degrees. Fiona. Thank you, Sarah. That's all from the BBC News at

:00:00.:00:11.

The rise in fly-tipping - from fridges to giant teddybears,

:00:12.:00:15.

it's a rat's paradise, with a clean-up cost

:00:16.:00:17.

For people to have to live next door to this is outrageous.

:00:18.:00:22.

We'll be looking at how some parts of the region

:00:23.:00:25.

West Midlands Police deny a positive discrimination recruitment

:00:26.:00:33.

drive, despite criticism from another force.

:00:34.:00:34.

Everything we have done is absolutely lawful,

:00:35.:00:36.

it's appropriate and I think that it is outstanding good

:00:37.:00:39.

More than 1,000 beers and ciders from around the world...

:00:40.:00:43.

I'm in Burton-upon-Trent, the home of brewing,

:00:44.:00:45.

30 years on from their FA Cup song, Coventry City fans are keeping

:00:46.:00:49.

the dream alive for another trip to Wembley.

:00:50.:00:58.

And from the sunshine of yesterday to something much cloudier today -

:00:59.:01:01.

this weekend is looking much the same, with brighter spells

:01:02.:01:04.

But if you've got plans this weekend, stick around...

:01:05.:01:07.

It's a blight on our landscape, a health hazard and it's

:01:08.:01:34.

costing us millions - fly-tipping.

:01:35.:01:35.

The cost to councils in the West Midlands of cleaning

:01:36.:01:38.

up fly-tipping reached ?3 million last year.

:01:39.:01:39.

Government figures reveal the number of incidents across the region has

:01:40.:01:42.

increased by 13% over the last five years.

:01:43.:01:44.

Local authorities across England recorded 100 reports of illegal

:01:45.:01:46.

Emma Thomas has been out with one council trying

:01:47.:01:49.

A warning - if you are eating, you might want to take a pause.

:01:50.:02:01.

Birmingham City Council is one of four local authorities

:02:02.:02:03.

in our region which has defied the trend, seeing a reduction

:02:04.:02:07.

in fly-tipping for two consecutive years, after a dedicated team

:02:08.:02:09.

That can be from local CCTV, from CCTV that stores and local

:02:10.:02:18.

businesses may have, as well as just actually

:02:19.:02:20.

And I looked out my bedroom window two days later

:02:21.:02:35.

You've only got to look at this, I mean it's absolutely disgusting.

:02:36.:02:43.

If we remove the progress of Birmingham from the West Midlands

:02:44.:02:46.

statistics, we see a 29% increase in fly-tipping over

:02:47.:02:48.

Around a third of all incidents were recorded as a "car-load" size.

:02:49.:02:56.

So why are people choosing to break the law rather

:02:57.:02:59.

In Staffordshire, we've had a levy placed on charging for some

:03:00.:03:05.

of the waste that was previously going free into the tips

:03:06.:03:08.

and that has an impact on forcing people to think

:03:09.:03:10.

about what their alternatives are, particularly if you are

:03:11.:03:12.

In November, Staffordshire County Council introduced charges

:03:13.:03:19.

for certain items at its tips, including the tip the other

:03:20.:03:22.

Things such as ?3 for a bag of rubble, ?4 for a tyre.

:03:23.:03:27.

But the authority says there is no evidence to suggest the charges

:03:28.:03:30.

Local councils do have the power to issue penalties to fly-tippers

:03:31.:03:39.

But with fines ranging from ?400 to ?5,000,

:03:40.:03:44.

some charities say the detterant, unlike the mounting piles

:03:45.:03:46.

Emma Thomas, BBC Midlands Today, Birmingham.

:03:47.:03:53.

Emma joins us now from just outside Tyseley incinerator in Birmingham.

:03:54.:03:57.

We've seen what some councils are doing to tackle the problem,

:03:58.:04:01.

but other areas are struggling to keep on top of this, aren't they?

:04:02.:04:07.

The incinerator behind me is where the rubbish from Birmingham

:04:08.:04:10.

It's no surprise the city sees the highest number

:04:11.:04:15.

of fly-tipping incidents, given its size.

:04:16.:04:17.

But if we look across the region, Stoke-on-Trent, Walsall and Sandwell

:04:18.:04:21.

are all examples of areas where fly-tipping has doubled

:04:22.:04:23.

The problem isn't confined to just the urban cities,

:04:24.:04:29.

but the rural country lanes which are affected too.

:04:30.:04:32.

