Welcome to Reporting Scotland. Tonight. Police hunt a sex attacker | :00:16. | :00:19.
who assaulted a four-year-old boy in a supermarket toilet in West | :00:19. | :00:29.
:00:29. | :00:32. | ||
Dunbartonshire. I have a week -- I have a small granddaughter, it is | :00:32. | :00:38.
scary. That is my worst nightmares. Also in the programme. The firm at | :00:38. | :00:41.
the centre of the Olympic security fiasco is awarded a multi-million | :00:41. | :00:43.
pound contract to track offenders by the Scottish government. | :00:43. | :00:46.
Teams of disabled people test how easy it is to get across Glasgow, | :00:46. | :00:54.
but it's not all plain sailing. And a royal day at the races. We're | :00:54. | :01:04.
:01:04. | :01:07. | ||
live, as Charles and Camilla go to It has been a great it day here in | :01:07. | :01:12.
Ayr, but what about the weekend weather? It is looking good! | :01:12. | :01:16.
Good evening. Police are hunting for a man who sexually assaulted a | :01:16. | :01:23.
four-year-old boy in a supermarket toilet. Detectives are examining | :01:23. | :01:25.
CCTV and interviewing staff at the Asda store in West Dunbartonshire, | :01:25. | :01:28.
following the attack earlier this week. Our reporter, Laura Bicker, | :01:28. | :01:34.
is in Clydebank for us tonight. Laura. | :01:34. | :01:38.
It has taken three days for the details of this attack to be made | :01:39. | :01:42.
public. Police say there are two reasons, at first because they had | :01:42. | :01:47.
to bring in special officers to speak to the young boy about what | :01:47. | :01:52.
happened. Secondly, they have to ferret -- follow various lines of | :01:52. | :01:57.
inquiry which they say have been exhausted. They are asking for the | :01:57. | :01:59.
help of the public. The four-year-old and his mother | :01:59. | :02:04.
were shopping here in Clydebank. He went into the toilet alone and came | :02:04. | :02:08.
out to tell her he had been sexually assaulted. That is my | :02:08. | :02:14.
worst nightmare. Because he is at an age now where he wants to go | :02:14. | :02:18.
himself. I have a small granddaughter and you are worried | :02:18. | :02:24.
of letting her out of your sight, scary. Shocking, it shows you you | :02:24. | :02:29.
cannot leave your children to go to the bathroom by themselves. Police | :02:29. | :02:33.
are now appealing for witnesses and have a mobile office and the car | :02:33. | :02:37.
park in the hope somebody comes forward. They also have a | :02:37. | :02:42.
description of the man. Have brown or dark hair and brown or dark | :02:42. | :02:48.
clothing. A long-sleeved dark top that possibly has a logo on it. | :02:49. | :02:54.
that is all you have? At the moment, but that is just one part of an | :02:54. | :03:00.
extensive investigation. Officers are looking at hours of CCTV | :03:00. | :03:04.
footage and say this is an isolated incident, but parents are being | :03:04. | :03:09.
warned to be vigilant. The four year old boy is said to be | :03:09. | :03:13.
safe and well with his family. Extra police patrols will be on | :03:13. | :03:19.
duty in this area up to reassure the public. But this is a very busy | :03:19. | :03:22.
shopping area and police believe somebody must have seen some think, | :03:22. | :03:30.
and that could be the key to finding the attacker of this voice. | :03:30. | :03:37.
-- this young boys. G4S, the firm which failed to | :03:37. | :03:40.
provide enough security workers for the London Olympics, is being | :03:40. | :03:43.
handed a multi-million pound contract by the Scottish Government. | :03:43. | :03:45.
It will carry out the electronic tagging and monitoring of criminals | :03:45. | :03:48.
here from next year. I am joined by our home affairs correspondent, | :03:48. | :03:51.
Reevel Alderson. Unfortunate timing, on the day that MPs have strongly | :03:51. | :03:56.
criticises companies that might very unfortunate timing. The bids | :03:56. | :04:02.
were put out to tender in June or July and so a normal process has | :04:02. | :04:07.
taken place. The Home Affairs Select Committee criticised G4S | :04:07. | :04:13.
heavily for what they called, an eleventh-hour fiasco in the | :04:13. | :04:18.
