Hello and welcome to the programme. In the Points West headlines

:00:09.:00:12.

tonight, the end of a long and grim search - police finally discover

:00:12.:00:20.

Kate Prout's remains after being led to the spot by her husband.

:00:20.:00:23.

I do hope this will be the final chapter of this harrowing event for

:00:23.:00:27.

Kate's family. Also tonight, 200 new jobs

:00:27.:00:29.

announced at Airbus in Bristol, but deeper cuts than expected are

:00:29.:00:35.

revealed in the city's public sector.

:00:35.:00:38.

A popular young officer with all before him - a former head boy from

:00:38.:00:42.

Bath killed in Afghanistan, is brought home.

:00:42.:00:45.

And the plans for a new nuclear power station at Hinkley Point are

:00:45.:00:55.
:00:55.:00:57.

Good evening. Police searching for the body of Kate Prout say they've

:00:57.:01:02.

found human remains. Mrs Prout went missing from her home in

:01:02.:01:04.

Gloucestershire four years ago. Last week, her husband Adrian

:01:04.:01:07.

finally confessed to her killing and showed officers where he'd

:01:07.:01:11.

buried her body. Our Gloucestershire reporter, Steve

:01:11.:01:21.
:01:21.:01:25.

It is a moment that a Kate Prout's family have been waiting for, but

:01:25.:01:33.

it terribly distressing day? absolutely. The four-year search is

:01:33.:01:38.

seemingly over. It was a big mystery, what had happened to Kate

:01:38.:01:46.

Prout. Many theories were bandied about. Today police finally

:01:46.:01:48.

revealed that a set of human remains was discovered in a deep

:01:48.:01:58.

grave in woodland on the farm once owned by Adrian and Kate Prout.

:01:58.:02:04.

Kate, we urge you to contact us. You may not wish to speak to your

:02:04.:02:09.

family and friends. From the restart, Key -- Kate Prout was a

:02:09.:02:16.

missing person. -- from the start. Police realised her disappearance

:02:16.:02:23.

was more sinister. They combed the farm for two weeks to no avail.

:02:23.:02:27.

Eventually her husband Adrian was charged with her murder. In court

:02:27.:02:33.

he claimed he was innocent. Police uncovered his violent past in

:02:33.:02:37.

Kate's diaries as she threatened to take his farm away her bitter

:02:37.:02:43.

divorce. On Friday, a dramatic twist. Adrian Prout finally

:02:43.:02:46.

confessed and was brought to Redhill Farm in handcuffs to show

:02:46.:02:51.

police where he had buried his wife. Although formal identification is

:02:51.:02:56.

yet to happen, this is believed to be Kate Prout's final resting place.

:02:56.:03:02.

We have been searching for four days. It has been difficult. Adrian

:03:02.:03:06.

Prout has not given us a precise location. That is why it has taken

:03:06.:03:13.

so long. It has taken police four days to find the remains. A slow

:03:13.:03:18.

process. This is a crime scene and the body itself will be a crime

:03:18.:03:24.

scene in its own right. They need the area around it to be as

:03:24.:03:30.

uncontaminated as possible. There may be forensic evidence from four

:03:30.:03:40.

years ago. There may be some soil evidence or some pollen evidence

:03:40.:03:45.

they may wish to match. pathologist has spent the afternoon

:03:45.:03:50.

examining the remains. A short while ago, a private ambulance

:03:50.:03:57.

carrying a coffin left the woodland. What next? That formal

:03:57.:04:02.

identification will be crucial. We expected to confirm that the

:04:02.:04:10.

remains are that of Kate Prout. The coroner will have many questions to

:04:10.:04:15.

ask during the inquest. One of which is, why didn't police find

:04:15.:04:19.

the remains when they searched clear four years ago? Adrian Prout

:04:19.:04:24.

has been spoken to in the last couple of days. Maybe this is still

:04:24.:04:31.

a story with many chapters yet to be written. It's been a long time

:04:31.:04:34.

in coming, but finally the plans for a new nuclear power station in

:04:34.:04:37.

Somerset have been published. It means the full details for Hinkley

:04:37.:04:41.

C are now open for all to see. But there is still a long way to go, as

:04:41.:04:44.

