This is outside source, in the BBC newsroom. The car bombs went off in

Ankara, at least 20 people had been killed, it happened close to the

Turkish parliament. David Cameron is making a last-minute push to get

full support for his proposed reforms of the UK racial ship with

European Union, that is all ahead of a vital summits tomorrow, The

European Council is meeting in Brussels, of course you get full

coverage of that. Let us also talk about Mexico because the Pope has

been there over the last few days and he has ended his visit in one of

the most dangerous cities in the country, BBC Mundo would explain the

significance of his choice to go there. We have also got the

Champions League update, two game is underway. We will update you in a

couple of minutes. -- two games. Now it has been one of the stories

we have been following in great detail over the last few hours, this

is the BBC News Asia feed which you might want to follow if you're

living there, China appears to have deployed missiles on disputed South

China Sea Island, that is quoting local reports. This is alleged to

have happened on an island, known as Woody island. If you look at this

satellite image, you can see, this was taken on the 14th of January,

you can see a number of alleged rocket launchers marked, they are

believed to be similar to the rocket launchers pictured there. This map,

will display to you just why this is also contentious. There are so many

competing claims to ownership, from the countries around them and the

number of blue lines marking these different claims show just how

complicated things have got. Of course the Americans are following

this very closely, here is the US secretary of State John Kerry. We

will have further very serious conversations on this and my hope is

that China will realise, that it is important to try and resolve the

jurisdictional issues of the South China Sea not through unilateral

action, not through force, not through militarisation, but through

diplomacy, and by working with the other countries and Clements and

trying to resolve these differences. One of the most astonishing BBC News

reports that we have played outside source in the last few months is

when our correspondent Rupert William Fraser Hayes, flew over some

of these islands. He has been analysing some of the latest images.

into direct potential confrontation with the United States which has

said that it will not accept China's declaring an exclusive air defence

This time yesterday we were talking about how Manny Pacquiao had got

himself into trouble because he had made comments suggesting that

homosexuals are "Worse than animals". Then he went on to

Facebook to post this video, in which he apologised for causing

offence and suggested that he hadn't been condemning LGBT, although if

you looked at the original interview it was quite hard to work at how you

would draw that conclusion. Now one of his main sponsors Nikkei, says it

is not really interested in that apology. It doesn't make up for what

was said, and it is dropping him. And that is that. Let Oscar back to

football, and yet another achievement for Lionel Messi, he has

now scored 300 league goals, he only took 334 games to do it. We cannot

show the last goal because we don't have the rights. But watch the

training, he is well behind the goal, you wouldn't be kicking from

very impressive, just another day for him I suspect. In a minute on

British company says it is making real progress towards a hydrogen

car. We will find out about this in a few moments time.

Here is a story, some of you may have sympathy with, the new director

of the National Gallery in London has been criticising the street

performers outside the building he is in charge of in Trafalgar Square.

He says that he would prefer to see them putting on shows that tie in

with the gallery in some way, resume agree rather than just doing Yoda

statues. Trafalgar Square is one of London's biggest attractions, but do

people turn up for this? Living statues? Six of them were in

position today, in front of the National Gallery. Three were dressed

as Yoda, a character from Star Wars. Some people leave money, and enjoy

what they see. When you have got kids with you it is nice that there

are other things going on, definitely. I think they should

stay, the only reason I'm here is because of Yoda. But the National

Gallery is not happy, they say that there is room for improvement and

they want something sorted out. The new director, has told the

newspaper, that he wants an area that could work for them instead of

Yoda and the musical accompaniment. Some tourists agree that it has got

a little bit out of hand? I would prefer to see them not all here, not

in the same place. Last summer BBC London revealed that most of the

living statues here have come from one town in a mania. They would not

talk to us today. Do you think you should be outside of the National

Gallery? Do you think that you are an eyesore? You don't understand me.

