looking pretty good. Dry in most parts with sunshine around.

:00:00.:00:00.

Welcome to BBC Points West with Alex Lovell and Sabet Choudhury Our main

:00:00.:00:10.

story tonight: Crisis? What crisis? The government refuses

:00:11.:00:14.

to apply for EU emergency money to help flood hit areas. We should be

:00:15.:00:25.

applying to Europe for help. We should be applying for help for

:00:26.:00:30.

summer said. I am at the European Parliament in Strasbourg asking

:00:31.:00:34.

local MEPs about the decision not to apply for European Union a fulsome

:00:35.:00:35.

said. `` aid for Somerset. Also in tonight's programme: Help us

:00:36.:00:48.

find his killer. The family of a murdered 19`year`old make an

:00:49.:00:52.

emotional appeal. Somebody knows what's happened to

:00:53.:00:57.

him. Please come forward and let us know. Any information you h`ve got.

:00:58.:01:03.

Anything that can help us fhnd out who has done this.

:01:04.:01:06.

And we'll bring you the latdst news from day two of the Cheltenham

:01:07.:01:09.

Festival including all the glamour of Ladies' Day.

:01:10.:01:14.

Good evening. The government has tonight told

:01:15.:01:19.

Points West that it doesn't think this winter's floods were sdrious

:01:20.:01:22.

enough to deserve European help A fund is available to help ET

:01:23.:01:25.

countries deal with natural disasters, but ministers sax they

:01:26.:01:28.

believe Somerset and Gloucestershire don't qualify. But opposition MPs

:01:29.:01:32.

say there's no reason not to ask Europe for money. David Garlston is

:01:33.:01:37.

in Strasbourg this evening. David, what do people over there

:01:38.:01:45.

say? I am in Strasbourg, the European

:01:46.:01:54.

home in France. This institttion does have money to help are`s which

:01:55.:02:01.

are affected by disasters, there is the national regional disaster zone

:02:02.:02:05.

and the regional disaster zone relief. Both we could apply for in

:02:06.:02:12.

theory. Coming of the money, please? I went to sleep one of the bosses,

:02:13.:02:16.

they call them commissioners and asked him, and he said Brit`in could

:02:17.:02:19.

apply for some cash and that would be considered seriously. Yot did

:02:20.:02:25.

point out there is some small print. First, the damage may not bd severe

:02:26.:02:29.

enough to warrant a claim, second it is too late it should have been a

:02:30.:02:34.

couple of weeks ago. And thhrdly Britain would lose is no cl`ims

:02:35.:02:37.

discount stock that is the background to why the UK hasn't

:02:38.:02:41.

applied for any cash. That hs disappointing to people livhng in

:02:42.:02:44.

Somerset as our correspondent reports.

:02:45.:02:47.

When is a crisis a disaster? One that qualifies for EU money. Ask

:02:48.:02:53.

flood victims like Ron Smith who is still drying out his house on the

:02:54.:02:56.

edge of the Somerset Levels and he'll give you a straight answer.

:02:57.:03:04.

There I see it it would probably cover a few MEPs expenses btt we are

:03:05.:03:09.

talking about very small suls of money by European standards. We

:03:10.:03:12.

should be given that money unconditionally, it is an elergency.

:03:13.:03:16.

But it seems that's not the way the government sees it. We've sden a

:03:17.:03:19.

letter from the floods minister which makes it plain the government

:03:20.:03:23.

won't be applying for money from a European pot designed to help with

:03:24.:03:27.

natural disasters. His boss has said that's because the damage c`used by

:03:28.:03:35.

the floods isn't bad enough. I would be perfectly happy to apply if we

:03:36.:03:40.

qualify but I would have to go to other colleagues in governmdnt. When

:03:41.:03:46.

we last looked at that we would have to adhere to the threshold of 3

:03:47.:03:48.

billion. But one West MP has describdd that

:03:49.:03:51.

as tosh saying the real reason the government isn't applying is to

:03:52.:03:54.

spare the blushes of Euroscdptic Tories.

:03:55.:04:00.

If Europe was to come stepphng in and give us a fairly serious amount

:04:01.:04:04.

of money to sort out some of the problems, possibly other parts of

:04:05.:04:08.

the country, it is embarrassing they will not be able to sax

:04:09.:04:12.

anything rude about Europe. Critics of the government point out here in

:04:13.:04:16.

Gloucestershire they were ghven ?31 million to help with the cldar up in

:04:17.:04:21.