Olympics preparations. Keith Vaz, the chairman of the committee, says | :04:18. | :04:24.
bearing that in mind, G4S should not have been given another public | :04:24. | :04:27.
contract. And he says firms like G4S that take public money but | :04:27. | :04:32.
might provide a risk to that public cash should be put on the register, | :04:32. | :04:37.
and that should happen very quickly. We believe that there should be a | :04:37. | :04:41.
register so that the government can put on the register of those | :04:41. | :04:45.
companies that fail to deliver. Each contract a bid for has to be | :04:45. | :04:50.
looked at on its merits, but people need to note that they failed to | :04:50. | :04:54.
deliver the Olympic contract. makes you wonder why the Scottish | :04:54. | :04:59.
government went for it. Because they say providing people to give | :04:59. | :05:04.
security and to show people into a stadium at the Olympics is a | :05:04. | :05:09.
different matter from monitoring offenders with electronic tagging. | :05:09. | :05:13.
They say G4S has state of-the-art equipment which will revolutionise | :05:14. | :05:19.
the way offenders are monitored. Currently, if you have a Tigue, a | :05:19. | :05:24.
radio transmitter was set up an alert if you leave your home, for | :05:24. | :05:28.
instance. G4S were used G Ps technology which means monitors | :05:28. | :05:35.
will see exactly where you are and so they. You go in two particular | :05:35. | :05:39.
areas -- they will prevent you going to particular areas. And you | :05:39. | :05:44.
will be told when the perpetrator of the crime against you, as a | :05:44. | :05:50.
victim, is in 100 metres of you. That is why First Minister Alex | :05:50. | :05:54.
Salmond says this was a good contract. We looked at this very | :05:54. | :05:59.
carefully, particularly given the controversy around the Olympics. | :05:59. | :06:03.
But this is satellite technology to improve grit monitoring of | :06:03. | :06:08.
offenders in Scotland, it is not ground-based. G4S have done this | :06:08. | :06:14.
and they have done it will and so we have no misgivings about this. | :06:14. | :06:18.
It is a 30 million contract and it starts next year. | :06:18. | :06:22.
Can unit is affected by the possible closure of the local | :06:22. | :06:31.
courts are expressing concern that closures could mean justice is | :06:31. | :06:36.
denied. It is proposed 11 sheriff courts will be shut down. | :06:36. | :06:42.
And unmissable Selkirk landmark, a celebrated Scottish novelist whose | :06:42. | :06:48.
influence extended beyond here. For the first three decades of the 19th | :06:48. | :06:53.
century, so what has got was this - - was the Sheriff of Selkirk, | :06:54. | :06:56.
administering justice from the building here that was once a court | :06:56. | :07:01.
house and is now a museum. They had been fears that long tradition was | :07:01. | :07:10.
an end with an axe -- but there has been known Cleeve -- but the axe | :07:10. | :07:16.
has been lifted. 11 other courts are still facing closure under | :07:16. | :07:21.
reforms under the justice system and a budget cut. We need to make | :07:21. | :07:28.
savings. To be honest, we would be having the same discussion if it | :07:28. | :07:33.
wasn't about the money pressures, this is not just about money but | :07:33. | :07:39.
how we deal with the reforms we know are now coming. Here, the | :07:39. | :07:42.
sheriff court is a building rarely visited, but the prospect of it | :07:42. | :07:47.
closing has not gone down well. have had a local sheriff court here | :07:47. | :07:52.
for maybe years, we have been able to keep on track of what is | :07:52. | :07:58.
happening in our community. A lot of people, if they are witnesses, | :07:58. | :08:02.
they will just not say anything because they have to travel. | :08:02. | :08:07.
others, there is also an issue of principle.! The is a question of | :08:07. | :08:13.
just has been local. -- there is a question. You are entitled to go | :08:13. | :08:17.
into court and listen if it is not a closed hearing. If that | :08:17. | :08:21.
opportunity is taken away because the court has gone up the road, | :08:21. | :08:28.
that is a problem and not just about money. The s c S save the | :08:28. | :08:33.
12th week consultation is a chance to shape the future of Scotland's | :08:33. | :08:40.
courts, with final decision is expected next Easter. -- SCS. | :08:40. | :08:43.
You're watching Reporting Scotland from the BBC. Still to come on the | :08:43. | :08:45.
programme. How Sir Chris Hoy and Bradley Wiggins have helped put | :08:45. | :08:48.
this Scottish clothing company on track for record figures. | :08:48. | :08:52.