In Herefordshire, a largely agricultural county,

:04:33.:04:35.

it's gone up by nearly 50% in five years.

:04:36.:04:42.

What are the penalties for fly-tippers?

:04:43.:04:47.

Prison sentences can be used, such as when the materials

:04:48.:04:53.

fly-tipped pose a threat to the environment.

:04:54.:04:55.

In March last year, two men from Aston in Birmingham were jailed

:04:56.:04:58.

for a combined period of 17 months after they dumped sheep

:04:59.:05:00.

The investigation relied on evidence from CCTV cameras,

:05:01.:05:06.

which we're told can play a key role as councils hope to reduce

:05:07.:05:09.

the financial burden to taxpayers of cleaning up fly-tipping.

:05:10.:05:16.

And there will be more on this story on the Sunday Politics this weekend,

:05:17.:05:23.

The Chief Constable of West Midlands Police has

:05:24.:05:27.

denied his force is engaged in "positive discrimination"

:05:28.:05:29.

in appointing black and ethnic minority officers.

:05:30.:05:32.

A big recruitment drive is underway, which includes a series

:05:33.:05:34.

of workshops for applicants from diverse communities.

:05:35.:05:36.

But senior police officers at another force have said they fear

:05:37.:05:39.

that the process is unfair and borderline discriminatory.

:05:40.:05:41.

The Chief Constable of West Midlands Police has made no

:05:42.:05:49.

secret of his desire for his officers to be

:05:50.:05:52.

more representative of the people they serve.

:05:53.:05:55.

In an extraordinary intervention, unnamed officers with

:05:56.:06:03.

South Yorkshire Police told a public meeting that West Midlands Police

:06:04.:06:05.

are "pushing the boundaries of positive action" by tailoring

:06:06.:06:07.

coaching for black and ethnic minority job candidates.

:06:08.:06:09.

That is not discrimination, says the Chief.

:06:10.:06:16.

We offer the same level of advice for any candidate. But those from

:06:17.:06:25.

minority communities perhaps need more confidence, more insight, more

:06:26.:06:29.

awareness so that they are better prepared to come forward and compete

:06:30.:06:33.

at the same level as any other camp did it. -- as any other candidate.

:06:34.:06:43.

Here are just 9% of all West Midlands Police officers are from

:06:44.:06:47.

those backgrounds. Added the second highest representation and all

:06:48.:06:51.

policing. But look at the latest round of recruitment and one are

:06:52.:06:57.

from a BNP background. The numbers are increasing. -- B M E.

:06:58.:07:01.

West Midlands Police has held workshops in areas with more

:07:02.:07:04.

under-represented groups, but says it's never at the exclusion

:07:05.:07:06.

Encouraging applications and providing support pre-application

:07:07.:07:14.

stage to those of a particular race is not discriminatory and is not

:07:15.:07:18.

unlawful under the Equality Act 2010.

:07:19.:07:18.

he attended a workshop which he says broke down negative stereotypes

:07:19.:07:23.

We always knew at the same time we had to score this course to get in

:07:24.:07:33.

and it is a scoring system and we knew we did not score the right

:07:34.:07:37.

scores. Without the training we were not have made it and been selected.

:07:38.:07:38.

In a statement, South Yorkshire Police -

:07:39.:07:40.

which is also trying to diversify its workforce -

:07:41.:07:42.

said the comments were part of a ongoing discussion.

:07:43.:07:50.

They have slightly you offer. But they have never been here. What I

:07:51.:07:59.

would say to them is if people want to understand what we're doing and a

:08:00.:08:03.

real insight and they have a genuine commitment, a genuine commitment to

:08:04.:08:08.

diversify their force, we will get this and try to copy it.

:08:09.:08:10.

800 new West Midlands Police officers will be enlisted by 2020 -

:08:11.:08:13.

more than 10,000 people have registered an interest.

:08:14.:08:15.

Ben Godfrey, BBC Midlands Today, Birmingham.

:08:16.:08:25.

Headteachers are meeting in Birmingham this weekend

:08:26.:08:26.

It got underway this morning, with Education Secretary Justine

:08:27.:08:31.

Greening facing a tough reception and heckling from teachers, who say

:08:32.:08:34.

The Association of School and College Leaders say class

:08:35.:08:37.

sizes are on the rise, special needs support is being cut,

:08:38.:08:40.

and the choice of subjects at GCSE and A-level is being restricted

:08:41.:08:43.

Elizabeth Glinka has been taking a look at this and joins me now.

