05.
The other main development is that there's been a major police raid | :03:06. | :03:09.
in the Schaerbeek area of the city today. | :03:10. | :03:12.
In broad daylight, heavily armed police and troops involved | :03:13. | :03:14.
Bomb disposal experts used at the scene to carry-out controlled | :03:15. | :03:41.
explosions. There was a backpack on that suspect which was blown up in a | :03:42. | :03:44.
controlled explosion by the authorities. | :03:45. | :03:48.
Yet another major police operation is underway in the Belgian capital | :03:49. | :03:51.
today, with armed officers surrounding the building. | :03:52. | :03:57.
There have been explosions here but it's not known | :03:58. | :03:59.
The security forces though have been taking no chances, | :04:00. | :04:07.
sending in a bomb disposal expert after a man emerged on the streets. | :04:08. | :04:11.
The police shot and injured him and he's now under arrest. | :04:12. | :04:21.
It was later detonated by explosion experts from the Belgian army. | :04:22. | :04:35.
All this happening in Schaerbeek in the north-east of Brussels, | :04:36. | :04:37.
the raid linked to the arrest yesterday in Paris of a man | :04:38. | :04:40.
suspected of planning another attack on France. | :04:41. | :04:46.
In the midst of all this, the US Secretary of State John Kerry | :04:47. | :04:49.
To pay his respects to the 31 people killed in the Belgian capital | :04:50. | :04:53.
But he also came here to show solidarity with the Belgian | :04:54. | :05:07.
government and the other European countries now dealing | :05:08. | :05:09.
with the threat posed by the militant group | :05:10. | :05:11.
And we will come back with greater resolve, | :05:12. | :05:19.
greater strength, and we will not rest until we have eliminated | :05:20. | :05:25.
nihilistic beliefs and cowardice from the face of this. | :05:26. | :05:40.
Today it's been confirmed that the British man David Dixon | :05:41. | :05:43.
from Hartlepool, who'd been living in Brussels for many years, | :05:44. | :05:45.
was killed in the bomb attack on the Metro. | :05:46. | :05:47.
He texted his family earlier to say he was safe after the first bombs | :05:48. | :05:50.
went off in the airport, but then, he took the Metro. | :05:51. | :05:53.
It has also been announced that this brother and sister from New York | :05:54. | :05:56.
were amongst those who died in the attacks. | :05:57. | :06:03.
While the process of mourning and naming those who have been | :06:04. | :06:06.
killed continues, some extraordinary stories of survival have | :06:07. | :06:08.
Mason Wells survived recent bomb attacks in Boston and Paris and this | :06:09. | :06:16.
week was caught up in the bombings in Brussels. | :06:17. | :06:22.
I was covered in a fair amount of blood, not necessarily mine even. | :06:23. | :06:30.
And I remember seeing fire in front of my face and also fire down | :06:31. | :06:37.
I feel lucky to have escaped with what I did. | :06:38. | :06:48.
Back on the streets of Brussels, the police still have a massive task | :06:49. | :06:51.
Trying to track down one or potentially two suspects thought | :06:52. | :06:56.
to still be on the run after Tuesday's attacks. | :06:57. | :07:02.
No one here can let down their guard. | :07:03. | :07:21.
We have just heard from the French President Francois Hollande saying | :07:22. | :07:28.
that the Brussels -- Paris militant network is in the process of being | :07:29. | :07:34.
wiped out but he did warn the other networks continue to pose a threat. | :07:35. | :07:38.
Let's talk to our correspondent who is in central Brussels at the moment | :07:39. | :07:42.
and who has been at the scene in Schaerbeek where that rate took | :07:43. | :07:48.
place and that the rest took place early on. What was that atmosphere | :07:49. | :07:52.
like and what more do we know about what happened there? We know that | :07:53. | :07:57.
there was a used one explosion heard in some gunfire. There was a Pirlo | :07:58. | :08:04.
big police cordoned put up on this afternoon, one man was shot in the | :08:05. | :08:09.
leg and taken into arrest, bringing the total to three people arrested | :08:10. | :08:15.
here. The picture that is emerging is quite substantial links between | :08:16. | :08:20.
