Welcome to Reporting Scotland. Tonight on your national news: The | :00:14. | :00:17.
mother whose family were murdered in a deliberate fire as they slept, | :00:17. | :00:20.
tells of the moment she finally accepted her husband and children | :00:20. | :00:30.
:00:30. | :00:31. | ||
were dead. I think it was my sister and what's | :00:31. | :00:36.
face that made it. I thought, this is true. Today, Angela Sharkey | :00:37. | :00:45.
appeals for help to find whoever murdered her family. | :00:45. | :00:49.
The price of a degree for students in England that one Scottish | :00:49. | :00:54.
university. Here come the Household Cavalry - | :00:54. | :00:57.
the world famous regiment are in Scotland to perform one of their | :00:57. | :00:59.
celebrated displays. And what's gone wrong with Scottish football? | :00:59. | :01:02.
We look back at a disastrous night in Europe for our clubs. | :01:02. | :01:05.
A woman whose husband, son and daughter were murdered in a house | :01:05. | :01:08.
fire in Helensburgh last month says she's lost the three people she | :01:08. | :01:11.
loved most in the world. Angela Sharkey and her family were asleep | :01:11. | :01:15.
when their home was deliberately targeted in an early morning attack. | :01:15. | :01:19.
Mrs Sharkey was critically injured and has only just been allowed home. | :01:19. | :01:23.
She lost all her family - her husband Tommy, her son, Thomas, and | :01:23. | :01:26.
eight-year-old Bridget. She's been telling Aileen Clarke about the | :01:26. | :01:36.
:01:36. | :01:38. | ||
night before the murders. Then it was a normal night. Bridget had | :01:38. | :01:42.
been at a friend's for a sleep over but she did not really do sleep | :01:42. | :01:47.
over as well. At 10pm, the phone rang and it was her friend's that | :01:48. | :01:54.
saying she was not settling, I will bring her home. Thomas was in bed | :01:54. | :02:00.
because he was coughing in the morning. My husband was a cross at | :02:00. | :02:09.
the local pub for a pint. It was just a normal night. And when did | :02:09. | :02:14.
you become aware of the fire? What are your recollections? Absolutely | :02:14. | :02:23.
nothing. My next recollection, I think it was, three weeks later, | :02:23. | :02:27.
two and a half weeks later in intensive care. My sister actually | :02:27. | :02:34.
told me four times that Thomas, Bridget and Tommy were all dead. | :02:34. | :02:44.
:02:44. | :02:48. | ||
Each time I was like, don't be daft. One day I thought, this is true. | :02:48. | :02:55.
That what may be realise it was happening. She was just right in | :02:55. | :02:59.
the middle of everything, everywhere. Typical girl. She had | :02:59. | :03:04.
everybody where she wanted them. I don't know what it was about her, | :03:04. | :03:09.
she was just brilliant. Everybody thinks their kids are brilliant but | :03:09. | :03:17.
she was. He loved his golf, he was doing brilliantly. I'll never know | :03:17. | :03:21.
how well he could have done, because he was going for it. He | :03:21. | :03:27.
only ever wanted to be a golfer from one he was a young boy. Do you | :03:27. | :03:34.
have any ideas as to who could be responsible? If I had any idea, and | :03:34. | :03:40.
reason, a motive, anything - I would say. There are three things I | :03:40. | :03:47.
loved the most in my life are dead. My daughter should be in primary | :03:47. | :03:52.
five, my son should be back playing golf in America. Thomas should be | :03:52. | :03:56.
going to his work, I should be going to my work. None of that is | :03:56. | :04:03.
happening. I don't know how someone can carry on with their life | :04:03. | :04:09.
knowing that they have done this. Mrs Sharkey was speaking to our | :04:09. | :04:12.
reporter Aileen Clarke, who's in Helensburgh now. A harrowing story. | :04:12. | :04:15.
How hopeful are the police that this will persuade somebody to come | :04:15. | :04:25.