:08:44.:08:47.

The question of funding is nothing new, is it?

:08:48.:08:54.

Well, this is a subject that's been bubbling along for some time,

:08:55.:08:56.

with teachers saying funding is now becoming a critical issue.

:08:57.:09:01.

One of the things that's come up today is the idea that courses

:09:02.:09:04.

are having to be cut, particularly things

:09:05.:09:06.

The government will point out that spending on education is now

:09:07.:09:11.

And earlier this week it announced ?530 million for new free schools,

:09:12.:09:17.

But remember education spending is worked out per child,

:09:18.:09:24.

so more children than ever before naturally means more

:09:25.:09:26.

Overheads go up every year and the government is also asking

:09:27.:09:33.

schools to give back part of their budget to fund the National

:09:34.:09:36.

The National Audit Office has warned that schools in England are facing

:09:37.:09:45.

an 8% real-terms cut per pupil by 2019-20.

:09:46.:09:50.

And teachers say all this means tough choices.

:09:51.:09:57.

Carl Ward runs Haywood Academy in Stoke and has cut over ?350,000

:09:58.:10:00.

So this means less staff in schools, fewer curriculum offers,

:10:01.:10:08.

less enrichment activities and we are really at the stage now

:10:09.:10:11.

where the pips are really starting to squeak.

:10:12.:10:16.

A rally involving parents and a number of the teaching unions

:10:17.:10:19.

is taking place at the Quarry in Shrewsbury tomorrow,

:10:20.:10:21.

while at the conference in Birmingham, headteachers

:10:22.:10:23.

A man from Kidderminster has been jailed, after admitting starting

:10:24.:10:39.

a fire in a toilet on board a flight to Egypt.

:10:40.:10:42.

46-year-old John Cox was arrested as he arrived back

:10:43.:10:44.

The cabin crew had to put out two fires, both in the toilets,

:10:45.:10:49.

The second was so severe, the captain made a Mayday

:10:50.:10:53.

call and began to plan an emergency descent.

:10:54.:10:54.

Cox will serve four years and six months behind bars.

:10:55.:11:03.

Thousands of fake and illegal cigarettes have been seized

:11:04.:11:06.

Officers found around 8,000 cigarettes and more

:11:07.:11:09.

It's part of an ongoing operation by Trading Standards in Staffordshire.

:11:10.:11:13.

Last autumn, 17,000 cigarettes and ten kilos

:11:14.:11:15.

As a town, Burton-upon-Trent has a proud brewing history stretching

:11:16.:11:24.

back thousands of years, all based on the quality

:11:25.:11:26.

of the spring water - the taste of the beer is down

:11:27.:11:29.

Today the industry contributes more than ?140 million to the UK economy.

:11:30.:11:35.

This week, the town has been hosting the International

:11:36.:11:37.

Ben Sidwell's at the National Brewery Centre where

:11:38.:11:40.

Well, the industry is actually brimming, Mary, there has been a 15%

:11:41.:12:02.

increase over the last two years in the number of new brewery is opening

:12:03.:12:07.

up here in the UK. Some of those beers and ciders are among the over

:12:08.:12:16.

100 one -- 100,000 beverages at these awards in Burton-upon-Trent

:12:17.:12:20.

this week. From the familiar to the obscure,

:12:21.:12:24.

there were beers and brewers from all of the world in

:12:25.:12:27.

Burton-upon-Trent today. All hoping to take on one of the most coveted

:12:28.:12:31.

accolades in the brewing industry. We have got an expert panel of

:12:32.:12:36.

judges, expert judges from 16 countries and these are the oldest

:12:37.:12:39.

brewing awards are still operating in the world, they are considered

:12:40.:12:43.

very prestigious. The body is fantastic. The hop character on that

:12:44.:12:53.

is particularly strong. That is God! For the long arduous days, judges

:12:54.:12:57.

sampled some of the best bears the world has to offer. It is a tough

:12:58.:13:03.

job. Being a judge here is kind of a thrilling experience in terms of you

:13:04.:13:06.

are part of the history. It is an honour to be a judge but you must

:13:07.:13:12.

put in 100% effort as a taster and someone who evaluates them.

:13:13.:13:15.

Burton-upon-Trent is the home of brewing and was once considered to

:13:16.:13:24.

be the biggest producer of beer in the world. Today, it is still big

:13:25.:13:28.

business. With more than 5000 people working here in the industry.

:13:29.:13:31.

