The UK Government will consider co-investing with a buyer | :00:00. | :00:08.
to save the Port Talbot steel plant and thousands of jobs. | :00:09. | :00:20.
I have been in contact with potential buyers making it clear | :00:21. | :00:25.
that the government stands ready to help, this includes looking at the | :00:26. | :00:29.
possibility of co-investing with a buyer on commercial terms. | :00:30. | :00:32.
Wales and the rest of the UK have some of the worst cancer survival | :00:33. | :00:35.
Tonight what we could learn from Denmark. | :00:36. | :00:38.
American investors are reportedly set to take a ?100 million | :00:39. | :00:41.
All this week, the leaders of the five main political parties | :00:42. | :00:47.
will be facing the public in a bid to convince you that they would make | :00:48. | :00:51.
And Howard Marks, once one of the most wanted men in the world, | :00:52. | :00:56.
Tata Steel says it has contacted "tens" of potential buyers | :00:57. | :01:20.
for its UK steel business, which have formally | :01:21. | :01:22.
So far only one company, Liberty Steel, has expressed | :01:23. | :01:25.
an interest in buying the steelworks in Port Talbot which employs more | :01:26. | :01:28.
Tata has said the steel industry is facing its biggest crisis | :01:29. | :01:36.
There have been many rumours as to who might be interested in buying up | :01:37. | :01:55.
the Tata Steel sites. Sajid Javid this afternoon said the UK | :01:56. | :01:59.
Government will consider co-investing with a buyer on | :02:00. | :02:01.
commercial terms to save the steelworks in what Talbot. The | :02:02. | :02:08.
formal sales process begins today. I have been in contact with potential | :02:09. | :02:11.
buyers making clear that the government stands ready to help. | :02:12. | :02:15.
This includes looking at the possibility of co-investing with a | :02:16. | :02:20.
buyer on commercial terms. Describing the situation as the | :02:21. | :02:22.
steel industry 's biggest crisis in possibly half a century, Tata Steel | :02:23. | :02:27.
officially but its UK operation up for sale today and says it has been | :02:28. | :02:32.
contacted by potential buyers. We will be open to all credible | :02:33. | :02:37.
investment offers that we can see over the next few weeks and months. | :02:38. | :02:43.
So far only one company has expressed an interest in taking over | :02:44. | :02:49.
the plan. The owner of Liberty Steel, Sanjeev Gupta has suggested | :02:50. | :02:52.
that he wants to replace one of the blast furnaces with an electric | :02:53. | :02:56.
powered arc furnace to recycle scrap metal. The overall costs of running | :02:57. | :03:03.
a blast furnace, electricity Council 6%. And arc furnace would use a | :03:04. | :03:08.
higher percentage of electricity. An industrial sized furnace can | :03:09. | :03:13.
consumers much power as a town of a thousand people. If a buyer is | :03:14. | :03:16.
found, it is possible operations at the plant will have to change. | :03:17. | :03:20.
Industry experts say above all this is down to the fact that | :03:21. | :03:27.
international steel prices have plummeted. Around 95% of business | :03:28. | :03:36.
year comes from the Tata Steel site Danny Rose. Bosses tell me the first | :03:37. | :03:41.
quarter of 2016 has been one of the most difficult to date with around | :03:42. | :03:44.
20 people having to you made redundant and as the search | :03:45. | :03:49.
continues for a buyer, many questions remain over its future. We | :03:50. | :03:54.
have been through this twice since I have been working here. Iglo from | :03:55. | :03:58.
British Steel to chorus, from chorus to Tata Steel. So they are selling | :03:59. | :04:05.
it again. This time, there is the fear that it is going to be sold and | :04:06. | :04:14.
separated. Today however there has been some positive news for the | :04:15. | :04:18.
steel industry as Tata confirmed it had a buyer for its Scunthorpe man. | :04:19. | :04:23.
This has given some hope for the future of its other sites across the | :04:24. | :04:29.
country. The ladies and gentleman working at that steelworks are | :04:30. | :04:31.
amongst the most highly skilled in the country and we have every | :04:32. | :04:36.
confidence that the steel industry will keep on going and we will get | :04:37. | :04:41.
stronger and stronger, provide Tata act in a responsible way and give us | :04:42. | :04:45.
time to find a suitable buyer. Back in the House of Commons, the | :04:46. | :04:48.
Business Secretary said he would love to declare that the steel | :04:49. | :04:51.
crisis was over but he said it is not a promise anyone can make. | :04:52. | :04:53.
