A British man is named as one of the victims of Friday's truck

:00:11.:00:13.

Close to the scene today, thousands gathered to pay their respects

:00:14.:00:17.

to the four people killed - another 15 were injured.

:00:18.:00:19.

Chris Bevington, who was 41, had made his home in Sweden -

:00:20.:00:24.

his family have remembered him as talented, compassionate and caring.

:00:25.:00:29.

In Egypt - two bombs targeting the Coptic Christian community have

:00:30.:00:32.

A huge data breach at the payday lender Wonga -

:00:33.:00:37.

up to a quarter of a million customers are affected.

:00:38.:00:41.

And Princes William and Harry are among those gathered

:00:42.:00:45.

in France to mark 100 years since the First World War

:00:46.:00:48.

A British father of two was among the victims of Friday's terror

:00:49.:01:12.

attack in the Swedish capital Stockholm.

:01:13.:01:15.

Chris Bevington - who was 41 - was among four people killed

:01:16.:01:18.

when a hijacked lorry crashed into a department store.

:01:19.:01:22.

Today, as thousands attended a vigil for those who died,

:01:23.:01:25.

more details have been emerging of the man behind the attack.

:01:26.:01:28.

Our correspondent Dan Johnson is in Stockholm.

:01:29.:01:34.

The mood here is still quite subject, two days after the attack,

:01:35.:01:42.

there was a minutes silence, observed with total respect, but

:01:43.:01:45.

people were trying to process the confusion of thoughts that have been

:01:46.:01:50.

circulating over the weekend because of this attack, thinking of the

:01:51.:01:53.

victims, considering what it might mean in terms of changes for the

:01:54.:01:58.

future. And processing the new information that of the four people

:01:59.:02:02.

who died it, two were from overseas and one was a British man who had

:02:03.:02:11.

made his life in Sweden. Talented compassionate and caring, Chris

:02:12.:02:13.

Bevington in the words of his father. He chose to marry and call

:02:14.:02:18.

Sweden home. He had young children here and worked for the music

:02:19.:02:25.

company Spotify. He was here in Stockholm's crowded shopping streets

:02:26.:02:29.

on Friday afternoon when a hijacked truck was turned into a weapon. A

:02:30.:02:34.

Belgian and two Swedish citizens were also killed in the attack.

:02:35.:02:39.

Today investigators revealed more about the man they think was at the

:02:40.:02:45.

wheel. TRANSLATION: We know the suspect showed sympathies for

:02:46.:02:48.

extremist organisations, amongst them Islamic State. He's a

:02:49.:02:54.

39-year-old from Uzbekistan although he hasn't officially been named. He

:02:55.:02:58.

was on the security services radar, although they say he was a marginal

:02:59.:03:02.

figure. His application to stay in Sweden was turned down last summer

:03:03.:03:05.

and the police were looking for him because he had avoided being

:03:06.:03:11.

deported. This is where the truck ended up, smashed against the

:03:12.:03:13.

department store window, people have come here to write messages of hope

:03:14.:03:18.

and a finance and there have been more tributes to the victim 's -- of

:03:19.:03:28.

hope and defiance. Just yards away, a chance to share feelings, try to

:03:29.:03:34.

make sense of them, sadness, anger and fear, of what might happen next.

:03:35.:03:39.

Quite emotional. I'm very sad and angry but it is so wonderful that

:03:40.:03:45.

people have come together. We stand here in solidarity. Not just in

:03:46.:03:51.

Stockholm, but around the world, with everyone, you need Stuart

:03:52.:03:56.

Fielden love that we are together and that we are not afraid -- who

:03:57.:04:03.

needs to field the love. There is spontaneous applause for the

:04:04.:04:06.

Stockholm police, and a challenge to those who threaten the way of life

:04:07.:04:12.

here. If we become scared, replay their hand, -- we play their hand,

:04:13.:04:18.

and this is a good picture of how Sweden reacted. This was a display

:04:19.:04:24.

of multiculturalism, kindness and tolerance, things people recognise

:04:25.:04:28.

could now face a threat. Dan Johnson, BBC News, Stockholm.

:04:29.:04:32.

More than 40 people have been killed and many others wounded

:04:33.:04:35.

in two attacks on Christian Coptic churches in Egypt.

:04:36.:04:39.

One blast - in Tanta, north of Cairo - happened

:04:40.:04:41.

as worshippers were gathering for Palm Sunday.

:04:42.:04:43.

So-called Islamic State has claimed responsibility.

:04:44.:04:45.

This report from our Middle East Correspondent, Yolande Knell.

:04:46.:04:52.

Egyptian Christians had gathered to celebrate one of their holiest days.

:04:53.:04:58.

