Hello and welcome to the programme.
Coming, Carillion senior executives | 0:00:20 | 0:00:25
are lost for words. And you are
still all right, all of you. Aren't | 0:00:25 | 0:00:31
you? 100 years after the first one
and get the boat, female MPs are | 0:00:31 | 0:00:40
still severing abuse. What this is
about is massage and is seeking to | 0:00:40 | 0:00:45
silence women who dare to speak out.
And plane speeding about the online | 0:00:45 | 0:00:52
abuse of a model's disabled son. We
do not like you, but what you have | 0:00:52 | 0:00:57
done is amazing because it will help
lots of people. The chairman of the | 0:00:57 | 0:01:03
collapsed company Carillion has told
MPs about how upset he is about the | 0:01:03 | 0:01:06
demise. They provided services for
schools, hospitals and prisons. It | 0:01:06 | 0:01:11
went into liquidation leading
suppliers unpaid and a hole in the | 0:01:11 | 0:01:16
company entered scheme which amounts
to nearly billions of pounds. An | 0:01:16 | 0:01:19
array of senior executives get a
joint committee of MPs as either the | 0:01:19 | 0:01:25
story, but the chairs of the
committees were not impressed saying | 0:01:25 | 0:01:27
afterwards that the directors were
delusional who maintained that | 0:01:27 | 0:01:31
everything was hunky-dory until it
all went suddenly and unfortunately | 0:01:31 | 0:01:36
wrong. DPhil perhaps that you are
asleep at the wheel and surprised? | 0:01:36 | 0:01:44
No I do not think I was asleep at
the wheel, because as soon as I got | 0:01:44 | 0:01:53
the role we were looking to tackle
issues and the key focus of my time | 0:01:53 | 0:01:58
in the role was to bring net debt
down and that... So you feel that in | 0:01:58 | 0:02:04
the nine months that you are in the
business you did the right thing at | 0:02:04 | 0:02:07
the right time? I believe I did
everything that I could have done. | 0:02:07 | 0:02:18
The words cannot describe the depth
of my despair, I am devastated by | 0:02:18 | 0:02:21
the impact and -- that the collapse
has had, on pensioners and customers | 0:02:21 | 0:02:28
and suppliers and staff. It is very
difficult to say, how sorry or how | 0:02:28 | 0:02:36
desperate we are by the situation.
There were loud voices telling you | 0:02:36 | 0:02:43
things were going wrong, and you are
saying that there was no indication | 0:02:43 | 0:02:48
that something was wrong until the
last minute. I simply say it is | 0:02:48 | 0:02:52
incredible. Sorry, I am not saying
there was no indication, I am not | 0:02:52 | 0:02:57
saying we got all that decision is
right, I am not saying I are there | 0:02:57 | 0:03:01
of those things. We have had one
session here where people are | 0:03:01 | 0:03:05
pointing fingers and your main
evidence so far is that you have | 0:03:05 | 0:03:07
these advisers and in effect pointed
your finger at them, what is your | 0:03:07 | 0:03:15
responsibility for this collapse?
Board and complete, total. Very | 0:03:15 | 0:03:19
good. No question in my mind about
that, full responsibility, no | 0:03:19 | 0:03:28
question and if I look back, of
course there are things we looked at | 0:03:28 | 0:03:33
would have done differently. I'm
asking if you think it is justified | 0:03:33 | 0:03:35
in a time when the share price of
the cup -- company is falling quite | 0:03:35 | 0:03:40
substantially, whether it is right
to increase the remuneration of the | 0:03:40 | 0:03:48
chief executive. We thought it was
right at the time because we wanted | 0:03:48 | 0:03:52
to retain in that business of period
when that sector was volatile. And | 0:03:52 | 0:03:56
the benefit in hindsight, do you
think those decisions were right? I | 0:03:56 | 0:04:01
thought a lot about the decisions
that we have made, and I think that | 0:04:01 | 0:04:06
decision in terms of increase in his
pay was correct. So you think that | 0:04:06 | 0:04:13
in 2016, the chief executive
deserved... Ever made in January it | 0:04:13 | 0:04:21
in the back with consulting and
shareholders. I'm asking you in | 0:04:21 | 0:04:25
hindsight, do you think the reward
of £1.5 million at a time when | 0:04:25 | 0:04:31
there's lots of evidence to show
what happened to the business, | 0:04:31 | 0:04:35
whether that was justified? I
completely understand the anger that | 0:04:35 | 0:04:39
people will feel about the paper has
been made to executives, in my role | 0:04:39 | 0:04:46
on the remuneration committee, I
have to balance factors including | 0:04:46 | 0:04:48
the market and the advice we get...
