The bodies of two men who were killed in an explosion at the Celsa

steelworks in Cardiff have been recovered by the emergency services.

51-year-old Peter O'Brien from Cardiff and Mark Sim,

who was 41 and from Caldicot, died in the blast on Wednesday.

Police say formal identification procedures are now under way.
