-It is full of praise and celebration

-for God's work.

-mark the town's 900th anniversary.

-In Cardigan,

-we met many local people...

-..including Father Seamus Cunnane...

-..an Irishman who now lives in

-Cardigan and who has learnt Welsh.

-most famous actors, J O Roberts.

-He took us around some of his

-favourite places on Anglesey...

-..including Benllech, Moelfre

-and Llantysilio.

-The lifeboat station in Moelfre.

-I don't think I've ever seen

-such a dramatic memorial, JO.

-Who is he?

-A hero of the waves - Richard Evans,

-or Dic Evans, of Moelfre.

-He was a coxswain of the lifeboat.

-He won two gold medals
