A bomb has been found during searches in Londonderry.

The device and other component parts were found during the searches

in the Creggan and Galliagh areas this morning.

Last night a 48 year old man was arrested in the city.

at the Somme have been remembered at the annual Orange Order

parade in Rossnowlagh. The Grand Master of the Orange Order

Edward Stevenson said that soldiers from Donegal and across Ireland made

the supreme sacrifice and they would be in many peoples'

thoughts at this time. Here's our north west

reporter Keiron Tourish. Up to 50 lodgers took part in this

parade, they came from Cavan, Leitrim and Monaghan as well as

brethren from across Northern Ireland. Donegal prides itself on

providing a relaxed atmosphere and it was no different today. It was a

good level of respect, we never had any problem, we respect our

neighbours and they respect us. The demonstration took the marchers

along the route into the seaside village. We felt we would come from

Magherafelt to support our brethren and we thought we would wear old

style hats and slashes to commemorate the battle of the Somme.

We are 100 years from the battle of the Somme were many men from

Donegal, Tyrone and right across Ireland went to fight for Keane

Micro and country, many men went from here and never came back and

they are only remembered with earnings on a memorial. For many a

relaxing day out is complete after a stroll on the beach.

To golf now and both Graeme McDowell and Padraig Harrington remain

in contention at the Scottish Open at Castle Stuart.

McDowell is currently five under par for the tournament -

that's level par for the day and four shots off the lead

as he approaches the end of his third round.

This part of the day, dry and warm in many places, some showers in the

as this area of high-pressure drifts towards us. Tomorrow, plenty of
