Welcome to Wales Today. Tonight's top story: The boy terrorised by | :00:08. | :00:12.
his neighbour's dog in a savage attack. His sister tells us what | :00:12. | :00:17.
happened. Of it grabbed my little brother's | :00:17. | :00:24.
right hand. And chased us around the house, upstairs. It took his | :00:24. | :00:28.
hand, pushed him into the corner and bit his face. | :00:28. | :00:35.
The man who drove this 4x4 up Snowdon tells us why he did it.. | :00:35. | :00:39.
Out of a list of 50 things to do before you die, this was one of | :00:39. | :00:46.
them. This was at the top of the list. The other 49 will not be done | :00:46. | :00:51.
because I will be sued from kingdom come. And, a ticket to ride. Unions | :00:51. | :00:55.
say they might be more costly if plans to close 22 station offices | :00:55. | :01:00.
get the green light. In tonight's sport: Plenty to | :01:00. | :01:03.
ponder. There's mixed injury news for Gatland. But patriotic crowds | :01:03. | :01:06.
turn out in Wellington, to watch Wales train ahead of their first | :01:06. | :01:14.
match. It was amazing to see how many Welsh people were there. | :01:14. | :01:21.
this suit on the internet, it is special. So far, it has been | :01:21. | :01:25.
friendly and relaxed in this rugby- mad city. Tomorrow, Wales will | :01:25. | :01:35.
:01:35. | :01:42. | ||
concentrate exclusively on the Good evening. | :01:42. | :01:46.
The father of a boy who was savaged by his neighbour's dog has called | :01:46. | :01:49.
for changes to the law. The attack on six-year-old Erfan Ali went on | :01:49. | :01:53.
for 15 minutes. He was bitten on the face and hands, and his family | :01:53. | :01:57.
say he's lucky to be alive. The dog, thought to have been a Rhodesian | :01:57. | :02:00.
Ridgeback, has been put down. Caroline Evans' report contains | :02:00. | :02:02.
pictures that some viewers may find upsetting. | :02:02. | :02:07.
Just home from hospital. Since the attack by next door's dog, Erfan | :02:07. | :02:11.
Ali has had to undergo four hours of surgery. He hasn't spoken much | :02:11. | :02:14.
since, but did say to his father, "I tried to stop it, but I | :02:15. | :02:19.
couldn't." The dog, named Tyson, is understood to have been a Rhodesian | :02:19. | :02:23.
Ridgeback. It's an animal originally bred in Africa for | :02:23. | :02:27.
hunting, and used to pursue lions. Erfan's sister, who with their | :02:27. | :02:31.
mother, tried to fend off the animal, says she thought he was | :02:31. | :02:40.
going to be killed. My mum was doing the washing here, getting the | :02:40. | :02:45.
clothes end. My brother was helping. The dog came here, knocking | :02:45. | :02:52.
everything down, breaking this. As you can see. It came through the | :02:52. | :02:56.
gap, circling and chasing. mother and brother tried to run | :02:56. | :03:03.
away into the house, but the dog followed them. My mum and brother | :03:03. | :03:11.
ran inside, tried to get it to go. The doggy but -- the dog went in, | :03:11. | :03:15.
chased him around. It went mad. Unable to stop him through their | :03:15. | :03:19.
back door, the dog pursued them through the kitchen, and into the | :03:19. | :03:24.
front hall. The family say the attack went on for 15 minutes. In | :03:24. | :03:33.
the end, it took two people to get the dog off Erfan. The dog followed | :03:33. | :03:40.
him into the landing, biting his right, left cheek, his hand. It was | :03:40. | :03:44.
horrifying. The Rhodesian Ridgeback is not one of the four breeds of | :03:44. | :03:48.
dog covered by the Dangerous Dogs Act. And Erfan's father Dilwah says | :03:48. | :03:51.
he now wants the law changed to bring back the dog licence, which | :03:51. | :03:59.
was abolished in 1987. My child, I don't want this to happen to other | :03:59. | :04:09.
families. Because, I am really horrified with this. I will urge | :04:09. | :04:14.
all local politicians and authorities to take this matter | :04:14. | :04:19.
seriously. If you're going to kick this type of dog you have to make | :04:19. | :04:23.
sure they are properly enclosed, exercised and well looked after. | :04:23. | :04:26.
