first we have questions to the Secretary of State for Wales. | :00:00. | :00:11.
Order, order. Questions to the Secretary of State for Wales. | :00:12. | :00:20.
Question number one, Mr Spe`ker Thank you, Mr Speaker. I'm sure the | :00:21. | :00:25.
whole house will join me in marking the 50th anniversary of the tragedy | :00:26. | :00:29.
which takes place this Frid`y. This was an event that shocked not just | :00:30. | :00:33.
Wales, but the whole of the country and the wider world. I'm sure | :00:34. | :00:37.
colleagues across the House will also pay tribute to the bravery and | :00:38. | :00:42.
strong community ties which pull the people through the immediatd | :00:43. | :00:44.
aftermath and provided so mtch support in the months and ydars that | :00:45. | :00:49.
followed. Wales is benefiting from millions of pounds of UK investment | :00:50. | :00:53.
across the country. We are modernising our rail infrastructure, | :00:54. | :00:58.
investing and providing significant funding and support to improve | :00:59. | :01:02.
Internet speeds. This is a clear demonstration of the governdd plasma | :01:03. | :01:04.
commitment to delivering and improving infrastructure in all | :01:05. | :01:12.
corners of Wales. Wales recdives its funding from the Barnet pluck. Does | :01:13. | :01:16.
my right honourable friend recognise that the UK Government has ` part to | :01:17. | :01:21.
play in UK infrastructure, so that it meets the UK's strategic need as | :01:22. | :01:27.
well as in Wales with yellow my honourable friend -- in Walds? We | :01:28. | :01:37.
are pleased to introduce a funding which gives Wales and ?50 for every | :01:38. | :01:41.
hundred pounds that is spent in England. We have the electrhc | :01:42. | :01:44.
indication of the great Western mainline. The significant prison | :01:45. | :01:49.
project and their broadband roll-out. We interconnected | :01:50. | :01:53.
economies, and are determindd to do our best to the whole of thd UK Can | :01:54. | :02:01.
I associate myself with the gentleman's marks. I'm pleased to | :02:02. | :02:06.
hear the emphasis on interconnectivity of infrastructure. | :02:07. | :02:12.
He will note the North Wales bid growth supported by cross-p`rty | :02:13. | :02:17.
politicians and local authorities. It needs support, financial support, | :02:18. | :02:21.
from the UK Government. Will the UK Government give support fin`ncially | :02:22. | :02:27.
to the growth bed? Can I pax tribute to the honourable member for the | :02:28. | :02:31.
work he's doing on a cross-border basis with the Mersey Alliance and | :02:32. | :02:35.
the all-party group this arda. This resonates with our policy to develop | :02:36. | :02:41.
a growth that works on cross-border basis. We are working with those who | :02:42. | :02:45.
are developing the North Wales growth deal. In negotiation with | :02:46. | :02:51.
that. We have received a bid and of course we will analyse it in due | :02:52. | :02:55.
course. It has been recentlx submitted, but we are keen to work | :02:56. | :03:00.
together. Is my right honourable friend knows, trade passages from | :03:01. | :03:05.
and to my constituency is p`rt of the great Western Railway lhne. | :03:06. | :03:09.
Could my right honourable friend tell me when the new interchty | :03:10. | :03:18.
express trains will be oper`tional? The honourable member highlhghts the | :03:19. | :03:22.
investment in the great Western mainline, and much of the attention | :03:23. | :03:25.
is rightly drawn to the infrastructure of the | :03:26. | :03:28.
electrification itself. But it is fair to say that as soon as we have | :03:29. | :03:33.
electrified as far as Didcot all Swindon, then the new trains will be | :03:34. | :03:37.
operational. Both his consthtuents and mine and those in Wales and the | :03:38. | :03:40.
South West in general, will benefit from modern trains well before the | :03:41. | :03:48.
infrastructure has been completed. In terms of infrastructural | :03:49. | :03:52.
investment on both sides of the border. Can I ask him what | :03:53. | :03:55.
conversations he's had with the Welsh government about the @5, which | :03:56. | :04:05.
goes towards the Wrexham arda, with particular road safety problems The | :04:06. | :04:11.
honourable lady raises an ilportant point, and this is something that | :04:12. | :04:16.
has crossed the discussions over the North Wales growth deal, and | :04:17. | :04:19.
underlines the interactivitx of the region, in particular with | :04:20. | :04:21.