Imogen Sellers reports. As a document it's longer than the

:04:44.:04:49.

bible or all of the Harry Potters put together. At 30,000 pages the

:04:49.:04:51.

application to build another nuclear power station in Somerset

:04:51.:04:58.

could never really be described as a light read. But it's been the

:04:58.:05:01.

task of the people in the office behind me to sift through and

:05:01.:05:05.

decide whether or not it approves it ahead of a final decision by the

:05:05.:05:12.

Secretary of State. And today they gave that approval. It's a mammoth

:05:12.:05:15.

document dealing with a mammoth subject. But it seems to boil down

:05:15.:05:18.

to some key issues. The first is the hotly contested subject of the

:05:18.:05:21.

need for nuclear power itself - the arguments for and against are

:05:21.:05:29.

always cause for passionate debate. If you could imagine a world where

:05:29.:05:39.

Almagro energy came from the Sun, at geothermal, Hydro Tideway and --

:05:39.:05:42.

tied wind, we would not have to kowtow to the Russians for their

:05:42.:05:49.

gas, the Arabs further oil, and the French for their power. Second is

:05:49.:05:52.

the impact on the local environment, both to the landscape and the towns

:05:52.:05:55.

and village communities close by. And thirdly is the issue of

:05:55.:05:58.

economics - many people believe the jobs that will be generated, are as

:05:58.:06:01.

important as the electricity. So today the details within the

:06:01.:06:08.

application can be made public. Clearly the planning process is

:06:08.:06:13.

very important. The IPC will now take a very independent view on

:06:14.:06:18.

whether the project should go forward in the form we specified it

:06:18.:06:21.

in the application. There was disappointment but not surprise

:06:21.:06:24.

from those hoping the plans would include a bypass for Bridgwater.

:06:24.:06:27.

Good news for villagers in nearby Cannington though, who will get a

:06:27.:06:30.

smaller bypass We now also know more about the design of the twin

:06:30.:06:33.

reactors. Once again, I can end this report by telling you that

:06:33.:06:36.

plans for a new nuclear power station are moving a step closer,

:06:36.:06:40.

which they are. But there are many more hurdles to clear - next more

:06:40.:06:43.

consultation, and finally it'll all end up on the desk of the Secretary

:06:43.:06:51.

The challenges of unemployment and how to tackle it have been centre

:06:51.:06:56.

stage here in the West today. The Business Secretary Vince Cable came

:06:56.:07:01.

to Bristol to see examples of new jobs in prospering industries. But

:07:01.:07:04.

at the same time the Shadow Chancellor Ed Balls visited one of

:07:04.:07:07.

the West's unemployment black spots, and accused the Government of not

:07:07.:07:12.

doing enough. Live now to our political editor, Paul Barltrop,

:07:12.:07:22.
:07:22.:07:23.

who's in Swindon. Paul, how badly is Swindon affected? Very badly

:07:23.:07:28.

indeed. The Christmas lights may be on here, but there probably will

:07:28.:07:34.

not be much buying this year. Swindon as one of the worst

:07:34.:07:44.

unemployment rates in the region. Bristol also has a very serious

:07:44.:07:46.

problem, but there are beacons of hope. Business Secretary Vince

:07:46.:07:49.

Cable opened a brand new high tech research centre in Bristol today,

:07:49.:07:52.

and while he was here, Airbus announced 200 new engineering jobs.

:07:52.:07:59.

Here's our Business Correspondent, Dave Harvey.

:07:59.:08:03.

Getting on a bike in search of jobs. When the Vince Cable came to Airbus

:08:03.:08:08.

today, he saw their future engineering centre. This is the

:08:08.:08:12.

very latest technology, demonstrated on a push bike, but

:08:12.:08:17.

already transforming aircraft manufacturing. Airbus needs more

:08:17.:08:21.

advanced engineers. Today they advertised another 200 hi-tech

:08:21.:08:28.

vacancies. I would say we do make the best wins in the world. We have

:08:28.:08:36.

to have the best engineers in the world to develop them. Not just in

:08:36.:08:41.

the aerospace industry, but more generally we have seen a

:08:41.:08:43.

flourishing of advanced manufacturing and the south-west.

:08:43.:08:51.

few miles up the road, the business secretary opened this new centre

:08:51.:09:00.

encompass the technology. Anything with a drive to save fuel puts a

:09:00.:09:08.

premium on making things like. How like exactly? What this. You could

:09:08.:09:16.

not do that with steel. Centre- stage, aircraft. By the new Airbus.

