for how much longer can it last? I'll be back later with | :00:49. | :00:52.
a look ahead to the weekend. The Justice Minister has described | :00:53. | :00:57.
proposals to break the deadlock over David Ford was speaking | :00:58. | :01:00.
after studying a finance paper circulated yesterday, | :01:01. | :01:06.
aimed at resolving the stand-off The paper tackles a shortfall | :01:07. | :01:09.
of ?75 million in the annual budget, and looming penalties of | :01:10. | :01:16.
around ?90 million from the Treasury because welfare reform hasn't been | :01:17. | :01:20.
introduced here. Our political correspondent | :01:21. | :01:23.
Martina Purdy has this report. Summer at Stormont, | :01:24. | :01:27.
and all looks rosy in the garden. But behind the scenes, there have | :01:28. | :01:30.
been huge problems - a deadlock over welfare reform which has led to | :01:31. | :01:35.
a delay over the quarterly budget. That budget is now three weeks late, | :01:36. | :01:39.
held up because Sinn Fein wouldn't agree to the DUP demand that any | :01:40. | :01:43.
unspent money from the last quarter Sinn Fein insisted any unspent funds | :01:44. | :01:48.
should be used to ease a budget with That left the Finance Minister | :01:49. | :01:57.
struggling to cut the Stormont cash Now it's proposed that ?75 million | :01:58. | :02:04.
will be sliced out this quarter and To satisfy the DUP, | :02:05. | :02:12.
it's also proposed that the ?87 million in welfare penalties will be | :02:13. | :02:17.
tackled in the October budget. It's the kind | :02:18. | :02:22.
of creative compromise that some might call blue sky thinking, | :02:23. | :02:24.
but it hasn't impressed everyone. Health and education ministers might | :02:25. | :02:29.
be pleased with a proposal to protect their budgets | :02:30. | :02:32.
from cuts, but all the other By protecting two departments, one | :02:33. | :02:50.
led by the DUP and one led by Sinn Fein, other parties are suffering in | :02:51. | :02:54.
a way which the paper does not justify. I am surprised that a DUP | :02:55. | :03:00.
Minister, all the party claims about supporting the rule of law, would | :03:01. | :03:03.
make that kind of cuts currently proposed for the lease. That is | :03:04. | :03:08.
something readily to face up to the reality of what they are suggesting. | :03:09. | :03:12.
I do same lives could be put at risk? The Chief Constable had said | :03:13. | :03:16.
there are two public safety with this level of cuts. And he isn't | :03:17. | :03:22.
impressed with how the DUP and Sinn Fein have dealt with the deadlock | :03:23. | :03:27.
over welfare penalties. It seems there is an attempt to push welfare | :03:28. | :03:30.
cuts down the road but they will have to be dealt with some time. It | :03:31. | :03:35.
is clear from the Westminster government that there will be no | :03:36. | :03:39.
further concessions on welfare and people need to be realistic. If they | :03:40. | :03:43.
manage to scrape by with brother cuts this year, they will have an | :03:44. | :03:48.
even bigger problem next year. It's believed Sinn Fein is hoping that | :03:49. | :03:52.
between now and October there can be a solution on welfare of other | :03:53. | :03:56.
parties say that is just wishful thinking and the reality is that the | :03:57. | :04:00.
money will have to be found for the penalties. In the meantime, the | :04:01. | :04:05.
Finance Minister is due back from leave tomorrow. His paper could be | :04:06. | :04:08.
discussed at an executive meeting next week and only if the First and | :04:09. | :04:09.
Deputy First Ministers agree. A man has been arrested on suspicion | :04:10. | :04:14.

the brother of Eurovision winner and former politician Dana Rosemary | :04:37. | :04:39.
Scallon, has been sent home after the first full day of deliberations | :04:40. | :04:42.
at Harrow Crown Court. The 60-year-old from Bracknell | :04:43. | :04:46.

to come, down at the pool and trying to keep cool, but it is not easy for | :05:13. | :05:16.
some. The aerospace firm Bombardier has | :05:17. | :05:17.
announced a reorganisation which will lead to 1800 job losses | :05:18. | :05:20.
across its global operations. The firm is one of | :05:21. | :05:22.
Northern Ireland's biggest employers, with around 6000 people | :05:23. | :05:25.
working across four sites. The company said it's not yet clear | :05:26. | :05:27.
what the implications will be Our economics and business editor | :05:28. | :05:30.