Manchester, Merseyside and North Wales. We are working closely with | :04:22. | :04:26.
the government on their infrastructure plan and the National | :04:27. | :04:29.
infrastructure plans for thd whole of the United Kingdom. It is | :04:30. | :04:32.
important that they dovetail appropriately. The Minister will be | :04:33. | :04:38.
aware of a range of infrastructure improvement proposals contahned with | :04:39. | :04:43.
in the North Wales and Mersdy plan. Did he advise on the merits of | :04:44. | :04:47.
seeking funding via North W`les growth bid by cross-border partners | :04:48. | :04:54.
to accelerate the delivery of those which are priorities in the | :04:55. | :04:58.
short-term, and help facilitate it? Can I pay tribute to my honourable | :04:59. | :05:03.
friend for his work on this. It was one of the first meetings that he | :05:04. | :05:08.
drew attention after the general elections, which has led to the | :05:09. | :05:14.
growth track proposal. Of course, there are growth elements and also | :05:15. | :05:16.
transport infrastructure eldments. It's important that we ensure these | :05:17. | :05:22.
come together for the benefht of the whole region. I'm happy to work with | :05:23. | :05:25.
him and the Department for Transport as we approach the consider`tions | :05:26. | :05:31.
which will take place in dud course. I would also like to associ`te my | :05:32. | :05:35.
party and myself with his comments in relation to the disaster. The | :05:36. | :05:40.
Treasury aims to pull government pension schemes in well in Dngland | :05:41. | :05:43.
to great wealth to invest in infrastructure, and each fund | :05:44. | :05:48.
containing assets of ?25 billion. Welsh assets come up to 30 billion. | :05:49. | :05:56.
It will be swallowed up by ` cross-border pool. Will he demand | :05:57. | :06:00.
specific Welsh wealth fund, so that the contribution of Welsh government | :06:01. | :06:05.
workers are used to invest hn infrastructure in Wales? Thd | :06:06. | :06:10.
honourable member raises quhte a technical error of policy. There are | :06:11. | :06:18.
appropriate economies of sc`le in -- technical part of policy. The worst | :06:19. | :06:21.
government have made their views clear. It is not only Welsh money | :06:22. | :06:24.
for Wales which on the basis of it would sound good, it's about having | :06:25. | :06:27.
the economies of scale so that we can access funding elsewherd as | :06:28. | :06:31.
well. It is therefore not necessarily the right thing, but I'm | :06:32. | :06:36.
certainly not closing the idea. Question to you, Mr Speaker. -- | :06:37. | :06:43.
question two. I'm very supportive of achieving a deal for Swanse` Bay | :06:44. | :06:49.
City. It is about empowering them to bring forward specific proposals for | :06:50. | :06:53.
their region. I welcome the announcement in the budget that we | :06:54. | :06:56.
will be opening negotiations, but it must be the right deal, a wdll | :06:57. | :06:59.
thought out deal, that delivers the whole region. The Minister will know | :07:00. | :07:10.
that Brexit will deal a major body blow for Swansea universitids in the | :07:11. | :07:13.
Swansea region overall. What assurances can he give it in a | :07:14. | :07:16.
statement from the autumn the Chancellor will give a firm | :07:17. | :07:19.
commitment to put his money where his mouth is? We want hard cash not | :07:20. | :07:24.
hot air, to provide the support we want for jobs and prosperitx | :07:25. | :07:30.
stoplight I should correct ,- prosperity. Swansea voted to leave, | :07:31. | :07:39.
so that was their decision. He has to be slightly fair or not this | :07:40. | :07:42.
government has delivered. Wd have delivered a city deal for C`rdiff, | :07:43. | :07:46.
over ?1 billion investment. Including a guarantee that the | :07:47. | :07:50.
European element would be stpported. If the Swansea East eg deal is as | :07:51. | :07:53.
good as it appears to be, and as good as the indications would appear | :07:54. | :08:02.
to be -- if the Swansea citx deal. The Swansea Bay City Deal ahms to | :08:03. | :08:08.
turn the region into a digital super hub, to boost the local economy | :08:09. | :08:12.
transform energy delivery and improve health and social c`re. With | :08:13. | :08:16.
the Minister ensure the house that this deal would not face delays as | :08:17. | :08:23.
experienced by the tidal lagoon In terms of the delay, I think it is | :08:24. | :08:27.
important to point out that this was announced at the largest budget but | :08:28. | :08:31.
has been taken forward. But it is a bottom-up approach. Better `t the | :08:32. | :08:35.
latest budget. We believe vdry strongly that the proposal should | :08:36. | :08:37.
come from the region, and it is fantastic to see in way the four | :08:38. | :08:46.
authorities are working togdther. If the detail is persuasive, then their | :08:47. | :08:53.
support will be there. Numbdr three please, Mr Speaker. Thank you, Mr | :08:54. | :08:57.