:04:25. | :04:29. | ||
forward with information? Well, of the police are sincerely hoping | :04:29. | :04:34.
that that this will help. What they are hoping is that somebody will | :04:34. | :04:38.
see this interview with Angela Sharkey and it will prick their | :04:38. | :04:42.
conscience. The police remain absolutely convinced that the | :04:42. | :04:48.
answer to what happens here lies a and this Helensburgh community. I | :04:48. | :04:55.
understand the main line up of the investigation is still Mr Sharkey's | :04:55. | :04:59.
business dealings. Regardless of whether we ultimately establish | :04:59. | :05:03.
whether somewhere in Mr Sharkey's past lies the motive for this | :05:03. | :05:09.
attack, we have seen Angela Sharkey and how devastated she is. We have | :05:09. | :05:16.
seen as she has lost her husband, 18 -- eight-year-old daughter and | :05:16. | :05:20.
21-year-old son. Misplaced loyalty should not come into it. Someone | :05:20. | :05:29.
must know what happened. None of us can have any idea what it took for | :05:29. | :05:32.
Angela Sharkey to sit down today in front of a television camera and | :05:32. | :05:36.
speak about what happened to her family. None of us can imagine what | :05:36. | :05:40.
it is like to be in that position. She had the courage to do so and it | :05:40. | :05:44.
was an immense effort. This is a woman who has lost everything that | :05:44. | :05:49.
was the rest in the world to her, and tonight, she and the police | :05:49. | :05:52.
will be hoping that her huge effort top pay off. | :05:52. | :05:55.
Aberdeen University is to charge English students 9,000 a year in | :05:55. | :05:58.
tuition fees. It's the same as the maximum amount English universities | :05:58. | :06:03.
are allowed to charge for their courses. But the University is | :06:03. | :06:06.
offering a four-year degree for the price of a three-year degree - | :06:06. | :06:10.
27,000. The move signals a new era for Scottish higher education, as | :06:10. | :06:20.
:06:20. | :06:20. | ||
our Education Correspondent Seonag Mackinnon reports. | :06:20. | :06:26.
Joy at graduation, but at what cost. Nothing for Scots, but a hefty hike | :06:26. | :06:31.
for those from England, Wales and Northern Ireland. I have a friend | :06:31. | :06:34.
who is from England and she is in so much debt anyway at the basic | :06:34. | :06:40.
fee. I'd pay higher fees but I do think they will have to raise the | :06:40. | :06:43.
fees for English students so that Scottish students have access to | :06:43. | :06:49.
the schools here. These students -- fees for students and the rest of | :06:49. | :06:55.
the UK now stand at 3,000 a year. At Aberdeen, that will soon be | :06:55. | :07:02.
9,000. With extensions and grants, the total was 27,000. The same | :07:02. | :07:05.
fears down south. Ministers' meeting this afternoon said they | :07:05. | :07:10.
had no choice. Quite simply, the current situation of English | :07:10. | :07:16.
students paying only 120 to come to Scotland is not tenable. That is | :07:16. | :07:19.
why we have to reflect decisions that were made in England and our | :07:19. | :07:25.
fees for students from the rest of the UK. The Scottish government has | :07:25. | :07:31.
asked us to do that. On paper, the fees will bring in 19 million. But | :07:31. | :07:33.
with some money going to the Scottish government and a potential | :07:34. | :07:39.
drop in student numbers, the bottom line could be five or 6 million. | :07:39. | :07:46.
For student leaders, this is a bitter pill to swallow. It is a | :07:46. | :07:50.
very difficult decision the universities have been put in, by | :07:50. | :07:53.
Westminster and the Scottish government. It is a difficult | :07:53. | :07:56.
decision but we remain fundamentally opposed to fees and | :07:56. | :08:01.
bullied and the education. offer, pay for three years and get | :08:01. | :08:05.
one year for me, mean English students pay no more than at home. | :08:05. | :08:11.
The headline figure of 9,000 each year takes Scottish education into | :08:11. | :08:17.
uncharted territory. You're watching Reporting Scotland | :08:17. | :08:19.
from the BBC. Still to come before seven. | :08:19. | :08:26.
How plans to mine for gold in these hills have taken a step forward. | :08:26. | :08:31.
And in sport, as Scottish that all this is a collective hangover after | :08:31. | :08:36.
last night's European do battle, we remember the glory days and ask | :08:36. | :08:40.
what's gone wrong with the national game. We also look at why Celtic | :08:40. | :08:43.
might get back into their Europa League. | :08:43. | :08:46.
As David says, a little later he'll be exploring why Scottish football | :08:46. | :08:48.
has plumbed the depths. But first, Alasdair Lamont examines what | :08:48. | :08:50.
damage these embarrassing eliminations will mean for football | :08:50. | :09:00.
finance, and our sporting reputation. | :09:00. | :09:05.