2008. The disagreements, thd confusion the conflicting political

:04:22.:04:26.

messages only add to the sense of anger being felt by flood vhctims

:04:27.:04:31.

here. The Prime Minister was recently quoted as saying money is

:04:32.:04:34.

no object when it comes to helping here. The question is, wherd exactly

:04:35.:04:46.

is that money going to come from? To discuss this further I am joined by

:04:47.:04:50.

two local MEPs, Graham Watson and Julie Girling. Britain cannot apply

:04:51.:04:56.

so there is no point putting in an application, is there? We cdrtainly

:04:57.:04:59.

could apply. We both worked on the could apply. We both worked on the

:05:00.:05:04.

applications made for the floods in Gloucester 2007, we have both been

:05:05.:05:08.

trying to persuade the government to apply this time. This is a fund we

:05:09.:05:12.

pay into and it seems crazy we are not drawing out of it at thd time it

:05:13.:05:16.

could be helping us with thd cost of the clean`up. The commission made it

:05:17.:05:21.

pretty clear we would lose our no claims bonus if we applied, anyway,

:05:22.:05:24.

so we would lose the money hn other ways.

:05:25.:05:28.

Some would be clawed back through the rebate. That may be the case,

:05:29.:05:34.

that was the case in 2007, ht was about two thirds. There is ` real

:05:35.:05:36.

difference for people in Solerset. That money goes into the Trdasury,

:05:37.:05:42.

it can be used for anything. This money would come directly to be used

:05:43.:05:46.

for victims of flooding in Somerset and the Treasury would have to make

:05:47.:05:49.

about rebate from somewhere else. That is quite attractive. What would

:05:50.:05:53.

be the point in the governmdnt not applying?

:05:54.:05:58.

There are various reasons why the government doesn't want to `pply,

:05:59.:06:02.

probably they are Treasury driven. The Department of the environment

:06:03.:06:07.

would be very happy to applx. As with so many things the Tre`sury

:06:08.:06:11.

calls the shots. What we ard saying is if the money is there, ghven the

:06:12.:06:15.

public finances are not in great shape although we have improved a

:06:16.:06:18.

lot since we came into office, they are still not in great shapd, we

:06:19.:06:22.

should be taking this money. Why look a gift horse in the motth? If

:06:23.:06:27.

this money was available, how hard would it be to get out of this

:06:28.:06:31.

building into Somerset? Not so very hard, it is not difficult, ht is a

:06:32.:06:36.

well travelled path, the Solidarity fund is paying seven, eight, nine

:06:37.:06:41.

times the year, it takes a few months to get done but in 2007 I

:06:42.:06:46.

cannot hear and within months the money was there. That is not the

:06:47.:06:50.

difficult bit. Thank you both very much. All the talk here is `bout the

:06:51.:06:59.

MEP elections coming up in two months. We have recorded a special

:07:00.:07:02.

programme about that. That hs going out on Sunday and Sunday thd

:07:03.:07:11.

politics `` Sunday Politics in the West.

:07:12.:07:14.

Four high volume pumps that were brought in to help clear thd

:07:15.:07:18.

Somerset Levels have been sdnt back to Holland. But there are still 16

:07:19.:07:21.

other Dutch pumps in operathon alongside others that are owned by

:07:22.:07:24.

the Environment Agency. At the height of the floods 70 pumps were

:07:25.:07:27.

being used across the levels. It's now hoped that all roads in the

:07:28.:07:31.

county will be clear within the next three weeks.

:07:32.:07:34.

A family has made a tearful appeal for help from the public to find

:07:35.:07:37.

their son's killer. Nick Robinson was stabbed to death, on his own

:07:38.:07:40.

doorstep, in the Stokes Croft area of Bristol last week.

:07:41.:07:45.

Today his parents and his fhancee urged anyone with any inforlation to

:07:46.:07:49.

contact the police. Andrew Plant reports.

:07:50.:07:56.

I don't know why anybody wotld want to do this to him.

:07:57.:07:59.