Or the sport comes live this evening from Ayr. It was Ladies' | :08:52. | :08:57.
Day today and we will look ahead to tomorrow's's Gold Cup. We will also | :08:57. | :09:02.
hear from the Celtic manager, and we have rugby and boxing. | :09:02. | :09:05.
Could doctors have prevented the death of an Aberdeen baby who was | :09:05. | :09:08.
battered by her mother's boyfriend? An official report into her death | :09:08. | :09:13.
says no. Alexis Matheson died in 2007 from multiple injuries. The | :09:13. | :09:21.
man who killed her is now serving a life sentence. Colin Wight reports. | :09:21. | :09:25.
Baby Alexis Matheson was just over six weeks old when she died, | :09:25. | :09:29.
murdered by her mother's boyfriend. Mark Simpson was convicted two | :09:29. | :09:34.
years ago of shaking her to death. When Alexis died in hospital, she | :09:34. | :09:39.
had broken ribs, over 40 separate injuries and severe brain damage. | :09:39. | :09:44.
Mark Simpson lived here in Aberdeen with the baby's mother, who took | :09:44. | :09:49.
Alexis for checks at this local medical centre. This is a tragedy | :09:49. | :09:54.
for the family and for everybody, and the staff involved in her care | :09:54. | :09:58.
have been deeply affected by this. A review of the care of Alexis has | :09:58. | :10:01.
concluded her death was not predictable from the information | :10:01. | :10:07.
available to staff at the time. It says her survival was possible, not | :10:07. | :10:10.
probable. The review found health visitors were persistent and | :10:10. | :10:15.
professional in their dealings with Alexis and her mother. The report | :10:15. | :10:19.
recommends looking at how telephone appointments are made, how drugs | :10:19. | :10:24.
are prescribed over the phone for babies and young children, and a | :10:24. | :10:29.
review of staff training. We can always learn from these cases, they | :10:29. | :10:34.
are tragedies. But we can learn from them and we. Mack the family | :10:34. | :10:39.
of Alexis declined to take part in the review. They are waiting to | :10:39. | :10:43.
hear when a fatal accident inquiry will be held. | :10:43. | :10:46.
A cancer ward at the Highlands' main acute hospital has been closed | :10:46. | :10:49.
to new admissions, because of three cases of the C-Diff superbug. NHS | :10:49. | :10:52.
Highland says two affected patients are being treated in isolation and | :10:52. | :10:56.
the surgical ward is being deep- cleaned. The hospital has had two | :10:56. | :10:59.
C-Diff outbreaks this year. Cleaning and hygiene practices were | :10:59. | :11:04.
heavily criticised by inspectors in the summer. | :11:04. | :11:07.
Around 200 Muslims have protested outside the Scottish Parliament. | :11:07. | :11:09.
They are demonstrating against the American film which has caused | :11:09. | :11:12.
offence across the Islamic world. The rally was attended by Muslims | :11:12. | :11:22.
:11:22. | :11:23. | ||
from Edinburgh, who are demanding action to curb religious hatred. | :11:23. | :11:26.
People of working age who suffer a stroke are being left facing a | :11:26. | :11:29.
future of poverty, according to a charity. One in four stroke victims | :11:29. | :11:32.
is under the age of 65, and the Stroke Association says the | :11:32. | :11:34.
majority of them suffer a significant drop in income as a | :11:35. | :11:37.
result. Our health correspondent, Eleanor Bradford, has been to meet | :11:37. | :11:45.
a woman who had a stroke when she was still in her twenties. | :11:45. | :11:52.
Zoe was just 25 and returning from a holiday when she had a stroke. It | :11:52. | :11:56.
has taken her seven years to learn to talk and walk again, but as well | :11:56. | :12:01.
as the physical hurdles, she and her husband have faced financial | :12:01. | :12:07.
hurdles. Both had to give up work. A we have to watch what we spent. | :12:07. | :12:16.
Before you could just say, I fancy that, I will have it. | :12:16. | :12:25.
Leicester... -- the bill list. write a list, rather than just | :12:25. | :12:29.
taking everything. Things like that you take a grant -- you take for | :12:29. | :12:33.
granted. Zoe also feels the cold more so their heating bills have | :12:33. | :12:37.
gone up. The Stroke Association says younger stroke survivors often | :12:37. | :12:44.
struggle. A many people think stroke only happens to people over | :12:44. | :12:48.
