Two men have died in a crash in County Tyrone. No other vehicle was

involved in the accident on the outskirts of Cookstown. Conor

Macauley reports. The driver of the car lost control,

his Citroen crashed through two Gardens. It came to rest on its

side. The driver and passenger, both men in their 20s, were killed. They

have been named as a 23-year-old, Grant archer and a 20 H old Robert

Wilkinson. Before four o'clock this morning, police received an

emergency call and the emergency services were dispatched and the

Fire Service and ambulance. Officers were first on the scene and

The double death has shocked the town. It is a tragedy to befall this

town, particularly on Mother's Day. Our prayers and thoughts are with

the family. The road has been reopened to traffic. Police are

appealing for any witnesses to come forward.

The family of one of the 11 patients whose deaths were investigated by

the Northern Health Trust has accused the organisation of

deliberately misleading them about the details surrounding their

father's death. Neil Cormican, who was 81, died in April 2010 at Antrim

Area Hospital. Speaking to the BBC, the family said there was a

catalogue of errors including the family said there was a

hospital not reporting the case to the coroner. Our health

correspondent Marie-Louise Connolly reports.

On Friday, it emerged 11 deaths are under investigation at the Northern

Health Trust, among the cases are five babies. According to a review,

care was below standard. The BBC has been contacted by one of the

families. In 2010 Neil Cormican was given the wrong medication which

triggered a massive heart attack. Neil Cormican died but his death was

not the ported to the coroner. As far as we are concerned, there has

been no openness, no transparency, any information we have got we have

had to pursue them for it. We have had to go after them, nothing has

been forthcoming. At being quest, it emerged the death had not been

immediately reported as a serious adverse incidents and it emerged the

medical director had advised the family against having a postmortem.

There is a systematic problem in how we are delivering health which is

having negative on patient safety. According to the Northern Health

Trust they recorded the death as an advert incident but it was escalated

to a Serious Adverse Incidents six months later. More on that story

tomorrow morning. The police have released CCTV

footage of a West Belfast pizza delivery driver, minutes before he

was murdered a year ago. It's part of a new appeal about the killing of

Kieran McManus outside Domino's Pizza on Kennedy Way. Kevin Sharkey

reports. One of the final act in the life of

Kieran McManus, 26 years old, a father and minutes from being

murdered. Shot a number of times at his place of work. The killing was

witnessed by many people including others who worked here but the

gunman and the driver wearing masks. They were never traced. The new

hopefully you have had a nice weekend. It looks like the night

will be quiet, dry in most places, quite clear at times but fairly

mild. It will be rather misty and hazy by Monday morning. The start of

the week, the last day of March, not too bad but there will be a growing

risk of heavy showers especially later in the day. When the morning

mist lifts, hazy sunshine, one of two showers developing in the second

half of the morning but some places they dry. The showers edge

northwards across Northern Ireland, extending into north-west England

and the Midlands. Another area of showers over the south-west of

Britain moving across the Irish Sea into southern islands. Many are the

places they dry, the North Sea coast will be cold, cloudy and misty. In

the afternoon, showers leave the north coast, drier weather for a

time, quite mild in the sunshine, 14 or 15. This area of rain looks like

it could be heavy and sundry in places for the evening tomorrow.

Tuesday looks like being dry. Overall this week, unsettled,

further heavy rain to come and breezy at times, especially in

East. Many parts of Britain and Ireland have a dry day, this rain

approaching southern island will move northwards across most of

Ireland on Wednesday affecting western parts of Britain. A split,

further east it will be dry and warm, further rain in the west on

further east it will be dry and Thursday. The North Sea coast will

be cold and damp. For Northern Ireland, driest day on Tuesday,

further rain on Wednesday and Thursday.