:09:16.:09:23.

This is how they make the wings fast. A factory in Avonmouth. These

:09:23.:09:28.

machines cost millions. Until now, smaller companies could not get

:09:28.:09:33.

anything. The West Country has a fabulous array of its smaller

:09:33.:09:40.

composite manufacturing companies. To offer them this capability, puts

:09:40.:09:43.

them on the world stage and allows them to compete in an international

:09:43.:09:48.

sense. We have got used to this very defeatist attitude that we do

:09:48.:09:53.

not make things any more. That is complete nonsense. We have good

:09:53.:09:57.

manufacturing companies. They need support. We need to encourage the

:09:57.:10:02.

younger generation to see a career in engineering. The centre has

:10:02.:10:09.

taken years to develop. It has been a project driven by a West Country

:10:09.:10:16.

universities and companies. Today it was just what Dr Cable ordered.

:10:16.:10:19.

If you want to know the gravity of the jobs situation you don't have

:10:19.:10:29.
:10:29.:10:31.

to go far. Earlier we visited Swindon's job centre. One in 12

:10:31.:10:36.

young people aged 18 to 24 are out of work. That's risen sharply in

:10:36.:10:46.

the last six months. Young people here are finding it very hard.

:10:46.:10:51.

is hard. Nobody wants to give you a job. You apply and you never hear

:10:51.:10:58.

back. You have 200 people going for the same job. If you have no

:10:58.:11:03.

qualifications, you go to the bottom of the pile. It is so hard.

:11:03.:11:08.

Very hard indeed. Other than cleaning jobs, you have not cut and

:11:08.:11:13.

the look of finding a decent job. Me and my partners have had a baby.

:11:14.:11:20.

There is no work. There was nothing. Either you were to qualified or

:11:20.:11:25.

under-qualified. So this is good territory for an opposition

:11:25.:11:28.

politician wanting to put the boot in. The man doing the kicking, Ed

:11:28.:11:33.

Balls. This afternoon he visited the Nationwide Building Society to

:11:33.:11:37.

hear about a scheme they run to help young people learn work skills.

:11:37.:11:44.

But his target is very much the Coalition Government. The great

:11:44.:11:48.

thing is that Nationwide year in Swindon is taking on scores of

:11:48.:11:53.

graduates but also working in a community to help of a young people

:11:53.:11:58.

get back into work. That is what we need. We cannot do it without

:11:58.:12:03.

Government support. There is a 90% rise in Swindon in youth

:12:03.:12:07.

unemployment this year. That is not good enough. The Government has got

:12:07.:12:16.

to act and get the economy moving. What this comes down to his money.

:12:16.:12:19.

We will hear a great deal more about that next week when the

:12:19.:12:25.

Chancellor makes his pre-Budget report. Watching very closely will

:12:25.:12:33.

be the councils in the West. They have been hard hit by the court.

:12:33.:12:39.

Bristol City Council has announced further spending cuts today. I'm

:12:39.:12:41.

joined by Robin Markwell, our political reporter. Robin - how far

:12:41.:12:45.

does this latest round of cuts go? This second round of budget cuts

:12:45.:12:48.

for Bristol amounts to around 21 million, and that means about 350

:12:48.:12:52.

jobs are to go on top of the 360 posts that went last year. In total,

:12:52.:12:54.

that represents about 10% of the workforce. But the surprise

:12:54.:12:57.

announcement today was the council admitting it will have to find an

:12:57.:13:00.

extra 9.5 million to meet "one-off costs" - that's redundancy payments

:13:00.:13:08.

and changes to the organisation. The ruling Lib Dems insists

:13:08.:13:11.

libraries, museums and youth centres will stay open despite the

:13:11.:13:21.

cuts. Labour are not so sure. think they will see potentially the

:13:21.:13:24.

closure of the youth centres and eventual -- adventure playgrounds.

:13:24.:13:30.

They will close themselves. I notice they are claiming that no

:13:30.:13:34.

libraries will be closed. The buildings may stay open, but tucked

:13:34.:13:37.

away in the detail is the suggestion they will be manned by

:13:38.:13:41.

volunteers. And what other changes can people in Bristol expect to

:13:41.:13:44.

see? Plenty of new charges as the council tries to boost its income.

:13:44.:13:47.