Paris and Brussels when it comes to beat two attacks that have taking | :08:21. | :08:25.
place but also potential new links between people who may have been | :08:26. | :08:30.
planning to carry out further attacks as well. As Francois | :08:31. | :08:34.
Hollande mentioned, all of that is leading to big questions about how | :08:35. | :08:37.
connected these different groups of people are and whether they are in | :08:38. | :08:43.
fact part of one very big network which spans two countries. The raids | :08:44. | :08:51.
today in Schaerbeek and Brussels followed the arrest of a key suspect | :08:52. | :08:57.
close to Paris. We know that. We are also hearing that purged Najim | :08:58. | :09:05.
Laachraoui appears to have been the bomb maker behind the Paris attacks. | :09:06. | :09:11.
That's right. Perhaps it's not surprising his DNA was found on | :09:12. | :09:16.
suicide vests in the Bataclan and Stade de France. People had long | :09:17. | :09:19.
assumed he had a hand in making those explosives but the news | :09:20. | :09:24.
confirmed today that he was the second suicide bomber at the airport | :09:25. | :09:29.
really confirms the link between the two groups of people who carried out | :09:30. | :09:33.
those two attacks. Other links between the groups, Abdul Rahman | :09:34. | :09:38.
al-Qaduli who was seen with members of the Paris attackers and also | :09:39. | :09:44.
captured here in Brussels. But these new leads coming out of this arrest | :09:45. | :09:51.
in Paris, the authorities there, the interior minister has said there is | :09:52. | :09:56.
no tangible link between the plot they feel they have followed their | :09:57. | :10:00.
and the attacks that have already taken place but what there may be is | :10:01. | :10:07.
potential links across the two countries and another group of | :10:08. | :10:09.
people who may been planning an attack. There are a lot of questions | :10:10. | :10:16.
for the security agencies and police in both France and here in Belgium. | :10:17. | :10:23.
They seem to have known the names and identities of some of the | :10:24. | :10:27.
suspects after the Paris attacks and yet they have been able to carry out | :10:28. | :10:30.
more attacks here in the Belgian capital. I think it's very difficult | :10:31. | :10:37.
indeed that the intelligence agencies and security agencies in | :10:38. | :10:40.
both countries. They are trying to monitor a growing number of people | :10:41. | :10:45.
who have gone to Syria, come back and may potentially pose a threat in | :10:46. | :10:50.
the future. What the arrest of Abdul Rahman al-Qaduli highlighted, it's | :10:51. | :10:56.
not a matter of getting your man, it's matter of questioning him, | :10:57. | :10:59.
getting information out of him that might prevent you carrying out | :11:00. | :11:08.
future attacks. Thank you very much indeed. Lucy Williamson with the | :11:09. | :11:15.
latest there. Let's tell you what's going on here in the centre of | :11:16. | :11:26.
Brussels. People have been congregating, lighting candles, | :11:27. | :11:30.
laying flowers and some of the flags from countries around the world you | :11:31. | :11:36.
can see there behind me. It's an indication of the mood here in | :11:37. | :11:40.
Brussels, where people really feel they want to come out onto the | :11:41. | :11:44.
streets and they want to pay their respects to the dead, but they also | :11:45. | :11:47.
want to show very much that despite all that is still going on around | :11:48. | :11:52.
them here in the city with continuing raids and arrests and the | :11:53. | :11:57.
shooting of the suspect here in Schaerbeek today, they want to show | :11:58. | :12:01.
that life goes on as normal, and although they are paying their | :12:02. | :12:05.
respects to the dead, they say that whenever you talk to anybody here, | :12:06. | :12:09.
they want to show that they would be cowed by terror. That's the latest | :12:10. | :12:13.
from Brussels, back to you in London. | :12:14. | :12:15.