Nothing can justify something like this. The attack is being | :04:26. | :04:28.
investigated by police. Meanwhile, Erfan faces years of medical | :04:29. | :04:31.
treatment. He'll will have to undergo extensive surgery and skin | :04:31. | :04:35.
grafts as he grows up. It's too early to tell if one side of his | :04:36. | :04:40.
face will be paralysed. Claire Hargrave is an animal | :04:40. | :04:45.
psychologist, and an expert in pet behaviour. This attack is reported | :04:45. | :04:49.
to have gone on for 15 minutes. How unusual is a persistent attack like | :04:49. | :04:57.
this? We needed to put canine aggression | :04:57. | :05:01.
into perspective. Humans have a tremendous repertoire of | :05:01. | :05:04.
communication and consequently we can avoid having to become | :05:04. | :05:09.
aggressive. If an animal is faced with a potential threat, it needs | :05:09. | :05:14.
to maintain a distance between itself and the threat. It does this | :05:14. | :05:20.
through subtle aggression, and later, a bite. The difference in | :05:20. | :05:25.
here is we have a sustained attack. This is most likely to be due to | :05:25. | :05:30.
the fact this is a hunting dog, and as a consequence, the repertoire of | :05:30. | :05:35.
his behaviour would have been initiated by movements associated | :05:35. | :05:40.
with the hunting procedure and it would have kept on. Research | :05:40. | :05:43.
suggests when natural behaviours are frustrated and prevented, when | :05:43. | :05:48.
an animal gets an opportunity to engage in those babies, it will do | :05:48. | :05:56.
so to excess. Is this familiar behaviour in this breed? | :05:56. | :05:59.
specifically within the range of domestic examples of this breed, | :05:59. | :06:05.
but this breed has evolved to hunt. When you have movements behind a | :06:05. | :06:12.
fence, shadowy movement, it is likely to engage this sequence of | :06:12. | :06:16.
reaction and it will difficult for the animal to turn it off once it | :06:16. | :06:20.
has been initiated. Hence, the difficulty the owners had in | :06:20. | :06:29.
stopping it. Are children more vulnerable to attack than adults? | :06:29. | :06:32.
It is unfortunate that children are far more unpredictable in the way | :06:32. | :06:37.
they move, they have high-pitched voices, and a lot of animal find | :06:37. | :06:42.
this extremely arousing in the way they move and also in some cases | :06:42. | :06:48.
they haven't been adequately prepared to deal with this and they | :06:48. | :06:55.
find it frightening. And they have to engage in aggression. | :06:55. | :06:59.
The An experienced climber has died after falling off a cliff into the | :06:59. | :07:02.
sea in Pembrokeshire. This footage from the RNLI shows the moment when | :07:02. | :07:05.
emergency services arrived at Stackpole Head yesterday. A man and | :07:05. | :07:07.
woman were airlifted to Withybush Hospital in Haverfordwest. The | :07:07. | :07:14.
woman died, and the man was treated for minor injuries. | :07:14. | :07:17.
The insurance company Admiral is to create 200 new jobs at their | :07:17. | :07:20.
offices in Swansea. The company already employs 1,600 people in the | :07:21. | :07:24.
city. It wants to expand its operations, and will be leasing | :07:24. | :07:29.
offices at Swansea Vale from the Welsh Government. | :07:29. | :07:33.
A man who drove his car up Snowdon, and left it parked close to the | :07:33. | :07:37.
summit, has spoken exclusively to Wales Today, and said it was on his | :07:37. | :07:40.
list of things to do before he dies. Craig Williams, from Cheltenham, | :07:40. | :07:45.
has been charged with driving a vehicle on unauthorised land. The | :07:45. | :07:48.
authorities are now trying to work out how to bring it back down the | :07:48. | :07:54.
mountain. Roger Pinney is at the foot of Snowdon. | :07:54. | :08:01.
The reason I'm not at the top is technical. This 4x4 is in a | :08:02. | :08:05.
particularly windswept spot. We simply weren't able to get a live | :08:05. | :08:08.
link from there this evening. But I went up the mountain earlier today. | :08:08. | :08:12.
