Oliver Letwin says the policy of leaving Hallsands to the mercy | :00:12. | :00:21.
of the sea should be re`vishted ` but tempers flared between | :00:22. | :00:23.
What you are saying to us is we should spend hundreds of thousands | :00:24. | :00:33.
of pounds... I am not saying spent hundrdds of | :00:34. | :00:36.
thousands of pounds. Don't put words into my mouth because I havd not ask | :00:37. | :00:41.
you to spend that. What do you want us to do then? | :00:42. | :00:44.
Also tonight, paying their respects to a comedy legend ` celebrhty | :00:45. | :00:48.
mourners attend Rik Mayall's funeral in a Devon village. | :00:49. | :00:51.
The end of an era after 30 years' service ` | :00:52. | :00:54.
And cashing in on the sunshhne ` a profit`making solar panel scheme | :00:55. | :00:57.
A Devon village which was told it would be `bandoned | :00:58. | :01:05.
to the sea has today been ghven hope there could be money to help repair | :01:06. | :01:11.
During the winter storms, H`llsands in the South Hams was flooddd. | :01:12. | :01:16.
The defences were overwhelmdd by huge waves. | :01:17. | :01:19.
Earlier this month villagers were horrified to learn there was | :01:20. | :01:25.
Today the Cabinet Minister Oliver Letwin visited the village `nd | :01:26. | :01:29.
at times tensions ran high over leaving this section | :01:30. | :01:31.
Mr Letwin promised to look into securing funding to bolster | :01:32. | :01:37.
David has lived in the Hallsands for 12 years. | :01:38. | :01:49.
He and the other villagers were horrified when they learned no | :01:50. | :01:51.
more public money was to be spent spending the village from storms. | :01:52. | :01:54.
They had to repair the defences themselves when they washed away | :01:55. | :02:01.
in February and have been campaigning to get the policy | :02:02. | :02:03.
This morning, the Flood Recovery Minister, Oliver | :02:04. | :02:05.
Local councillors were also there, and at times feelings run hhgh. | :02:06. | :02:13.
We have a responsibility, not just for Hallsands | :02:14. | :02:16.
But the minister has come to see Hallsands, not to talk | :02:17. | :02:22.
You have not come here at any point during... | :02:23. | :02:32.
How many times have I been here Tim? | :02:33. | :02:35.
I have been here loads and loads of times to see what is going on. | :02:36. | :02:40.
Mr Letwin told villagers he wanted to find a practical solution | :02:41. | :02:43.
and said he would see if any money is available. | :02:44. | :02:45.
He also questioned the official policy of letting nature take | :02:46. | :02:48.
Well, I think what I need to do is have conversations with | :02:49. | :02:55.
the Environment Agency about that, because I founnd in my own | :02:56. | :02:57.
constituency there was a tile when there were parts of my constituency | :02:58. | :03:00.
The residents did not find that a very attractive proposition | :03:01. | :03:06.
I think we need to find a practical solution. | :03:07. | :03:10.
This is the first bit of good news we have had in ages. | :03:11. | :03:16.
The minister was talking about providing money to enable us to sort | :03:17. | :03:19.
No one, though, is holding their brdath | :03:20. | :03:25.
I am not going to assume th`t means anything is gone to happen, | :03:26. | :03:28.
because we have had lots of people talk to us since February | :03:29. | :03:33.
The sun may be shining todax, but the storms will return | :03:34. | :03:37.
in the winter, and the vill`ge is determined to keep up its c`mpaign. | :03:38. | :03:56.
I am joined by our political editor, do the Minister's awards offer hope | :03:57. | :04:01.
wish Mark I spoke to the Department for environment which oversdes all | :04:02. | :04:04.
of this and they said you h`ve to talk to the Cabinet Office, because | :04:05. | :04:09.
that is the Department Olivdr Letwin is attached to. | :04:10. | :04:11.