The American military says it believes it's killed a senior figure | :12:16. | :12:18.
in the Islamic State group described as the organisation's | :12:19. | :12:20.
The US Defence Secretary, Ash Carter, said Haji Iman oversaw | :12:21. | :12:24.
the funding for the group's operations and that his death | :12:25. | :12:26.
in Syria would hurt their ability to pay fighters and hire recruits. | :12:27. | :12:30.
Mr Carter gave the details at a news conference in Virginia. | :12:31. | :12:36.
We are systematically eliminating Isil's Cabinet. | :12:37. | :12:42.
Indeed, the US military killed several key Isil | :12:43. | :12:44.
Serving as a Finance Minister, a senior leader, and responsible | :12:45. | :12:54.
He was a well-known terrorist within Isil's ranks, | :12:55. | :13:04.
dating back to its earliest iteration as al-Qaeda in Iraq, | :13:05. | :13:06.
when he worked under Zarkawi with liaisons | :13:07. | :13:08.
The removal of this Isil leader will hamper the organisation's | :13:09. | :13:15.
abilities to conduct operations both inside and outside | :13:16. | :13:17.
This is the second senior Isil leader we have successfully targeted | :13:18. | :13:34.
this month, after confirming the death of Isil's so-called | :13:35. | :13:36.
When I said we were going after the Isil financial structure, | :13:37. | :13:41.
we started with the storage sites where it holds its cash. | :13:42. | :13:46.
Now we have taken out the leader, who oversees the funding | :13:47. | :13:49.
for the Isil operations, hurting their ability to pay | :13:50. | :13:51.
As I have said, our campaign plan is first and foremost to collapse | :13:52. | :14:00.
Isil's parent tumour, in Iraq and Syria, focussing | :14:01. | :14:02.
on the power centres of Raqqa and Mosul. | :14:03. | :14:10.
In Syria, motivated local sources that we support took the town | :14:11. | :14:13.
of Sadadi, repelled Isil's counterattacks and severered | :14:14. | :14:15.
the main artery between Syria and northern Iraq, it has become | :14:16. | :14:20.
harder for the Isil leaders and forces to travel | :14:21. | :14:23.
Our Washington correspondent, Jane O'Brien, explained how | :14:24. | :14:42.
significant the death of this IS militant is for the US. | :14:43. | :14:47.
This is a man that had a $7 million price tag on his head and as you | :14:48. | :14:54.
just heard, the Defence Secretary said this is a huge step forward as | :14:55. | :15:00.
far as the Pentagon is concerned in cutting off the head of Islamic | :15:01. | :15:05.
State's senior leadership. The big question which he didn't answer was, | :15:06. | :15:13.
is killing leaders like Haji Iman going to prevent terrorist attacks | :15:14. | :15:17.
like we have seen in Brussels, Paris and the US? That is something he | :15:18. | :15:22.
could not really address. He admitted that even though this was a | :15:23. | :15:29.
high-value target, whether or not... Just how much involved in these | :15:30. | :15:35.
leaders are in directing attacks externally is still open to question | :15:36. | :15:38.
and he said the influence really runs a range of things from | :15:39. | :15:43.
directing fighters who return from Syria to their home countries, | :15:44. | :15:48.
helping to train people who can then go on and it commit terrorist | :15:49. | :15:54.
attacks or simply by inspiring lone wolf attackers, it's very difficult | :15:55. | :15:58.
to pinpoint exactly what influence these people have outside Syria. But | :15:59. | :16:01.
nevertheless, it's clearly something the Pentagon is very pleased about. | :16:02. | :16:04.
Explosions in a suburb of Brussels as armed police storm a property - | :16:05. | :16:09.
the mayor says a suspect was shot and is now in custody. | :16:10. | :16:12.
American defence officials say a fighter described | :16:13. | :16:14.
as the Islamic State's second-in-command has been killed | :16:15. | :16:16.