You already said that, I asked you | 0:04:48 | 0:04:55
would benefit of the hindsight if
you think that the packet was | 0:04:55 | 0:04:58
justified? Wu acting insight that we
should've looked that they were paid | 0:04:58 | 0:05:08
against targets that could have
committed with overall performance | 0:05:08 | 0:05:12
of the business. And all of your
sitting here, with millions of | 0:05:12 | 0:05:19
pounds of payment over a period of
years, and you say how sad and | 0:05:19 | 0:05:23
disappointed you are, but what
actions do you take to show that? | 0:05:23 | 0:05:28
Because it is just words, is it not?
Is just work, I'm sorry, I'm I'm | 0:05:28 | 0:05:33
disappointed, but the money is in
the bank. It is not is it? For the | 0:05:33 | 0:05:40
people who are retired or coming up
for retirement. So instead of the | 0:05:40 | 0:05:44
words, why cannot do something? Why
not give money back and try and make | 0:05:44 | 0:05:49
a difference and put right some of
the wrong. Can I put it another way? | 0:05:49 | 0:05:56
You opened up about how sorry you
are, but it does not seem to me that | 0:05:56 | 0:06:01
the sorrow leads as Richard says,
too any way of you put the money | 0:06:01 | 0:06:07
back and all for if you have done
rather well after the company which | 0:06:07 | 0:06:11
you then in different ways, helped
to crash. Does that not move you at | 0:06:11 | 0:06:18
all? I mean, why should we believe
you, that you feel so sad about all | 0:06:18 | 0:06:26
of this it does not extend to the
chequebook. I am genuinely, shocked | 0:06:26 | 0:06:32
and saddened by the events. I
genuinely am. And I am very happy to | 0:06:32 | 0:06:41
engage with the company and
understand what... You have to wait | 0:06:41 | 0:06:48
for someone to have an engagement
with you, it's part of your DNA. Is | 0:06:48 | 0:06:51
it not? It is, but I do need to
understand what the position is. I | 0:06:51 | 0:06:58
do not know what my position is
today. It's clear isn't it, pensions | 0:06:58 | 0:07:03
are taking cuts, large numbers of
people are going to not get paper | 0:07:03 | 0:07:08
contracts, and other people have
lost their jobs, and you are still | 0:07:08 | 0:07:13
all right. All of you. Are you not?
Carillion executives loss for words. | 0:07:13 | 0:07:25
Now, female MPs should not have to
put up with hate and abuse 100 years | 0:07:25 | 0:07:30
after the first women got the vote
in the UK. The women in the | 0:07:30 | 0:07:35
qualities Minister, also told the
Commons should look at cost to | 0:07:35 | 0:07:39
pardon suffragettes convicted of
militant activities. She was making | 0:07:39 | 0:07:45
a statement as MPs commemorated the
anniversary of that 1918 | 0:07:45 | 0:07:49
representation of the people act,
which gave women over 30 web | 0:07:49 | 0:07:52
property the right to vote. The
comments was awash with purple and | 0:07:52 | 0:07:56
green emblem of the suffragette
movement. I'm proud to be part of | 0:07:56 | 0:08:01
the most diverse House of Commons in
British history, we have our second | 0:08:01 | 0:08:06
female Prime Minister. Third of
those in Cabinet are web in and we | 0:08:06 | 0:08:13
have the highest ever number of
female MPs. Outside of politics, we | 0:08:13 | 0:08:17
have seen so much progress since
1918. More women are in a more | 0:08:17 | 0:08:22
diverse range of jobs ever before,
and increasing at the top of the | 0:08:22 | 0:08:27
fields. The women could not hold
himself that true equality was a | 0:08:27 | 0:08:30
done deal. Weekdays vile sexist
abuse. We have seen a concerted | 0:08:30 | 0:08:38
effort online and off-line to
destroy the confidence of women who | 0:08:38 | 0:08:41
want to be involved in political
life. Just last week, we learned | 0:08:41 | 0:08:45
that the labour leader had quit over
what she called over bullying and | 0:08:45 | 0:08:51
sexism by supporters of Jeremy
