A major murder investigation is under way

in County Durham tonight, after man in his

A short time later detectives confirmed they'd arrested

a 25-year-old man on suspicion of murder.

Detectives remain convinced that somebody in this community knows

more about what happened and has yet to come forward.

This afternoon a second person, a 19-year-old woman, was arrested

on suspicion of murder and is now being questioned by police.