Then they said the Environmdnt Agency makes all these decisions. We | :04:12. | :04:15.
heard that he plans to tackle the Environment Agency over this. Having | :04:16. | :04:18.
spoken to them I think he whll be wasting his time, cause thex say | :04:19. | :04:24.
they do deal with flood defdnces, as in a nearby village warehouses were | :04:25. | :04:28.
inundated with water, but when it comes to simple coastal erosion like | :04:29. | :04:31.
this come it is the responshbility of the local authority, in this case | :04:32. | :04:34.
South hams District Council. What do they say? | :04:35. | :04:39.
They say they have not got `ny money, no surprise there, btt they | :04:40. | :04:42.
also say the policy is to allow natural coastal revolution to walk | :04:43. | :04:47.
through no active interventhon at Hallsands. This looks like ` case of | :04:48. | :04:51.
departmental crossed wires but no real change. | :04:52. | :04:53.
Difficult decisions will have to be made in the next twelve months | :04:54. | :04:56.
about whether the NHS can continue in its current form, | :04:57. | :04:58.
according to the new chairm`n of the Commons Health Select Committee | :04:59. | :05:01.
The MP for Totnes, Sarah Wollaston, was elected to the post this week. | :05:02. | :05:04.
We'll hear from her in a molent first, here's Simon Clemison on | :05:05. | :05:07.
This leaflet is coming throtgh your letterbox one day soon. | :05:08. | :05:15.
There was a time when some couldn't afford to see a doctor, | :05:16. | :05:18.
then in 1948 came free health care, still a source of national pride. | :05:19. | :05:27.
But more than 60 years after the NHS was created, there have been calls | :05:28. | :05:31.
for patients once again to be charged to see their GP. | :05:32. | :05:33.
The service is under huge financial pressure. | :05:34. | :05:35.
Provision from cradle to gr`ve was the original ambition, but that is | :05:36. | :05:38.
now quite a lifetime, something Devon and Cornwall knows well. | :05:39. | :05:41.
It will take 20 years before the rest of | :05:42. | :05:45.
the country has the same population age as our part of the world. | :05:46. | :05:49.
?9 million has been spent in Devon over the last five years | :05:50. | :05:54.
While rates of skin cancer in the South West have doubled | :05:55. | :05:59.
No one is talking about large`scale rationing yet | :06:00. | :06:04.
but based on the NHS in 2014, decisions may lie ahead abott what | :06:05. | :06:07.
care can be paid for and wh`t can't. | :06:08. | :06:12.
I started by asking her about community hospitals. | :06:13. | :06:17.
With plans to close some inpatient beds in Devon, I asked her what | :06:18. | :06:20.
In some community hospitals, there are particular challenges | :06:21. | :06:24.
And of course you cannot kedp a hospital open if you can't find | :06:25. | :06:29.
I think you have to look at what the challenges are | :06:30. | :06:35.
I feel passionately about community hospitals, I would like to see every | :06:36. | :06:43.
single one stay fully with beds, because that is the model I | :06:44. | :06:46.
Where are the other pinch points for the NHS? Because I have lost | :06:47. | :06:52.
count of how many times we have reported on individuals battling | :06:53. | :06:55.
for expensive treatment for cancer or other diseases. | :06:56. | :06:58.
Is it inevitable more expensive drugs will be rationed becatse the | :06:59. | :07:02.
The point is those should not be political decisions, | :07:03. | :07:08.
Sometimes we need to have an honest discussion with the public | :07:09. | :07:13.
that there are some types of extremely expensive treatments that | :07:14. | :07:16.
if you decide to fund those that might mean there isn't other | :07:17. | :07:22.
treatments available for other people who have a similar | :07:23. | :07:26.
If you are saying community hospitals will have to change for | :07:27. | :07:32.
funding reasons, if you are saying there will have to be difficult | :07:33. | :07:35.
discussions about not being able to fund expensive drugs, is thd NHS | :07:36. | :07:38.
We need to make sure it is sustainable. | :07:39. | :07:44.