A plea to the public from a family in pain asking for help to catch her

:08:00.:08:09.

fiance's killer. Nick Robinson was just 19 ydars old,

:08:10.:08:13.

stabbed to death on his own doorstep exactly a week ago today. Attacked

:08:14.:08:18.

in the communal hall of his Bristol flat he managed to stagger outside

:08:19.:08:26.

and died here in the road. Today with police his family made an

:08:27.:08:36.

emotional appeal. I am begghng you, please contact the police. Nicolas

:08:37.:08:47.

doesn't deserve this. I am devastated. Yourself in my position

:08:48.:08:52.

as a parent. And then you would know what I am going through. Nobody

:08:53.:08:56.

should be killed in such a brutal way. Police say the call th`t came

:08:57.:09:02.

into them was made by Nick Robinson himself, he dialled 909 before

:09:03.:09:07.

handing his phone to a passdr`by. Paramedics did manage to re`ch him

:09:08.:09:10.

that he died from his injurhes before they could take him to

:09:11.:09:11.

hospital. In the last seven days police have

:09:12.:09:15.

made seven arrests. No`one has yet been charged. Today they released

:09:16.:09:19.

CCTV of a man they say is their main suspect. A black male in dark

:09:20.:09:27.

clothing. The first image is taken in Jamaica Street.

:09:28.:09:29.

They also showed pictures to the cameras.

:09:30.:09:32.

The same man outside Nick's flat and then inside the area where Nick was

:09:33.:09:39.

stabbed. Someone in the loc`l community knows who is responsible.

:09:40.:09:44.

I was asked them to examine their conscience and remember a

:09:45.:09:48.

19`year`old man with his life ahead of him has been killed.

:09:49.:09:53.

Nick Robinson had moved to Bristol three years ago to be closer to his

:09:54.:09:57.

mum. He'd got engaged last summer and bought the rings just fhve days

:09:58.:10:00.

before he was killed metres from the safety of his own front door.

:10:01.:10:08.

It's been a bright but chilly day today, Ian will be here with a full

:10:09.:10:11.

forecast later and also comhng up we'll bring you all the findry of

:10:12.:10:15.

Ladies' Day at the Cheltenh`m Festival.

:10:16.:10:24.

Parents of children who died following heart surgery in Bristol

:10:25.:10:28.

have met with the barrister who ll lead an independent investigation.

:10:29.:10:33.

The families want answers about standards of care at the Brhstol

:10:34.:10:36.

Children's Hospital, after the death or serious illness of up to ten

:10:37.:10:41.

babies and children. The review will be led by Professor Sir Ian Kennedy,

:10:42.:10:45.

who also led the inquiry into the Bristol heart scandal in thd 19 0s.

:10:46.:10:55.

It is with a deep sense of sadness I find myself back in Bristol 13 years

:10:56.:11:03.

after I reported before, and to see such anger and distress in parents.

:11:04.:11:10.

We had a good meeting, we are trying to find a way forward as to how we

:11:11.:11:16.

are going to carry forward this investigation, this review. We are

:11:17.:11:21.

due to meet again soon. And then of course I will make an announcement

:11:22.:11:24.

as soon as I can, thereafter. The health trust which runs Bristol

:11:25.:11:27.

Children's Hospital says it's already addressed all the p`rents'

:11:28.:11:30.

concerns, and its results are shown to be safe.

:11:31.:11:32.

Sir Ian will meet with the families again in two weeks, when thd

:11:33.:11:37.

inquiry's remit may be decided. The Army has apologised to ` farmer

:11:38.:11:40.

after a live artillery round strayed miles off course and then exploded.

:11:41.:11:45.

The shell blew up in a farmdr's field near Patney in Wiltshhre,

:11:46.:11:51.

after passing over two vill`ges Live firing has been suspended while

:11:52.:11:54.

the MOD carries out an investigation. Today an Armx

:11:55.:11:56.

spokesman apologised to the farmer, and said extra safety measures may

:11:57.:12:02.

be introduced. A former TV celebrity and Royal

:12:03.:12:05.

Marine has been fined after crashing a van full of badger carcasses in

:12:06.:12:10.

Gloucestershire. David McIntosh was working during the pilot badger cull

:12:11.:12:14.

when he crashed into a bus shelter in September. He admitted d`ngerous

:12:15.:12:17.

driving and not having a valid licence.

:12:18.:12:22.

Anti badger cull protestors, who were in court, say the crash showed

:12:23.:12:25.

how unprofessional the cullhng operation was. Here's our

:12:26.:12:27.

Gloucestershire reporter, Steve Knibbs.

:12:28.:12:31.

On the face of it, the damage to this bus shelter back in September

:12:32.:12:35.

isn't worthy of reporting. But when you consider that the driver, David

:12:36.:12:38.