They did abjection and anger was palpable last night, as Scotland's | :09:05. | :09:09.
European representatives took a tumble. Now, time to count the cost | :09:09. | :09:13.
of failure. When you take away European football you're focusing | :09:13. | :09:17.
on domestic football, and that is likely to have a detrimental impact | :09:17. | :09:22.
on attendances in the immediate term. If the cycle is repeated, | :09:22. | :09:25.
that may be a long-term threat. That is worrying because that is | :09:25. | :09:34.
what they need as their core and comfort up -- income. It is not | :09:34. | :09:38.
purely financial. The whole of Scotland wanted the teams to do | :09:38. | :09:41.
well last night, and it is disappointing. Supporters a | :09:41. | :09:46.
tremendously loyal to their clubs, and they will continue to go out | :09:46. | :09:50.
and support their clubs, I have no doubt about that. Hopefully, all of | :09:50. | :09:53.
us can come together as a nation and support the national team a | :09:53. | :09:58.
week tomorrow. The national team is experiencing something of a | :09:58. | :10:02.
renaissance, but is the outsider's perception of Scottish football as | :10:03. | :10:08.
a whole and negative one. Scotland will probably, because of fewer | :10:08. | :10:13.
people and less money, the second rate, as indeed almost to the clubs | :10:13. | :10:22.
in England, including the one I support. They are quite similar | :10:22. | :10:27.
teams, but ours look better in terms of style. Football is all | :10:27. | :10:31.
about money but you probably need a few more foreign oligarchs or | :10:31. | :10:36.
criminals to come and by Scottish football clubs. Money does seem to | :10:36. | :10:43.
be a recurring theme, but what may make the Scottish Football | :10:43. | :10:48.
Association believes is bidding plans in place is in this document. | :10:48. | :10:52.
Hopefully, it will address some of the game's bells in the medium and | :10:52. | :10:54.
long-term. The decision to halt the | :10:54. | :10:56.
controversial Edinburgh tram line at Haymarket will cost the city | :10:56. | :10:58.
millions of pounds. Edinburgh's transport convener says that's | :10:58. | :11:01.
because current costings don't include the building of a terminus | :11:01. | :11:05.
station in that part of the city. As Gavin Walker reports, the news | :11:05. | :11:08.
that the trams won't now come into the city centre has shocked many | :11:08. | :11:11.
people in the capital, including some of the councillors who voted | :11:11. | :11:19.
for it. Yesterday's decision with such a | :11:19. | :11:22.
surprise even a councillor who proposed it seemed stunned to have | :11:22. | :11:27.
one. I am a bit shocked to be honest. I thought it would be the | :11:27. | :11:30.
same as last month when each of the political groups when their own way. | :11:30. | :11:35.
She was not the only one to be taken aback. The whole thing is | :11:35. | :11:39.
just a white elephant. In a long term, it will disappoint a lot of | :11:39. | :11:43.
people. The council must now overcome a series of challenges. | :11:43. | :11:48.
First, the contract. The council has until next Thursday to provide | :11:48. | :11:53.
finalised plans and funding proposals for the new writ. If not, | :11:53. | :11:56.
the contractor could claim a breach of contract and sue for the full | :11:56. | :12:03.
amount owed. The council say a bid deadline cannot be met. We can get | :12:03. | :12:09.
an agreement in principle hopefully, but as I say, it depends on other | :12:09. | :12:13.
things and we have to do a lot of work on the detail between now and | :12:13. | :12:18.
then in order to get there. It has emerged that and actors may | :12:18. | :12:22.
consider extending the deadline although it is not known until then. | :12:22. | :12:26.
Each and every week until Thursday without a full resumption will | :12:26. | :12:31.
increase the cost of the project by 300,000. He has also been | :12:31. | :12:35.
political fall-out and question over the future of party leaders | :12:35. | :12:37.
within the Council and also over the future of the ruling coalition | :12:37. | :12:41.
there. The question has come as council leaders face one of the | :12:41. | :12:45.
biggest challenge is over prams - meetings to deliver the new term | :12:45. | :12:51.
targets under way. Finally, the issue of the city's reputation. The | :12:51. | :12:54.
business case was at the heart of Tam proposals with hopes of | :12:54. | :12:59.
boosting the city's damage. Leaders now believe that is unlikely. | :12:59. | :13:04.
is important now is to try to salvage the pram project. To ensure | :13:04. | :13:09.
it is delivering not just to Haymarket but beyond that in time. | :13:09. | :13:15.