I think until now the NHS has coped extraordinarily | :07:45. | :07:50.
well with financial challenges, but what most people recognhse | :07:51. | :07:53.
looking at the evidence is that 2015 will be a very challenging xear | :07:54. | :07:56.
I think in 2015, faced with these pinch points, | :07:57. | :08:02.
a decision will have to be lade about whether it is all possible to | :08:03. | :08:06.
It sounds as if you are sayhng the NHS cannot do everything it has | :08:07. | :08:13.
I think the point is that the reason we have NHS England looking | :08:14. | :08:23.
at this is that those decishons in my view should not be taken on the | :08:24. | :08:27.
They should be taken by those who can look | :08:28. | :08:35.
at the whole system and makd judgements about the most effective | :08:36. | :08:39.
treatments and what we can do for the money we have across thd NHS. | :08:40. | :08:46.
These are very challenging times ahead, and there are some m`jor | :08:47. | :08:49.
changes that need to be put in place to make sure that we can | :08:50. | :08:52.
keep people well and supported at home in the first place. | :08:53. | :08:55.
Sarah Wollaston, thank you very much indeed. | :08:56. | :09:02.
Celebrities including Alan Rickman, Ben Elton and Ruby Wax gathdred | :09:03. | :09:04.
in a South Devon village today to pay their last respects to | :09:05. | :09:07.
The funeral service took pl`ce in Dittsham near Dartmouth. | :09:08. | :09:15.
Getting the laughs with the comedy hit that established his reputation, | :09:16. | :09:28.
Rik Mayall as Rik in the Yotng ones. Many of the stars behind thd sitcom | :09:29. | :09:32.
attended his funeral today, along with celebrities such as Dawn | :09:33. | :09:35.
French, Jennifer Saunders and Alan Rickman. More than 100 people played | :09:36. | :09:42.
their respects in a private service at Dittsham. He was also known for | :09:43. | :09:47.
TV hits such as Bottom, Blackadder and the new statesman, and this was | :09:48. | :09:53.
the stage version when Spotlight interviewed him at the Theatre | :09:54. | :09:55.
Royal. This is important, people around | :09:56. | :09:59.
here know me so it has to bd good. This is my 13th week, so I know my | :10:00. | :10:06.
words now. Hello, everybody. The actor and comedian died last | :10:07. | :10:10.
week aged 56 in his house in south`west London. He also had a | :10:11. | :10:14.
home in South West Devon. Rik lived on the edge of thd parish | :10:15. | :10:19.
committee had a place on thd edge of the village. He used to comhng | :10:20. | :10:22.
occasionally with members of his family, are very nice guy, really. | :10:23. | :10:27.
Happy to see him, always happy to see him and his family. It hs a very | :10:28. | :10:31.
sad day and I feel sorry for his family, as well. | :10:32. | :10:35.
A memorial service for the star is expected to be held in Septdmber. | :10:36. | :10:42.
The West Somerset Coroner h`s written to the government expressing | :10:43. | :10:49.
his concerns following the inquest into an accident on | :10:50. | :10:51.
He's calling for fog detection devices to be put | :10:52. | :10:55.
up and greater use of warning signs on overhead gantries. | :10:56. | :10:57.
He also said more should be done to check weather conditions | :10:58. | :11:00.
Group of wildlife charities have launched a further challengd | :11:01. | :11:13.
Last year the government operated two pilot badger ctlls | :11:14. | :11:16.
Now the Badger Trust, The Humane Society and Care for the | :11:17. | :11:19.
Wild say these breach a European convention on conserving wildlife, | :11:20. | :11:21.
and have written to the person in charge of enforcing the convention. | :11:22. | :11:24.
The Government insists cullhng helps to reduce bovine TB in cattle. | :11:25. | :11:29.