The leader of Ukip in Wales, Nathan Gill has said | :04:54. | :04:56.
he won't be releasing details of his tax returns. | :04:57. | :04:58.
Leaders of the other Welsh parties have said | :04:59. | :05:00.
they will reveal their details following David Cameron's | :05:01. | :05:02.
Mr Gill has described it as political grand-standing. | :05:03. | :05:13.
As far as I am concerned, you are innocent unless | :05:14. | :05:16.
The Prime Minister is within his remit to publish his tax returns, | :05:17. | :05:20.
if that is what he chooses to do but why are all the other | :05:21. | :05:23.
politicians trying to Americanise British politics? | :05:24. | :05:24.
Let's talk to our political editor, Nick Servini. | :05:25. | :05:26.
The election campaign is being overshadowed by other issues. | :05:27. | :05:33.
They are all under pressure on their financial affairs. Leanne Wood was | :05:34. | :05:39.
first out of the box today in terms of the Welsh politicians. Taxable | :05:40. | :05:46.
income 38,000, income tax paid 9000. Kirsty Williams of the Liberal | :05:47. | :05:52.
Democrats followed. And in the past few minutes, Carwyn Jones, the First | :05:53. | :05:58.
Minister, saying that his income tax... Taxable income was hundred | :05:59. | :06:06.
and 18000 and his income tax bill was 40 1000. Nathan Gill clearly | :06:07. | :06:11.
hoping to appeal to people that feel this has gone too far. Andrew Arty | :06:12. | :06:15.
Davies of the Welsh Conservatives inevitably will be questioned in the | :06:16. | :06:19.
ask the leader event to night honours. One observation is it was | :06:20. | :06:24.
striking that we are well into the assembly campaign now and it has | :06:25. | :06:29.
been entirely dominated largely by responding to external news stories, | :06:30. | :06:33.
be it the steel crisis, be it problems in the tax affairs of the | :06:34. | :06:36.
Prime Minister and this is just another example of that. A very | :06:37. | :06:40.
quick word about a new poll out this evening on voting intentions. Yes, | :06:41. | :06:46.
this is for ITV. Usual health warning with polls but it is | :06:47. | :06:49.
suggested Labour would be the largest party, just short of a | :06:50. | :06:54.
majority. Very tight second place at the moment. Plaid Cymru edging ahead | :06:55. | :06:59.
of the Tories who are edging ahead of Ukip. There appears to be some | :07:00. | :07:02.
kind of slide for the Tories in recent months. | :07:03. | :07:05.
A driver who crashed a stolen van and killed a teenage girl has been | :07:06. | :07:08.
Kyle Perkins, who is 25 and from Cwmaman, Rhondda Cynon Taf, | :07:09. | :07:12.
crashed in Aberdare in August after he squeezed seven | :07:13. | :07:14.
Sammy-Jo Davies, who was 19, died, and six others | :07:15. | :07:17.
The death of a 51-year-old woman near Machynlleth is now | :07:18. | :07:29.
Dyfed Powys Police say they aren't looking for anyone else | :07:30. | :07:32.
Her body, and a 45-year-old man's were found at | :07:33. | :07:36.
A lorry driver who was adjusting his sat-nav on the A55 in Conwy, | :07:37. | :07:47.
before he crashed and killed a father, has been jailed | :07:48. | :07:50.
Footage released by North Wales Police shows Nicholas Clough failed | :07:51. | :07:54.
to slow down for roadworks and hit Daren Longden's vehicle | :07:55. | :07:56.
Wales, like the rest of the UK, has some of the worst | :07:57. | :08:05.
cancer survival rates in the developed world. | :08:06. | :08:07.
But a leading international expert suggests we could catch up, | :08:08. | :08:10.
if big changes are made to the way patients are diagnosed here. | :08:11. | :08:12.
Professor Frede Oleson suggests Wales could copy Denmark, | :08:13. | :08:14.
which has made big changes to its cancer services. | :08:15. | :08:17.
Our health correspondent, Owain Clarke, has this special report. | :08:18. | :08:28.
Glynis Watkins knows a thing or two about caring for all. | :08:29. | :08:31.
She has been a nurse for over 40 years, but not so long ago, | :08:32. | :08:34.
Today it is actually six years to the day that | :08:35. | :08:42.
Her cancer was spotted because a colleague consultant | :08:43. | :08:48.
Neither she nor her GP had suspected cancer. | :08:49. | :08:53.
I wouldn't have gone back to my GP about the pain because I had already | :08:54. | :08:57.