John Campbell is outside John, change always brings some | :05:31. | :05:47.
uncertainty for workers but not what more do we know about this and how | :05:48. | :05:52.
worried should local workers be? Bombardier are planning to cut 1800 | :05:53. | :05:57.
jobs globally, so they will not necessarily in Belfast. I spoke to | :05:58. | :06:02.
some workers down here and they say their perception of what was | :06:03. | :06:07.
happening was that jobs were going in Montr?al, head office jobs at the | :06:08. | :06:11.
Canadian operation. Those jobs are not manufacturing, they are chiefly | :06:12. | :06:15.
support roles like finance and personnel. In the broader sense, | :06:16. | :06:21.
Barnier is seeking to cut costs and improve its operation -- on Barnier. | :06:22. | :06:26.
They will take the aerospace business and divided into three | :06:27. | :06:30.
sections, one will deal with business jets, the other commercial | :06:31. | :06:33.
jets and the other will focus on engineering. Where will Belfast | :06:34. | :06:40.
sit-in the structure? Belfast will be within the engineering division. | :06:41. | :06:45.
Bombardier described it as looking after new materials, fuse larges, | :06:46. | :06:50.
and that is what Bombardier does in Northern Ireland. There are also | :06:51. | :06:57.
talking about taking a lot of that engineering expertise and marketing | :06:58. | :06:59.
it to the wider aerospace industry. My perception is that Barnier are | :07:00. | :07:05.
looking at the huge sums they have pumped into research and development | :07:06. | :07:09.
in Belfast and looking at ways to get a better return on that, so they | :07:10. | :07:14.
may take some of those materials and products and sell them to the wider | :07:15. | :07:17.
every space industry outside Bombardier. When will we know what | :07:18. | :07:24.
is happening? The company are playing their cards close to their | :07:25. | :07:29.
chest and all they will say today is that everything will become clear in | :07:30. | :07:30.
the New Year. Thank you, John. I'm talking about the heatwave, | :07:31. | :07:33.
of course. Today was the hottest of the year | :07:34. | :07:36.
so far, It's meant another day | :07:37. | :07:38.
by the beach for thousands who spent most of their time slapping | :07:39. | :07:42.
on the sunscreen. Our reporter Conor Macauley is live | :07:43. | :07:44.
in Donaghadee for us on day two Connor. It is a glorious evening | :07:45. | :08:00.
here in Donaghadee. Lots of people enjoying the last of the summer | :08:01. | :08:05.
evening sunshine. This good weather is bringing thousands of people to | :08:06. | :08:08.
the coast and more of them are putting out to sea, and it was on | :08:09. | :08:13.
one of those trips that for young friends from banker had a close | :08:14. | :08:17.
encounter with a large visitor to our waters. -- from banker. | :08:18. | :08:27.
encounter with a large visitor to It was meant to be a short hop to | :08:28. | :08:29.
Scotland for a bite of lunch, but these four teenage friends got a lot | :08:30. | :08:33.
more than they bargained for on the way back. Just off the Copeland | :08:34. | :08:36.
Islands, they came face to face with a giant of the sea, a humpback whale | :08:37. | :08:40.
at least twice the length of their five-metre rib. | :08:41. | :08:42.
Oh, my word, it went underneath us! Hello! Oh, my God, that's | :08:43. | :08:47.
incredible! Back on shore, the four friends have | :08:48. | :08:51.
had time to reflect on their Unlike the encounter. I never | :08:52. | :09:01.
expected to see something of such beauty so close. You usually have to | :09:02. | :09:06.
go on holiday to get a glimpse but to see this just a few miles | :09:07. | :09:11.
offshore was incredible. It was beside us and sprayed water on our | :09:12. | :09:17.
face. It smelt horrible. The worst smell you have ever smelt, described | :09:18. | :09:22.
that, what is the worst smell you have smelt, whale breath and well | :09:23. | :09:33.
water? It was a huge smell of fish. Humpback whales are not seen often | :09:34. | :09:39.
in these waters that this is one of a number of sightings in recent | :09:40. | :09:43.
days. The Wales are coming from their breeding grounds of west | :09:44. | :09:47.
Africa and heading up to the Arctic, where they will spend the summer. | :09:48. | :09:51.
