-I was with you in the cattle shed

-You said straight away there was the

-best Hereford bull you've ever seen.

-It's almost a perfect example of the

-breed. Isn't that right, Richard?

-Yes, he's a very special bull in

-terms of his length and strength.

-He's already won

-at the Highland Show in Scotland.

-He's got quite a history already.

-The Limousins have won this

-four times in the last five years.

-He's a very good bull. The reserve

-champion is also exceptional.

-A famous cow

-was up against the two bulls.

-But the bulls

-won the judge's attention.

-It's great to see British Whites.

-They're very popular cattle

-the company of Aeron Pughe.

-on Tuesday morning stands out.

-The standard was incredible.

-I've spent so much time

-in the Pig Ring.

-I'm leaving with the urge

-to start keeping my own pigs.

-I've been coming here

-for over 40 years.

-I will never forget

-Sunday afternoon...

-..when I saw the Hereford bull -

-it was fantastic.

-There we are, another Show over.

-My highlight?