The final fundraising push hs on to help build a new special care baby | :11:30. | :11:36.
unit in Somerset. Yeovil District Hospital needs `?1000 to improve | :11:37. | :11:42.
facilities. One of the industry give families privacy when babies are | :11:43. | :11:45.
born prematurely or with he`lth problems. | :11:46. | :11:48.
A special service took placd in Plymouth today to mark the | :11:49. | :11:51.
retirement of the Royal Navx's longest serving nuclear sublarine. | :11:52. | :11:54.
HMS Tireless has been decomlissioned after 30 years of service and today | :11:55. | :11:56.
the crew wished it a final goodbye. Navy's longest serving nucldar | :11:57. | :12:11.
submarine by those who servdd on her. | :12:12. | :12:15.
It is a pleasure to speak to you today, albeit in solitary s`d | :12:16. | :12:19.
circumstances as we gathered to say farewell to our boat. | :12:20. | :12:24.
Today's ceremony was an emotional one. It has been a busy two and a | :12:25. | :12:29.
half years for HMS Tireless. I have spent nearly a third of my | :12:30. | :12:33.
career on their and quite a few of my ship's company have spent longer | :12:34. | :12:37.
than that. We are happy to be home from our deployment but to say | :12:38. | :12:42.
goodbye to an old friend. HMS Tireless spent years opdrating | :12:43. | :12:45.
as one of the Cold War warrhors often deployed on secret missions | :12:46. | :12:49.
for months at a time. One of the last duty took her to the southern | :12:50. | :12:53.
ocean to help search for thd missing Malaysia Airlines flight. | :12:54. | :12:57.
Today it was not only a casd of honouring the submarine's | :12:58. | :12:59.
distinguished career. It was also a time to remember those | :13:00. | :13:03.
who have died on her. In 2000 and 72 sailors were killed | :13:04. | :13:07.
during an explosion on an exercise under the Arctic ice cap. | :13:08. | :13:15.
`` two sailors. I knew Mike, who we lost in Gibraltar, Paul and Tony. I | :13:16. | :13:23.
was on board with all of thdm. I am glad they were mentioned in the | :13:24. | :13:26.
ceremony and we all paid trhbute to them. | :13:27. | :13:30.
This is the third Trafalgar class submarine to be decommissioned in | :13:31. | :13:33.
Plymouth, being replaced by the new astute class, which will be based in | :13:34. | :13:37.
Scotland. It may be the end of an age for HMS | :13:38. | :13:42.
Tireless, but this submarind could be based here at Devonport for the | :13:43. | :13:46.
next few years. They have not found anywhere to put the radioactive | :13:47. | :13:47.
waste from the reactor. Coming up next... Making waves ` a | :13:48. | :13:57.
major step in using the sea to generate electricity. | :13:58. | :14:00.
Plus, making money while thd sun shines ` how people are cashing in | :14:01. | :14:04.
on solar power. And the youngsters called up to | :14:05. | :14:07.
learn more about the First World War. | :14:08. | :14:13.
Revolutionary technology behng developed off the Cornish coast | :14:14. | :14:18.
could create electricity for the national grid using the powdr of the | :14:19. | :14:21.
waves is just days away frol being tested in the sea. The south`west | :14:22. | :14:26.
wave Hub is like an underwater electrical socket. It was installed | :14:27. | :14:30.
more than three years ago at the cost of more than 35mm pounds. So | :14:31. | :14:33.
far, no electricity has been generated. The first device is due | :14:34. | :14:40.
to leave farmers to plug into the wave Hub. Our environment | :14:41. | :14:42.
correspondent is there for ts this evening. | :14:43. | :14:50.
This is an energy from wave device, it has been made in the Fallouth | :14:51. | :14:55.
area. It is about to set sahl and go around the coast to Hayle in the | :14:56. | :14:58.
next day or so. There was a delay today, not because of any tdchnical | :14:59. | :15:03.
problems but because the se` was a bit choppy. We were able to get out | :15:04. | :15:06.
onto the sea to get a closer look at it. | :15:07. | :15:10.
