Police are investigating the sudden death of the young woman in County

Tyrone. Locals say a party took place in the village when she died.

She has been named as a 21-year-old Amy Reid. Another person was taken

to hospital and three have been arrested in connection with drugs

enquiries. The next-door neighbour told our reporter that they are

shocked by what happened. A house party, whereabouts I am not aware

but when the ambulance arrived she was dead. People are shocked. I

cannot believe it now. Only 21, 22 years of age. Three brothers, and a

sister. And they are gobsmacked. They cannot take it in. Her parents

are devastated. Totally devastated. A man has appeared in court

in Romania charged in connection with the death of the schoolboy

Ronan Hughes last year. The County Tyrone teenager

took his life after being tricked into sharing intimate

images of himself online, The suspect was arrested in a joint

Romania. A specialist unit traced the computer used to blackmail the

teenager to this Eastern European country.

They then worked closely with Romanian police and another

of officers flew to the country to arrest a suspect.

seriously what we put in our manifesto. We made it clear we would

continue to support the definition of marriage and who would not be up

for changing that. So, I do not know what the surprises about because it

was no surprise before the election or during the election. And it is

not a surprise now. For some, the issue is not just political, it is

married in England. The Sinn Fein politician wants the law to change

here. We all have families, we all have friends, we all have relatives,

neighbours, contacts who want it brought this part of the island.

Their voice needs to be heard. Alliance, greens and SDLP have also

criticised Arlene Foster's remarks. I am open to discussion with the DUP

and with others about how we can find a way through this because I do

not think it is sustainable to block progress on this issue because some

people disagree with it. Campaigners say if MLAs will not change the law,

the matter could end up in the courts. If the assembly is unwilling

to remove the ban on same-sex couples marrying, it will fall to

the courts to stand up to the minority interests and make sure

there is a solution to this ongoing issue of the patchwork of rights.

Whilst the legal route is a possibility, politically this issue

will not go away. Stormont has voted on equal marriage on five occasions,

the sixth, it seems, is only a matter of time.

The Northern Ireland Council for Ethnic Minorities

says it's closing down because of a lack of funds.

The organisation - which has been in operation for 22 years -

said it was forced into the move after failing to gain two Stormont

grants which would have been worth 90 thousand pounds.

Another voluntary group, Gingerbread, which helped lone

parents, has also had to shut down because of funding problems.

It's predicted that more community bodies could go the same way.

The boards of these organisations have to look at them critically,

they have to behave responsibly, they cannot trade illegally so quite

often it means they have to go into liquidation. It does not mean the

work has gone away, but they can no longer exist on the environment we

have. Well now, many people will be

starting to get their costumes ready for Halloween with lots of tricks

and treats planned over In Londonderry the city

is celebrating 30 years of staging an event which has

grown in popularity. And there are some spooky

events going on as Derry begins the countdown,

carnival parade and fireworks. And if you want to catch this amazing

display, it runs all weekend until Sunday.

Sunday. It will be mild, lots of cloud around, some dampness at times

but most of the rain will come on Saturday night. Drizzle tonight,

quite misty and murky in places, temperatures in double figures in

places. A pretty dull start on Saturday with hits of dampness for a

time. Mainly in the early morning and it will tend to move away

eastwards. Lots of dry weather developing mid-morning on Saturday,

some brightness here and there and there will be brightness breaking

through the cloud across many central and eastern parts. It is

likely to stay rather damp, dull and dreary across western Scotland and

North West England. Temperatures lifting tomorrow afternoon across

Northern Ireland to 13, 14 or 15 degrees. With light frilly mild with

some brightness and especially in East. Rain on Saturday lingering on

Sunday across Donegal, part of the West but many places shaping up try

and the best of the brightness over Belfast and the south-east with

temperatures heading into mid-teens. If you are taking part in the

marathon, it will be dry, cloudy, not much wind and you will not need