And a growing row over the government's plan | :16:17. | :16:24.
to turn all state schools in England into academies. | :16:25. | :16:36.
Councils are facing bills totalling almost ?250 million to repair damage | :16:37. | :16:39.
to roads and bridges caused by this winter's floods. | :16:40. | :16:41.
They are concerned the final tally could be much higher and say they'll | :16:42. | :16:44.
need more financial help, as our UK affairs correspondent, | :16:45. | :16:46.
A raging flood, an elemental force of nature. | :16:47. | :16:56.
Enough to change the landscape, enough to bring down | :16:57. | :17:00.
bridges that have stood for centuries. | :17:01. | :17:05.
The scale of the damage is overwhelming, and so is the bill | :17:06. | :17:08.
It is a task which can take months, like here in Cumbria. | :17:09. | :17:17.
Eamont Bridge was rocked to its foundations, | :17:18. | :17:19.
The danger with this is getting into the water, | :17:20. | :17:25.
we need the water flows to be suitable to get | :17:26. | :17:27.
divers in, first of all, to do inspections. | :17:28. | :17:32.
And for very much of the time since December, we've had | :17:33. | :17:34.
very high water levels and very fast flowing water, | :17:35. | :17:36.
which has made it difficult and dangerous to get | :17:37. | :17:39.
Across the flood zone, there's still plenty of evidence | :17:40. | :17:42.
of just how high and fast the waters rose. | :17:43. | :17:45.
The amount of damage has been immense, and many | :17:46. | :17:47.
communities are still living with washed out bridges and closed | :17:48. | :17:50.
Of course, it's not just about money. | :17:51. | :17:58.
For Carol Pollitt, dramatically rescued from the upper floors | :17:59. | :18:01.
It all looks a lot different now, but there are still bills to pay | :18:02. | :18:10.
To be honest, I couldn't really see wood for the trees. | :18:11. | :18:15.
There was so many jobs that needed doing. | :18:16. | :18:18.
To start with it was to get rid of all the sludge that had been left | :18:19. | :18:22.
behind, so we spent a full month cleaning and cleaning. | :18:23. | :18:27.
It's estimated that the winter floods | :18:28. | :18:29.
have cost insurance companies more than ?1 billion. | :18:30. | :18:32.
The Local Government Association puts the public bill for fixing | :18:33. | :18:35.
infrastructure at ?250 million, which councils, it says, | :18:36. | :18:39.
We'll either have to reduce some of our | :18:40. | :18:48.
existing council services or we will face a real problem. | :18:49. | :18:53.
What we are saying is that the Government has | :18:54. | :18:55.
got to recognise the cost to local government. | :18:56. | :18:57.
Ministers say they are providing an extra ?130 million | :18:58. | :19:00.
specifically to help councils repair roads and bridges. | :19:01. | :19:05.
The Government also stresses it is to spend an additional | :19:06. | :19:07.
?700 million on flood defences, bringing the total to ?3 | :19:08. | :19:11.
Ministers insist they stand squarely behind flood affected | :19:12. | :19:16.
A 32-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the death | :19:17. | :19:26.
Mr Shah, who was 40, was discovered with serious injuries | :19:27. | :19:29.
in Glasgow's Southside just after nine o clock last night. | :19:30. | :19:32.
He was taken to the city's Queen Elizabeth University Hospital | :19:33. | :19:35.
Police this evening say they're treating his death | :19:36. | :19:40.
Its been called the forgotten conflict - a year since a Saudi-led | :19:41. | :19:49.
coalition of Arab countries began carrying out air strikes on rebel | :19:50. | :19:52.
The UN says that more than 3000 people have been killed | :19:53. | :19:55.
The BBC's Orla Guerin reports from Yemen on the devastating | :19:56. | :19:59.
A citadel perched on a cliff, a tourist attraction that somehow | :20:00. | :20:09.
At this ancient site in Kaukaban, we found new destruction. | :20:10. | :20:18.