Including John Mills, who opened Tower Brewery in 2001. There were

:13:32.:13:37.

around 350 brewers in the UK when I started, big and small, I believe it

:13:38.:13:44.

is neither 1700 brewers. That increases the competition. The

:13:45.:13:48.

supermarkets have been a big change. -- nearer 1700. That is a big part

:13:49.:13:54.

of my business which was not there when I started. The silver goes to

:13:55.:14:02.

approval tip. Back at the National Brewery Centre, celebrations for

:14:03.:14:04.

some of the results were announced. When I was from over 21 different

:14:05.:14:09.

countries from around the world. It is wonderful that I got a medal in a

:14:10.:14:15.

city with such history in the UK and throughout the world and then the

:14:16.:14:19.

beer business. The increase in the number of beer breweries is showing

:14:20.:14:25.

no sign of decline, meaning winning one of the industry's top award is

:14:26.:14:29.

only going to get harder. Let us speak to a man who has been a

:14:30.:14:33.

brewer his entire working life, here's the head brewer here at the

:14:34.:14:39.

national brewing centre, Steve, we have here there is an increase in

:14:40.:14:42.

the industry, is it buoyant, is it doing well? It is doing remarkably

:14:43.:14:47.

well, especially at the lower end, the microbreweries, which are

:14:48.:14:50.

increasing at an enormous rate, 1500 of them now in the country, with his

:14:51.:14:54.

ten years ago they were probably only five. What about the situation

:14:55.:15:00.

with Burton, you know how good it is important and how good this place is

:15:01.:15:03.

for brewing, but what is the situation here? We still have quite

:15:04.:15:09.

a few microbreweries. We have the big guys, of course, and who

:15:10.:15:12.

continue to be here but we have lost one or two of the big breweries in

:15:13.:15:16.

Burton but that has been filled up with the smaller breweries that have

:15:17.:15:21.

opened, not in terms of volume, but in terms of production of the

:15:22.:15:25.

different types of beers, which, of course, the consumer is really

:15:26.:15:28.

nothing. That is the big thing, briefly, the change in the industry,

:15:29.:15:33.

microbreweries, specialist beers, that is the direction it is going

:15:34.:15:39.

in. Yes, if you have 1500 microbreweries, you can have up to

:15:40.:15:43.

12 dozen beers to choose from, if you want to! Plenty of beers to

:15:44.:15:47.

choose from and plenty of people are doing so. The awards have happened

:15:48.:15:51.

and been given out. This weekend, here at the National Brewery Centre,

:15:52.:15:56.

they will celebrate those beers from around the world, a festival going

:15:57.:16:01.

on all weekend where you can sample some of those 1100, including

:16:02.:16:04.

award-winning beers. Just the 1100! Looks like they are in for a good

:16:05.:16:08.

time, thank you, Ben. Beavers could be enlisted to help

:16:09.:16:17.

tackle flooding in one The Forestry Commission wants to try

:16:18.:16:19.

the idea on a site near Lydbrook, which was badly affected

:16:20.:16:23.

by floods in 2012. It's hoped the beavers

:16:24.:16:25.

will build dams to keep storm They're described as

:16:26.:16:27.

energetic and enthusiastic, These are the latest

:16:28.:16:31.

recruits to try to tackle flooding in the village of

:16:32.:16:34.

Lydbrook. The Beavers, long-term, they will

:16:35.:16:36.

maintain the dam is free of charge. The beaver family are

:16:37.:16:43.

currently living in Devon, but the Forestry Commission wants

:16:44.:16:44.

to move them to Gloucestershire to see if beavers really

:16:45.:16:47.

can stop flooding. It is an effective solution. The

:16:48.:16:59.

Beavers use materials which are naturally sustainable, things like

:17:00.:17:04.

Matt, rocks, Willow and at the end they work very hard to maintain the

:17:05.:17:08.

damp structures. It is an extremely cost-effective solution.

:17:09.:17:16.

And this is where the beavers will be kept.

:17:17.:17:19.

A metre-high fence will be built around this 15-acre site,

:17:20.:17:21.

with mesh put underground to stop the beavers from burrowing out.

:17:22.:17:24.

The beavers and their dams will be monitored closely to see

:17:25.:17:27.

if there really are any benefits in stopping storm water

:17:28.:17:29.

Lydbrook was badly hit by floods in 2012.

:17:30.:17:32.

And it's stopping a repeat of that, which means residents

:17:33.:17:35.