So expect more pay-and-display parking, charges for the first time

:13:47.:13:50.

for pest control services and new fees to park at the popular Ashton

:13:50.:13:53.

Court estate. The council is also looking to cut spending for its

:13:53.:13:56.

youth services by 1 million, and is considering closing up to nine

:13:56.:13:59.

care homes. The Liberal Democrats are keen for older people to stay

:13:59.:14:07.

at home for longer. As far as adult carers concerned, the previous

:14:07.:14:12.

Government and the present one had really rubber-stamped a major

:14:12.:14:16.

programme of change. I believe people will get more care and

:14:16.:14:20.

better care as a result of this. We have a very old-fashioned system

:14:20.:14:25.

that puts people into care homes when they can stay at home. But we

:14:25.:14:28.

should stress that these are only proposals at this stage - a final

:14:28.:14:31.

decision will be taken next February. Thanks Robin, and on The

:14:31.:14:34.

Politics Show West this Sunday at midday, the team will be exploring

:14:34.:14:42.

how women in particular are being You're watching Thursday's Points

West with Chris and Alex. Coming up, the sixth formers from Royal

:14:47.:14:50.

Wootton Bassett march on Westminster calling for more to be

:14:50.:14:56.

done for the women and children of Afghanistan.

:14:56.:14:59.

And disappointment for Bath City as their FA cup replay doesn't quite

:14:59.:15:09.
:15:09.:15:11.

go to plan, despite this crowd- An investigation is underway into a

:15:11.:15:14.

care home for the elderly near Bristol, after a whistleblower

:15:14.:15:19.

raised concerns. Local authorities and the Government watchdog are

:15:19.:15:22.

reviewing the care of about 80 residents at Oaktree House Care

:15:22.:15:27.

Home in Yate. No new residents are being admitted, and the local

:15:27.:15:32.

council says there is no immediate risk to anyone there.

:15:32.:15:37.

The home's owners said they were co-operating with the investigation.

:15:37.:15:40.

Bristol City Council is welcoming the outcome of a judicial review

:15:40.:15:44.

looking into the Tesco store on Stokes Croft. Campaigners who

:15:44.:15:46.

opposed the opening of the supermarket, claimed the company

:15:46.:15:48.

should never have been given permission to install plant

:15:48.:15:51.

machinery, or to have a freezer room. But today a judge has ruled

:15:51.:15:56.

in favour of Tesco and the City Council. The authority says

:15:56.:16:03.

planning permission for a retail space already existed on the site.

:16:03.:16:06.

The boyfriend of a millionairess from North Somerset, found dead in

:16:06.:16:09.

her swimming pool in the middle of the night, died from a medical

:16:09.:16:13.

condition. The coroner said today that Steve Penny collapsed into the

:16:13.:16:16.

pool at Walton Castle in Clevedon in March, after suffering "dry

:16:16.:16:23.

drowning", a condition caused by fluid building up on the lung. A

:16:23.:16:27.

verdict of accidental death was recorded.

:16:27.:16:31.

A former head boy at a school in Bath, killed while serving with the

:16:31.:16:35.

army in Afghanistan. Has been repatriated this afternoon.

:16:35.:16:38.

Lieutenant David Boyce, who was 25, was in 1st The Queens Dragoon

:16:38.:16:44.

Guards. He's been described by his friends as "one of the very best".

:16:44.:16:50.

In Afghanistan for less than a month, David Boyce was killed

:16:50.:16:56.

alongside his comrade. Today he returned to RAF Brize Norton to his

:16:56.:17:00.

family. They described him as having "brought sunshine into the

:17:00.:17:04.

lives of everyone he knew". They said they took comfort knowing he

:17:04.:17:14.
:17:14.:17:17.

died doing what he loved. David was head boy here in 2005. His former

:17:17.:17:21.

headmaster of remembers him as being a true gentleman. He was

:17:21.:17:24.

popular all the way through the school. He was a born leader, he

:17:25.:17:31.

said, in the truest sense of the word. He also remembered how proud

:17:31.:17:34.

David was when he was selected to play rugby for the first team.

:17:34.:17:37.

Lietuenant Boyce made an incredible impression on those he met. The

:17:37.:17:39.

tributes paid to him from his Commanding Officer down to the

:17:39.:17:43.

soldiers he led, all shared the same sentiment - he was one of the

:17:43.:17:53.
:17:53.:18:02.