Speaker. This week will see the completion of the works on the | :08:58. | :09:03.
Severn Tunnel. This is a trtly historic occasion and is a clear | :09:04. | :09:06.
demonstration of this government's commitment to deliver a real | :09:07. | :09:09.
investment strategy which whll benefit the people of Wales in its | :09:10. | :09:16.
entirety. The Secretary of State has already spoken about the calpaign | :09:17. | :09:20.
which as the Minister will know has the potential to transform the area | :09:21. | :09:24.
by delivering 70,000 new jobs over 20 years. Including my constituency, | :09:25. | :09:31.
identified as the first priority. Will the Minister join with me in | :09:32. | :09:35.
the words of encouragement heard this morning and to make | :09:36. | :09:39.
representations to the Chancellor, to ensure this much-needed | :09:40. | :09:44.
investment? Am very pleased to echo the words of this Secretary of State | :09:45. | :09:47.
for Wales. These are made in the north-west and made in Wales | :09:48. | :09:54.
connectivity. They are proposals that we are supportive of, `nd I'm | :09:55. | :09:58.
very pleased to say that thd Treasury this morning actually wrote | :09:59. | :10:02.
to the proposals in North W`les stating its support the proposals in | :10:03. | :10:10.
question. ?730 million has been ring fenced for the electrificathon of | :10:11. | :10:14.
the Valley lines, although this is not expected to be completed until | :10:15. | :10:22.
at least 2022 or 2023. What assurances, however, has thd | :10:23. | :10:26.
Minister had that the ?120 lillion from the European new regional | :10:27. | :10:31.
development fund will in fact be still forthcoming for this project | :10:32. | :10:37.
before the UK leaves the EU? I'm very grateful to my honourable | :10:38. | :10:40.
friend the question. The situation is very clear. The proposals for the | :10:41. | :10:45.
south wales metro are part of the Cardiff city deal. There ard | :10:46. | :10:48.
significant investments which includes a contribution frol the | :10:49. | :10:51.
European fund of around ?110 million. Minor stemming frol the | :10:52. | :10:54.
Treasury is that if necessary, that element of the contribution will be | :10:55. | :10:59.
-- my understanding from. It will be footed by the Treasury if rdquired. | :11:00. | :11:04.
The European element will bd funded by the European Union. | :11:05. | :11:09.
I associate myself with the words of the Secretary of State on the | :11:10. | :11:15.
Aberfan disaster. I was the same age as the children kill any tr`gedy. | :11:16. | :11:22.
Also I do agree that it was the darkest day of many of our lives | :11:23. | :11:28.
when Aberfan lost a generathon. Kenny Minister tell the hours | :11:29. | :11:32.
whether he has had discussions with the Welsh and Irish governmdnts on | :11:33. | :11:37.
conductivity between rail and the poll of Holyhead? I assure xou, the | :11:38. | :11:45.
Wales Office has had discussions with the Welsh and Irish governments | :11:46. | :11:50.
and with the rail minister `t Westminster as well. Isn't ht a | :11:51. | :11:57.
scandal that in 13 years in Government, Labour held to dlectrify | :11:58. | :12:08.
a single-track in Wales. It is not germane to the responsibilities I | :12:09. | :12:19.
agree with the comments. But the Secretary of State agree with me | :12:20. | :12:25.
that rail electric occasion in north Wales has been neglected for over 14 | :12:26. | :12:29.
years? We have not been givdn a definite date for this projdct to | :12:30. | :12:32.
the head. I agree with the honourable lady that investlent is | :12:33. | :12:38.
long overdue. It is important to highlight that the investments easy | :12:39. | :12:42.
at this point in time, ?43 lillion for signalling and a signifhcant | :12:43. | :12:47.
investment in the Chester lhnks into Wrexham, and it is important that | :12:48. | :12:52.
the growth proposals are looked at carefully and coherently to see how | :12:53. | :12:55.
we can increase collectivitx in north Wales. Thank you. Can I join | :12:56. | :13:03.
the Secretary of State in m`rking the 50th anniversary of the Aberfan | :13:04. | :13:07.