65 but a quarter of all of them happen to people of working age. | :12:48. | :12:52.
And in a moment, not only are you with a devastating brain injury | :12:53. | :12:59.
following a stroke, but you cannot work. But as we know, just because | :12:59. | :13:04.
she stop working, the cost of living continues. Seven years later, | :13:04. | :13:09.
the recovery of Zoe has been remarkable for but she cannot work | :13:09. | :13:14.
and her husband cannot find a job that will fit around caring for her. | :13:14. | :13:18.
Life for at a time will be a struggle. You think it is for | :13:18. | :13:24.
somebody old and not somebody young, which is the worst part of it. | :13:24. | :13:29.
Everything was going great and something like that happens. | :13:29. | :13:31.
Some other stories from across Scotland this Friday. Sir Chris Hoy | :13:31. | :13:34.
and Bradley Wiggins have certainly raised the profile of cycling this | :13:34. | :13:44.
:13:44. | :13:57. | ||
year. Three leading meat processors are merging. They are joining | :13:57. | :14:02.
forces with Scott beef, and the processing plant is to be built on | :14:02. | :14:07.
the outskirts of Inverurie. A Highland Council is considering | :14:07. | :14:11.
whether to build a new war memorial, the region has no monuments to | :14:11. | :14:16.
commemorate those who have died in conflict since World War II. A will | :14:16. | :14:20.
be contacting the regimental associations to see if we can get | :14:20. | :14:25.
reports which names for the area have served in these conflicts, so | :14:25. | :14:29.
if we do decide to build a monument for that, we can have names put on | :14:29. | :14:35.
Police searching for a missing man in Stirlingshire are focusing their | :14:35. | :14:39.
search in the woodland after a confirmed sighting. The man has not | :14:39. | :14:46.
been seen for a month after he set out for a walk from his farm. | :14:46. | :14:51.
Highland Council is switching back its street lights following | :14:51. | :14:56.
criticism which saw them switched off to save money. The trial will | :14:56. | :15:00.
continue in some villages. More from your career and the | :15:00. | :15:08.
latest news 24 hours a day on BBC Scotland's website. | :15:08. | :15:14.
The profile of cycling has been raised this year. Since the Olympic | :15:14. | :15:17.
Games. Their success is also boosting the fortunes of a Scottish | :15:18. | :15:21.
firm, one of the leading makers of clothing for cyclists. Here is our | :15:21. | :15:24.
business correspondent, David Henderson. | :15:24. | :15:28.
It has been the perfect year for cycling fans come up with Olympic | :15:28. | :15:32.
gold for Chris Hoy, trialled for Bradley Wiggins, and a tour of | :15:32. | :15:42.
:15:42. | :15:44. | ||
Britain also has. -- triumphant. But this is another winner. The | :15:44. | :15:48.
company makes designs four stars and cyclists alike. They have never | :15:48. | :15:55.
been so busy. With an rising prices at the fuel pump and people under | :15:56. | :16:01.
pressure, we will find a hobby is that we like and are socially | :16:02. | :16:06.
acceptable with health benefits. have seen a lot of that in the last | :16:06. | :16:11.
few years. That seems to be the case not just in this country but | :16:11. | :16:15.
around the world. Some Scottish firms are worried about the | :16:15. | :16:18.
European financial crisis and how it could impact on their business | :16:18. | :16:28.
:16:28. | :16:36. | ||
here. But not Endura. They are looking to increase their exports | :16:36. | :16:43.
by 50%. In years gone by, clips were all you needed. Times have | :16:43. | :16:48.
changed, and so has the closing. Technology has transformed bikes | :16:48. | :16:53.
and what cyclists are wearing. Now they do not have to choose between | :16:53. | :16:58.
function and fashion. In a has gone from being a pair of shorts and | :16:58. | :17:04.
trainers to being quite sexy -- it has gone from being. There is a lot | :17:04. | :17:09.
of new technology, a waterproof fabrics, but in the past, you put | :17:09. | :17:15.
on an old jacket and got hot and sweaty. The company will soon move | :17:15. | :17:20.
to a new factory to boost production. More cyclists mean more | :17:21. | :17:25.
jobs here in a company that is riding high. | :17:25. | :17:31.