We got some exclusive pictures. And I spoke to the man who took it | :08:12. | :08:20.
there. It seemed like a good idea at the | :08:20. | :08:25.
time but has left an enormous headache and an unanswered question, | :08:25. | :08:30.
how to get it down. We found the driver at the bottom of the | :08:30. | :08:35.
mountain pondering his options. He told me it took him nine hours to | :08:36. | :08:42.
get his 4x4, up Snowdon. Why? of a list of 50 thing to do before | :08:42. | :08:47.
you die, this is one of them. If you can consider it is on the top | :08:47. | :08:51.
of the list, the other 49 are not going to be able to be done, | :08:51. | :08:59.
because my backside will be sued from kingdom come. Was it a pub is | :08:59. | :09:04.
decent -- publicity stunt? It was done as an impulsive spur-of-the- | :09:04. | :09:09.
moment act. People are saying you have been irresponsible. I do | :09:09. | :09:14.
appreciate that. They say it is a selfish act. I can relate to that | :09:15. | :09:19.
as well. And no other people have been saying, you need to be in a | :09:19. | :09:23.
mental institution, you are crazy. Others are saying, palms up, fair | :09:23. | :09:33.
:09:33. | :09:39. | ||
play. -- thumbs up. Since 1904, there had been several attempts to | :09:39. | :09:43.
get up the mountain bike car. This one was captured travelling up | :09:43. | :09:53.
:09:53. | :09:54. | ||
the railway track in 1917. The idea of was a panic to get up and down | :09:54. | :09:57.
the mountain in one night. Photos with have been the only evidence. | :09:57. | :10:03.
The plan went astray because the climb took longer than expected. | :10:03. | :10:07.
The best that can be said is it is neatly parked and it gives walkers | :10:07. | :10:11.
something to look at when the clouds are down low. Getting it up | :10:11. | :10:19.
he was a challenge, getting it down again will be a challenge as well. | :10:19. | :10:25.
Some mixed reactions. I was surprised, and thought it was a | :10:25. | :10:33.
taxi! It is freezing. It is a bit odd to see this for so far up. | :10:33. | :10:38.
would like to leave the mountain as we found it. Leaving Iraq appeared | :10:38. | :10:43.
is far from doing that. That's the point, it can't stay there. Options | :10:43. | :10:48.
include driving it away, flying it out or bring it down on the railway. | :10:48. | :10:53.
There are problems with all of them. In terms of where the vehicle is | :10:53. | :10:56.
and where it needs to get to, somebody will have to get behind | :10:56. | :11:03.
the wheel. I cannot indemnify my staff. Craig Williams says, give | :11:03. | :11:07.
him his keys and he will drive it. He is facing prosecution for taking | :11:07. | :11:13.
his 4x4 and abandoning it. So for now it is not going anywhere, at | :11:13. | :11:21.
least until the weather changes and someone comes up with a plan. | :11:21. | :11:24.
There have been concerns calls between the mountain railway, | :11:24. | :11:30.
national park and police, trying to figure out where to go next. | :11:30. | :11:34.
They're still looking at flying it out by Chinook helicopter come up | :11:34. | :11:39.
or chopping it up into bits and brilliant down on the train. Craig | :11:39. | :11:42.
Williams who owns the vehicle says he is keen to get it back because | :11:42. | :11:48.
he needs it to drive back to his home in Cheltenham. There is one | :11:48. | :11:52.
unanswered question. This vehicle is part just below the summit. I | :11:52. | :12:02.
:12:02. | :12:05. | ||
asked the owner if he actually got to the top. He wouldn't answer. | :12:05. | :12:09.
The Environment Agency says it has found the source of red diesel in | :12:09. | :12:12.
the water in Aberystwyth harbour over the weekend. An investigation | :12:12. | :12:15.
has traced the oil to a local company. The spill has left an | :12:15. | :12:18.
unpleasant smell, but public health officials say it isn't harmful. | :12:18. | :12:27.
People living nearby have been asked to keep their windows closed. | :12:27. | :12:31.
That sort of spillage is not a problem, it is more a nuisance | :12:32. | :12:41.
factor, though it's Mull. Diesel all over your hands. And for the | :12:41. | :12:45.
commercial boats, the ladders are coated. It is not very pleasant at | :12:45. | :12:49.
all. Join me in a few minutes. Welsh support in Wellington. Fans | :12:49. | :12:53.
turn up to watch them train, ahead of their opening World Cup match. | :12:53. | :12:57.

union which claims it's not only bad news for staff, but for | :13:17. | :13:20.
passengers as well, who could end up paying more for tickets. 12 | :13:20. | :13:24.