But this man who attends a piece of street art knows them and says they

are all just trying to make a living. Honestly, everybody must

eat, this is their job. One of the street performers who has asked not

to be identified says that Yoda can get more attention than the National

Gallery. The director should think again. They are just reacting to

what the public go and listen to and watch, maybe that is his problem,

maybe he's jealous of the attention that the Star Wars characters get.

Westminster council says it is talking to the street performers,

trying to find a solution that appeals to everyone.

this is outside source, our lead story continues to be the car bomb

in Ankara in Turkey, 28 people have died. The explosion happened close

to the parliament building and Turkey's military headquarters. This

is what we have got coming up after outside source, there will be more

on that decision of Apple to fight the FBI on the decision to break

into the phone of one of the San Bernardino attackers. And children

could be vulnerable to PTSD if they have witnessed domestic violence or

abuse. Next on outside source, let us turn to Greece. Protests have

been held up against the opening of a new migrant registration centre on

the island of costs. We have talked about it a lot because it is so

close to Turkey said any migrants leaving Turkey trying to get to

Greece and beyond come through the island. This is one of five places

chosen to process the huge number of migrants who are arriving on the

Greek islands from Turkey. Richard Galpin is there. A rebellion against

the central government is in full swing here on the island of Kos.

These protesters, backed by the local Mayor, are furious at

government plans to build a special registration centre also known as a

hotspot, for refugees and migrants arriving from nearby Turkey. This is

just one in a whole series of demonstrations by local people here,

they seem determined to continue this campaign to ensure that a

so-called hotspot is not built on this island. I think people are very

afraid, to be invaded. And that tourism went come any more, this is

the main source of revenue on the island. In the face of this

opposition, the government is now using the army to push ahead with

building a centre here. Creating facilities to properly identify and

register refugees and migrants arriving on Kos and several other

islands, it is a key demand of the European Union. The deadline is May

and this is just one of a package of border control measures that happens

must implement. With Turkey lying just across the water from islands

like Kos, the EU is piling the pressure on Greece to help prevent

another mass influx of migrants this year. If it fails to meet the May

deadline, several European countries are likely to close their borders,

leaving Greece to deal with all of the migrants arriving on it sure is

on its own. Athens insists that the flow of refugees and migrants into

these islands will be much better controlled either deadline in May.

But it is also convinced that the migrants will not be able to get any

further than Greece as other countries lying on the route to

Western Europe close their borders anyway.