If we do not do that, there is damage to the city's a reputation | :13:15. | :13:20.
and a country's reputation. September 1st was to be this end of | :13:20. | :13:25.
the delays and the restart of pram work, instead it will signal the | :13:25. | :13:29.
start of a new uncertain chapter. Some of the other stories this | :13:29. | :13:31.
Friday. The whereabouts of the Lockerbie bomber remain a mystery | :13:31. | :13:35.
as violence continues in Libya. It's been reported that Abdelbaset | :13:35. | :13:37.
al-Megrahi may have fled his home in Tripoli as Colonol Gaddaffi's | :13:37. | :13:40.
regime crumbles. A provision of his compassionate release was that he | :13:40. | :13:47.
stay in contact with officials in A provision of his compassionate | :13:47. | :13:50.
release was that he should stay in contact with officials in Scotland. | :13:50. | :13:53.
Councillors have voted against closing or downgrading any of the | :13:53. | :13:55.
96 fire stations in the Highlands and Islands, despite difficulties | :13:55. | :13:58.
in recruiting firefighters in some of the smallest island communities. | :13:58. | :14:01.
By it is hoped a recruitment drive could boost the number of islanders | :14:01. | :14:11.

prepared to sign up as part-time The price of gold continues to | :14:27. | :14:32.
roses, and that is good news for one of the village. | :14:32. | :14:36.
After a wobble this week, the price of gold is on the up again. Good | :14:36. | :14:39.
news for speculators who want to mine for gold in Loch Lomond and | :14:39. | :14:42.
the Trossachs National Park. Scotgold says there is money to be | :14:42. | :14:45.
made in the hills near the village of Tyndrum in the southern | :14:45. | :14:48.
Highlands. And now it looks as if its plans to open a mine there | :14:48. | :14:51.
could come to fruition. Scottish Natural Heritage, which had opposed | :14:51. | :15:01.
:15:01. | :15:01. | ||
the scheme, now says it is likely to withdraw its objection. We have | :15:01. | :15:07.
reduced the size of the facility and we will store some of the | :15:07. | :15:13.
material under ground and expanded on the techniques we are going to | :15:13. | :15:21.
use to ensure that the site retains a natural look after we have | :15:21. | :15:31.
:15:31. | :15:34. | ||
finished. The plan to extract 20 of gold and half of that in silver. | :15:34. | :15:40.
It is what happens to be discarded silt which is left that is | :15:40. | :15:47.
concerning environmental groups. The application last year was | :15:47. | :15:51.
flawed in our respect. The one before has this time is a lot | :15:51. | :16:00.
better. There are still a few minor points to be resolved. The is | :16:00. | :16:07.
overwhelming local support. There is a lot of concern over | :16:07. | :16:12.
environmental aspects and there has been a big improvement since the | :16:12. | :16:19.
first proposal. If they can convince the authorities that they | :16:19. | :16:26.
will leave the site unblemished after the work, then the first | :16:26. | :16:30.
commercial gold mine in Scotland could end up being one of the | :16:30. | :16:32.
world's greenest. The Household Cavalry are in | :16:33. | :16:36.
Scotland this weekend. For the first time in ten years, the world | :16:36. | :16:39.
famous soldiers and their horses will perform one of their | :16:39. | :16:48.
celebrated musical ride displays. They do like their horses in the | :16:48. | :16:54.
Borders and this is something very special. The Blues and Royals of | :16:54. | :16:58.
the Household Cavalry. Each man and horses selected for specialist | :16:58. | :17:04.
training. When they are good enough, they can take part in this - the | :17:04. | :17:11.
regiments famous musical drive. It is a series of manoeuvres that | :17:11. | :17:21.
:17:21. | :17:24. | ||
dates back 200 years. They will relate to battlefield movements. | :17:24. | :17:26.
Moving of the beats is again something they would have to do on | :17:26. | :17:30.
the spot. They have they cannot be delayed, because one follows the | :17:30. | :17:39.
other. Behind all the pomp and ceremony is a lot of hard graft. | :17:39. | :17:45.
There is a lot lot of spit and polish needed. And those who get | :17:45. | :17:54.
there in the end will look like this. With the book's been waxed | :17:54. | :18:04.