From the biodiversity point of view it is worthwhile giving it a go. It

:17:36.:17:51.

is a win-win situation, we cannot lose and we might stop the flooding.

:17:52.:17:53.

Not everyone agrees beavers are a good thing, some question

:17:54.:17:55.

the impact they have on wildlife and the rate at which

:17:56.:17:58.

But if approval is granted, these beavers could be setting up

:17:59.:18:01.

home in the Forest of Dean as soon as this September.

:18:02.:18:04.

Lee Madan, BBC Midlands Today, Lydbrook.

:18:05.:18:15.

A big weekend for some of our football fans ahead -

:18:16.:18:20.

The prospect of a trip to Wembley for some...

:18:21.:18:26.

Yes, remarkable bearing in mind the football season we have had this

:18:27.:18:29.

season so far. Most supporters will go an entire

:18:30.:18:31.

lifetime without seeing their team So there's massive motivation

:18:32.:18:33.

this weekend for two Bromsgrove Sporting

:18:34.:18:36.

and Coleshill Town have made it The dream - to meet each other

:18:37.:18:39.

in the final in May. It's a cold Tuesday night

:18:40.:18:44.

on the terraces but there's a warm Because Bromsgrove Sporting are just

:18:45.:18:51.

180 minutes from Wembley. An amazing feat for a club formed

:18:52.:18:54.

just seven years ago. Unbelievable, really. Just really

:18:55.:19:05.

looking forward to hopefully getting there. I would never have dreamt 12

:19:06.:19:10.

months ago that we would have been staring down the barrel of possibly

:19:11.:19:14.

watching our team at Wembley, amazing. For a small club like

:19:15.:19:17.

Bromsgrove Sporting to reach Wembley would be massive, for such a small

:19:18.:19:22.

town. The capacity at the Victoria Ground

:19:23.:19:22.

has been increased to 3,500 for the first leg of their semifinal

:19:23.:19:25.

against Cleethorpes tomorrow but they've still had no

:19:26.:19:27.

problem selling tickets. The town are starting to buzz with

:19:28.:19:33.

the football, we are getting them back. To have 3500 in here, it is a

:19:34.:19:40.

non-believable achievement. They are not the only ones. -- unbelievable.

:19:41.:19:44.

25 miles over the border in Warwickshire, they've got Cup

:19:45.:19:47.

Can I have two tickets for the semifinal, please? You are in luck,

:19:48.:19:54.

we have just got some more in. No-one wants to miss out

:19:55.:19:56.

on an occasion which has got I never thought I would see the day.

:19:57.:20:06.

Those of us who usually go and watch them will go and watch them

:20:07.:20:10.

tomorrow. Everyone is commenting on aren't we doing well.

:20:11.:20:12.

At the ground this afternoon, everyone was joining in to make

:20:13.:20:15.

final preparations for their Vase semifinal against South Shields.

:20:16.:20:17.

Even chairman Paul Billing had a broom in his hand.

:20:18.:20:19.

They want everything to be perfect for players and supporters alike.

:20:20.:20:22.

a protest this afternoon. Coventry have been thrown out

of the Premiership due to a row between the owners

of Brandon Stadium and the club. There's been speedway

:22:01.:22:06.

I want to come and see this like this but I am here now. It hurts. It

really hurts. There is a stadium here, perfectly capable of both

:22:41.:22:46.

30 years ago, Coventry City fans packed Wembley Stadium

:22:47.:22:48.

From the terraces they belted out the song Go For It City -

:22:49.:22:53.

written by husband and wife duo, Steve and Heather

:22:54.:22:55.

Next month the Sky Blues are playing at Wembley again

:22:56.:22:58.

to record a new song, also written by the Taylors.

:22:59.:23:03.

Amy Cole joined them at the studios of BBC Coventry and Warwickshire.

:23:04.:23:11.

It was a packed house at BBC Coventry and Warwickshire:

:23:12.:23:14.

Fans eager to be part of recording this new song -

:23:15.:23:17.

But it's not the first it's been done.

:23:18.:23:25.

Go For It City was written by Steve and Heather Taylor

:23:26.:23:29.

in 1987 and recorded at their home in Coventry.

:23:30.:23:33.

It was performed by the players before their face-off with Spurs

:23:34.:23:36.

at Wembley in the FA Cup Final, which they won.

:23:37.:23:43.

30 years on and they're back at it with a new song to motivate

:23:44.:23:46.

the Sky Blues as the club prepares for Wembley again.

