Time now for ABC World News with David Muir.

Tonight, the impossible journey, how is teen USA still holding on? What

happened today, and why they are celebrating now `` team. And, what

the supporters had to get through to cheer them on. And, will the rivers

in this country pore over their banks? And tornado fears. The

stunning new clues about flight 370, and what we learned in those final

few minutes. And, inside the operating room with Doctor Oz,

cameras operating, what our correspondent witnessed, she will

never forget. You are about to see it as well.

Good evening, it is good to have you with us. We begin with team USA, the

underdogs still holding onto night. After a white knuckle showdown

against Germany today, a heartbreaking loss, and we learned

they are still alive tonight. 494 minutes, they battled out on the

field, and across the globe, millions watched. `` for 94. Even

our troops in New York were watching. 200 miles up, on board the

International Space Station, they have been watching as well. On air

force one today, even the president watched. The president made news

today, we will have more in a moment. And, the other image from

Brazil. Supporters fighting to get to the games. They were up against

this massive flooding to get to the stadium.

Fans ecstatic across America, and here. How will you remember this?

The happiest loss of our lives! But getting to the game today was an

adventure, torrential rain turns roads into rivers, and we had to

wade in. A journey for the fans at this underdog team. `` and this

underdog team. Tonight, the Americans are moving on, they are

reflective of the American spirit. Next, they will play Belgium on

Tuesday. We will be watching team USA on

Tuesday. Meanwhile, denied, all eyes on rivers rising in the midwest. We

are bracing ourselves `` tonight. In Pennsylvania, this intersection is

underwater. Sandbags, weighing about 30 lbs, that is the best weapon. You

can see the power of 125 sandbags in one. Our correspondent reports from

Minnesota. Good evening, denied, the

Mississippi River is spilling over its banks. We have seen the sandbags

keeping the water out, but here, they have a new tool they are using

to keep water back. You can call them mega sandbags.

Across Minnesota, a fight to contain rising rivers, some small

communities are already underwater. In Saint Paul, officials for the

first time are turning to a new weapon, instead of traditional small

sandbags, which take hours of a small army to fill, they are using

these huge sandbags. 125 of these inside one of these. They get filled

by the shovel. These get filled by a concrete mixer. Here, the heavy

rains are already triggering mudslides, part of this home was

wiped away by mud. Anything that jars Tibet, that would be enough for

those rafters to break. And everything to go down. `` anything

that jars it. Here, they are bracing for record floods. This community

are doing everything they can to get ready. I'm overwhelmed, with a bunch

of friends, neighbours, and good friends, helping me so by house from

the floods. And, officials here believe the Mississippi River may

have reached its crest this afternoon, President Obama, who

happens to be in town, has been briefed on the situation. He is

reassuring people here that they will have a federal partner, as the

cleanup begins. You know where he is standing, it

does look good over the next 24 hours? No, 94 river gauges are at or

above maximum stages. Let's have a look at the rainfall, accumulation

that will occur through Saturday. Big yellow splodges, they are not

admitting applets, but if you put an inch or two on top of where he was

standing in simple, it isn't good `` not at Minneapolis. You can see

severe weather threats with this rainfall. That is near Houston

today. A severe weather threat, but tomorrow, I want to focus, it begins

to reinvigorate itself. Strong winds and tornado is possible. That is in

these areas. We move onto that landmark ruling tonight from the

Supreme Court on abortion, and the right demonstrate. `` the right to

demonstrate. Deciding that does not need to be a buffer zone, our

correspondent is at the Supreme Court tonight.

Americans opposed to abortion are allowed to pray and protest outside

abortion clinics. In Massachusetts, they have to do it behind a yellow

line, like this one, on the ground here, because of a 2007 law by drew

a 35 foot buffer zone, inside of which any prior, protest, or

conversation about abortion was effectively forbidden. Today, the

Supreme Court said that Massachusetts went too far.

Massachusetts officials argued they needed a buffer zone because of

this. Raucous offence of protests outside of clinics that threaten

public safety and could block women's access to healthcare. But

Chief Justice Roberts wrote that there were laws in the books to deal

with true public safety issues. And they had to dig of other ways to

keep public order. Today, a minister said that it could harm women. Now

we are putting additional stresses onto women who only want healthcare.

A win for free speech, another big rolling here today, President Obama

losing in this court on whether he or any president has the power to

make high`level appointments where only a few senators are in session.

The president is trying to bypass partisan gridlock, but today, the

court unanimously said no today, and no president has that power.

Our correspondent was on`board air force one, asking the questions

about young immigrants, many without parents crossing the border. And,

the mother who collapsed when told she reached US soil. Our

correspondent asked the President and he sends a message at about

those thinking of sending their children across the border. The

message is, don't send your children unaccompanied on trains or through a

bunch of smugglers. We don't know how many children don't make it and

may have been waylaid into sex trafficking were killed because they

fell off a train. We have no way of tracking that. That is the message

to families in central America. If they make it, they will be sent

back. Clues are revealed in the mystery of the jet that they `` that

vanished. Tonight, the jet was Mac spiral into the ocean. Our

correspondent again tonight `` the jet's. The jet spiralling into the

sea. The wide bodied plane running out of fuel, investigators believe

an engine flamed out by the autopilot adjusted to keep the jet

fly in. Soon, the second engine quit, turning off the autopilot.

That is when the plane begins falling, with Australia believing

the jet began spiralling, I think that would have lasted five minutes

before finally slamming into the ocean surface. Investigators say the

crew wasn't responsive. Why? A lack of oxygen? Was it intentional? The

report does say that for the last five hours of flight, the computer

was flying the plane. We are confident the aircraft was operating

on autopilot. The black box underwater pings? Hurt by the

British, Chinese and Americans `` third. They want real. Where does

that leave us? We are zeroing in on a new search area `` weren't real.

This is hundreds of miles south of where they first had the search.

People at home will say that we saw the videos of the boy, how do they

not see the warning signs? They knew he was troubled and they thought

that he might want to take his own life. They never thought that he

would want to kill others. This will fight and a lot of people. In the
