This is outside source, in the BBC newsroom. The car bombs went off in

:00:16.:00:22.

Ankara, at least 20 people had been killed, it happened close to the

:00:23.:00:27.

Turkish parliament. David Cameron is making a last-minute push to get

:00:28.:00:31.

full support for his proposed reforms of the UK racial ship with

:00:32.:00:35.

European Union, that is all ahead of a vital summits tomorrow, The

:00:36.:00:40.

European Council is meeting in Brussels, of course you get full

:00:41.:00:46.

coverage of that. Let us also talk about Mexico because the Pope has

:00:47.:00:49.

been there over the last few days and he has ended his visit in one of

:00:50.:00:54.

the most dangerous cities in the country, BBC Mundo would explain the

:00:55.:00:58.

significance of his choice to go there. We have also got the

:00:59.:01:03.

Champions League update, two game is underway. We will update you in a

:01:04.:01:04.

couple of minutes. -- two games. Now it has been one of the stories

:01:05.:01:23.

we have been following in great detail over the last few hours, this

:01:24.:01:28.

is the BBC News Asia feed which you might want to follow if you're

:01:29.:01:31.

living there, China appears to have deployed missiles on disputed South

:01:32.:01:38.

China Sea Island, that is quoting local reports. This is alleged to

:01:39.:01:43.

have happened on an island, known as Woody island. If you look at this

:01:44.:01:50.

satellite image, you can see, this was taken on the 14th of January,

:01:51.:01:55.

you can see a number of alleged rocket launchers marked, they are

:01:56.:01:58.

believed to be similar to the rocket launchers pictured there. This map,

:01:59.:02:05.

will display to you just why this is also contentious. There are so many

:02:06.:02:09.

competing claims to ownership, from the countries around them and the

:02:10.:02:14.

number of blue lines marking these different claims show just how

:02:15.:02:17.

complicated things have got. Of course the Americans are following

:02:18.:02:21.

this very closely, here is the US secretary of State John Kerry. We

:02:22.:02:26.

will have further very serious conversations on this and my hope is

:02:27.:02:32.

that China will realise, that it is important to try and resolve the

:02:33.:02:36.

jurisdictional issues of the South China Sea not through unilateral

:02:37.:02:41.

action, not through force, not through militarisation, but through

:02:42.:02:45.

diplomacy, and by working with the other countries and Clements and

:02:46.:02:50.

trying to resolve these differences. One of the most astonishing BBC News

:02:51.:02:53.

reports that we have played outside source in the last few months is

:02:54.:02:58.

when our correspondent Rupert William Fraser Hayes, flew over some

:02:59.:03:01.

of these islands. He has been analysing some of the latest images.

:03:02.:03:06.

There are not very clear, these are small oblong objects on this island,

:03:07.:03:11.

on the beach, parked on the beach. It is interesting that China say

:03:12.:03:15.

they have not put anything on the islands except what is needed for

:03:16.:03:19.

defensive purposes. These missiles in China's eyes, our defensive

:03:20.:03:24.

missiles. I think what we are seeing is an incremental step forward in

:03:25.:03:27.

China's very careful very slow military rise Asian of its islands

:03:28.:03:33.

in the South China Sea. -- militarisation. Actually they sent

:03:34.:03:37.

some fighter jets to land on this island, so it is not the first

:03:38.:03:41.

deployment of military technology to this island. What this could be the

:03:42.:03:46.

first step towards is China putting missiles and aircraft on these new

:03:47.:03:51.

islands further south, which I have an over. Com is a step towards China

:03:52.:03:57.

declaring what it calls an air defence identification zone over its

:03:58.:04:01.

possessions, that would be a major escalation, and would bring China

:04:02.:04:06.

into direct potential confrontation with the United States which has

:04:07.:04:11.

said that it will not accept China's declaring an exclusive air defence

:04:12.:04:17.

zone over the South China Sea. Time for the sport. This is a midfielder

:04:18.:04:22.

for the Russian football team locomotive Moscow, last might they

:04:23.:04:24.

played the Turkish team than Apache in the Europa League -- last night.

:04:25.:04:30.