The wreckage here includes a house that stood tall for 1400 years. | :20:19. | :20:27.
They attacked these plates, says Ahmed. | :20:28. | :20:31.
His brother-in-law was one of seven people buried beneath the rubble. | :20:32. | :20:37.
Hidden from view in this rugged terrain, the broader regional power | :20:38. | :20:41.
struggle between Saudi Arabia and its great rival, | :20:42. | :20:46.
When the Saudis and their allies began the bombing campaign here, | :20:47. | :20:50.
the stated aim was to restore the ousted president to power. | :20:51. | :20:53.
But 12 months of air strikes have had devastating consequences for | :20:54. | :21:00.
With the death toll mounting, there are plenty of troubling | :21:01. | :21:06.
questions about what has happened here, and not only for Saudi Arabia. | :21:07. | :21:12.
This ceramics factory employed 350 people before the war. | :21:13. | :21:16.
It was empty when it was struck last September, but we were told one | :21:17. | :21:20.
Here, says Ghalib al-Sawary, one of the owners, are remnants | :21:21. | :21:29.
found in the wreckage which prove that British cruise | :21:30. | :21:33.
And you can see that this is the name of the producer, | :21:34. | :21:38.
He can't understand why a weapon made in the UK, | :21:39. | :21:44.

The British people, we respect and we like. | :21:48. | :21:50.
But you don't want to destroy our life in Yemen like that. | :21:51. | :21:57.
We asked the Government for a response to | :21:58. | :21:59.
A spokesperson said the UK takes its arms export | :22:00. | :22:03.
responsibilities very seriously, and believes it's not in breach | :22:04. | :22:07.
In the capital, Sana'a, put on display what may be | :22:08. | :22:14.
Security officials claim this cluster bomb unit was dropped | :22:15. | :22:21.
The coalition has denied using cluster munitions, | :22:22. | :22:30.
But it's hard to deny the body count. | :22:31. | :22:38.
The UN says most were victims of coalition air strikes. | :22:39. | :22:47.
Abdel Bari Omar survived one outside Sana'a last month, but only just. | :22:48. | :22:57.
TRANSLATION: I'm in excruciating pain. | :22:58. | :22:59.
I'm afraid this very strong pain in my chest will stop my heart. | :23:00. | :23:10.
Across town we got news of another massive air strike | :23:11. | :23:13.
from Mohamed Ali Houthi, the rebel leader who now | :23:14. | :23:15.
His Shia fighters claim to control two thirds of Yemen, | :23:16. | :23:25.
If there is no peace settlement, how long can you continue to fight? | :23:26. | :23:33.
Forever, he says, adding they won't won't accept | :23:34. | :23:36.
a solution that jeopardises the sovereignty of Yemen. | :23:37. | :23:41.
But, he says, if the Saudis want peace, they want it even more. | :23:42. | :23:47.
In the meantime, the Houthis look victorious at their weekly rally | :23:48. | :23:51.
More peace talks are coming, but there are fears now that this | :23:52. | :23:59.
fractured state could become another Syria. | :24:00. | :24:03.
The Rolling Stones are preparing for a free concert in Cuba, | :24:04. | :24:11.
which is expected to attract 500,000 people. | :24:12. | :24:13.
The show's being seen as another sign of real change on the island. | :24:14. | :24:16.
It comes three days after a historic visit by US President Barack Obama. | :24:17. | :24:20.
A career spanning over 50 years. Tours on every continent, countless | :24:21. | :24:37.
cakes. But the Rolling Stones had never stepped foot in Cuba, until | :24:38. | :24:43.
now, that is. Rock 'n' roll legends don't get bigger B but under | :24:44. | :24:49.