You may have seen over the last few days that the BBC is running a

series about mental health, it is called in the mind. We have been

speaking to two women, Edith Taylor and Laura Nuttall who use the

Internet to talk about the mental health issues. Having a mental

illness, is being like a puppet controlled by a puppet master

because it is like having your own brain taken out and somebody else's

brain put in for a few months. I actually decided to blog about it

because I couldn't find any videos about exactly what I had gone

through. It is quite a big deal for me to come out and speak about it. I

have bipolar, it is like is no fake, everybody has a different

experience. For me part of it was my manic episode, kind of like what you

are normally but on an extreme level. If you are the upset or if

you are really happy you are running around dancing and singing. It is

kind of like all of your emotions being exaggerated. My memories from

the psychiatric ward are very strange and surreal. When I got

there I was very confused because I did not know what was going on, I

thought I was being watched, and that I was on some sort of TV

programme and somebody was playing a joke on me. I was in a very

delusional state of mind, I was imagining things that were happening

that were not happening. I was imagining that I was someone that I

wasn't. You have still got people dressing up for Halloween, as

psychiatric patients, using words like mental and psycho to describe

negative things. Talking about it and opening up about it is truly

helpful for breaking down stigmas and actually telling people what it

is really like to have it. I had been making YouTube videos on and

off for about four years, the reason I do it, is to show the honest

nature of my illness, and what my life with this illness is like. I

have done some weird things including harming myself, quite

severely, to a life-threatening point. If I was always to be well in

my videos it would be an inaccurate portrayal, make myself do it and I

try and be as honest as I can. The affective disorder, is being fine

one day, and then a week later, being just in the grips of

psychosis. Being so depressed that you are contemplating suicide. To

one week later being fine again. You can hear voices in your head, see

things such as shadows all people, sometimes animals. You no longer

know who you are or where you are, your beliefs and connection with

reality can be shattered. Today we are going to talk about sectioning

because it is not something that is widely talked about because of the

stigma that is attached to it. Acknowledging the Internet and the

way that things are right now has helped the conversation about mental

health, and people like me are able to upload a video to YouTube, and we

can help to spread awareness and information. I have had people

message to say that their videos have prompted them to seek help from

professionals, that makes me feel fantastic. That was the sole reason

that I setup my channel and I didn't really think that I would achieve

that so it just makes day. You will very easily find where we are

collecting all of the report you can see it on the BBC News. Also 27

million of you like this page, some of you may have liked it. This was a

live stream I did earlier, and Johnny Benjamin, who is a mental

health campaign. They spent 30 minutes with me on Facebook

answering questions from people all over the world. You can watch back

We are going to switch to Mexico now, because we are going to talk

about the Pope. He has come to the end of his visit in Mexico, his

visit was always going to be a huge story. And today, he visited a

place, called Chu RS. It is a very small town, this is Mexico, this

help as in the two reasons why this was a significant point was because

of the migration and murder. What is really important is that the Pope

has chosen all of the places he has gone, to make a special message to

the people. Like when he was in Mexico City he was very clear to the

president, being corrupt is wrong. You are only good for yourself and

not anyone else, and he said that in the palace. And then he went to his

own church and that the -- and to the bishops and he said you had to

be transparent. Then he goes to the south, where it is indigenous and he

says I'm sorry I think we can do better. Now he goes to the drug

cartels and he says, all of these victims, he gives them hope. And now

he goes to the border to say that the Mexicans are going away because

they need a better place to stay, but also the Mexicans had to take

care of all of the Central Americans, that go through Mexico.

And who are mistreated in Mexico. That is going to be the message that

people are expecting from him. The reason I have heard of Ciudad

Juarez, is because I think of it as being very, very dangerous. It is

super dangerous but it is also famous, for all of the deaths. I

think a lot of people remember, women just completely disappearing.

That problem is not only with the women but also with the men, and

also with this war with the drugs. We are talking about in Mexico,

there are 27,000 people who disappeared in the last decade. In

this last mass, very interesting he will at last meet, at least from a

distance, the families of the 43 students that disappeared that has

become an icon of the problem in Mexico, of people just vanishing.

Families just want to know what happened to them. We have talked a

lot on outside source about electric cars in the last few months, haps

less so, about cars fuelled by hydrogen. There is one company in

the UK that thinks that they could be the next big thing. A small car

driven by huge ambitions, this could easily be the future of motoring, or

another big idea set to stall. Hydrogen has been used to power

everything from space rockets to forklift trucks, the race is on to

build a car that will go far enough and fast enough to win over

motorists. With a top speed of 60 miles an hour, it is not made for

motorways, and why it only emits water, its makers want to sell it

has much more than just a green machine. We are not targeting the

eco-sector, as our market. We want to be able to take this car because

we want it, unless you are on motorways, really 60 miles an hour

feels to us, a very adequate speed. The company are up against some

giant competitors, to your toe, Honda and he and I will make hygiene

cars, even harm, home of the gas guzzler has been going green with

some celebrity endorsement. People have talked about hydrogen cars

being the future for decades but they have always been stuck at a bit

of a crossroads, even now there is only about a dozen fuelling stations

across the entire UK, they need to build many more and they need to be

a lot more demand. The idea of this car is that you only need to fill up

once a week. But will that persuade people to come off cheap petrol and

diesel? Low oil prices are not for ever, they are playing havoc with

the car market in particular people trying to sell alternatively fuelled

vehicles. With ?8 million riding on this prototype, the company are

banking on people backing hydrogen sooner rather than later. Have you

seen these robotic office chairs that tidy themselves away? Nissan is

buying them. Apparently they use of driving car technology. Have a look.

Automation is designed to make us all very fat by not being able to do

anything by ourselves any more. I cannot imagine it being widespread