They hang around in our waters because the grub is good. | :09:52. | :09:56.
along the County Down coast, then the children enjoying the second day | :09:57. | :10:01.
of sweltering heat were doing just the same, though parents and | :10:02. | :10:03.
grandparents were struggling a bit to keep the rays at bay. | :10:04. | :10:08.
She's not too bad. She will get a bit cranky when it gets too warm, | :10:09. | :10:16.
but when you got the pool, you can dip into cool her down. | :10:17. | :10:21.
And further along, we spot a couple of budding landscape artists | :10:22. | :10:23.
capturing the summer scene on canvas. | :10:24. | :10:26.
It strikes me that if I saw this scene in Brittany, you look a bit | :10:27. | :10:32.
French with the cap. Yet here we are in Grooms port. What do you make of | :10:33. | :10:42.
the weather? Fantastic. Is it more challenging to paint on a bright | :10:43. | :10:48.
day? I sort of had in mind it could be raining near enough and we could | :10:49. | :10:53.
have the sun shining, or I could make it a snow scene with snow in | :10:54. | :11:01.
July, whatever I want, I can make. Like weather forecasters! | :11:02. | :11:04.
I may come to regret that smart remark, but at least there'll be | :11:05. | :11:07.
another couple of days of Pickie Pool and picnic weather to enjoy | :11:08. | :11:10.
before the weather ship sails for cooler climes. | :11:11. | :11:17.
I have discovered it is whale and Dolphin watch week next week so | :11:18. | :11:23.
perhaps these humpbacks turned up early to put on a show for people | :11:24. | :11:27.
who will be keeping an eye out for them. I bothered Barra Best's | :11:28. | :11:34.
sunscreen before I came down here, I am not best equipped for this | :11:35. | :11:38.
myself, and when I leave here I will apply more of it because there is | :11:39. | :11:44.
still no sign of a temperature, and Cecilia will be back shortly with | :11:45. | :11:50.
more detail. It might be a bit late for the sunscreen, Connor, but thank | :11:51. | :11:52.
you for that. By now the process | :11:53. | :11:57.
of seeking for parades is a familiar, | :11:58. | :12:02.
albeit sometimes controversial, But surely a wedding doesn't | :12:03. | :12:04.
fall within that category? They may look | :12:05. | :12:07.
like any other newlyweds. But for this happy couple, | :12:08. | :12:10.
theirs was a wedding march with Look closer, | :12:11. | :12:12.
and you'll notice the bridal party had a rather unusual escort en route | :12:13. | :12:15.
to celebrate their nuptials. They always had the idea we would | :12:16. | :12:24.
walk from the house here to the train hard at finicky. It just | :12:25. | :12:29.
seemed the easiest way to get down to botanic, where we were having our | :12:30. | :12:34.
party. It was only after mum suggested having a piper that we | :12:35. | :12:40.
began to wonder, does this make it a parade if we having music? | :12:41. | :12:43.
For the guests to make their way from the service here to the train | :12:44. | :12:46.
station to get to the reception, the couple were advised to fill in these | :12:47. | :12:50.
That unusual task fell to the mother of the bride. | :12:51. | :12:54.
It wasn't one of the jobs I had anticipated that I would have to do, | :12:55. | :13:03.
but it wasn't a chore. I rang the community police and told them what | :13:04. | :13:07.
our plans were. I asked for advice and he said, perhaps to keep | :13:08. | :13:12.
everything right, it mightn't be a bad idea to apply and putting | :13:13. | :13:17.
noticed that you are going to organise a public procession. | :13:18. | :13:20.
And it was a spectacle the public seemed to enjoy. | :13:21. | :13:26.
People were supportive, lining the street and taking photographs, and | :13:27. | :13:31.
you felt you were an imposing on something, you were making something | :13:32. | :13:33.
bright and happy happen. They may have taken an untraditional | :13:34. | :13:35.
route to the church, but both say it I'm live in Donaghadee, soaking up | :13:36. | :13:54.
the sun, and I will be back with the latest on our mini | :13:55. | :13:55.
Huge crowds are flocking to the village of Burt in County Donegal | :13:56. | :14:02.
over the next few days for the Irish National Sheep Dog Trials. | :14:03. | :14:05.
It brings visitors from all over the world to enjoy the skills of these | :14:06. | :14:08.