:18:04. | :18:04. | ||
solid, there is no feel. There is a lot to taking. The horsemanship | :18:04. | :18:11.
will be on display here on Sunday. They will also parade in Kelso on | :18:11. | :18:16.
Saturday. They have also agreed to be a bride of honour at the local | :18:16. | :18:19.
wading. Now which you choose next summer - | :18:19. | :18:25.
the London Olympics or the Edinburgh Festival? Well, there are | :18:25. | :18:28.
concerns that next year's Festival could lose out on audiences, ticket | :18:28. | :18:30.
sales and even backstage staff. But as Pauline McLean reports, | :18:30. | :18:40.
:18:40. | :18:40. | ||
Edinburgh is already making plans. For many people, Edinburgh Festival | :18:40. | :18:45.
is the Cultural Olympics. By next summer, they will face a real | :18:45. | :18:52.
competition when London hosts the Olympic Games. The yes, we would of | :18:52. | :18:58.
course encourage people to watch the elite sports people from all | :18:58. | :19:01.
over the world and then we would hope that people would come to | :19:01. | :19:08.
Edinburgh to see the up and coming people in the culture. So, support | :19:08. | :19:15.
people in London and then come up here. By not everyone is so | :19:15. | :19:21.
convinced. Organisers are worried in particular that the East 1,000 | :19:21. | :19:31.
:19:31. | :19:35. | ||
volunteers they used each year it will be depleted. If we have a lot | :19:35. | :19:39.
of rain, there is no doubt that people will be focused on the | :19:39. | :19:43.
Olympics. But then again, there is going to be so many extra visitors | :19:44. | :19:48.
coming to the United Kingdom that it it also presents as a great | :19:48. | :19:58.
:19:58. | :20:01. | ||
opportunity. This is speed of light, which involves 5,000 people running | :20:01. | :20:09.
across Arthur's Seat. I think the Olympics are not just about sport. | :20:09. | :20:15.
It is an area that can needs with the arts. Swimming and horse-riding | :20:16. | :20:24.
are both movement and art. A and the festival asked Gearing up for | :20:24. | :20:30.
the challenge. Tickets are going to go on sale earlier and marketing | :20:30. | :20:40.
:20:40. | :20:41. | ||
next year's event is already under way. Us get | :20:41. | :20:44.
As Scottish football counts the cost of the failure in Europe, it | :20:44. | :20:48.
is maybe time to reflect on where it has all gone wrong. Every one of | :20:48. | :20:50.
our representatives in European competition has been knocked out | :20:50. | :20:54.
and it is not even the end of August - the first time that has | :20:54. | :20:57.
ever happened. Their national team manager says it is all down to | :20:57. | :21:05.
money, but not everyone agrees. Images from the glory days of | :21:05. | :21:13.
Scottish football. Lisbon in 1967 and Barcelona in 1972 and Sweden in | :21:13. | :21:23.
:21:23. | :21:25. | ||
1983. Let us just say, at this here could not compare. Celtic lost 3-1 | :21:25. | :21:33.
in Switzerland. We have to be realistic about things. We are not | :21:33. | :21:40.
where we want to be in terms of European football. Rangers also | :21:40. | :21:47.
went out. It was a very disappointing night for Scottish | :21:47. | :21:52.
football, of that there is no doubt. They were doubtless be enquiries as | :21:52. | :22:02.
:22:02. | :22:03. | ||
to why we have all done so well in Europe. The amount of money | :22:03. | :22:07.
available for the managers nowadays is negligible. The quality of | :22:07. | :22:15.
players that you can sign dictates how far you will goal in Europe. | :22:15. | :22:25.
:22:25. | :22:25. | ||
is a all down to money? I Braeside Shamrock Rovers have needed to be | :22:25. | :22:31.
League stages of the Europa League. Compare their turnover to that of | :22:31. | :22:41.
:22:41. | :22:41. | ||
Rangers and Celtic. Shamrock Rovers turnover has just half a million | :22:41. | :22:48.
pounds a year and their top player is played 1,000 a week. | :22:49. | :22:53.
financing facilities are a problem. But they are not the only problem. | :22:53. | :22:59.