We're off to the races in Ayr now, and Jane Lewis, with the sport. | :17:31. | :17:36.
It has been a glorious day for racing here at Ayr. Good news for | :17:36. | :17:39.
the organisers, after rain ruined day one of the Gold Cup festival | :17:39. | :17:43.
yesterday. Tomorrow, it's all about the Gold Cup and if today's | :17:43. | :17:53.
:17:53. | :17:55. | ||
anything to go by, it should be a good one. | :17:55. | :18:01.
After yesterday's watch out, the good news is that the sun is out | :18:01. | :18:09.
and racing is on! Today was Ladies' Day, so plenty of hats on show. A | :18:09. | :18:18.
bit of entertainment. And more importantly, racing. And it was all | :18:18. | :18:23.
given the royal seal of approval. Hit his Ladies' Day today, do you | :18:23. | :18:31.
like a flutter? I like to, yes! Look at her eyelashes! Preparation | :18:31. | :18:35.
is well under way early to ensure success. There was evidence of | :18:35. | :18:40.
yesterday's downpour, but the course was given a thumbs-up after | :18:40. | :18:47.
an inspection. Also arriving early were the bookies. Start first thing | :18:47. | :18:53.
and make sure your equipment is working, get here early. Everybody | :18:53. | :18:58.
will enjoy today. Tomorrow is the big day, the Gold Cup, with two | :18:58. | :19:08.
Scottish runners among a field of 27. You are always had for -- | :19:08. | :19:12.
hopeful. He is one of the favourites and probably one of the | :19:12. | :19:16.
best in the race. Before the Gold Cup, there was plenty of action | :19:16. | :19:25.
today, with some toasting victory. Any winners? By I got a win. Yes, | :19:25. | :19:32.
two has so far! I love that had. I'm trying my it best! First spat | :19:32. | :19:39.
and so first winner at the races. - - first back and my first win. | :19:39. | :19:44.
Harry Graham joins me now. After disappointment yesterday, how | :19:44. | :19:49.
successful was today? Fantastic, the sunshine was beautiful, good | :19:49. | :19:55.
racing, a local winners, fantastic. How special a race is the Gold Cup | :19:55. | :20:01.
tomorrow? Very special for Scotland, one of the biggest spring's in | :20:01. | :20:07.
Europe. We have Scottish trainers in yet. Just fantastic for them to | :20:07. | :20:13.
win. You mentioned the Scottish runners, how will they do? We have | :20:13. | :20:20.
one of the favourites. I am sure the trainer is not here for nothing. | :20:20. | :20:26.
That is the clock of the course, good luck for tomorrow's. Football | :20:26. | :20:28.
news now. Neil Lennon believes Rangers' | :20:29. | :20:31.
absence from the SPL has been a loss to Celtic financially, but | :20:32. | :20:35.
says they have not been missed on the field. This weekend would have | :20:35. | :20:38.
seen the first Old Firm game of the season, but with Rangers currently | :20:38. | :20:48.
:20:48. | :20:49. | ||
in Division Three, Celtic will face Dundee tomorrow instead. | :20:49. | :20:54.
From the financial point of view, we will miss those games, the Old | :20:54. | :21:00.
Firm games. From a football point of view, 4 us, and not a big loss | :21:00. | :21:05.
to us and the footballing sense because the European games, at they | :21:05. | :21:08.
will make up for that. Edinburgh Rugby are looking to | :21:08. | :21:11.
continue their recent good run of form tomorrow night, but they'll | :21:11. | :21:15.
have to do it without their flying Dutchman Tim Visser. Visser has six | :21:15. | :21:18.
tries in three games, but has been rested for the trip to play | :21:18. | :21:22.
Leinster. He has been replaced by another Scotland international, Tom | :21:22. | :21:24.
Brown, who featured for the national team on their successful | :21:24. | :21:34.
:21:34. | :21:35. | ||
tour of the southern hemisphere. Scotland's Ricky Burns defends his | :21:35. | :21:37.
WBO world lightweight title in Glasgow tomorrow evening. His | :21:37. | :21:40.
opponent, Kevin Mitchell, had to strip off entirely to make the | :21:40. | :21:49.
weight this lunchtime. No such problems for the champion from | :21:49. | :21:52.
Coatbridge, who is looking to successfully defend the title for a | :21:52. | :22:02.