disaster. I would like to p`ge gets to the spirit and resiliencd of the | :13:08. | :13:13.
people of Aberfan. Rail passenger numbers into our capital city | :13:14. | :13:18.
station, Cardiff Central, h`ve increased. The expansion of the | :13:19. | :13:22.
station, in conjunction with the south wales metro project, hncluding | :13:23. | :13:31.
the branding, is critical. Canny Secretary of State -- funding. Say | :13:32. | :13:40.
why he will not allow artists to have a station fit for purpose? I | :13:41. | :13:46.
welcome the honourable lady. In relation to Cardiff under this is | :13:47. | :13:54.
another example of the old-fashioned thing of hearing whispers and you | :13:55. | :13:56.
know best. We are still waiting clearly proposals. This is ` matter | :13:57. | :14:03.
of investing in something that a Labour Government neglected for 14 | :14:04. | :14:09.
years. We will look at it in a constructive manner. In Aprhl's | :14:10. | :14:14.
Welsh questions, my honourable friend told the house that xou make | :14:15. | :14:20.
a massive contribution to the Welsh economy, the largest trading partner | :14:21. | :14:23.
and support loads of jobs and investment for project all `round | :14:24. | :14:27.
Wales. For months on from the referendum result, what is the | :14:28. | :14:31.
Secretary of State's Brexit line for Wales to replace that trade, those | :14:32. | :14:35.
jobs and infrastructure? Whdre is it? When the leading edge? @gain, on | :14:36. | :14:44.
the issue of Brexit, I have do say that Wales didn't vote to ldave the | :14:45. | :14:47.
European Union. I stand by ly comments but it is important to | :14:48. | :14:51.
point out that the Wales Office have been going around, talking to | :14:52. | :14:56.
stakeholders, identifying areas and trying to reassure. I hope the | :14:57. | :15:01.
honourable lady would build on the commitments made by the Chancellor | :15:02. | :15:05.
to ensure that we will support European funding projects in Wales | :15:06. | :15:08.
and agriculture funding in Wales. These are written proposals from the | :15:09. | :15:15.
Treasury which should be welcomed. I've remain in close contact with my | :15:16. | :15:20.
friend, the Secretary of St`te for friend, the Secretary of St`te for | :15:21. | :15:27.
business energy. This is an exciting project for Wales. I'm due to meet | :15:28. | :15:30.
with Charles Hendry tomorrow to get an update on the progress of the | :15:31. | :15:33.
independent review and look forward to hearing the findings when he | :15:34. | :15:39.
reports later this autumn. Last week saw Sheffield masted and lots of | :15:40. | :15:47.
others back Charles Hendry with this review. Will they listen and get on | :15:48. | :15:57.
the Swansea Bay deal? I recognise the honourable lady s | :15:58. | :16:01.
what Charles Hendry's intervention what Charles Hendry's intervention | :16:02. | :16:05.
has been seen as a positive thing. The point is welcomed. Not only by | :16:06. | :16:11.
politicians, but the business community in South Wales and across | :16:12. | :16:15.
the northern powerhouse. We recognise the contribution this | :16:16. | :16:17.
could make and we looking forward to his judgment. While it is ilportant | :16:18. | :16:24.
that the findings of the Hendry review are able to be taken into | :16:25. | :16:28.
account, will the Secretary of State, as soon as it reports, press | :16:29. | :16:31.
for progress on this exciting project which am not only h`s the | :16:32. | :16:36.
potential to deliver clean dnergy, but will increase environs that | :16:37. | :16:45.
characterises Swansea. Thank you. I look forward to the inclusion of the | :16:46. | :16:49.
Charles Hendry report. Therd is no doubt that this has great potential | :16:50. | :16:55.
for Swansea Bay, at a test project. They, as do I, have a project to the | :16:56. | :17:00.
taxpayer to make sure it works the consumers, taxpayers and represents | :17:01. | :17:03.
Alea from money for all concerned. Having taken a bloody nose for | :17:04. | :17:11.
Hinckley and a blood line for fracking, is it time that wd reached | :17:12. | :17:16.
a decision that fully supported the house and the population at large? | :17:17. | :17:20.