McIntosh is a former Royal Larine, a member of the Gladiator cast on TV

:12:39.:12:41.

and was transporting badger carcasses during the pilot cull it

:12:42.:12:45.

gets more interesting. McIntosh has been attracting a lot of tabloid

:12:46.:12:49.

interest lately for his rel`tionship with Kelly Brook but back l`st year

:12:50.:12:54.

he wasn't so high profile. He crashed his van in the e`rly

:12:55.:12:58.

hours of the morning here in the centre of Gloucester. His p`ssenger,

:12:59.:13:01.

John Parker, was badly injured in the crash. David McIntosh told

:13:02.:13:04.

police he was taking the badger carcasses, shot during the cull to

:13:05.:13:07.

an incinerator and that a two`way radio he was using fell unddr the

:13:08.:13:16.

pedals of the van. As he went to grab it he got distracted and drive

:13:17.:13:20.

into the bus shelter. But John Parker claimed he turned around and

:13:21.:13:23.

saw McIntosh's head on his chest as if he was asleep and had to shout at

:13:24.:13:28.

him as he veered off the ro`d. David McIntosh didn't appear in court

:13:29.:13:31.

today, instead he pleaded gtilty to dangerous driving and not h`ving an

:13:32.:13:36.

licence at the time. He was fined ?141 and was given six penalty

:13:37.:13:39.

points But a number of anti`cull protestors did show up, angry at

:13:40.:13:45.

what had happened. We want to know what happened to those carc`sses. We

:13:46.:13:51.

want to know what arrangements they had. Everything we know abott the

:13:52.:13:53.

badger cull seems to be improvised and very unprofessional.

:13:54.:13:57.

But what's puzzling many is why David McIntosh was driving outside

:13:58.:14:00.

of the cull zone with the ddad badgers. He was way off course. If

:14:01.:14:04.

he was driving between Tewkdsbury and me is more why did he crashed in

:14:05.:14:07.

the middle of Gloucester. What was he doing? Was he there to phck up

:14:08.:14:13.

extra animals? We don't know. There are too many unanswered questions.

:14:14.:14:16.

We couldn't get in contact with David McIntosh today and thd NFU and

:14:17.:14:19.

Natural England wouldn't colment. But in the last hour police have

:14:20.:14:22.

announced that they're reinvestigating the cause of the

:14:23.:14:25.

crash due to the differing versions of events given by David McHntosh

:14:26.:14:29.

and his passenger that were read out in court today.

:14:30.:14:37.

In last night's football, Bristol City boosted their hopes of avoiding

:14:38.:14:40.

relegation with a victory over play`off`chasing Peterborough,

:14:41.:14:42.

despite going down to ten mdn. Elsewhere both Yeovil and Bristol

:14:43.:14:45.

Rover's unbeaten runs came to an end. Here's Zoe Gough.

:14:46.:14:48.

Skipper Sam Baldock's two e`rly goals saw Bristol City move up to

:14:49.:14:53.

15th in League One after thhs win at Peterborough. It eases relegation

:14:54.:15:02.

worries with five points now between them and the drop zone. Yeovil

:15:03.:15:06.

Town's good run of form in the Championship came to an end with a

:15:07.:15:09.

1`0 defeat at home to Ipswich. It leaves them still two points from

:15:10.:15:14.

safety. It was also a break in unbeaten games for Bristol Rovers.

:15:15.:15:17.

John`Joe O'Toole put them in front but Dagenham nd Redbridge fought

:15:18.:15:23.

back to end Rovers' six gamd streak. At the County Ground Swindon went

:15:24.:15:27.

down 4`1 to league leaders Wolves. Michael Smith's 74th minute goal for

:15:28.:15:32.

Swindon offering little consolation. And a late deflection from

:15:33.:15:34.

substitute Jamie Cureton rescued a point for Cheltenham against Oxford.

:15:35.:15:43.

Well it's day two of the Chdltenham Festival today which means ht's

:15:44.:15:49.

Ladies' Day. The day has bedn tinged with sadness at the death of another

:15:50.:15:53.

horse, Akdam. But the feature race of the day was the Queen Mother

:15:54.:15:56.

Champion Chase, and the Duchess of Cornwall was there to present the

:15:57.:16:01.

winners with their trophies. And Ali Durden is there for us now, Ali

:16:02.:16:12.

Today was another example of how National Hunt racing can pl`y with

:16:13.:16:16.

your emotions. The sad news of another horse fatality on the

:16:17.:16:20.

course, but really uplifting racing and some classically close finishes

:16:21.:16:24.

as well. We all love a fairx tale story. The Queen Mother Chalpion

:16:25.:16:35.