says one in four are under threat across the UK if recommendations | :13:50. | :13:57.
and a new report are followed. There are crucial. In many ways, | :13:57. | :13:59.
they do other duties other than selling tickets such as giving | :13:59. | :14:03.
advice about travel arrangements and the right type of tickets. Many | :14:03. | :14:07.
people pay excessive amounts for tickets. They also do other duties | :14:07. | :14:11.
on the platform. It is too simplistic in many cases simply to | :14:11. | :14:15.
say they are not selling enough tickets. They provide a service to | :14:15. | :14:19.
a community. The Association of Train Operating Companies says the | :14:19. | :14:23.
industry needs to cut costs and provide better value for money for | :14:23. | :14:26.
the taxpayer. They say there has been a fundamental shift in the way | :14:26. | :14:30.
people buy tickets over the last five years. The number sold through | :14:30. | :14:33.
the internet has more than trebled, with the number of automated | :14:34. | :14:37.
tickets almost doubling. The number of passengers buying from station | :14:37. | :14:41.
staff has fallen, and now accounts for just over a third of all | :14:41. | :14:45.
tickets bought. Passengers are also bracing themselves for an 8 percent | :14:45. | :14:49.
increase in fares next year. With the news last week that stern line | :14:49. | :14:53.
would be cutting down its high- speed set -- a ferry service | :14:53. | :14:56.
between Holyhead and Ireland, rail passengers feel this is another | :14:56. | :15:00.
potential jobs blow to the vital trust what -- Transport had locally. | :15:00. | :15:05.
Others feel prices are going up and customer-service is dropping. -- | :15:05. | :15:10.
transport hub. Holyhead is one of 22 stations in Wales including | :15:10. | :15:14.
Newtown and Llandaff where the office could be replaced by a | :15:14. | :15:21.
machine. It is orders transferring to ticket machines, and they have | :15:21. | :15:25.
flexibility because they are the 24 hours a day. But it doesn't help | :15:25. | :15:28.
people who are made redundant because of that. You can buy a lot | :15:28. | :15:33.
of things online and now, but having somebody face-to-face is a | :15:33. | :15:39.
much better idea than having a faceless, automated machine. There | :15:39. | :15:43.
is one in Queen Street and this is a queue of 10 people. If you were - | :15:43. | :15:47.
- are in a hurry, you won't do it. They are inconvenient, there is no | :15:47. | :15:52.
doubt about it. We came from town this way and we always get at | :15:52. | :15:55.
tickets from here because you cannot go out of the station | :15:55. | :16:00.
without getting a ticket. There is every conductor here either. It is | :16:00. | :16:05.
stupid. We are angry because many people say they're people who run | :16:05. | :16:10.
the ticket office get good deals. You can purchase them on the day | :16:10. | :16:14.
and get the advice. The Department for Transport says it is | :16:14. | :16:17.
considering the report's findings and will review the changes to | :16:17. | :16:22.
fares or ticketing. Arriva Trains Wales says it has no plans to close | :16:22. | :16:27.
any ticket offices. Plans for a 500 million rail | :16:27. | :16:30.
scheme linking Wales to Heathrow Airport have been considered by the | :16:30. | :16:35.
UK government. A proposed new spur from the Great Western main line | :16:35. | :16:38.
would mean passengers would no longer need to travel into London | :16:38. | :16:41.
to get to the airport. The Department for Transport says it | :16:41. | :16:46.
could halve the journey time to the airport. | :16:46. | :16:51.
He is clear with all tonight's sport. -- Clare. | :16:51. | :16:55.
Wales are beginning a good week of preparation ahead of their Rugby | :16:55. | :16:58.
World Cup opening match on Sunday. Warren Gatland will name his side | :16:58. | :17:02.
to face South Africa on Friday and is still weighing up the fitness of | :17:02. | :17:05.
Stephen Jones and Ryan Jones. Gareth Lewis reports from | :17:05. | :17:12.
Wellington. Dawn has broken on Wales's first | :17:12. | :17:18.
venue. It has been quite a welcome in Wellington. | :17:18. | :17:28.

New Zealand's capital has become a home from home with hundreds of | :17:33. | :17:39.
Welsh fans attending just training. You are looking sharp. I didn't | :17:39. | :17:44.
realise they were so big. They are good boys and I'm looking forward | :17:44. | :17:48.
to the future of Welsh rugby. amazing. We went to see them at the | :17:48. | :17:53.
airport as well. It was amazing to see so many Welsh people. Explain | :17:53. | :17:57.
the suit. I saw it on the internet and thought, it has got to happen | :17:57. | :18:01.
with the World Cup coming! There is mixed injury use, Ryan Jones is one | :18:01. | :18:05.
step closer to overcoming his calf problem but Stephen Jones knows it | :18:05. | :18:10.
is probably a step too far for his calf to recover in time to face the | :18:10. | :18:14.