As far as I was concerned, problems were related to my back | :08:58. | :09:01.
and I probably would not have gone back to my GP. | :09:02. | :09:04.
I would have thought, wait for the surgery, | :09:05. | :09:06.
In fact, around half of patients who have cancer don't have clear | :09:07. | :09:10.
signs at the beginning and it can be a problem for GPs. | :09:11. | :09:13.
In the end, some patients can spend months getting sent back and forth | :09:14. | :09:16.
to hospital for various tests, which can mean delays in getting | :09:17. | :09:19.
the right treatment with the risky cancer may have grown or spread. | :09:20. | :09:31.
There are some symptoms that are bound or I am thinking | :09:32. | :09:33.
And those individuals will be referred urgently | :09:34. | :09:36.
but there are those symptoms that are vague, nonspecific, | :09:37. | :09:38.
that makes a GP think, there is something going on here | :09:39. | :09:41.
And therefore it is that situation that the GP has | :09:42. | :09:45.
to balance their concern about the symptoms, the patient's | :09:46. | :09:47.
concerned about the symptoms, against the resources | :09:48. | :09:49.
It is devastating for us to see patients who have complained | :09:50. | :10:00.
of vague or nonspecific symptoms for many months ultimately be | :10:01. | :10:02.
I am convinced we should be doing better. | :10:03. | :10:14.
It is a question he and other experts from the Welsh NHS have come | :10:15. | :10:19.
16 years ago, Denmark found out it was performing as poorly | :10:20. | :10:23.
What in hell was going on was the question. | :10:24. | :10:34.
And this man is the brains behind many of the changes that | :10:35. | :10:37.
First of all, we said, do we have the right equipment, | :10:38. | :10:42.
do we have the right treatment, can we fix that? | :10:43. | :10:44.
What became more and more on the agenda was that people had | :10:45. | :10:47.
to wait too long within the health care system from when they attended | :10:48. | :10:50.
the health care until the start of treatment. | :10:51. | :10:52.
That was why we began to focus on the diagnostic pathway. | :10:53. | :10:59.
So this system now is if a Danish patient has clear cancer symptoms | :11:00. | :11:02.
then they are sent quickly to specialist hospital teams. | :11:03. | :11:04.
But the system in Denmark is that a patient who is ill | :11:05. | :11:09.
but with unclear symptoms can also be sent quickly but to diagnostic | :11:10. | :11:12.
As many tests or scans as is necessary are performed | :11:13. | :11:23.
here to find out what is wrong and only when there is an answer do | :11:24. | :11:26.
So if a patient comes here who is sick but with symptoms | :11:27. | :11:31.
which are not very clear or not very specific, | :11:32. | :11:33.
they can expect to find out what is going on within a matter of days. | :11:34. | :11:37.
Back home, that process could take weeks is, even months. | :11:38. | :11:50.
Many patients coming here say that they find it relaxing. | :11:51. | :11:53.
The other difference in Denmark is that if a GP does not suspect | :11:54. | :11:56.
cancer but wants to make sure, they can send a patient for a simple | :11:57. | :11:59.
yes or no test and get the result within hours. | :12:00. | :12:02.
The system they argue when it is set up does not cost any more to run. | :12:03. | :12:05.
I was bound to refer him anyway, so it is just a matter of a shorter | :12:06. | :12:09.
waiting time and a shorter time for him to be anxious, | :12:10. | :12:12.
if there was nothing to be anxious about. | :12:13. | :12:22.
The Danish and Welsh health systems are similar, both are free | :12:23. | :12:24.
for patients and have a similar mix of hospitals and GPs, | :12:25. | :12:27.
so could what worked in Denmark also work in Wales? | :12:28. | :12:38.
I am quite excited, having seen it in action that there is enough | :12:39. | :12:42.
of the elements in place already that we could build this model on. | :12:43. | :12:45.
I certainly feel we could pilot something in the short | :12:46. | :12:48.
to medium-term that would then perhaps scale up. | :12:49. | :12:52.
We have two strong health care systems in Britain and in Denmark | :12:53. | :12:55.
and we should be able to perform in the absolute elite and the long | :12:56. | :12:59.
waits has been part of the reason that we didn't perform | :13:00. | :13:01.
So the picture that is emerging is that the changes to cancer | :13:02. | :13:09.
services here really have led to quite significant improvements. | :13:10. | :13:12.
The question is, to what extent can the Welsh NHS emulate that? | :13:13. | :13:15.