Here's our North-West reporter, Keiron Tourish. | :14:09. | :14:16.
And for Ned O'Keefe from Kilkenny, preparation is everything. | :14:17. | :14:24.
He's among a large number of farmers here in Donegal competing | :14:25. | :14:27.
150 of the best animals around, showing why they're top dog | :14:28. | :14:37.
Jess is for and Tina is four in December. Tina would be my favourite | :14:38. | :14:58.
of the two, she is a bundle of excitement, always jumping around, | :14:59. | :15:10.
and Jess is a dog. -- Jess is a dog. -- a camera dog. | :15:11. | :15:17.
The event's being staged on the Grianan Estate in Burt - | :15:18. | :15:19.
2000 acres of land mainly reclaimed from Lough Swilly, | :15:20. | :15:21.
it's normally used to produce vegetables and other crops, as well | :15:22. | :15:24.
But over the next few days, punters will flock here to sample the unique | :15:25. | :15:29.
atmosphere and celebrate the importance of the trusty sheep dog. | :15:30. | :15:31.
You can't beat that with a big stick. | :15:32. | :15:34.
We don't class it as a sport. We class of as a way of working | :15:35. | :15:41.
livestock every day on farms, Finland and rupture rate, where | :15:42. | :15:46.
stock is inaccessible by any other means than border collie. I doubt | :15:47. | :15:51.
like the heat but I do like the green, it's gorgeous. It's pretty | :15:52. | :15:57.
where I live as well, but there are no trials in California in the | :15:58. | :15:59.
summer. The hot weather means | :16:00. | :16:00.
the collie dogs must make regular It's all about keeping your most | :16:01. | :16:03.
valuable asset happy and content. I live in Wexford on a 200 acre farm | :16:04. | :16:16.
with sheep, my mum used to round up the sheep on horseback but my dad | :16:17. | :16:23.
didn't ride horses so I decided to get a dog and that's why we got | :16:24. | :16:28.
sheepdogs, to make it easier. There is no doubt the level of skill and | :16:29. | :16:32.
expertise that is required for this, but once you are here for a couple | :16:33. | :16:36.
of hours you get bitten by the bug, so here goes. Rover! Move! I don't | :16:37. | :16:40.
think so. It's good to see Kieron hasn't lost | :16:41. | :16:48.
his touch. It's been the first day | :16:49. | :16:52.
of competition at the Stephen Watson can bring us right up | :16:53. | :16:54.
to date on how Team Northern Ireland Any medals yet, Stephen? Not yet, | :16:55. | :16:58.
but possibly this evening. In a moment, we'll reflect | :16:59. | :17:06.
on an encouraging morning in the pool for our swimming team, and | :17:07. | :17:09.
see how Aileen Reid fared in the Earlier, I watched Lisa Kearney | :17:10. | :17:12.
reach the semifinals of her weight category, but she lost | :17:13. | :17:17.
to Kelly Edwards of England on a golden score, judo's version | :17:18. | :17:22.
of extra time and penalties, and She now has to fight it out | :17:23. | :17:26.
for a bronze medal against That fight is coming up shortly. She | :17:27. | :17:49.
is hoping to be the first medallist since Lisa Bradley in 2002. | :17:50. | :17:53.
I know she is over there in the arena to watch Lisa. | :17:54. | :17:56.
Turning now to the pool, Northern Ireland sent | :17:57. | :17:58.
Seven of the ten competitors are teenagers. | :17:59. | :18:01.
But the youngsters acquitted themselves very well | :18:02. | :18:03.
in the heats this morning and many have battled through to swim again | :18:04. | :18:06.
Sister Rita McMuffin is Northern Ireland's big hope for swimming. | :18:07. | :18:21.
This was a quick breast rope. That was the best time for me, I just | :18:22. | :18:27.
couldn't wait to get started and I am really excited. Even more | :18:28. | :18:34.
thrilled to be here are Northern Ireland's two youngest competitors. | :18:35. | :18:42.
Danielle Hill and Rachel Bedford had to qualify all stop in the changing | :18:43. | :18:48.
rooms they were all stopping themselves and I was just sitting | :18:49. | :18:53.
there, like, what am I doing? I'm just here for the experience and | :18:54. | :18:59.
that swim was amazing. I'll just go back and review it and I am ready | :19:00. | :19:05.
for my next one. I have a relay now so I am pumped for that. Both got | :19:06. | :19:10.
their breath back to help the four x 400 metres team reach the final. | :19:11. | :19:17.
