Specialist teams are searching for a fisherman who was seen falling

into the River Tawe in Swansea shortly after midnight.

Coastguards say it's been challenging with gale force

Coastguards today said they were very concerned for the man, who is

seen falling into the River Tawe in the early hours of this morning. He

was fishing on the barrage near the Tawe lock gates in Swansea Marina,

when someone saw him slip and fall in, prompting a large search in

rough seas and gale force winds. Search and Rescue will cut all the

debt to replace the car. He is still waiting to hear if he will be

reimbursed for personal items damaged in the fire.