Uefa has opened disciplinary proceedings against him, this is the

:04:31.:04:35.

reason why. Here he is in his kit during the game, here he is after

:04:36.:04:39.

the game, that is what he had under his shirt. That is a picture of

:04:40.:04:44.

Vladimir Putin on the shirt, underneath, it said "The most polite

:04:45.:04:49.

president." Bearing mind, that Turkey shot down a Russian plane, in

:04:50.:04:54.

fact, Turkey has been accusing Russia of war crimes in Syria, it

:04:55.:05:00.

was so serious that Uefa faced calls to separate Turkish and Russian

:05:01.:05:04.

teams but decided not to do that. But it does ban political messages

:05:05.:05:09.

which is why this is getting the player into trouble. This is what he

:05:10.:05:10.

has had to say for himself: point made, punishment no doubt to

:05:11.:05:30.

come. In the Champions League, Chelsea against PSG was the pick of

:05:31.:05:33.

the games, we are into the knockout phase is now. I haven't seen any of

:05:34.:05:42.

the games because I have been on the show, please bring me up to date?

:05:43.:05:47.

That is why we are here, no controversy so far in these two

:05:48.:05:51.

games in the Champions League tonight, it did spark into life

:05:52.:05:55.

earlier on. It looks like we would have two crib drab games. We have

:05:56.:06:00.

had seven goals, that is so far as the full-time whistle set to go in

:06:01.:06:04.

Rome and Belgium. We will tell you about Rome and Real Madrid first.

:06:05.:06:08.

Because it is currently realm and rid who leads by 2-0 in Italy. The

:06:09.:06:13.

first one is scored by none other than Cristiano Ronaldo. A fantastic

:06:14.:06:19.

goal by him as he peels off the left side, back heals the ball, and then

:06:20.:06:22.

the ball was struck into the top left-hand corner, it took an

:06:23.:06:27.

important deflection, but it did not matter for Cristiano Ronaldo, who

:06:28.:06:32.

went over to his coach to celebrate it. The lead was doubled by Rodrigo

:06:33.:06:39.

's. The full-time whistle has gone, Real Madrid take a very important

:06:40.:06:43.

two away goal lead back to the Bernabeu in a couple of weeks' time.

:06:44.:06:50.

What about Belgium? Wolfsburg, in Ghent, both teams for the first time

:06:51.:06:55.

in the last 16 of the Champions League, thanks to the German clubs,

:06:56.:07:00.

Midfielder Julian Draxler, they went 2-0 up after about 60 minutes. The

:07:01.:07:05.

Wolfsburg coach, one of them was saying how he needed a bit of a

:07:06.:07:10.

travelled after about 80 minutes or so. It looked like the tie was all

:07:11.:07:25.

wrapped up, they had a couple of goals in ten minutes scored, by Sven

:07:26.:07:35.

Combs and Coulibali as well. I can tell you just now, in Belgium, Ghent

:07:36.:07:39.

are definitely not out of this one yet. We appreciate the update. Thank

:07:40.:07:44.

you very much indeed, I don't recommend that any of you turnover,

:07:45.:07:49.

but if you have got a phone you can look at that while you watch us.

:07:50.:07:53.

This time yesterday we were talking about how Manny Pacquiao had got

:07:54.:07:57.

himself into trouble because he had made comments suggesting that

:07:58.:08:01.

homosexuals are "Worse than animals". Then he went on to

:08:02.:08:06.

Facebook to post this video, in which he apologised for causing

:08:07.:08:08.

offence and suggested that he hadn't been condemning LGBT, although if

:08:09.:08:13.

you looked at the original interview it was quite hard to work at how you

:08:14.:08:18.

would draw that conclusion. Now one of his main sponsors Nikkei, says it

:08:19.:08:22.

is not really interested in that apology. It doesn't make up for what

:08:23.:08:24.

was said, and it is dropping him. And that is that. Let Oscar back to

:08:25.:08:43.

football, and yet another achievement for Lionel Messi, he has

:08:44.:08:52.

now scored 300 league goals, he only took 334 games to do it. We cannot

:08:53.:08:56.

show the last goal because we don't have the rights. But watch the

:08:57.:09:01.

training, he is well behind the goal, you wouldn't be kicking from

:09:02.:09:06.

here, there is a huge amount of spin on, and it just drifts in. It is all

:09:07.:09:12.

very impressive, just another day for him I suspect. In a minute on

:09:13.:09:16.

outside source, we are going to turn to a story in Britain, because one

:09:17.:09:21.