With Denmark now closing the cancer survival gap | :13:16. | :13:16.
with the best in the world, the Welsh health experts | :13:17. | :13:19.
as they come home will no doubt be reflecting on whether another small | :13:20. | :13:22.
Howard Marks, once one of the world's most wanted men, | :13:23. | :13:40.
drugs smuggler and author, has died. And England's Danny Willett may be | :13:41. | :13:43.
a proud Yorkshireman, but his journey towards becoming | :13:44. | :13:45.
Masters Golf Champion at Augusta all started on Anglesey. | :13:46. | :14:01.
All this week, you can see the Welsh political party leaders questioned | :14:02. | :14:08.
in front of a live studio audience. First up, Andrew RT Davies of the | :14:09. | :14:13.
Welsh Conservatives. Preparations are well under way in Swansea. | :14:14. | :14:19.
Earlier, Ludik -- Lucy met up with youngest -- young voters to see if | :14:20. | :14:25.
events like this will help them decide how they will vote. This | :14:26. | :14:29.
week, leaders will be facing the public in a bid to convince you that | :14:30. | :14:33.
they would make the best First Minister. But instead of debating | :14:34. | :14:37.
each other, they will be going it alone. Each night this week, a | :14:38. | :14:42.
different leader would be on the podium taking a grilling from the | :14:43. | :14:48.
audience. These three are under 25 and will be at tonight 's opening | :14:49. | :14:52.
debate in Swansea. None of them have decided to day will vote for yet but | :14:53. | :14:57.
have clear views on what issues should be a priority. What are the | :14:58. | :15:00.
issues you want to be hearing about tonight? Supporting young people | :15:01. | :15:05.
generally with services and education. I'm thinking about all | :15:06. | :15:09.
young people, we are not all the same, we need different things. Our | :15:10. | :15:15.
first party leader is facing the audience tonight. You will be there. | :15:16. | :15:18.
What do you want to see come out of this? I want to see someone | :15:19. | :15:22.
passionate. I do not think there is anyone passionate any more. They are | :15:23. | :15:26.
all talking about their parties rather than what is best for Wales. | :15:27. | :15:30.
I would like to see politicians talking about what they have done | :15:31. | :15:33.
already about these issues, whether they have even looked at them or not | :15:34. | :15:37.
at all and what they are going to do to help improve young people, the | :15:38. | :15:41.
lives of young people in this country. It is the audience is | :15:42. | :15:46.
chance to see where the leaders stand on the issues that matter to | :15:47. | :15:53.
them. If you think about the people in the audience tonight, a lot of | :15:54. | :15:56.
them will not have made up their mind how to vote. People watching at | :15:57. | :16:02.
home may not have thought about the Welsh assembly election yet and this | :16:03. | :16:06.
could be their contact. And something the potential leader might | :16:07. | :16:09.
say tonight might have a bearing on how they vote. But we are not just | :16:10. | :16:13.
interested in what they have to say. I am creating a different kind of | :16:14. | :16:17.
manifesto by asking you what you would do if you were in charge. If I | :16:18. | :16:23.
were First Minister, I would like to improvement of health services and | :16:24. | :16:27.
mental health support for young people and the people of Wales. If I | :16:28. | :16:31.
was First Minister, I would ensure that an independent youth assembly | :16:32. | :16:36.
for Wales would be created. If I was First Minister, I would reduce the | :16:37. | :16:41.
jargon to help be more engaged with young people. You can get in touch. | :16:42. | :17:01.
If they can get through the audience debate and another three weeks of | :17:02. | :17:07.
campaign, one of these people will be First Minister on the 6th of May. | :17:08. | :17:11.
Make sure your suggestions are on the top of their intra- on their | :17:12. | :17:13.
first day in the job. On the campaign trail, | :17:14. | :17:17.
the Welsh Liberal Democrats were in Ceredigion talking about how | :17:18. | :17:19.
they will support Welsh agriculture including a ?20 million | :17:20. | :17:22.
scheme for hill farmers. Plaid Cymru have been talking | :17:23. | :17:25.
about their plans to launch a transport smart card, | :17:26. | :17:28.
which would allow residents of Wales to travel for free over | :17:29. | :17:30.
the Severn bridges. And the Welsh Conservatives have | :17:31. | :17:35.
been promising a tourism "boom" They say they'd improve promotion | :17:36. | :17:38.
of Wales to the rest of the world. He was once one of the world's most | :17:39. | :17:48.
wanted men, responsible for some of the biggest cannabis deals | :17:49. | :17:51.