The House of Commons also paid tribute to Lieutenant Boyce and

:18:02.:18:10.

those who died with him. They were all courageous soldiers held in the

:18:10.:18:15.

highest regard by their comrades. We all them a great debt of

:18:15.:18:19.

gratitude for their service and sacrifice. We send our condolences

:18:19.:18:23.

to their family and friends. Lieutenant David Boyce was clearly

:18:23.:18:26.

an inspiration to all those who met him and worked with him. A man who

:18:26.:18:35.

Now if you go to school in Royal Wootton Bassett, it must be almost

:18:35.:18:39.

impossible not to be aware of the current conflict in Afghanistan.

:18:39.:18:42.

But now some pupils have gone even further, by becoming involved with

:18:42.:18:47.

a charity that supports Afghan women and children. Today they went

:18:47.:18:50.

to London, to join young people from across Europe and to meet the

:18:50.:18:56.

doctor who inspired them. Tracey Miller went with them.

:18:56.:19:02.

Together in the heart of London, young people from across Europe.

:19:02.:19:05.

They are here to bring the plight of the uneducated, war weary

:19:05.:19:10.

children of Afghanistan to the attention of Government. Amongst

:19:10.:19:12.

them are students from Royal Wootton Bassett, a town forever

:19:12.:19:22.
:19:22.:19:23.

linked with that conflict. We see a very negative view of Afghanistan

:19:23.:19:29.

based on war. There are children who cannot go to school because of

:19:29.:19:34.

what we are fighting for. It brings it to a more social level. It is

:19:34.:19:38.

important for children to fight for other children. This cause has been

:19:39.:19:42.

the passion of Dr Sarah Fane, a Bristol doctor whose time in

:19:42.:19:44.

Afghanistan 20 years ago, was to change everything. I came back from

:19:44.:19:49.

that visit having seen a country completely devastated and I decided

:19:49.:19:55.

to set up the charity, to change any lives we could. They all walked

:19:55.:19:58.

on Westminster, and before going in, they recreated an Afghan classroom

:19:58.:20:02.

on the lawns of Westminster. The palace of Westminster didn't daunt

:20:02.:20:06.

them, but the life of those they were here for are a world away. 85%

:20:06.:20:11.

of the female population cannot read or write. Two generations of

:20:11.:20:15.

its people have never known peace. And a quarter of the children born

:20:15.:20:19.

here never see their fifth birthday. Did the students get their points

:20:19.:20:27.

across? It has shown it to us what a difference people can make. There

:20:27.:20:32.

were so many of us. I think we definitely had an effect on the

:20:32.:20:37.

ministers. They had never seen such big numbers. Surely that has to

:20:37.:20:43.

account for something. Tomorrow it is back to school. Something they

:20:43.:20:48.

will never take for granted. In rugby, Mike Tindall's appeal

:20:48.:20:51.

against his fine and ejection from the England squad has been moved to

:20:51.:20:54.

a secret location, and the Rugby Football Union says the result

:20:54.:20:57.

won't be released today. Tindall was fined 20,000 two weeks ago,

:20:57.:21:00.

and thrown out of the elite player squad for his behaviour during the

:21:00.:21:03.

World Cup. The RFU said his actions reached a level of misconduct that

:21:03.:21:13.

was unacceptable in a senior In football, Swindon Town have

:21:13.:21:18.

signed striker Ronan Murray on loan from Ipswich. Murray is 20 and made

:21:18.:21:21.

13 appearances for Ipswich before spending time on loan at Torquay,

:21:21.:21:25.

where he played 11 times until the end of last season. He scored this

:21:25.:21:33.

goal against Cheltenham back in March. Meanwhile, the club have

:21:33.:21:36.

turned down an offer from Bournemouth for Matt Ritchie to

:21:36.:21:39.

join them on loan with a view to a permanent move.

In cricket, Somerset have announced record profits for the year ending

:21:41.:21:46.

in September. They say this is due to success on the pitch and

:21:46.:21:49.

improved facilities on the ground, which are now used most days in the

:21:49.:21:53.

year. And this doesn't include any proceeds from the Club's recent

:21:53.:21:56.

good run in the Champions League T20 will go into next year's

:21:56.:22:03.

accounts. Bath City Football Club have earned

:22:03.:22:06.

themselves upwards of 70,000 from their run in the FA Cup, but that

:22:06.:22:09.

will come as little consolation to fans who felt they were cheated out

:22:09.:22:13.

of a possible win last night when they lost to league two side

:22:13.:22:18.

