Good evening. More organisations have announced they are quitting the

CBI because the business lobby group is backing a No Vote in September's

independence referendum. Two Scottish Government agencies,

Scottish Enterprise and VisitScotland, are the latest to

withdraw their membership. The CBI has made no secret of its

anti-independence stance. Last month, in its analysis of the White

Paper, it said the Scottish Government's economic plan didn't

add up. Its decision to register with electoral commission as a

supporter of better together, was a step too far for some of members.

Yesterday, STV left the CBI singles on impartiality meant it had no

choice. The broadcaster followed the playgroup, whose owner also chairs

the pro-independence organisation. They have not gone through a

democratic process. I discussed this with the membership. They believe

they have a mandate through the council in CBI Scotland but again,

while two council members have said they can't members being discussed

or voted on. I challenge the CBI to produce evidence that they went

through a democratic process to come to this decision. The body

responsible for boosting tourism, VisitScotland along with Scottish

Enterprise, have also resigned. The Scottish Government has said it

clearly inappropriate for government agencies to retain membership of the

group. The CBI issued a statement saying:

the executive board of Glasgow Caledonian University is meeting to

consider its position next week. Other CBI members are expected to

follow suit. A 40-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the

death of a woman after a disturbance in a flat in East Ayrshire. The body

of 46-year-old Elaine Duncan was found in the property on Loudoun

Road in Newmilns on Friday night. A motorcyclist has died after crashing

his bike on the Isle of Skye this morning. The 33-year-old man was

pronounced dead at the scene after the accident on the A87. It's

understood no other vehicles were involved. A driver who was involved

in a crash on the Friarton Bridge in Perth last night was traced three

hours later with a serious head injury. His condition isn't believed

to be life-threatening. Now, they call it urban art but is it really

when it's in the countryside? In Dumfries and Galloway, huge

Banksy-type murals have been appearing on buildings across the

region. Will he Johnston reports. Urban street graffiti. Whatever you

call it, it's big, bold and highly visible. In the village, Beverley

gave these girls free rein to spice up her shed walls. We thought would

be nice, lots of colour, lots of people would hopefully see the work

that they do. I'm going to pull that back, that Chevron. It's painting

everybody knows about thanks to the underground graffiti artist, Banksy.

A few people shout to us and say, I'm going to call the police. They

are joking. Or they say, is it Banksy? The fact that every person

who passes us knows who he is is phenomenal. A few miles away,

Catherine puts the finishing touches to a mural on a pottery. More used

to painting life studies and portraits on canvas, this was in

every sense a big challenge. I think the time involved, working outside

physically, actually, going up and down ladders, shaking hands, holding

it all in your head, how it's going to work, it's difficult and been a

challenge. Six murals are being created as a prelude to next

month's arts and Craft weekend across Dumfries Galloway. Alfresco

after taking the open studio concept to a whole new level. Well, once

again, most of Scotland has been enjoying lovely holiday weather.

though the breeze was keeping things cool on Portobello beach where

jumpers were required. Though not enough to deter anyone. So question

temperatures 16-17. You can see mist and low cloud edging towards the

east coast and for the rest of the evening, it will continue to edge in

further inland bringing much more cloud of the central belt. Turning

quite cool, touch of frost. By the early hours, temperatures

recovering, 5-6. For tomorrow, the mist and low fog will linger. There

will be breaks in the afternoon to allow sunny spells, especially for

the Western Isles and temperatures still quite cool along East Coast,

around 10 Celsius. To the West, 13 - 16 at best but then we look ahead to

Easter Monday and Tuesday. Low pressure bringing big cloud and

outbreaks of rain, so we will see some sunshine. Cloudier with rain to