Chase provided that. Sire Dd Grugy won the big prize. Owned by 50

:16:36.:16:39.

friends and family from the North West who clubbed together to buy

:16:40.:16:42.

him. Proof that despite the sport being dominated by big trainers and

:16:43.:16:45.

wealthy owners, the underdog can still have its day.

:16:46.:16:56.

A really nice story. As for Ladies' Day, plenty were going the dxtra

:16:57.:16:59.

furlong in the name of fashhon. Laura Jones has been taking a look.

:17:00.:17:08.

Sometimes it is hard to be ` woman. Although admittedly a first world

:17:09.:17:11.

problem choosing the right outfit for ladies Day is a bit of `

:17:12.:17:14.

challenge for top especiallx when you have got no idea what the

:17:15.:17:17.

weather is going to be. I, `s you can see, have gone for one. Others

:17:18.:17:24.

though had been a bit braver. You look amazing dog and she called

:17:25.:17:29.

Freezing. I have got tight hn the bag. I am major bracelet. `` I am

:17:30.:17:39.

going to brave it. My shoes are a bit muddy. I just threw one whatever

:17:40.:17:44.

I thought would match the rdst of the girls. I usually plan around

:17:45.:17:57.

Christmas time, we are from Ireland. I usually plan every day. Three

:17:58.:18:01.

months in the planning. Yes, for every day. Amongst the crowd some

:18:02.:18:11.

familiar royal faces. Ladies day is always fun but here it is all about

:18:12.:18:14.

the racing and the horses. Having a great day out. It has becomd a bit

:18:15.:18:21.

of a tradition, initially trained up to get more women onto the course

:18:22.:18:26.

but now it is a proper socidty day out, just to see and be seen. Look

:18:27.:18:31.

at how it has changed. The bitter weather brings ott of

:18:32.:18:35.

writing of furs and phrases, Cheltenham has always led f`shion to

:18:36.:18:36.

ask what. `` ascot. The one thing that hasn't changed is

:18:37.:18:52.

the need for a good hat. A fair few of those on show to date will have

:18:53.:18:57.

come from here. Choosing thd perfect cat, quite busy. It is alwaxs a few

:18:58.:19:04.

degrees colder so people ard coming with her favourite winter coat and

:19:05.:19:08.

going for the winter hats. This is the one I was where. It can protect

:19:09.:19:14.

you from the weather and kedp you a little bit warm. But also look

:19:15.:19:18.

stylish and the finishing touch to your outfit. All in all, stxlish

:19:19.:19:24.

warmth seems to be the way forward. Mainly so we can all get on with the

:19:25.:19:27.

important business of enjoyhng the racing.

:19:28.:19:35.

They say any winner at Cheltenham is worth 30 anywhere else. Philip Hobbs

:19:36.:19:42.

is a happy man tonight. The Somerset trainer sent out Baltasar Khng in

:19:43.:19:48.

the handicap steeplechase and DH tame just about in first pl`ce to

:19:49.:19:52.

give him the first win of the festival. He has been fantastic won

:19:53.:19:59.

several races before, carryhng top weight and ground in the

:20:00.:20:01.

cross`country course which hs very sticky, it is hard work, especially

:20:02.:20:06.

over four miles. Tomorrow is the eagerly awahted

:20:07.:20:10.

return of Big Bucks, a national hunt legend, trained in Somerset by Paul

:20:11.:20:15.

Nicholls. He's aiming for a fifth victory in the World Hurdle, having

:20:16.:20:18.

returned from injury that mdant he missed last year's race. Ovdr the

:20:19.:20:22.

last four weeks Points West has been given unique access to his

:20:23.:20:24.

preparations. We begin a month ago on press day.

:20:25.:20:34.

28 days to go, the press dax today which is always a big day. Thrilled

:20:35.:20:41.

with Big Bucks, he has improved enormously physically and mdntally.

:20:42.:20:50.

We will work hard for the ndxt two weeks to keep the fitness ldvel up

:20:51.:20:53.

then it is a matter of just keeping him fresh. We are really pldased

:20:54.:20:57.

with him, he is happy going up the hill, feeling well. They were taking

:20:58.:21:05.

each other and coming round the top bend. Very pleased.

:21:06.:21:12.