A brightly coloured octagon floats on the water close to Falmotth. It | :15:11. | :15:14.
could represent the future of renewable energy production here on | :15:15. | :15:17.
our doorstep, in the waters off the south`west. | :15:18. | :15:21.
This is the first production model, built here in Falmouth, and the aim | :15:22. | :15:30.
is to have around 60 of these devices in the sea off Hayld. | :15:31. | :15:34.
Together they are supposed to be able to produce enough electricity | :15:35. | :15:38.
to power at around 10,000 homes The development of the device has | :15:39. | :15:42.
been relatively quick and ahead of other developers. Today we were | :15:43. | :15:52.
given a tour by a Seatricitx spokesman. | :15:53. | :15:55.
We are standing on the wave converter, this part floats and | :15:56. | :15:59.
reacts with the waves. It moves with a pump that you can see below the | :16:00. | :16:04.
surface. The pump compresses water, which we then convert into | :16:05. | :16:08.
electricity. That water comes through thhs pipe | :16:09. | :16:11.
here is that right? If we follow it along, is this? | :16:12. | :16:17.
This is electronics that monitor the flow and pressure, so we can work | :16:18. | :16:21.
out the performance of this particular demonstrator devhce. | :16:22. | :16:26.
The Seatricity design relies on a series of floats and pumps to drive | :16:27. | :16:29.
a turbine that generates electricity. If the design works, it | :16:30. | :16:33.
could bring big benefits to Falmouth and the rest of the south`wdst. | :16:34. | :16:40.
This is huge or even massivd towards the industry, towards the port and | :16:41. | :16:43.
the local supply chain, and if we get the array and more work, then | :16:44. | :16:48.
there becomes more jobs and more creation of work and the supply | :16:49. | :16:52.
chain. And if all the last`minute checks go | :16:53. | :16:56.
to plan, the device will set sail for the wave Hub tomorrow morning. | :16:57. | :17:01.
This orange by trailing behhnd us at the moment has to be moved to a | :17:02. | :17:07.
vertical position, it will be moved to the middle going up and down the | :17:08. | :17:14.
water. It will drive the water around and ultimately produce | :17:15. | :17:16.
electricity. Let us hope it goes well in the coming days. | :17:17. | :17:20.
A 13`year`old diver from Dover `` from the myth has won her appeal to | :17:21. | :17:24.

Victoria Vincent was told this afternoon she is eligible to | :17:28. | :17:31.
complete full `` to compete. She was not included originally bec`use of | :17:32. | :17:36.
confusion over age restricthons She is eligible, she can go, and it | :17:37. | :17:41.
is confirmed she is on team England for the Commonwealth Games. That is | :17:42. | :17:46.
fantastic news, how did she react? She was over the moon. Pop `bout a | :17:47. | :17:51.
big grin, she has been worrhed in the last few days not knowing | :17:52. | :17:54.
whether it was a guest or a no. The clarification has been sortdd out, | :17:55. | :17:57.
she is eligible and everyond is smiling. | :17:58. | :18:03.
A scheme to offer anyone a chance to cash in on solar panels even if they | :18:04. | :18:06.
do not own their own home h`s proved so popular it is having to turn | :18:07. | :18:10.
applicants away. People can put in as little as ?50 and take a share of | :18:11. | :18:12.
the profit they generate. A sunny June morning on Plylouth | :18:13. | :18:23.
Hoe, and it is not as rare `s you may think. The south`west gdts more | :18:24. | :18:26.

it is easy to see how it cotld be put to good use. 26 you old Danny | :18:32. | :18:37.
Shelton is hoping to do just that. `` 26 you old. I have always wanted | :18:38. | :18:41.

it was only a ?50 investment, I thought that was really good, it | :18:46. | :18:48.
made it accessible. And here is where the solar panels | :18:49. | :18:52.
are going ` on school buildhngs across the city. More than half of | :18:53. | :18:57.
the 145 investors are from Plymouth, each taking a share of | :18:58. | :19:03.
profits. With an annual 6% return, it beats any high street bank | :19:04. | :19:06.
account. The scheme is only just launched but already has attracted | :19:07. | :19:09.
more small`time investors than it can handle. | :19:10. | :19:13.
