Well, what I did as part was

reshaped the management team. We

1:30:051:30:12

stripped out two divisions, we

aligned accountability for

1:30:121:30:19

individual managers right to the

top. I was targeting a £75 million

1:30:191:30:24

cost reduction in the overhead of

the business because I believed

1:30:241:30:28

there was excessive overhead and

complexity as a result of that. It

1:30:281:30:32

was very much a message of seeking

to simplify the business, make it

1:30:321:30:39

continue to focus on infrastructure

and construction because we did see

1:30:391:30:42

some overlap and value in having

those different skill sets across

1:30:421:30:47

the group but seeking it to the more

straightforward and simple business

1:30:471:30:52

with less complexity internally

across the different divisions. And

1:30:521:30:58

how did that reassure the

government? We have to leave our

1:30:581:31:04

live coverage. You can continue

watching the session online on our

website parliament.