Fidel Castro, their songs were kept from the Cuban youth as subversive | :24:50. | :24:56.
material. It wasn't so long ago that your music was banned from the | :24:57. | :25:03.
airwaves. Obviously something has happened in the last... That's what | :25:04. | :25:08.
happens when you ban things! Time changes everything. Does this feel | :25:09. | :25:14.
historic? They haven't had any big shows before. And it would've been | :25:15. | :25:20.
surprising ten years ago the Vista have happened and anyone who has | :25:21. | :25:26.
been a long time knows that. It comes at the end of an extra | :25:27. | :25:31.
ordinary week in Cuba. Began with a first visit of the US President in | :25:32. | :25:35.
90 years and ends with the first concert by Britain's rock royalty. | :25:36. | :25:40.
This free concert has taken weeks of planning and preparation but now, in | :25:41. | :25:44.
the final hours before showtime, everything is in place for the | :25:45. | :25:48.
biggest concert have an has ever seen. If there was a sign that Cuba | :25:49. | :26:01.
is changing, it's this, the world's biggest rock group playing a concert | :26:02. | :26:04.
for free in one of the last communist strongholds on earth. What | :26:05. | :26:06.
we be looking for in Cuba that you can't find anywhere else? Cigars! | :26:07. | :26:07.
Thank you so much. It has been a beautiful day out | :26:08. | :26:22.
there across many parts of the country. The satellite image shows | :26:23. | :26:26.
we have a band of cloud moving in across Northern Ireland, parts of | :26:27. | :26:29.
Scotland, bringing some rain, but the bulk of the country we end the | :26:30. | :26:34.
day with clear skies. It was the scene in Whitby. It shows those blue | :26:35. | :26:38.
skies. There were the cloud around but things are about to get rather | :26:39. | :26:42.
more unsettled as we head to the remainder of the Easter weekend. The | :26:43. | :26:46.
weather front in the north-west moves across Northern Ireland and | :26:47. | :26:52.
Scotland, strengthening winds here, possibly severe gales. We start of | :26:53. | :26:57.
Saturday with that wind and rain towards the north-west of the | :26:58. | :27:01.
country. For the rest of Easter, things look pretty unsettled. Some | :27:02. | :27:07.
sunshine. Particularly in between those heavy downpours on Easter day | :27:08. | :27:14.
but on Saturday, this frontal system works its way eastwards. Strong | :27:15. | :27:19.
winds, gales, Hilson coasts, working across England and Wales. Parts of | :27:20. | :27:23.
East Anglia and the south-east remaining dry but the wind is | :27:24. | :27:27.
picking up, the rain rolling in later on. Northern Ireland in | :27:28. | :27:31.
western Scotland having a quite spelt their heavy downpours rolling | :27:32. | :27:35.
in. This main bulk of rain and strong gusty winds moves away | :27:36. | :27:39.
towards the east so a quiet interlude in the weather and on | :27:40. | :27:44.
Easter day, sunny spells and scattered showers. Some of the | :27:45. | :27:47.
showers will be pretty happy with hail, thunder and wind in and around | :27:48. | :27:52.
the showers. Temperatures 8-12dC but will build chilly where you are | :27:53. | :27:58.
exposed to the breeze with those downpours. We see storm Katie | :27:59. | :28:02.
approaching from the Atlantic. This storm system moving in from the | :28:03. | :28:06.
south-west. Type is a bar is so another spell of windy weather | :28:07. | :28:10.
during the day on Easter Monday. Strong winds and heavy rainfall | :28:11. | :28:13.
working gradually northwards and eastwards across much of the | :28:14. | :28:19.
country. England and Wales will bear the brunt. Northern Ireland and | :28:20. | :28:23.
Scotland, a quite a spell of weather here. Still blustery though with | :28:24. | :28:28.
heavy showers. If you have got plans to travel on Easter Monday, be | :28:29. | :28:35.
warned. The combination of gales and heavy rain could lead to travel | :28:36. | :28:37.
disruption. Your BBC local radio will keep you up-to-date with any | :28:38. | :28:45.
problems. After a glorious day, things are looking much more stormy | :28:46. | :28:47.
through the remainder of the | :28:48. | :28:48. |