As it was the first ever colmunity share offer, we did not really known | :19:14. | :19:16.
what was going to happen. After eight weeks we had attracted | :19:17. | :19:20.
?600,000 worth of investment, ?100,000 more than we had hoped It | :19:21. | :19:29.
is absolutely staggering. The schools taking part across | :19:30. | :19:32.
Plymouth get the panels for free, cheaper electricity bills and no | :19:33. | :19:33.
development costs. Have a look to see which dax we have | :19:34. | :19:41.
made most energy from the solar panels. And some handy lessons in | :19:42. | :19:47.
bringing renewable energy to life. We are introducing the schele and at | :19:48. | :19:50.
first we thought it was too good to be true. We are thoroughly hnto it | :19:51. | :19:55.
and it really is almost too good to be true. They say you do not get | :19:56. | :19:58.
something for nothing, but ht seems in this case we have. | :19:59. | :20:03.
And we may be seeing more of it The government wants to slash the | :20:04. | :20:06.
subsidies paid to large sol`r farms and encourage smaller schemds like | :20:07. | :20:12.
this. In Plymouth, talks ard already taking place for the next phase | :20:13. | :20:17.
Now, how do you teach children as young as five about something as | :20:18. | :20:24.
momentous as the First World War? The answer for 200 primary school | :20:25. | :20:28.
pupils was joined the Army, Marco Fu Buckfastleigh and head off to war on | :20:29. | :20:32.

First World War recruits at the town Hall, taking the oath is in serious | :20:38. | :20:44.

king's shilling and then yot will be in the Army. Under Army rulds and | :20:49. | :20:51.
regulations. Is that clear? Is that clear! | :20:52. | :20:57.
Yes! This is the king 's shilling, your | :20:58. | :21:01.
first payment for being in the Army. Paid up, and things get even more | :21:02. | :21:05.
serious. Have you shaved this morning? ! In | :21:06. | :21:12.
the Army, we all shave everx day! Then it was into town, and just in | :21:13. | :21:14.
case they had forgotten... You are in the Army, don't forget! | :21:15. | :21:19.
Tying for local history. Cotld you bring your years back, please? | :21:20. | :21:25.
! Now Buckfastleigh before the war. It is a manufacturing town. | :21:26. | :21:29.
Our main industry in the town is full. | :21:30. | :21:32.
And the fact not everyone w`nted to fight. I don't want to go, H am | :21:33. | :21:36.
happy to stop here. But this lot seemed up for ht, and a | :21:37. | :21:40.
march through town raised their spirits for the fight. | :21:41. | :21:45.
Yes! We're going to go! Defend our country! | :21:46. | :21:49.
Save it! While biscuits and crisps may not have been Army rations 00 | :21:50. | :21:54.
years ago, this week's ree creation of what happened in this sotth Devon | :21:55. | :21:58.
town in 1914 is a great way to learn. | :21:59. | :22:02.
It is important to remember it and that we carry on remember doing | :22:03. | :22:05.
that is what it is all about for us, making their learning real. | :22:06. | :22:10.
And the pupils know their stuff It started in 1914 and it fhnished | :22:11. | :22:18.
on the 11th of June, 1918. That is all I know. | :22:19. | :22:25.
Even ruthless, who has only five. `` Rufus. | :22:26. | :22:31.
In the First World War they had horses and they had spears. | :22:32. | :22:35.
After a break, it was off the south Devon Railway and off to war. | :22:36. | :22:43.
Bless them! We would be safd with them looking after us. That is a | :22:44. | :22:49.
good way to learn. Brilliant, really clever. | :22:50. | :22:52.
It is time for the weather `nd has it been the hottest day so far? | :22:53. | :22:56.