But this Palm Sunday brought violence. The first deadly its

:04:59.:05:05.

motion was during mass at St George 's Church in Tanta, leaving blood

:05:06.:05:13.

everywhere, wooden pews shattered. Just hours later there was another

:05:14.:05:18.

attack here, in the northern city of Alexandria, this time just outside

:05:19.:05:23.

the church, the dead included police officers who had stopped the suicide

:05:24.:05:26.

bomber from entering, the head of Egypt's Coptic Church had already

:05:27.:05:34.

left. In Rome at Palm Sunday prayers Pope Francis condemned the bombings,

:05:35.:05:39.

he is going to visit Egypt later this month. A recent upsurge in

:05:40.:05:47.

attacks on Egypt's Coptic Christians is causing concern, they are one of

:05:48.:05:51.

the oldest Christian communities in the world and they make up one in

:05:52.:05:55.

ten of the country's mainly Muslim arbitration and in Fabry hundreds

:05:56.:06:03.

fled the so-called Islamic State group which also claimed the latest

:06:04.:06:08.

bombings -- in February. In December nearly 30 were killed in this church

:06:09.:06:11.

explosion in Cairo, and Coptic leaders say Christians feel

:06:12.:06:15.

increasingly threatened. I'm very blessed to be part of a church that

:06:16.:06:20.

has faced discrimination systematically now for decades, and

:06:21.:06:25.

the response to that has always been quite gracious, no retaliation and

:06:26.:06:34.

no violence and I pray this continues, because if we return with

:06:35.:06:39.

violence more people will get hurt. Egypt said this is another attempt

:06:40.:06:46.

to destroy national unity by causing divisions, but the Coptic community

:06:47.:06:53.

says much more needs to be done to make them feel safe in their own

:06:54.:06:55.

country. The body of PC Keith Palmer,

:06:56.:06:59.

who was murdered in the Westminster terror attack, has arrived

:07:00.:07:02.

at the Houses of Parliament, His coffin will lie

:07:03.:07:04.

in rest at the chapel It is an honour traditionally

:07:05.:07:08.

afforded only to great statesmen and women,

:07:09.:07:17.

but this afternoon the body of police constable Keith Palmer

:07:18.:07:19.

arrived at the Palace of Westminster to lie in rest at the Chapel

:07:20.:07:25.

of St Mary Undercroft. The bodies of Baroness Thatcher

:07:26.:07:30.

and Tony Benn were the last to lie here, with the permission

:07:31.:07:33.

of the Queen - the chapel falls Her Majesty agreed that PC

:07:34.:07:36.

Palmer should be granted An ordinary copper who performed

:07:37.:07:41.

an extraordinary act of bravery. Tomorrow PC Palmer's coffin

:07:42.:07:47.

will pass through these gates and pass the exact spot

:07:48.:07:54.

where he lost his life. And then the funeral cortege

:07:55.:07:57.

will make its way across the river through streets lined with police

:07:58.:08:02.

and public to Southwark Today, part of the route

:08:03.:08:04.

was being traced by worshippers from the cathedral at

:08:05.:08:12.

the start of Holy Week. The Dean of Southwark will officiate

:08:13.:08:15.

at tomorrow's funeral. The service will include these

:08:16.:08:20.

verses from St John's Gospel. "To lay down one's life

:08:21.:08:28.

for one's friends". The important thing for me is,

:08:29.:08:32.

tomorrow will be his funeral, something that we need to do

:08:33.:08:35.

to honour him and to help his family But for the rest of us, of course,

:08:36.:08:38.

it's representing that sacrifice which I think we can speak

:08:39.:08:46.

of his death as a kind Tributes to PC Palmer continue to be

:08:47.:08:49.

laid in Parliament Square. His courage and his sacrifice

:08:50.:08:54.

commended at the heart Throughout the night,

the Palace of Westminster. There's been a data breach

:09:07.:09:13.

at the payday loan firm Wonga, involving a quarter

:09:14.:09:16.

of a million customers. Personal details leaked include home

:09:17.:09:17.

addresses and bank details. Joe Lynam, our Business

:09:18.:09:20.

Correspondent is here. What do we know? Summer outside the

:09:21.:09:33.

company Wonga try to access highly personal data -- someone outside the

:09:34.:09:37.

company for top is was names and addresses and Saltcoats and the last

:09:38.:09:41.

:09:42.:09:47.

this and it has urged customers to be vigilant, to watch for unusual

:09:48.:09:52.

activity on their bank accounts -- Wonga has apologised. The numbers

:09:53.:09:58.

are pretty huge, 270,000 people in total, most of which are in Britain

:09:59.:10:06.

and that is more than the 160,000 people that were affected by the

:10:07.:10:10.

talk talk breach a couple of years ago, but when the dust settled, the

:10:11.:10:13.

number ended up being considerably smaller. Thanks for joining us.

:10:14.:10:18.

The leader of the UK's biggest trade union, Unite,

:10:19.:10:20.

has demanded that the Labour party investigates what he claims

:10:21.:10:22.

are attempts by some Labour MPs to undermine

:10:23.:10:24.

Len McCluskey's being challenged for the leadership

:10:25.:10:28.

of the union by Gerard Coyne - the result of the contest

:10:29.:10:30.

will be announced at the end of the month,

:10:31.:10:33.

and as our Industry Correspondent John Moylan explains,

:10:34.:10:34.

He's the former Liverpool dock worker who rose to be the most

:10:35.:10:42.

powerful trade union leader in Britain.

:10:43.:10:45.