Springboks, and a decision is expected in next few days. Wales's | :18:14. | :18:17.
warm-up went well, but the World Cup record is not so encouraging. | :18:17. | :18:22.
Wales have only made it out of the poor in three of the previous six | :18:22. | :18:25.
tournaments, and the oldest player is determined they will be no | :18:25. | :18:31.
repeat of 2007 when they lost in the final pool game to Fiji. Were | :18:31. | :18:35.
don't want that happening again. That was one of the worst days of | :18:35. | :18:40.
my rugby career, to be honest. With the World Cup, one mistake and you | :18:40. | :18:47.
can be out. We are playing South Africa first, and the last three | :18:47. | :18:51.
times we have paid then we have come very close. We are fed up of | :18:51. | :18:54.
coming close, though, and hopefully this is the stage to beat them for | :18:54. | :18:59.
once. As preparations intensified, Wales are confident that this time | :18:59. | :19:05.
round, there is a harder edge. group, now, with winning, they | :19:05. | :19:10.
believe in themselves. The coaches telling them they will win, and you | :19:10. | :19:14.
start to believe it. So far it has all been very friendly and relaxed | :19:14. | :19:18.
in this rugby-mad city, but tomorrow the switch will flick and | :19:18. | :19:21.
Wales will start to concentrate exclusively on the daunting task in | :19:21. | :19:24.
hand: Meeting reigning world champion South Africa in their | :19:24. | :19:28.
opening pool game. Win that and they put themselves in a great | :19:28. | :19:34.
position to win a horribly difficult Paul. -- difficult Paul. | :19:35. | :19:38.
They are all catching up on sleep in New Zealand but I spoke to | :19:38. | :19:42.
Gareth earlier and asked him what the latest was on the injuries, and | :19:42. | :19:47.
if Gethin Jenkins was any closer to making a return. I think Gethin | :19:47. | :19:52.
Jenkins is almost certainly out. They are delaying the inevitable | :19:52. | :19:57.
with Gethin, I'm afraid. Ryan Jones and Stephen Jones, Ryan Jones is up | :19:57. | :20:01.
and running again despite his calf injury. I don't think the news is | :20:01. | :20:06.
so good on Stephen Jones. It is all cards, his recovery from his calf | :20:06. | :20:10.
injury is very slow indeed. Stephen Jones, it may be only a matter of | :20:10. | :20:15.
time until he is ruled out. A big, physical player and no guarantee of | :20:15. | :20:18.
a start again sat have a go. It is style of play Wales would have | :20:18. | :20:23.
loved to have their -- at their disposal. This week, key to their | :20:23. | :20:28.
preparation, you have been following the squad since they | :20:28. | :20:31.
arrived. What is the mood like in camp, are they happy? We saw | :20:31. | :20:34.
pictures yesterday when they met the Welsh fans. They were bowled | :20:34. | :20:38.
over by how many people turned up, not just ex pats but travelling | :20:38. | :20:43.
fans as well. We have seen the players out and about this evening | :20:43. | :20:48.
having a coffee and enjoying taking in the surroundings. It is a | :20:48. | :20:51.
beautiful city. The night-time skyline doesn't do it justice. It | :20:51. | :20:55.
is a cracking pace, but tomorrow is the day when they start to switch | :20:55. | :21:03.
on. They begin to focus on what is a daunting prospect, tackling the | :21:03. | :21:06.
South Africans and trying to win the game and give themselves an | :21:06. | :21:11.
extra jobs of getting out the pool -- out of the pool on top. You are | :21:11. | :21:14.
on New Zealand soil, is there a feeling among home fans but this | :21:14. | :21:20.
can be their World Cup? They have waited a long time, 24 years, the | :21:20. | :21:25.
same amount of time to win the trophy, but they always seem to | :21:25. | :21:30.
mess it up in World Cup year, don't they? I have picked upon nerves | :21:30. | :21:36.
that New Zealand fans have, but since we have been there -- here, | :21:36. | :21:43.
the macro club -- four days, the fans are keeping a high public | :21:43. | :21:49.
profile. They have an in-flight safety videos starring the All | :21:49. | :21:59.
:21:59. | :22:06. | ||
I don't know about you, you know Graham Henry, I can't get used to | :22:06. | :22:13.
him doing humour! They are putting themselves out there, they are a | :22:13. | :22:17.
higher profile. I guess the problem is that if the hoodoo strikes again, | :22:17. | :22:21.
it will be harder bump than usual. It is a frightening thought, Graham | :22:21. | :22:28.