:23:47.:23:53.

People said, are you doing a new song, because you did Go For It

:23:54.:23:59.

City, and you should have another song because we are at Wembley

:24:00.:24:03.

again. That was the main reason. We thought after all these people were

:24:04.:24:07.

in contact with us, we thought that perhaps we should do one, for the

:24:08.:24:08.

fans. of league one but the fans

:24:09.:24:09.

are hoping this song I am 67 and I just ran down here, so

:24:10.:24:23.

this is fantastic for me, especially Coventry, I hope that they do it. I

:24:24.:24:30.

was at Wembley in 1987 and I went through that and it is great to be

:24:31.:24:34.

back so I want to be part of it. They are going to have to pull it

:24:35.:24:40.

out of the bag? Absolutely, we are the and we live and die for the

:24:41.:24:43.

city. This Coventry City have any hope against Oxford United?

:24:44.:24:48.

Absolutely, football is a funny old game. The best example was watching

:24:49.:24:54.

Barcelona this week. Coming back from 4-0 down, fantastic result. I

:24:55.:24:59.

will keep my fingers crossed and hope that illegal out against and

:25:00.:25:03.

the SRE would put in a good performance.

:25:04.:25:05.

mid-morning presenter wanted after a sleepless night.

:25:06.:25:11.

I was up at 2:30am worrying about whether anyone would come. I

:25:12.:25:17.

genuinely had a nightmare that it was just me singing the song and

:25:18.:25:21.

nobody would want that any million years, so thank heavens the sky blue

:25:22.:25:26.

Army have come out today and all been prepared to join in. Amy Cole,

:25:27.:25:28.

BBC Midlands Today, Coventry. Coventry City, just like Barcelona,

:25:29.:25:39.

that could only come from a Sky Blues fan! Time for the weather now.

:25:40.:25:46.

Good evening. A cloudy day to day, a touch brighter to come through this

:25:47.:25:53.

weekend, but there was lots of grey sky as he started the day. But

:25:54.:25:58.

steadily, it started to thin and break, the cloud, and will we saw

:25:59.:26:03.

that and the sun coming out, we had much milder air and we started to

:26:04.:26:08.

reap the benefits. We got some brighter spells this afternoon and

:26:09.:26:10.

as a result our temperatures managed to push up to 14 Celsius once again.

:26:11.:26:15.

They could do better than that as we head to this weekend. It was still a

:26:16.:26:19.

pleasant end to the day. We have started to see that Carlton and

:26:20.:26:23.

break. For the weekend, there will be some sunny spells. It is a mixed

:26:24.:26:30.

picture because we have rain to come. Predominantly through Sunday.

:26:31.:26:33.

It is feeling mild and we have the milder air over the top of us. That

:26:34.:26:36.

is murky, so for tonight lots of cloud. It is giving us some mist in

:26:37.:26:41.

some spots, where we get any breaks. But it is remaining mild overnight.

:26:42.:26:45.

Temperatures ranging between eight and nine Celsius. That is a hive for

:26:46.:26:49.

this time of year. Mild overnight and mild start tomorrow. This cold

:26:50.:26:53.

front of the West of the country stalls but will swing through on

:26:54.:26:59.

Sunday. As that passes as it will give us some rain. Once that clears,

:27:00.:27:03.

it is looking much better. Tomorrow, dry. We start to draw much drier air

:27:04.:27:09.

from the South. We will get the cloud thinning and breaking,

:27:10.:27:11.

temperatures doing better than on the board, we could get 16 Celsius.

:27:12.:27:16.

Lots of sunshine in the end of the day and the rain will then arrive.

:27:17.:27:20.

That will be with us overnight into Sunday, temperatures holding up to

:27:21.:27:24.

eight, nine Celsius. Better picture for Sunday, temperatures up to

:27:25.:27:28.

around 12 Celsius. Two bands of rain through the day but once that

:27:29.:27:32.

clears, it is looking drier and brighter. Better news for

:27:33.:27:35.

Cheltenham. Enjoy tomorrow but the sunshine, rain on Sunday.

:27:36.:27:37.

Thank you, Rebecca. Your next Midlands

:27:46.:27:59.

OK, I don't get that. So, maybe... I don't get that.

:28:00.:28:02.

..you wear your mother's clothes? I don't get it. What does she wear?

:28:03.:28:04.

No, no, she wears someone else's. OK, I don't get that, it's

:28:05.:28:10.

too complicated. Do another one.