It is the attitude towards sport in general and this country. We are | :22:59. | :23:04.
talking about football. First of all, we have to admit that we do | :23:04. | :23:08.
not do this well any more. What are we doing wrong and what are we | :23:09. | :23:16.
missing that other countries are doing? Not many of us would expect | :23:16. | :23:22.
us to lift the European Cup in India future. But is reaching the | :23:22. | :23:26.
group stages of the Europa League too much to ask? | :23:26. | :23:29.
Celtic might still find themselves in the competition.They will find | :23:29. | :23:31.
out on Tuesday if they are being re-instated and their Swiss | :23:31. | :23:34.
conquerors Sion thrown out. Celtic have written to European football's | :23:34. | :23:37.
governing body protesting at the inclusion in the Sion squad of five | :23:37. | :23:40.
players deemed by Uefa to be ineligible. Should Celtic succeed, | :23:41. | :23:43.
their opponents would include Atletico Madrid and Italian outfit | :23:43. | :23:45.
Udinese. Scotland captain Darren Fletcher | :23:45. | :23:48.
has returned to the squad for the Euro 2012 qualifiers against the | :23:48. | :23:53.
Czech Republic and Lithuania. Fletcher has not featured for his | :23:53. | :23:58.
country in 2011 after being struck down by a virus in the spring. A | :23:58. | :24:00.
Scotland manager Craig Levein, who named his squad earlier today, is | :24:00. | :24:07.
keen for the Manchester United midfielder to feature. He played 90 | :24:07. | :24:15.
minutes last night eight and I had somebody at the game so he is | :24:15. | :24:19.
looking great. He says it is the best he has felt for almost a year. | :24:19. | :24:29.
:24:29. | :24:36. | ||
I am delighted to have come back. - - him back.. | :24:36. | :24:39.
Time to brace ourselves for the weekend weather forecast. Here's | :24:39. | :24:49.
:24:49. | :24:50. | ||
Whole, we saw some significant downpours today. There is the | :24:50. | :24:56.
weather warning for that rain to the area west of Glasgow - Paisley, | :24:57. | :25:00.
Dumbarton Show and lock lawmen. Many of these heavy showers will | :25:00. | :25:07.
continue overnight. We will also see that rain in the north coast of | :25:07. | :25:13.
Scotland. Most places will become dry and wispy clear spells | :25:13. | :25:17.
developing overnight, with temperatures dropping down to seven | :25:17. | :25:23.
are a degree Celsius. Tomorrow should be largely dried. But we | :25:23. | :25:27.
will see some showers developing during the day in some of these | :25:27. | :25:33.
could be heavy, especially around the Central Belt and lunchtime. Let | :25:33. | :25:39.
us take a look at the details. Temperature Wise, highs around 17 | :25:39. | :25:43.
or 18 degrees Celsius. It should feel relatively pleasant in the | :25:43. | :25:48.
sunshine. In the north-east, we thought the north-east would be | :25:48. | :25:54.
affected by rain, but it should now at least stay clear of that. But | :25:54. | :26:01.
there temperatures not only getting up to 16 degrees Celsius. In the | :26:01. | :26:10.
mountains, wins will be pretty strong - 25 to 35 degrees in the | :26:10. | :26:20.
:26:20. | :26:21. | ||
north. If you're heading into the inshore waters, the west of the | :26:22. | :26:28.
country, forced five or six. Towards the East, forced five to | :26:28. | :26:36.
force seven. Into tomorrow evening, the rain we thought would be shown | :26:36. | :26:43.
during the day is actually going to sink in overnight from the north. | :26:43. | :26:48.
It is going to stick around on Sunday as well. There is a weather | :26:48. | :26:53.
warning in place for the north of the country for that rain. Further | :26:53. | :26:58.
south, largely dry with sunny spells and temperatures getting up | :26:58. | :27:02.
to 18 degrees Celsius. The good news is that as we head into next | :27:02. | :27:05.
week, the high pressure should build money should be a bit more | :27:05. | :27:08.
settled. Just before seven o'clock, a | :27:08. | :27:11.
summary of tonight's top stories. A woman whose husband, son and | :27:11. | :27:21.

The remains sporadic fighting in Tripoli. A woman whose husband, son | :27:30. | :27:39.
and daughter whose were killed any house fire in Helensburgh say the | :27:39. | :27:43.

believed the House was deliberately targeted. | :27:49. | :27:52.
Aberdeen University is to charge English students 9,000 a year in | :27:52. | :27:55.

are allowed to charge for their courses. But the university is | :27:57. | :28:00. |