Henry flying a plane! Stay warm, it looks freezing! Thank you very much. | :22:28. | :22:31.
More from Gareth in your Zealand all this week. | :22:31. | :22:39.
In football England manager Fabio Capello has highlighted Gareth Bale | :22:39. | :22:43.
as the way it -- main threat against England tomorrow. Capello | :22:43. | :22:48.
says Wales will be a threat. Tomorrow will be a tough game | :22:48. | :22:52.
because Wales are playing really well. When you watch the game | :22:52. | :22:58.
against Montenegro... They created a lot of chances to score goals and | :22:58. | :23:06.
made many counter-attack. It will be a dangerous game. It will be | :23:06. | :23:11.
tough. We had a fantastic team and a great result against Bulgaria. We | :23:11. | :23:18.
have players who can cause anyone problems. We are confident and we | :23:18. | :23:24.
believe in the way we play and what we have to do. You never know, we | :23:24. | :23:31.
might do well. He is Ashleigh Crowter ahead of kick-off. Wales | :23:31. | :23:35.
have chosen this former stately home outside London as the place to | :23:35. | :23:38.
prepare, but after that fantastic victory against Montenegro on | :23:38. | :23:41.
Friday, they are hopeful of bringing England's footballing | :23:41. | :23:46.
aristocrats down a peg or two. I have all the build-up live from | :23:46. | :23:50.
tomorrow here on BBC Wales Today. Join us for that. | :23:50. | :24:00.

Some good news about Paralympic cycling champion from Porthcawl who | :24:01. | :24:06.
has been injured in a hit and run crash but is recovering. He is now | :24:06. | :24:10.
out of intensive care and coming round after three weeks of sedation. | :24:10. | :24:14.
Great news for him. It is officially Spring in New | :24:14. | :24:18.
Zealand despite the cold, but it seems Autumn has well and truly | :24:18. | :24:21.
arrived here. You will say there is more rain on | :24:21. | :24:29.
the way. I am going to! Down under in New Zealand there is | :24:29. | :24:33.
high pressure at the moment, but in Wales it is a different story. A | :24:33. | :24:36.
roller-coaster ride this week, low- pressure bringing spells of wet and | :24:36. | :24:40.
windy weather in from the Atlantic. That goes for tonight. The wind | :24:40. | :24:45.
could be strong enough to bring down some branches and blow over | :24:45. | :24:51.
your pin. Tonight, a dose of wet and windy weather, heaviest on the | :24:51. | :24:54.
Cambrian mountains and Snowdonia. We are looking at 50-75 millilitres | :24:54. | :24:59.
of rain, two or three inches. Not cold tonight but windy, gales on | :24:59. | :25:04.
exposed coast in the Bristol top, the Irish Sea and high ground. The | :25:04. | :25:10.
win strongest in the early hours. - - in the Bristol Channel. The | :25:10. | :25:14.
reason for the disturbed area is this low pressure pushing a cold | :25:14. | :25:19.
from south-east across Britain. Tomorrow morning, wet and windy | :25:19. | :25:24.
first thing for much of Palace and the South. Strong wind as well and | :25:24. | :25:27.
unpleasant on the roads. Further west the rain should have cleared | :25:27. | :25:32.
from Pembrokeshire and Kerrigan and the north-west dryer, and the north | :25:32. | :25:36.
coast, but still windy with a few showers. During the morning, the | :25:36. | :25:39.
rain further south will clear and the whole country turns dry and | :25:40. | :25:44.
brighter, but still with a few showers, one or two on the shop | :25:44. | :25:49.
side. Top temperatures around 17 Celsius and feeling called in the | :25:49. | :25:56.
gusty winds. -- shop side. -- call. Some dry weather, temperatures in | :25:56. | :26:06.

Connah's Quay reaching 17 Celsius. High water in Paris 1:23am and to a | :26:07. | :26:11.
7pm, watch out for rough seas. The outlook is changeable and windier | :26:11. | :26:15.
times. Showers on Wednesday and more rain at times by the look of | :26:15. | :26:19.
it on Thursday and Friday. Not the best weather this week but a hint | :26:19. | :26:24.
of high pressure and dry weather later in the month. Our picture | :26:24. | :26:31.
tonight is from Liz Prince, water spouts over Cardigan Bay. They are | :26:31. | :26:36.
fairly common and they occur when cold macro unstable air moves over | :26:36. | :26:45.
the relatively warm sea. You can see more about that on my blog. | :26:45. | :26:52.