But he's up against this man, Gerald Coyne, politically

:10:46.:10:47.

to Len McCluskey's right, who believes the UK's biggest

:10:48.:10:49.

Make sure that you do vote, because it is really important.

:10:50.:11:00.

Campaigning in Nottingham, Gerald Coyne says the union needs

:11:01.:11:02.

to focus on the challenge of Brexit, insecure work and the increase

:11:03.:11:05.

of automation, and he is scathing about what he calls Len McCluskey's

:11:06.:11:08.

I am standing because I believe the union has spent too much time

:11:09.:11:12.

messing in Westminster politics, and actually what we need to do

:11:13.:11:16.

is make sure we are focused on making our members's priorities

:11:17.:11:19.

This contest matters, because whoever ends up occupying

:11:20.:11:26.

the general secretary's office on the seventh floor of the Unite

:11:27.:11:29.

headquarters here in London will have an influence,

:11:30.:11:31.

which stretches from workplaces, right through to Westminster.

:11:32.:11:35.

Unite is the UK's biggest trade union, and, of course,

:11:36.:11:38.

it is the biggest donor to the Labour Party.

:11:39.:11:43.

What's more, Len McCluskey has been one of the most powerful

:11:44.:11:47.

supporters of Jeremy Corbyn, and put ?225,000 into Mr Corbyn's

:11:48.:11:50.

He says he is standing by his record, and he rejects

:11:51.:11:56.

We are always driven by Unite's policy, determined by our members.

:11:57.:12:09.

It is my job to make certain their views, their policies,

:12:10.:12:17.

If I have to kick doors down, I will do that, but the idea that

:12:18.:12:23.

I spend too much time meddling in Westminster politics

:12:24.:12:25.

There is a third challenger, seen as politically

:12:26.:12:28.

Ian Allinson says he is the grassroots candidate.

:12:29.:12:34.

I think I am the one candidate in this election that has not worked

:12:35.:12:38.

at the top of the union for decades, and I know the expressions

:12:39.:12:41.

of frustration of members at first hand, and it needs shaking up

:12:42.:12:44.

Seasoned Westminster watchers believe the race could define

:12:45.:12:51.

There is no question that Corbyn will be watching this vote,

:12:52.:13:01.

and will hope it goes the way of Len McCluskey, because

:13:02.:13:04.

if Gerald Coyne wins, he knows he will have another enemy.

:13:05.:13:08.

Whoever wins will lead Unite through to the next election.

:13:09.:13:11.

Voting in this increasingly bitter battle closes in just over a week.

:13:12.:13:16.

Some sport now and Lewis Hamilton has won the Chinese Grand Prix.

:13:17.:13:19.

It was a stop-start race in Shanghai as wet

:13:20.:13:21.

But Hamilton's Mercedes led from the start to take

:13:22.:13:27.

Ferrari's Sebastian Vettel was second, with Max Verstappen

:13:28.:13:30.

third, despite starting in 16th place.

:13:31.:13:35.

The Prince of Wales, President Hollande and the Canadian

:13:36.:13:37.

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau all gathered in northern France

:13:38.:13:39.

today to mark one of the bloodiest battles of the First World War.

:13:40.:13:42.

More than 3,500 Canadian troops died in four days

:13:43.:13:45.

of fighting at the Battle of Vimy Ridge.

:13:46.:13:47.

Vimy Ridge is a place of loss and remembrance. The Canadians fought,

:13:48.:14:02.

died, and eventually took the hill behind me. And in nearby Arras,

:14:03.:14:11.

where thousands of Scottish troops were also Roman but, major acts of

:14:12.:14:17.

commemoration of the First World War -- were also remembered.

:14:18.:14:22.

It was the battle that defined a nation, in a conflict whose

:14:23.:14:24.

Today's commemoration at Vimy Ridge was a chance for Canada to remember

:14:25.:14:32.

those who fell here and those who rose to the

:14:33.:14:34.

The burden they bore and the country they made, because this,

:14:35.:14:43.

More than 3500 Canadians died in the four days it took

:14:44.:14:56.

An event later described as the moment Canada came of age.

:14:57.:15:17.

Today, beneath a World War I fly past, Prince William

:15:18.:15:20.

and Prince Harry laids boots and poppies, as symbols

:15:21.:15:22.

This was a battlefield of corpses, the Canadians

:15:23.:15:32.

at Vimy embodied the true North, strong and free.

:15:33.:15:35.

In nearby Arras, Scottish losses were also remembered today.

:15:36.:15:42.

That he lay down his life for his friends. The daily rate of

:15:43.:15:51.

casualties was greater than the Somme, amongst those to die was

:15:52.:15:55.

26-year-old Sergeant David would from Edinburgh. We would not be here

:15:56.:16:03.

without them, we would not be free to do what we want, when we want,

:16:04.:16:07.

they fought and died for us and we have got to remember them. There are

:16:08.:16:15.

no more combat veterans alive from the First World War. Vimy Ridge and

:16:16.:16:21.

Arras are amongst the final great acts of commemoration, to honour

:16:22.:16:26.

their sacrifice mourn their loss, and remember their lives. Duncan

:16:27.:16:33.

Kennedy, BBC News at Vimy Ridge.
