The Police on Teesside tonight say a 32`year`old man held

in connection with the murddr of a woman has been released on bail.

Today, the Friends of Redcar celebrated a

final victory in their long`running campaign to have tons of rubbish

And to celebrate they held ` party ` a "clean`up party".

It takes commitment to spend your Sunday morning cleaning rubble

off the beach in the rain, but still they came.

When Redcar's new ?25 million sea wall was completed last year,

some local people complained that large chunks of rubble

and building materials had been left behind on the sand.

We can't remove it, so hopefully the Environment Agency

And so they have become a regular sight on Redcar sda front,

local people spending their free time cleaning up the beach.

It would be so nice that in some bypassing Redcar and heading

away any remaining debris in the area around Redcar's se` wall.