He was off for quite a long while, came in on the 1st of August, had

:21:13.:21:17.

one month doing three hours a day and we started riding him on the 1st

:21:18.:21:20.

of September, cantering on the st of October. Starting on one day

:21:21.:21:26.

then to a day, then three. @mazing how much work there Zorzi t`ke to

:21:27.:21:31.

get really fit. There was only one day we want him on his best, at

:21:32.:21:35.

Cheltenham on the Thursday. Three weeks to go. To date we havd brought

:21:36.:21:42.

Big Bucks for a racehorse T`leb a good day out. Part of the fhtness

:21:43.:21:51.

regime. Often a lot of thosd big races we have one before, wd try to

:21:52.:21:55.

do something different thred or four weeks beforehand. On the Monday all

:21:56.:22:05.

the horses going to chop thdm will do a canter. They don't stand still,

:22:06.:22:10.

lots of work without knowing they are doing it. The next fortnight is

:22:11.:22:16.

not good to live with. You don't want anything to go wrong, stand on

:22:17.:22:20.

the stern, a million differdnt things can happen first I gdt quite

:22:21.:22:25.

tense. Lots of pressure, lots of people asking you questions all the

:22:26.:22:28.

time. We have done a media day, not any more. The staff know to not say

:22:29.:22:36.

anything. One week to go, S`m was down this morning. He is in really

:22:37.:22:45.

good shape, Sam was pleased. Going into Cheltenham it is a massive

:22:46.:22:51.

week. This leads to have a feel for how the horse is and how thdy are

:22:52.:22:54.

going. Very privileged position to be honest. Hirscher because it is

:22:55.:22:59.

but it is a pressure every jockey would want. I thought it was a good

:23:00.:23:06.

idea he just sat on him and went round. He is in really good shape,

:23:07.:23:11.

very pleased. There will be a lot of support for

:23:12.:23:16.

Big Bucks tomorrow. In a first for Cheltenham, after racing has

:23:17.:23:19.

finished, there will be an `uction of racehorses. The average price

:23:20.:23:27.

between ?70,000 and ?80,000. I have not had nearly a good enough day to

:23:28.:23:31.

be involved in that auction, we may need a rib round if we are

:23:32.:23:37.

interested. `` whip round. If you want to see more of today's

:23:38.:23:47.

coverage go to our Facebook page. Let's see what the weather will be

:23:48.:23:48.

doing. It will follow a similar path in

:23:49.:23:57.

many respects to today. You can expect a lot of fog around. Some low

:23:58.:24:06.

cloud. Progressively things will improve. Certainly by the afternoon

:24:07.:24:10.

there will be a number of dhstricts seeing a good deal of decent

:24:11.:24:15.

sunshine, feeling quite mild. We do have a Met Office yellow warning out

:24:16.:24:24.

for fog, this caters for all areas. It does signify how long thd fog

:24:25.:24:31.

will last before clearing away. If we look at the satellite im`ge,

:24:32.:24:38.

there was low cloud giving tp land fog issues. That moved away as the

:24:39.:24:43.

day wore on with the excepthon of West Gloucestershire. As we had

:24:44.:24:51.

through the rest of this evdning it will be a question of clear skies

:24:52.:24:55.

initially to get things unddr way. As we get things under way hnto the

:24:56.:24:59.

second half of the night, you will see the fog starting to forl. Once

:25:00.:25:03.

that clears away there will be a good deal of sunshine on offer. This

:25:04.:25:11.

evening, clear skies, it will only take Tim Butcher is dropping to

:25:12.:25:15.

about five degrees or less `nd we will start to see fog forming

:25:16.:25:21.

readily. Patches are starting to appear even earlier tonight. Parts

:25:22.:25:26.

of Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Somerset, will all have are`s of fog

:25:27.:25:32.

around. Temperatures dropping to about two degrees. Tomorrow morning,

:25:33.:25:36.

cater for the fog being arotnd, it will take awhile clear. Somd people

:25:37.:25:41.

contacted us this morning wondering why it wasn't already sunny and

:25:42.:25:45.

glorious by nine o'clock, tdn o'clock. They could be similar

:25:46.:25:50.

tomorrow. Gradually you will see an improvement. Many areas endhng up

:25:51.:25:53.

under a lot of sunshine and stop light when. Temperatures will

:25:54.:25:58.

reflect that. Expect more fog into Friday morning.

:25:59.:26:06.

It does feel that bit colder when the sun is not there.

:26:07.:26:09.

I was one of those people, H shouldn't have lost faith.

:26:10.:26:17.

That visit from us. Goodbye. `` that is it from

:26:18.:26:19.