Why hold up any further British made British owned product that could | :17:21. | :17:27.
change the focus of Wales and businesses across the country? The | :17:28. | :17:33.
honourable lady and I agree they would like to see something like | :17:34. | :17:38.
prospect and opportunities ht prospect and opportunities ht | :17:39. | :17:40.
provides what we do have an obligation to the taxpayer. We have | :17:41. | :17:43.
to make sure this is value for money. Only in recent weeks, | :17:44. | :17:46.
honourable lady and her colleagues honourable lady and her colleagues | :17:47. | :17:50.
have been complaining at thd energy to Tata and other firms. We have do | :17:51. | :17:55.
make sure we demonstrate thhs in a cost-effective way suit taxpayers. | :17:56. | :18:06.
Well, let me pay tribute to the mayor for his time and thank him for | :18:07. | :18:11.
his contribution. Tourism, `s you know, is vital to the econolic | :18:12. | :18:15.
growth in Wales. It has been great for the UK and Wales with btsiness | :18:16. | :18:21.
increasing by 24% in the last 1 months alone. Well he paid tribute | :18:22. | :18:27.
to the magnificent tourist attractions in Newport? -- well he? | :18:28. | :18:40.
All of which have increased Tory's numbers last year by up to 70%? Will | :18:41. | :18:45.
he confirm that visitors to all parts of Wales always praisd the | :18:46. | :18:53.
warmth of our hospitality? H would clearly agree fully with th`t | :18:54. | :18:58.
comment about everything av`ilable in Wales but, in particular, can I | :18:59. | :19:04.
Newport campaign? It shows hn Newport campaign? It shows hn | :19:05. | :19:07.
Newport is not just a great place to live what a great place to visit. | :19:08. | :19:16.
Thank you. With the and bees on the lake, and new management -- B and | :19:17. | :19:25.
Bs. Especially ones that will Bs. Especially ones that will | :19:26. | :19:31.
deliver gay weddings, do yot not think Wales B and bees deliver | :19:32. | :19:39.
greater welcoming to the English? Yes, it does not matter if xou're | :19:40. | :19:43.
English, Welsh, or any other nationality. Everyone is kex to | :19:44. | :19:47.
dualism. Control of Smoke Pollution Act to risen -- tourism. I `lso wish | :19:48. | :20:01.
to add my support to the victims of Aberfan disaster on this | :20:02. | :20:05.
anniversary. The Secretary of State is a very passionate campaigner in | :20:06. | :20:09.
reducing the AG. He made sole pronounced comments about the | :20:10. | :20:12.
campaign in the past. But hd stand by them? -- VAT. What point did he | :20:13. | :20:23.
make about the benefits to lack That is right. I advocate wdll | :20:24. | :20:27.
taxes. I do welcome the fact that the governments has got nathonal | :20:28. | :20:30.

agree with my honourable frhend that to risen in north Wales has done | :21:04. | :21:07.
speaking to hoteliers and they were speaking to hoteliers and they were | :21:08. | :21:13.
saying they enjoyed 90% occtpancy during the summer, so there has been | :21:14. | :21:23.
a Brexit in an in retrospect. I'm in regular contact with my | :21:24. | :21:26.
honourable friend, the Secrdtary of State for business energy and | :21:27. | :21:32.
strategy. Needless minister and the Welsh Minister of the econoly. We | :21:33. | :21:36.
have not lost focus. The governments leaves no Stone unturned to support | :21:37. | :21:42.
the steel sector. What assurances can you Secretary of State gave that | :21:43. | :21:45.
the rent completion of a johnt bedroom between Tata and fighting | :21:46. | :21:51.
group that commitment will be made on jobs and the continuation of | :21:52. | :21:54.
primary steel-making in Port Talbot and across Wales? It's in the UK | :21:55. | :22:03.
strategic interest to maint`in the steel capacity making in thd UK And | :22:04. | :22:11.
Port Talbot. The Government is supporting any better. The latter | :22:12. | :22:15.
for Tata, it's about whether they pursue the joint-venture but we are | :22:16. | :22:20.
speaking to Tata and there `re much more discussions, as with wdre a lot | :22:21. | :22:23.
this year. Welsh deal is obviously this year. Welsh deal is obviously | :22:24. | :22:32.
of the highest quality. Wills Building expansion. -- steel. - | :22:33. | :22:41.
will it be used in the expansion? We need a positive decision as soon as | :22:42. | :22:50.
possible. The rubble member Anthony and he knows the decision comes in | :22:51. | :22:53.
but he makes an important point about the infrastructure and the use | :22:54. | :22:56.
of steel in infrastructure projects. The UK governments has alre`dy | :22:57. | :23:00.
changed the procurement rulds, which will make it easier for British | :23:01. | :23:07.
steel to be used. The red's largest civil engineering scheme usds almost | :23:08. | :23:18.
entirely British steel. -- Durope. As the representative for Bromley, I | :23:19. | :23:22.
want to associate myself with points on... Order. Order. The honourable | :23:23. | :23:33.
member has a very personal reasons to acknowledge the Aberfan disaster. | :23:34. | :23:40.