British company says it is making real progress towards a hydrogen

:09:22.:09:25.

car. We will find out about this in a few moments time.

:09:26.:09:33.

Here is a story, some of you may have sympathy with, the new director

:09:34.:09:39.

of the National Gallery in London has been criticising the street

:09:40.:09:43.

performers outside the building he is in charge of in Trafalgar Square.

:09:44.:09:47.

He says that he would prefer to see them putting on shows that tie in

:09:48.:09:51.

with the gallery in some way, resume agree rather than just doing Yoda

:09:52.:10:01.

statues. Trafalgar Square is one of London's biggest attractions, but do

:10:02.:10:06.

people turn up for this? Living statues? Six of them were in

:10:07.:10:11.

position today, in front of the National Gallery. Three were dressed

:10:12.:10:17.

as Yoda, a character from Star Wars. Some people leave money, and enjoy

:10:18.:10:21.

what they see. When you have got kids with you it is nice that there

:10:22.:10:24.

are other things going on, definitely. I think they should

:10:25.:10:30.

stay, the only reason I'm here is because of Yoda. But the National

:10:31.:10:34.

Gallery is not happy, they say that there is room for improvement and

:10:35.:10:39.

they want something sorted out. The new director, has told the

:10:40.:10:43.

newspaper, that he wants an area that could work for them instead of

:10:44.:10:47.

Yoda and the musical accompaniment. Some tourists agree that it has got

:10:48.:10:52.

a little bit out of hand? I would prefer to see them not all here, not

:10:53.:10:58.

in the same place. Last summer BBC London revealed that most of the

:10:59.:11:01.

living statues here have come from one town in a mania. They would not

:11:02.:11:07.

talk to us today. Do you think you should be outside of the National

:11:08.:11:11.

Gallery? Do you think that you are an eyesore? You don't understand me.

:11:12.:11:17.

But this man who attends a piece of street art knows them and says they

:11:18.:11:20.

are all just trying to make a living. Honestly, everybody must

:11:21.:11:26.

eat, this is their job. One of the street performers who has asked not

:11:27.:11:31.

to be identified says that Yoda can get more attention than the National

:11:32.:11:35.

Gallery. The director should think again. They are just reacting to

:11:36.:11:39.

what the public go and listen to and watch, maybe that is his problem,

:11:40.:11:43.

maybe he's jealous of the attention that the Star Wars characters get.

:11:44.:11:48.

Westminster council says it is talking to the street performers,

:11:49.:11:50.

trying to find a solution that appeals to everyone.

:11:51.:12:00.

this is outside source, our lead story continues to be the car bomb

:12:01.:12:17.

in Ankara in Turkey, 28 people have died. The explosion happened close

:12:18.:12:23.

to the parliament building and Turkey's military headquarters. This

:12:24.:12:27.

is what we have got coming up after outside source, there will be more

:12:28.:12:40.

on that decision of Apple to fight the FBI on the decision to break

:12:41.:12:45.

into the phone of one of the San Bernardino attackers. And children

:12:46.:12:51.

could be vulnerable to PTSD if they have witnessed domestic violence or

:12:52.:12:55.

abuse. Next on outside source, let us turn to Greece. Protests have

:12:56.:13:01.

been held up against the opening of a new migrant registration centre on

:13:02.:13:04.

the island of costs. We have talked about it a lot because it is so

:13:05.:13:08.

close to Turkey said any migrants leaving Turkey trying to get to

:13:09.:13:11.

Greece and beyond come through the island. This is one of five places

:13:12.:13:16.

chosen to process the huge number of migrants who are arriving on the

:13:17.:13:21.

Greek islands from Turkey. Richard Galpin is there. A rebellion against

:13:22.:13:28.

the central government is in full swing here on the island of Kos.

:13:29.:13:33.