of the 1970s and 80s. The death was announced | :17:52. | :17:53.
today of the drugs In later life he became known | :17:54. | :17:55.
for his writing and campaigning Howard Marks was the Oxford graduate | :17:56. | :18:00.
who became one of the world's A charming rogue and campaigner to | :18:01. | :18:07.
some, to others he was the criminal from Kenfig Hill who had spread | :18:08. | :18:11.
drugs around the world. In the 1980s, he was one | :18:12. | :18:14.
of the world's most wanted men. Changing identities and exploiting | :18:15. | :18:17.
a network of influential contacts to arrange international | :18:18. | :18:19.
shipments of marijuana. But eventually, the law caught up | :18:20. | :18:20.
with Dennis Howard Marks. What is being called one | :18:21. | :18:28.
of the world's best drugs rings. A ring allegedly masterminded | :18:29. | :18:30.
by a Briton, Dennis Marks, A raid on his home in Spain in 1988 | :18:31. | :18:32.
saw him extradited to America, where he was eventually sentenced | :18:33. | :18:47.
to 25 years in jail. I still believe in the values that | :18:48. | :18:56.
began to be instilled in me then, which essentially is that | :18:57. | :18:59.
marijuana is harmless. He was a model prisoner, | :19:00. | :19:01.
prompting his early release in 1995, I did not set out | :19:02. | :19:13.
to be a dope dealer. He wrote a bestselling book, | :19:14. | :19:19.
Mr nice, which was turned into a film starring his long-time | :19:20. | :19:21.
friend Rhys Ifans. I always knew Howard as the fun guy | :19:22. | :19:24.
and the brave man who left prison with humility and not a lot | :19:25. | :19:28.
of apparent anger. Howard, you must have been in a few | :19:29. | :19:37.
identity parades in your time. His own celebrity profile grew | :19:38. | :19:45.
with appearances on chat shows. He stood before Parliament | :19:46. | :19:47.

about his exploits but he did not I have certainly suffered | :19:57. | :19:59.

happy now and it is impossible About anything that got | :20:05. | :20:08.

in a Los Angeles hospital. Talks are continuing | :20:39. | :20:42.
between Swansea City and 2 American businessmen about taking | :20:43. | :20:56.
a controlling interest in the club. The Swans hope an agreement, | :20:57. | :20:58.
reported to be worth up to ?100m, will be reached | :20:59. | :21:00.
in a matter of weeks. But with the majority | :21:01. | :21:03.
of Premier League Clubs bankrolled by foreign owners, | :21:04. | :21:05.
is it good news for 2001 and new owner Mike Lewis | :21:06. | :21:07.
speaking to the press, having bought Swansea | :21:08. | :21:16.

needs fresh investment A new chapter in the history | :21:47. | :21:48.
of the club appears to be coming, in the form | :21:49. | :21:58.
of Americans Jason Levien and Steve Kaplan who have interests | :21:59. | :22:00.
in American baseball and soccer. Their deal for a controlling stake | :22:01. | :22:03.
in the club is reportedly worth The indications are that the | :22:04. | :22:19.
prospective buyers are not looking to purchase any of the trust 's 21% | :22:20. | :22:23.
and certainly we will be looking for assurances that 21% will remain and | :22:24. | :22:28.
that we will continue to have a presence on the club board. | :22:29. | :22:35.
Manchester United and Sunderland are all currently owned | :22:36. | :22:37.
A further seven Premier League Clubs cre financed by foreign investors. | :22:38. | :22:44.
A lot of these overseas investors are looking for a return for one | :22:45. | :22:50.
very soon and therefore the situation that will face Swansea | :22:51. | :22:53.
City is will they be able to deliver the big returns that these new | :22:54. | :22:57.
investors are looking for? The track record is not great. | :22:58. | :22:59.
For fans, high on their agenda will be plans | :23:00. | :23:01.
to strengthen the playing squad and the expansion of | :23:02. | :23:03.
the relatively small 21,000 capacity Liberty Stadium. | :23:04. | :23:05.
But how exactly the Americans will invest it is yet to be seen. | :23:06. | :23:12.
Rugby and Ospreys flanker Justin Tipuric has been ruled out | :23:13. | :23:14.
for the rest of the season and will miss Wales' tour | :23:15. | :23:17.
Wales full back Leigh Halfpenny is also a doubt for that tour. | :23:18. | :23:21.
According to reports in France he's suffered an injury setback | :23:22. | :23:23.
and will not play for Toulon this season. | :23:24. | :23:29.