Thank you. I want to associ`te myself with the comments of the | :23:41. | :23:46.
secretary of state and the Shadow Secretary of State on the 50th | :23:47. | :23:51.
anniversary of the Aberfan disaster. I want to align my support the | :23:52. | :23:55.
families opportunity. One of the major challenges facing the steel | :23:56. | :24:00.
industry is that energy costs are far higher than those of our | :24:01. | :24:04.
competitors. Despite this, little action has been taken. Can H have | :24:05. | :24:07.
the secretary of state which action he is taking or what the Government | :24:08. | :24:13.
is doing to bring down energy costs? Can I Wellcome the honourable member | :24:14. | :24:22.
to his position and to the front of the room? He makes a very ilportant | :24:23. | :24:30.
point regarding energy costs. He will be well aware that the energy | :24:31. | :24:33.
intensive industry package that the Government has put forward responded | :24:34. | :24:41.
to demands of the industry `nd from Tata specifically. We reducd the | :24:42. | :24:44.
energy costs by ?9 million. Something that has been welcomed. It | :24:45. | :24:48.
has put us in a much strongdr position to turnaround profhts. A | :24:49. | :24:55.
loss of ?64 million, to a ?85 million operating profit. | :24:56. | :25:02.
They in principle agreement from the Welsh Government for transport and | :25:03. | :25:07.

tabled an amendment to the dconomy bill that will provide free Wi-Fi | :25:22. | :25:27.
into the inclusion of any r`il franchise. Is this Wellcome? Should | :25:28. | :25:35.
fair point. It would be appreciated fair point. It would be appreciated | :25:36. | :25:39.
by passengers in Wales but `s part of the devolution package, ht has to | :25:40. | :25:44.
be agreed with other members. I m sure they will have comments. During | :25:45. | :25:54.
role awareness in Wales is `bout keeping priorities. Broadband has | :25:55. | :26:02.
been supported, including ?04.2 million and ?13.2 million England. | :26:03. | :26:07.
The Secretary of State and H have had positive discussions around | :26:08. | :26:12.
infrastructure and the mist`ke the skills on future work to rule out | :26:13. | :26:20.
broadband in Wales. -- ruralise Do we agree that fast broadband is | :26:21. | :26:31.
incredibly important to rur`l immunities? BGE has to raisd its | :26:32. | :26:37.
game. I'm sure the mailbag of every MP have our full with this hn | :26:38. | :26:43.
broadband to rural economic broadband to rural economic | :26:44. | :26:45.
development, I can only agrde fully with my honourable friend in my own | :26:46. | :26:54.
constituency. This is around the blood broadband roll out. In a | :26:55. | :27:01.
Twitter message to me, it w`s said that the vast majority of rtral | :27:02. | :27:07.
Wales cannot access superfast broadband. -- can already. ,- 9 %. | :27:08. | :27:14.
The majority is overstating the case but the improvements over rdcent | :27:15. | :27:18.
months has been spectacular, with rate of 90%. There is still more | :27:19. | :27:21.
what to be done but I think, in terms of rural broadband, wd are | :27:22. | :27:25.
going in the right to set the direction in Wales and UK. The main | :27:26. | :27:33.
super fast broadband wind p`tterns, and, literally at the bottol of | :27:34. | :27:40.
people's Gardens. Ouija accdss substantial document about `lleged | :27:41. | :27:43.
the ant that would be an embarrassment, even in the last | :27:44. | :27:48.
century. When does he and hhs Confederates presume you will do | :27:49. | :27:54.
something to move this barrher? The honourable member would be `ware of | :27:55. | :27:57.
investment in his constituency that is approaching 1 million. There are | :27:58. | :28:01.
still issues regarding the broadband roll out in Wales. We are slightly | :28:02. | :28:08.
ahead of the situation in England, which is something we should all | :28:09. | :28:13.
applaud. As the broadband connectivity is in woodlands. We | :28:14. | :28:19.
have to make sure that is achieved sooner rather than later. | :28:20. | :28:42.
Thank you, Mr Speaker, I know everyone will want | :28:43. | :28:44. |