These protesters, backed by the local Mayor, are furious at

:13:34.:13:37.

government plans to build a special registration centre also known as a

:13:38.:13:41.

hotspot, for refugees and migrants arriving from nearby Turkey. This is

:13:42.:13:48.

just one in a whole series of demonstrations by local people here,

:13:49.:13:52.

they seem determined to continue this campaign to ensure that a

:13:53.:13:55.

so-called hotspot is not built on this island. I think people are very

:13:56.:14:02.

afraid, to be invaded. And that tourism went come any more, this is

:14:03.:14:07.

the main source of revenue on the island. In the face of this

:14:08.:14:11.

opposition, the government is now using the army to push ahead with

:14:12.:14:16.

building a centre here. Creating facilities to properly identify and

:14:17.:14:20.

register refugees and migrants arriving on Kos and several other

:14:21.:14:25.

islands, it is a key demand of the European Union. The deadline is May

:14:26.:14:29.

and this is just one of a package of border control measures that happens

:14:30.:14:35.

must implement. With Turkey lying just across the water from islands

:14:36.:14:39.

like Kos, the EU is piling the pressure on Greece to help prevent

:14:40.:14:43.

another mass influx of migrants this year. If it fails to meet the May

:14:44.:14:49.

deadline, several European countries are likely to close their borders,

:14:50.:14:53.

leaving Greece to deal with all of the migrants arriving on it sure is

:14:54.:14:58.

on its own. Athens insists that the flow of refugees and migrants into

:14:59.:15:02.

these islands will be much better controlled either deadline in May.

:15:03.:15:06.

But it is also convinced that the migrants will not be able to get any

:15:07.:15:10.

further than Greece as other countries lying on the route to

:15:11.:15:12.

Western Europe close their borders anyway.

:15:13.:15:19.

You may have seen over the last few days that the BBC is running a

:15:20.:15:25.

series about mental health, it is called in the mind. We have been

:15:26.:15:30.

speaking to two women, Edith Taylor and Laura Nuttall who use the

:15:31.:15:34.

Internet to talk about the mental health issues. Having a mental

:15:35.:15:40.

illness, is being like a puppet controlled by a puppet master

:15:41.:15:43.

because it is like having your own brain taken out and somebody else's

:15:44.:15:48.

brain put in for a few months. I actually decided to blog about it

:15:49.:15:52.

because I couldn't find any videos about exactly what I had gone

:15:53.:15:56.

through. It is quite a big deal for me to come out and speak about it. I

:15:57.:16:02.

have bipolar, it is like is no fake, everybody has a different

:16:03.:16:06.

experience. For me part of it was my manic episode, kind of like what you

:16:07.:16:10.

are normally but on an extreme level. If you are the upset or if

:16:11.:16:14.

you are really happy you are running around dancing and singing. It is

:16:15.:16:21.

kind of like all of your emotions being exaggerated. My memories from

:16:22.:16:25.

the psychiatric ward are very strange and surreal. When I got

:16:26.:16:30.

there I was very confused because I did not know what was going on, I

:16:31.:16:34.

thought I was being watched, and that I was on some sort of TV

:16:35.:16:38.

programme and somebody was playing a joke on me. I was in a very

:16:39.:16:42.

delusional state of mind, I was imagining things that were happening

:16:43.:16:45.

that were not happening. I was imagining that I was someone that I

:16:46.:16:49.

wasn't. You have still got people dressing up for Halloween, as

:16:50.:16:55.

psychiatric patients, using words like mental and psycho to describe

:16:56.:17:00.

negative things. Talking about it and opening up about it is truly

:17:01.:17:04.

helpful for breaking down stigmas and actually telling people what it

:17:05.:17:10.

is really like to have it. I had been making YouTube videos on and

:17:11.:17:14.

off for about four years, the reason I do it, is to show the honest

:17:15.:17:19.

nature of my illness, and what my life with this illness is like. I

:17:20.:17:25.

have done some weird things including harming myself, quite

:17:26.:17:30.

severely, to a life-threatening point. If I was always to be well in

:17:31.:17:34.

my videos it would be an inaccurate portrayal, make myself do it and I

:17:35.:17:40.

try and be as honest as I can. The affective disorder, is being fine

:17:41.:17:44.

one day, and then a week later, being just in the grips of

:17:45.:17:51.

