Ten years after Kevin Lavelle was beaten to death at a pub in Banbury,

police and his family have renewed their appeal

Kevin had become involved in a row while the pub was showing

A group of men in Wales are thought to hold vital

A decade on and still no answers ` only questions about the murder

Father of two Kevin Lavelle was known as Buddy, as his family

This footage, released today, was taken when he was in Spain two

Mr Lavelle was beaten with a dumbbell at the Cricketers Pub

Ceri Noble, from Wales, was charged with the murder, but the court case

collapsed when it could not be proved who had dealt the final blow.

In 2009, an inquest ruled that Mr Lavelle had been unlawfully killed.

A year later, the family unsuccessfully pursued

civil damages against three men who were in the pub that night.

Kevin was so outgoing and he did all kinds of things with them.

The detective who led the initial investigation retired

of a pregnant woman in Norwich more than seventeen years ago.

Peter Carroll also attempted to strangle his twenty`year`old victim,

leaving her unconscious at the scene.

She scratched his face in the attack.

Advances in technology police could then use

DNA to help convict Carroll after case was reviewed last September.

Parents on a growing housing estate in Milton Keynes are concerned that

a shortage of primary school places is only going to get worse