Dagenham and Redbridge after extra time. The point of contention, a

:22:18.:22:25.

Dagenham goal which the entire crowd thought was offside. The

:22:25.:22:28.

problem was that referee didn't see it that way and allowed the goal to

:22:28.:22:38.
:22:38.:22:45.

Shocking decision. Bath were unlucky. I thought they deserved

:22:45.:22:50.

better. Bath had started with hopes of an upset, a prize of another

:22:50.:22:52.

18,000 and another lucrative tie in the second round. Dagenham had

:22:53.:22:56.

lost seven league games in a row, but took the lead through Brian

:22:56.:23:05.

Woodall. Bath continued to press for an equaliser and better. And

:23:05.:23:08.

then 20 minutes from time, they got the equaliser they deserved from

:23:08.:23:15.

Adam Connolly. That forced extra time and a moment which stunned all

:23:15.:23:25.
:23:25.:23:25.

but a handful in the ground. Jon Nurse was way offside, but the

:23:25.:23:28.

assistant referee didn't flag and the chance of further cup glory was

:23:28.:23:38.
:23:38.:23:43.

gone. All I can say is I am very proud of the players. Over the two

:23:43.:23:47.

legs we have probably been the better side. We were desperately

:23:47.:23:51.

unlucky in the first match with some decisions. I thought having

:23:51.:23:56.

gone behind tonight, we home in it there and got on top. I thought we

:23:56.:24:00.

should have won. So disappointment all round, but the bonus of a

:24:00.:24:04.

70,000 windfall - about 20% of their total income for the year -

:24:04.:24:14.
:24:14.:24:18.

will soften the blow in the Now let's turned to the weather.

:24:18.:24:23.

Elizabeth is here tonight. What is it looking like to Maroc?

:24:23.:24:29.

It will be getting much chillier tomorrow. Mild today with 14

:24:29.:24:33.

degrees in Bristol. Slightly cooler over parts of Gloucestershire and

:24:33.:24:39.

Wiltshire. It will get cooler for everybody tomorrow. This cold front

:24:39.:24:46.

is tracking our away overnight. It is going to give us some of

:24:46.:24:53.

blustery winds. It will be cool or tomorrow. Quite breezy but with

:24:53.:24:58.

plenty of brightness. Let's backtrack to tonight. For the first

:24:58.:25:05.

part of tonight it will be a dry picture. He Rhys our front pushing

:25:05.:25:13.

into parts of Gloucestershire and heading eastwards. -- here is.

:25:13.:25:23.
:25:23.:25:23.

Outbreaks of rain, blustery winds. 35-40 mph. Underneath all of the

:25:23.:25:32.

cloud and rain, temperatures around 7 or eight Celsius. Into tomorrow,

:25:32.:25:37.

the breeze will keep the fog and frost at bay. It will be a bright

:25:37.:25:44.

start. Plenty of sunny spells. The chance of getting the odd like

:25:44.:25:54.
:25:54.:25:56.

shower. -- light. Temperatures around 11 degrees. Pegged back by

:25:56.:26:00.

the strong winds. The blue skies tomorrow afternoon will translate

:26:00.:26:08.

to clear macro skies for tomorrow night. -- clear. A much cooler

:26:08.:26:18.

night tomorrow. The breeze keeping the fog and frost at bay. For the

:26:18.:26:23.

weekend, lots of Christmas lights being switched on across the region.

:26:23.:26:29.

Should be mostly drive. There may be some rain on Saturday night.

:26:29.:26:33.

Generally bright and breezy for the daytime. Plenty of sunshine.

:26:33.:26:39.

Temperatures feeling a little bit cooler in those blustery winds.

:26:39.:26:44.

Lots of sunshine. Yet look into next week, staying pretty unsettled.

:26:44.:26:51.

-- the outlook. More persistent rain on Tuesday. For the next few

:26:51.:27:01.
:27:01.:27:03.

I will be in a Cirencester in the market tomorrow for the switching

:27:03.:27:07.

on of the Christmas lights. You bring enough sparkle without

:27:07.:27:14.

switching more light on! You may like to know that BBC Question Time