Newport Gwent Dragons head coach Kingsley Jones says | :23:30. | :23:31.
Montpellier are "a top side, but not unbeatable". | :23:32. | :23:33.
The Welsh region will face the French side in the Semi-Final | :23:34. | :23:35.
The Dragons won 23-21 at Gloucester to earn their last four | :23:36. | :23:39.
place and will travel to the Altrad Stadium | :23:40. | :23:41.
Barry's Lee Selby says he will fight anyone after recovering | :23:42. | :23:52.
Golf and England's Danny Willett may be a proud Yorkshireman, | :23:53. | :23:54.
but his journey towards becoming Masters Champion at Augusta | :23:55. | :23:56.
The newest Major winner first picked up a golf club | :23:57. | :24:00.
It is far removed from the exclusive manicured lawns of Augusta. | :24:01. | :24:05.
Llangefni at ?6 a pop, pay as you play course. | :24:06. | :24:07.
But this is where Masters champion Danny Willett first picked up a | :24:08. | :24:10.
Last night, in front of a worldwide TV audience of | :24:11. | :24:21.
millions, the shot that won the Masters. | :24:22. | :24:23.
The tension of a final-round which saw the | :24:24. | :24:25.
28-year-old climb the leaderboard finally broken. | :24:26. | :24:30.
It has just been one of those crazy weeks where things | :24:31. | :24:33.
seem to happen, things seemed to go your way. | :24:34. | :24:35.
And watching on Anglesey, the pro who gave the champion his | :24:36. | :24:37.
Danny 's father brought along when he was | :24:38. | :24:40.
He wanted to give him an experience of golf so we arranged a | :24:41. | :24:45.
couple of golf lessons and he purchased a set of clubs | :24:46. | :24:47.
He was down on holiday for the week and we saw him | :24:48. | :24:53.
It was a fantastic feeling last night, to see him be | :24:54. | :24:58.
At Llangefni golf course, they were basking in the | :24:59. | :25:04.
The course has been threatened with closure. | :25:05. | :25:06.
A social enterprise business has taken | :25:07. | :25:08.
This could bring more people into play, | :25:09. | :25:12.
hopefully, to keep the place open because we really should never be in | :25:13. | :25:15.
And so the new champion, a major title | :25:16. | :25:21.
won in Augusta with skills nurtured on | :25:22. | :25:23.
An English Masters winner with some distinctly Welsh | :25:24. | :25:30.
Sunshine in Augusta, but it's been in short supply here today. | :25:31. | :25:43.
Yes, not great weather today for a round of golf. Grey skies, rain. But | :25:44. | :26:00.
it did drive and writing up this afternoon. The radar shows today's | :26:01. | :26:04.
rain spreading across most of the country. Some heavy bursts and only | :26:05. | :26:10.
eight Celsius in Tredegar. Dry in Pembrokeshire. Warmer in Flintshire. | :26:11. | :26:17.
This evening, pretty wet for mid and North Wales. The rain should ease | :26:18. | :26:22.
off later in the night. Dry and clearer in the south. A few mist and | :26:23. | :26:27.
fog patches forming. Here is the picture for eight o'clock in the | :26:28. | :26:30.
morning. Still fairly cloudy in the North. A few spots of light rain. | :26:31. | :26:36.
Elsewhere in dry, misty and foggy embraces first thing but some | :26:37. | :26:42.
sunshine as well. Six Celsius in, oven. In the morning, mist and fog | :26:43. | :26:50.
will lift. Showers will break out in the afternoon. In the South, showers | :26:51. | :26:55.
could be heavy and prolonged in places. Temperatures reaching 14 | :26:56. | :27:01.
Celsius. Warmer than today with light winds. In Bridgend tomorrow, | :27:02. | :27:05.
much drier and brighter than today but I would not rule out a shower in | :27:06. | :27:12.
the afternoon. A little sunshine in North Wales. Tomorrow evening, | :27:13. | :27:20.
showers will slowly die away. Generally dry overnight. | :27:21. | :27:24.
Temperatures falling low enough for some ground frost. One or two mist | :27:25. | :27:29.
and fog patches. Wednesday, more dry weather and sunshine but a few | :27:30. | :27:34.
showers breaking out. Similar on Thursday and Friday looking to turn | :27:35. | :27:37.
a little colder. I'll have an update | :27:38. | :27:38.
for you here at 8pm and again From all of us on the | :27:39. | :27:44.
programme, good evening. | :27:45. | :27:47. |
