Good afternoon. Detectives have launched a murder enquiry following

the discovery of body in a flat in Belfast.

The man's body was found in this house on Ardoyne in place just

before three o'clock this morning. Police have not yet confirmed how he

was killed, but two men have been arrested with the murder. People

living around the murder scene did not want to go on camera, but many

of them are shocked to have woken up to find a murder scene on their

doorstep. One woman said that she and her baby were woken up in the

early hours by the sound of shouting but she took that to be people

leaving the pub. Detectives have opened an incident room at Musgrave

police station. They are calling for anyone who saw or heard anything

last night or in the early hours of this morning to contact them

immediately. A family of five was caught up in a

bomb attack on a police patrol last night. They escaped injury but their

was thrown in the vehicle as it drove along the Falls Road at around

10:30pm. It tore a chunk out of a Heavy Whalley which runs along a

the year so far in some part of Northern Ireland. The cloud is not

as big or as overcast as recent days. There are some clear patches

sitting over the Atlantic, and those who feed across Northern Ireland

today. Some blue sky coming through from time to time, particularly in

eastern counties. We could see temperatures reach 16 Celsius. It is

mild for the middle of March, and it is dry everywhere. There will be 18

breeze, especially on the North coast. It is a breezy day generally

across Britain and Ireland. Most of the sunshine is across the Republic

of Ireland and the South of England and Wales. More cloud over East

Anglia and the North of England, but generally dry, although over

Scotland, the cloud will be thick enough to bring some light rain. If

you are watching the rugby today, there will be a breeze picking up

over Paris, which should help lift the smog and the smoke that has been

hanging over the city. Back to Northern Ireland this evening,

hopefully things will be looking pretty fine, but later tonight,

there will be thicker areas of cloud moving into the West bringing spots

of drizzle. It is a mild and breezy night, and it stay like that as we

move into Sunday. There is less chance of a break in the cloud

tomorrow, a dull picture especially in the morning. Many places will be

dry, and we could still see temperatures reaching 15 Celsius in

sheltered part of the South East. Breezy again tomorrow and breezy

again on St Patrick's Day. Not a bad day on Monday, with a lot of cloud

around, but mostly mild and breezy. On Tuesday and Wednesday, the winds

strengthened further. There will be some rain at times as well.
