Good morning. Long queues of up to two and a half hours at Heathrow

airport are causing huge damage to the reputation of the UK three

months before the start of the Olympic Games. That's the view of

the chairman of the Home Affairs Committee, who has now called the

Immigration Minister to give evidence to MPs about border

controls. Our correspondent Richard As you say, some up passengers in

the past week have had to wait over two hours to get through

immigration at Heathrow. The airport's owners say that the

situation they are becoming increasingly frustrated about but

it's beyond their control so the pressure is on the Home Office and

the UK border agency to tackle the problem. This was Heathrow's

Terminal 5 last night, frustrated passengers in lengthy queues. Some

waited more than two Abbas to get to immigration where they found

only a handful of desks Open -- two hours. The UK border agency says it

tries to minimise disruption but can't compromise security. He

throws owners say it an acceptable, though, and MPs are looking for

answers, too. The call for the government is quite clear. You

either get more resources to deal with the issue now, not just after

27th July for the Olympic period, or you look after we checks have

been reimposed. Damian green has now been called to appear before

the Home Affairs Select Committee next month to account for the

problems. With the Olympics looming, he will have to reassure MPs the

border agency can cope. And it seems like these won't be repeated

all through the summer. Well, I've spoken to the

authorities at Heathrow who say there were longer than usual delays

this morning but things are back to normal. The problem, it seems, no

one has the confidence that these long delays of three hours won't

happen again. Richard, thank you. A senior

Conservative has suggested there could be a Whitehall investigation

into whether the Culture Secretary breached the ministerial code after

the Leveson Inquiry confirmed it could not rule on his actions.

Jeremy Hunt is under pressure over his contacts with News Corporation

as the company sought to take full control of BSkyB. Our political

correspondent Alan Soady is here. What happens now? From the

Government's perspective, they would like everyone to wait until

Jeremy hands goes to the Leverson Inquiry into press standards in a

couple of weeks' time and gives his account, of events. And they feel

that will be enough to clear his name in this -- Jeremy Hunter. And

show he didn't do any special favours for the Murdochs and BSkyB.

Lord Levison has not done the Government a favour. He has said he

will not civic culture secretary any earlier, so this drags on for

at least another couple of weeks and he has said is not his job to

decide whether a minister has breached the ministerial code of

conduct, and that is what there is pressure from the Government's

opponents to have a investigation into. The government is saying, in

due course, if there are still outstanding issues after Jeremy

Hunt has been to the Leverson Inquiry, if perhaps they could be

something else. Opponents say, why not just get on with it now?

Thank you. The European Union foreign policy chief, Catherine

Ashton, is in Burma to demonstrate support for recent political

reforms there. She has held talks with the pro-democracy leader Aung

San Suu Kyi and will meet ministers of the military-backed government,

as well as opening a new European Union office in Rangoon.

Police in Malaysia have clashed with demonstrators in the capital,

Kuala Lumpur. They fired fired tear gas and water cannon at thousands

of protestors who are demanding electoral reform ahead of national

polls in the country in the next few months. A similar rally last

July ended in violence and hundreds of arrests.

Police hunting a man suspected of two murders in the north of England

say they have had a number of reported sightings. The public have

been warned not to approach James Allen, who's being sought in

connection with the deaths of 81- year-old Colin Dunford in

Middlesbrough and 50-year-old Julie Davis in Whitby. Our correspondent

Danny Savage is at Cleveland Police Overnight, police say they have had

various reports of possible sightings of James Alan. They have

come from the Scarborough and Whitby areas, North Yorkshire coast

and also from in Middlesbrough. They say they are following up on

all of those reports but still the man they are looking for remains at

large. The hunt for James Alan came to

Scarborough last night. Police searched a bed-and-breakfast in the

seaside resort. There was a reported sighting of the man they

want. But they didn't find him. And the man hunt goes on. This is who

they are looking for. The 35-year- old is fight that seven, and has

tattoos on both arms. -- 5 ft 7. Police believe he is responsible

for two brutal murders. 81 euros Colin Dunford was found dead on

Monday at his home suffering serious head injuries. Then, on

Wednesday, 50-year-old Julie Davis's body was discovered in

Whitby. She was found by her sister and had also suffered severe head

injuries. It emerged yesterday Colin Dunford was a former

neighbour of the wanted man. More than 100 officers from the

Cleveland and North Yorkshire forces are taking part in the hunt.

People in the area are being merged -- urged you to lock their doors

and windows and to be cautious. Detectives admit he has a criminal

record and is a known drug user. They are urging him to give himself

up. And just a reminder of what police said to him last night

yesterday, they said, stop now, do the rite thing, consider the

consequences. You have inflicted death on two families. Stopham hand

yourself in but previous experience shows the most likely scenario here

is he will be spotted by a member of the public. It will be reported

and police will follow it up and the police are still following up,