psychosis. Being so depressed that you are contemplating suicide. To

:17:52.:17:55.

one week later being fine again. You can hear voices in your head, see

:17:56.:18:00.

things such as shadows all people, sometimes animals. You no longer

:18:01.:18:06.

know who you are or where you are, your beliefs and connection with

:18:07.:18:10.

reality can be shattered. Today we are going to talk about sectioning

:18:11.:18:14.

because it is not something that is widely talked about because of the

:18:15.:18:19.

stigma that is attached to it. Acknowledging the Internet and the

:18:20.:18:22.

way that things are right now has helped the conversation about mental

:18:23.:18:26.

health, and people like me are able to upload a video to YouTube, and we

:18:27.:18:31.

can help to spread awareness and information. I have had people

:18:32.:18:36.

message to say that their videos have prompted them to seek help from

:18:37.:18:40.

professionals, that makes me feel fantastic. That was the sole reason

:18:41.:18:44.

that I setup my channel and I didn't really think that I would achieve

:18:45.:18:53.

that so it just makes day. You will very easily find where we are

:18:54.:18:59.

collecting all of the report you can see it on the BBC News. Also 27

:19:00.:19:04.

million of you like this page, some of you may have liked it. This was a

:19:05.:19:10.

live stream I did earlier, and Johnny Benjamin, who is a mental

:19:11.:19:13.

health campaign. They spent 30 minutes with me on Facebook

:19:14.:19:17.

answering questions from people all over the world. You can watch back

:19:18.:19:21.

the questions, the front page of the BBC News and he will find it easily.

:19:22.:19:28.

We are going to switch to Mexico now, because we are going to talk

:19:29.:19:31.

about the Pope. He has come to the end of his visit in Mexico, his

:19:32.:19:39.

visit was always going to be a huge story. And today, he visited a

:19:40.:19:45.

place, called Chu RS. It is a very small town, this is Mexico, this

:19:46.:19:52.

help as in the two reasons why this was a significant point was because

:19:53.:20:01.

of the migration and murder. What is really important is that the Pope

:20:02.:20:07.

has chosen all of the places he has gone, to make a special message to

:20:08.:20:11.

the people. Like when he was in Mexico City he was very clear to the

:20:12.:20:22.

president, being corrupt is wrong. You are only good for yourself and

:20:23.:20:26.

not anyone else, and he said that in the palace. And then he went to his

:20:27.:20:33.

own church and that the -- and to the bishops and he said you had to

:20:34.:20:38.

be transparent. Then he goes to the south, where it is indigenous and he

:20:39.:20:42.

says I'm sorry I think we can do better. Now he goes to the drug

:20:43.:20:48.

cartels and he says, all of these victims, he gives them hope. And now

:20:49.:20:52.

he goes to the border to say that the Mexicans are going away because

:20:53.:20:56.

they need a better place to stay, but also the Mexicans had to take

:20:57.:21:00.

care of all of the Central Americans, that go through Mexico.

:21:01.:21:05.

And who are mistreated in Mexico. That is going to be the message that

:21:06.:21:09.

people are expecting from him. The reason I have heard of Ciudad

:21:10.:21:14.

Juarez, is because I think of it as being very, very dangerous. It is

:21:15.:21:19.

super dangerous but it is also famous, for all of the deaths. I

:21:20.:21:26.

think a lot of people remember, women just completely disappearing.

:21:27.:21:29.

That problem is not only with the women but also with the men, and

:21:30.:21:34.

also with this war with the drugs. We are talking about in Mexico,

:21:35.:21:39.

there are 27,000 people who disappeared in the last decade. In

:21:40.:21:44.

this last mass, very interesting he will at last meet, at least from a

:21:45.:21:49.

distance, the families of the 43 students that disappeared that has

:21:50.:21:52.

become an icon of the problem in Mexico, of people just vanishing.

:21:53.:21:56.

Families just want to know what happened to them. We have talked a

:21:57.:22:02.

lot on outside source about electric cars in the last few months, haps

:22:03.:22:07.

less so, about cars fuelled by hydrogen. There is one company in

:22:08.:22:10.

the UK that thinks that they could be the next big thing. A small car
