Derbyshire Police are investigating after a young man's body has

Officers say he appears to be in his late teens or early twenties.

He's of far eastern appearance, but it's not known who he is.

The body was found just before 9pm last night,

near to the entrance of Heanor Memorial Park

An injured soldier from Nottinghamshire's about to run seven

marathons in seven days, one on every continent.

Luke Wigman's raising funds for the new national

rehabilitation centre being built at Stanford Hall near Loughborough.

He took 1500m gold at this year's Invictus Games.

But now, Luke Wigman is preparing for the run of his life.

He's training here in Mansfield for the World Marathon Challenge.

It involves running seven marathons in

So you start off in Antarctica, typically -20, -30,

Then all the way to Sydney in the summer, 30 degrees.

And on top of that, you have just run 160 odd miles.

He's doing it to raise money for the National

That's where Luke Wigman needed rehab after his leg was seriously

I could have lost a leg, I could have lost my life, so I am

just thankful that I am here and I can run.

I am just thankful for what I have got.

His leg injury means the flights are going to be a challenge.

But he's confident that he will get to the finish line.

A woman from Nottingham who fed 130 people

on Christmas Day has vowed to do it all again next year.

Mo Feoze from Nottingham originally invited anyone alone

on Christmas Day round to her house, but she was inundated with people

who wanted to come and ended up having to hire two venues.

It was just the fact that people were saying, this is so good,

because I would have been on my own today, and they just wanted to tuck

in and enjoy the day, and that just made it really good. Everybody was

smiling and dancing and singing Christmas carols, pulling crackers.

It was all very festive. Dozens of brave swimmers took

the plunge today in the cold waters of Nottinghamshire's Colwick Country

Park. For some, getting into

the water was as tricky as coping with the low temperature

- 4.9 degrees. The Boxing Day challenge

is for charity, raising money Not everyone thought

a wetsuit was necessary. This is about getting into the water

and just swimming. I will be here next year. I just get in slowly and

let my body cool down. It is not bad. It is not easy. It is always

going to be painful, this time of year. It is called, but

Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. It will be a bright day

tomorrow. We have this vale of high cloud coming in, making the sunshine

hazy, but the wind will be much lighter, and it will be chilly, with

temperatures at around six Celsius. That high-pressure moves position by

the time we get to mid week so we will see more cloud around but it is

certainly going to feel a lot colder.