Jimmy Keinhorst has a semifinal to look forward to in butterfly. The | :19:18. | :19:23.
19-year-old from large swimming club looking good. He won his heat in the | :19:24. | :19:30.
protest time just moved out on a place in the semifinal, as did | :19:31. | :19:35.
Curtis Coulter. A good atmosphere, good to get the first swim under | :19:36. | :19:39.
your belt, you can ask for much more. I wasn't nervous until this | :19:40. | :19:45.
morning, got a bit nervous but it didn't get the best of me. In | :19:46. | :19:49.
backstroke, Jordan Sloan was delighted to progress to the semis. | :19:50. | :19:56.
Team Northern Ireland has been competing | :19:57. | :19:57.
In lawn bowls, our men?s triples team beat Kenya | :19:58. | :20:01.
and the Cook Islands, and Catherine McMillen also won her tie in the | :20:02. | :20:04.
women's singles, but the women's fours have just lost to Fiji. | :20:05. | :20:06.
In the Scottish Exhibtion and Conference Centre, our netballers | :20:07. | :20:09.
made a bit of history by playing their first ever match at a Games. | :20:10. | :20:12.
They took on Malawi and scored first through Noleen Lennon, but | :20:13. | :20:15.
But all is not lost - they have more group games to come. | :20:16. | :20:21.
The same applies in the badminton, where Northern Ireland have had | :20:22. | :20:24.
a hard day in the mixed team event against | :20:25. | :20:27.
Sadly Michael Craig went out in the singles of the men's squash after | :20:28. | :20:33.
Better news of Madeline Perry, who is into the last 16 | :20:34. | :20:38.
in the women's singles after she won inside 10 minutes. | :20:39. | :20:48.
Now we will see how Aileen Reid there in the women's triathlon | :20:49. | :20:56.
today. Encouraging their daughter before a special moment. And the | :20:57. | :21:06.
2014 Commonwealth Games women's triathlon is under way. After | :21:07. | :21:12.
finishing in 42nd position at the Olympic triathlon two years ago, | :21:13. | :21:15.
Aileen Reid wanted to prove a point, and she did. Aileen Reid expected to | :21:16. | :21:25.
go well today. With seven of the world's top 12 in action, she did | :21:26. | :21:29.
well to stay in the leading group during the cycle. But | :21:30. | :21:33.
well to stay in the leading group winning the Northern Ireland's's | :21:34. | :21:37.
first medal at the games were dashed as the pacesetters worked their way | :21:38. | :21:41.
through the field in the run. Aileen Reid's training partner went on to | :21:42. | :21:47.
win gold for England, with Reed finishing in sixth position, but no | :21:48. | :21:51.
matter what her family were always going to be proud. Wonderful at the | :21:52. | :21:58.
Commonwealth because she missed her training early in the season and | :21:59. | :22:03.
missed the first public races, so we are really thrilled. She looked | :22:04. | :22:10.
happy when we met this morning and fit and good, so I am pleased with | :22:11. | :22:15.
sex. It wasn't just her family supporting the 32-year-old. There | :22:16. | :22:21.
were people shouting all the way and waving flags and staff, so it is | :22:22. | :22:25.
great and obviously home nations supporting each other as well. The | :22:26. | :22:30.
girls were running tactically shoulder to shoulder and that | :22:31. | :22:32.
allowed me to stay in the group comfortably. I got cramp in my legs | :22:33. | :22:39.
but I gave it everything so I am happy I left everything out there. | :22:40. | :22:45.
Despite not placing on the podium, it was an encouraging performance | :22:46. | :22:48.
for Ayling, who can take heart from conditions like this to what she | :22:49. | :22:52.
will sample at the Olympics in Rio in two years. Yes, a very good | :22:53. | :23:01.
performance I Aileen Reid. -- by Aileen Reid. | :23:02. | :23:03.
Now, if golf was part of the Commonwealth Games. | :23:04. | :23:05.
Take your pick from Clarke, McDowell, | :23:06. | :23:08.
But there's one name that could be new to many of you. | :23:09. | :23:12.
Stephanie Meadow is a rising star in the women's game. | :23:13. | :23:15.