26 Celsius we have had reports of, the hottest day so far. | :22:57. | :23:03.
It is more like 35 in your! Good evening, we have had a lovely | :23:04. | :23:07.
day today, a build`up of cloud here and there but for the majorhty of | :23:08. | :23:09.
the south`west the sun had shone pretty much from dawn until dusk. | :23:10. | :23:14.
More of the same tomorrow, fine and dry conditions. More in the way of | :23:15. | :23:19.
sunshine and it stays dry all the way through. Quickly, | :23:20. | :23:27.
congratulations to team frol a rowing club. They have rowed across | :23:28. | :23:31.
the Channel today, starting at am this morning arriving at Albany | :23:32. | :23:39.
that is 55 nautical miles. H think sunburn and blisters may be their | :23:40. | :23:42.
main problem today. For the rest of us, it has been glorious today, the | :23:43. | :23:46.
winds have been lively across the western parts of Cornwall and the | :23:47. | :23:49.
Isles of Scilly. The high pressure is getting closer | :23:50. | :23:52.
in the next 24 hours and by the time we get to the weekend it is close | :23:53. | :23:56.
enough to keep all cloud at bay so we are certainly looking fine and | :23:57. | :24:00.
set fair for Saturday and Stnday. That is the cloud structure we have | :24:01. | :24:04.
had today, a lot to the east and some will drift in towards ts, but | :24:05. | :24:10.
this was earlier today at Btdleigh Salterton, where there was ` | :24:11. | :24:13.
beautiful sea. I have never seen it look quite so classy. In thd | :24:14. | :24:18.
sunshine we have seen some of the highest temperatures across parts of | :24:19. | :24:21.
south Devon, as well as southern parts of Cornwall. The sea | :24:22. | :24:25.
temperature at the moment is around 16 Celsius, so it has come tp even | :24:26. | :24:29.
more during this week because of the strong sunshine we have seen. Let's | :24:30. | :24:33.
follow the progress of some of the cloud overnight, we will not see a | :24:34. | :24:38.
huge amount of it and tonight it is slightly fresher, so if you | :24:39. | :24:41.
struggled with sleeping bec`use it has been monthly during the night | :24:42. | :24:46.
time, it is cooler tonight. `` because it has been humid | :24:47. | :24:52.
overnight. Tomorrow is a fine day with body of sunshine, some low | :24:53. | :24:54.
cloud in the morning but th`t will disappear and for many of us by the | :24:55. | :24:59.
afternoon it is almost unbroken sunshine again. You may find some | :25:00. | :25:02.
cloud forming inland. The bdst of the sunshine will be on the coast. | :25:03. | :25:07.
Here 1819 Celsius can inland not quite as hot as today, 21 or 22 will | :25:08. | :25:13.
be the maximum temperature. For the Isles of Scilly, still quitd breezy, | :25:14. | :25:17.
fine and one with some sunshine after some morning low cloud clears | :25:18. | :25:21.
out of the way. That kind of high water... | :25:22. | :25:29.
They are not many waves for the servers to look forward to hn the | :25:30. | :25:34.
next couple of days, maybe just go for a swim rather than using your | :25:35. | :25:37.
surfboard. And coastal waters forecast... | :25:38. | :25:42.
By the way, if you are a hax fever sufferer the coast is the place to | :25:43. | :25:49.
be because cleaner air comes off the sea once the breeze starts. That is | :25:50. | :25:53.
how it looks for the next four days ` fine, dry, with 30 of sunshine and | :25:54. | :25:59.
a top temperature of 21 or 22. Have a nice evening. Well, hf you | :26:00. | :26:03.
found us at this later time and you stayed with us, thank you vdry much | :26:04. | :26:05.
indeed. We will do it all again tomorrow at | :26:06. | :26:10.
the same time, 7:30pm. In the meantime, from all of us on | :26:11. | :26:12.
Spotlight, good night. | :26:13. | :26:14. |
