A man arrested in Stockholm after yesterday's fatal lorry attack

is almost certainly driver, according to Swedish police.

Four people were killed and 15 injured when the lorry

crashed into the front of a department store.

Police have confirmed a suspicious device was found inside the truck.

After yesterday's horror, able have come together to reflect, to

remember. We were walking in the shop yesterday when it happened.

Patrick and Francesca are tourists who the basement of the department

store when the truck hit. We went up the escalator and we saw panic,

police with guns and stuff like that. How did people react? People

were screaming and running to the other side of the building. We took

the side entrance and we went out and we kept running to the other

side of the city. This is the moment terror spread suddenly through the

at shoppers. Late last night the wreckage was towed away as police

questioned the man they think was at the wheel. We have confirmed that he

is a man from the Uzbekistan, 39 years old, that is what we know. In

addition to that we would not like to see anything further about his

whereabouts and his background. There is a quiet contemplative mood

here today. People are considering what happened yesterday. They know

it will take time to sink in but there is also concern about the

deeper impact this may have. It is important we sure that we are not

afraid, that Sweden will not change and that we will keep strong and

work together for a better Sweden. It is going to be a different store

called from now on. You see the same thing in Brussels and Paris. I hope

not but I think people are going to be more conscious. This morning

politicians and the Crown Princess paid their respects. Everyone here

wants to understand more about who attacked the heart of this nation

and why. The United States has expressed

disappointment but not surprise at Russian criticism of its attack

on a Syrian government airbase. The US says it targeted the facility

because it was used to carry out chemical weapons attacks,

in which 89 people are The Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson

has said he has cancelled a planned visit to Moscow.

The cruise missile strikes on the Syrian air base were a sharp

departure from a president whose policy on the campaign trail

to the White House was one of avoiding overseas conflicts.