:22:02. | :22:06. | ||
second time. Before I leave you from Ayr, we had | :22:06. | :22:12.
heavy rain yesterday. How are we looking for tomorrow? It is looking | :22:12. | :22:18.
pretty good. Yesterday was miserable, two inches of rain | :22:18. | :22:23.
across the area. Plenty of sunshine tomorrow. All the details towards | :22:23. | :22:30.
the end of the programme. Thank you very much. A group of | :22:31. | :22:34.
disabled teenagers have had a day out in Glasgow with a difference. | :22:34. | :22:36.
The twelve young people have been sight-seeing, while at the same | :22:36. | :22:39.
time checking out how accessible the city is for wheelchairs, ahead | :22:39. | :22:42.
of the 2014 Commonwealth games. Laura Maxwell went to see how they | :22:42. | :22:51.
got on. 18-year-old David and his friends | :22:51. | :23:00.
are planning a grand day out in Glasgow. Their task is to get from | :23:00. | :23:06.
the city centre to the national stadium using public transport. But | :23:06. | :23:16.

Are they are here to raise awareness of disability issues, and | :23:34. | :23:40.
also, a bit of fun! On what better way to do that than this in George | :23:40. | :23:48.
Square! It is now time to put the public transport to the test. | :23:48. | :23:54.
there were already two on it so they could not fill -- fit us on | :23:54. | :24:01.
the. A short wait and a helpful driver and the group are back on | :24:01. | :24:09.
the move. It has been a long trip but they finally made it. They will | :24:09. | :24:12.
pass on their thoughts and experiences to the city council | :24:12. | :24:17.
next month. But for now, the verdict is? We have managed to get | :24:17. | :24:23.
here and to get this view, it is incredible. It has been a good | :24:23. | :24:31.
experience and hopefully, Glasgow 2014 will be better for this. | :24:31. | :24:38.
And things are looking a bit better, It is looking good and today was | :24:38. | :24:43.
lovely across much of the country, plenty of sunshine around. Late | :24:43. | :24:52.
sunshine this evening. It will be dry and clear this evening kick. | :24:52. | :25:00.
Under those clear skies, it will be a bit cold. Colder than last night. | :25:00. | :25:04.
In this Central Scotland, two or three degrees, and colder end the | :25:04. | :25:12.
countryside. There will be a frost and some mist and fog patches. | :25:12. | :25:16.
Tomorrow morning, there should disappear and it will be a | :25:17. | :25:22.
sparkling day with plenty of sunshine. -- goes should disappear. | :25:22. | :25:27.
Grew skies and it will be dry. For much of the country, a lovely start | :25:27. | :25:36.
to the weekend. From 4pm, temperatures up to 14 degrees. | :25:36. | :25:41.
Feeling quite pleasant. Across the West Coast and the Western Isles, | :25:41. | :25:47.
there could be more cloud but it will be dry. Some sunshine across | :25:48. | :25:57.
much of the north-east. If you are hill-walking, a great day tomorrow. | :25:57. | :26:03.
It could be a cold and frosty start, but it will be dry and bright. | :26:03. | :26:12.
Winds are generally light and variable, coming from the South. | :26:12. | :26:22.
:26:22. | :26:24. | ||
Visibility will be good, Crystal Clear. Across the South West, these | :26:24. | :26:34.
:26:34. | :26:41. | ||
The rest of the afternoon and into the evening and overnight, much | :26:42. | :26:46.
like tonight. A good end to the night, it will be dry and bright, | :26:46. | :26:52.
but it will be cold of the night. Sunday, an area of low pressure to | :26:52. | :26:58.
the south of the UK and that has given us a few headaches. We think | :26:58. | :27:05.
it will stay with high pressure. It should be very similar to Saturday. | :27:05. | :27:10.
It will be dry and bright with sunshine. But next week, an early | :27:10. | :27:14.
warning for rain because low pressure could turn things wet and | :27:14. | :27:20.
windy. And unsettled week ahead but the weekend as looking good. -- an | :27:20. | :27:23.

out electronic tagging of offenders. The contract is worth 13 million | :28:08. | :28:10.

Mitchell has apologised for a foul- mouthed rant at police officers in | :28:13. | :28:16.
Downing Street. Reports say he reacted angrily when they said he | :28:16. | :28:19.