She's been based in America for the last eight years | :23:16. | :23:17.
but this week returned home to the club where it all began. | :23:18. | :23:20.
On the week Rory McIlroy brought the Claret Jug back to | :23:21. | :23:23.
Northern Ireland, a major champion-in-waiting returned to her | :23:24. | :23:25.
Stephanie Meadow was only seven when she started playing here. | :23:26. | :23:31.
15 years on, she is a rising star on the pro circuit. | :23:32. | :23:34.
But that didn't stop her getting emotional when awarded | :23:35. | :23:37.
an honorary lifetime membership in front of the people who were | :23:38. | :23:39.
There's been so many people here that have helped make and I would | :23:40. | :23:54.
not be where I am without them. What is it like to see the old faces, you | :23:55. | :23:59.
mentioned some of your friends you grew up with? It is weird now, they | :24:00. | :24:06.
all have jobs and I am a golfer and they are in the real world, but it | :24:07. | :24:08.
is great to see them. Stephanie, who has been living | :24:09. | :24:11.
in America since she was 14, finished third in the US Open on | :24:12. | :24:13.
her professional debut last month. That was swiftly followed | :24:14. | :24:16.
by another top three place It was a bit of a shock. I always | :24:17. | :24:26.
knew I was good but to place like that was special. The goals have not | :24:27. | :24:34.
changed, long-term I have always wanted to be one of the best players | :24:35. | :24:39.
in the world, but short-term plays, like getting a card next year, has | :24:40. | :24:44.
changed, but I am just trying to work hard and be the best player I | :24:45. | :24:48.
can be, and if that's finishing third in the US Open, it's all part | :24:49. | :24:50.
of it. Stephanie gets her second shot | :24:51. | :24:52.
at major glory next month, after being invited to play in the Wegmans | :24:53. | :24:55.
LPGA Championship in America, Another major winner in the future, | :24:56. | :25:13.
I am sure. Finally tonight, a challenging evening lies ahead for | :25:14. | :25:14.
our football teams. Linfield took a 1-0 lead | :25:15. | :25:17.
into their Europa League qualifier Crusaders start 4-down | :25:18. | :25:19.
at home to their Swedish opponents Let's go back to Donaghadee and see | :25:20. | :25:47.
what will happen on the weather front. Are we officially in heatwave | :25:48. | :25:57.
territory? It feels like it. It is a glorious evening in Donaghadee, we | :25:58. | :26:01.
have blue skies and a lovely breeze off the sea, and Conor Macauley has | :26:02. | :26:05.
promised to buy be an ice cream after his remark about weather | :26:06. | :26:09.
forecasters. It has been hot today and the warmest temperatures in the | :26:10. | :26:14.
west, always nicer here on the east coast without breeze of the save. | :26:15. | :26:19.
Today's top spot has been made elegant on the Londonderry coast, | :26:20. | :26:26.
27.6 Celsius -- McGilligan. That beat yesterday's high at Castlederg. | :26:27. | :26:31.
There is more hops on trying to come tomorrow. It will cool down at the | :26:32. | :26:37.
weekend and there is rain on Saturday. Not much rain this | :26:38. | :26:41.
evening, maybe a few showers in the west but it will die away and it | :26:42. | :26:45.
will be another warm night, and tomorrow we can look forward to more | :26:46. | :26:50.
hot sunshine. Friday ending the week with sunshine and hot weather, any | :26:51. | :26:57.
missed will soon disappear and the highest temperatures in the west. | :26:58. | :27:00.
missed will soon disappear and the are likely to see something similar | :27:01. | :27:05.
to today, close to 28 degrees and always cooler near the east coast. | :27:06. | :27:10.
Possibly a shower or two tomorrow but we start to see a change | :27:11. | :27:15.
tomorrow night. Still warm and humid that the Atlantic pressure chart | :27:16. | :27:18.
shows a wet front coming in and that will see a change to fresh air by | :27:19. | :27:23.
Sunday. By Saturday there is still warm weather for a while, especially | :27:24. | :27:28.
in the south-east, also some sharp showers around and under. At that | :27:29. | :27:33.
moves away, it will be cooler and fresher on Sunday, and some cooler | :27:34. | :27:40.
nights to come as well. Thank you, Cecilia. Our latest summary is at | :27:41. | :27:46.
10:25pm tonight. From all of us, thank you bird-watching. | :27:47. | :27:47. |
