Police have identified what were described as knowledge

gaps in Scotland's counter-terrorism strategy, according

The Scottish Police Authority says it was uploaded

One question is whether the council tax needs to be replaced.

Many councils still have concerns over this year's government funding

offer which is tougher than most anticipated.