Corbyn. The honourable lady received | 0:08:51 | 0:08:58
endless verbal abuse, in fact she
has disgraced leader received over | 0:08:58 | 0:09:01
half of all the online abuse sent to
female politicians. As she has set | 0:09:01 | 0:09:08
herself, it is the sheer volume and
hatred which makes it so | 0:09:08 | 0:09:12
debilitating, so corrosive, and so
upsetting. And to my own | 0:09:12 | 0:09:17
constituency, I am often asked by
people who come up to me, how can | 0:09:17 | 0:09:22
you bear it? The hate, and I will
tell you I buried. Like other women | 0:09:22 | 0:09:28
in this chamber do, because I know
that the male matter in politics, | 0:09:28 | 0:09:32
and in light. I was hoping that the
Minister was going to make an | 0:09:32 | 0:09:39
announcement today that the
Government was going to issue may be | 0:09:39 | 0:09:42
an official apology to the women of
the suffragette movement or a pardon | 0:09:42 | 0:09:49
Navy for those who are oddly
imprisoned and sexually assaulted in | 0:09:49 | 0:09:54
battle to get women the vote. By
instead, all we have is another free | 0:09:54 | 0:10:00
announcement of how utterly
disappointed. I support the move to | 0:10:00 | 0:10:07
ask and consider the case to bring
candidates. What this is about his | 0:10:07 | 0:10:15
misogynists seeking to sign into
women who dare to speak out. | 0:10:15 | 0:10:21
Particularly, this is against
younger women and black women. Now, | 0:10:21 | 0:10:25
voters have the right to choose who
they want, man or woman to represent | 0:10:25 | 0:10:30
them. And once that representative
is elected to Parliament, it is | 0:10:30 | 0:10:33
their right and duty to be able to
get on with the job without being | 0:10:33 | 0:10:38
subjected to intimidation, threats,
or violence. This is about our | 0:10:38 | 0:10:43
democracy, and I hope members on all
sides of the House will get this | 0:10:43 | 0:10:47
their full support. I would be doing
a disservice to suffragettes who | 0:10:47 | 0:10:50
stood up for their causes, which
were more than just getting above | 0:10:50 | 0:10:53
for women, if I do not say that
today we still have a government | 0:10:53 | 0:10:58
that pursues policies and social
security cuts which hurt when in | 0:10:58 | 0:11:02
budgets and 85% of cuts have come
out of women pockets, and we get to | 0:11:02 | 0:11:06
see the justice for this campaign
is. I would generally say that this | 0:11:06 | 0:11:12
government is focused on the
Isherwood making sure to do that, | 0:11:12 | 0:11:15
both in terms of positives and
making sure that we have a better | 0:11:15 | 0:11:19
approach to the gender pay gap, and
in terms of protecting women, which | 0:11:19 | 0:11:23
is why we bring forward domestic
abuse bill year which will address | 0:11:23 | 0:11:26
of this. A couple of senior MPs
wanted a lot to force political | 0:11:26 | 0:11:32
parties to publish the gender
balance of the candidate list. It | 0:11:32 | 0:11:35
may not be very conducive for this
party to publish the list, but it | 0:11:35 | 0:11:43
would encourage us to select more
women for candidates to take a role | 0:11:43 | 0:11:46
in public life. She said she would
take a look at his suggestion. You | 0:11:46 | 0:11:52
are watching Tuesday Parliament with
me, Mandy Baker. Do not forget you | 0:11:52 | 0:11:57
can thought -- find previous
editions of this programme by going | 0:11:57 | 0:12:00
to the BBCi player. Weber has
claimed that ten more cash strapped | 0:12:00 | 0:12:07
councils could be about to take the
same emergency measures as | 0:12:07 | 0:12:12
Northamptonshire. Issuing a section
1114 notice, stopping all spending | 0:12:12 | 0:12:16
apart from what is needed to
safeguard vulnerable people. Labour | 0:12:16 | 0:12:20
said that shifting local -- local
government cost to taxpayer did not | 0:12:20 | 0:12:23
work as it did not raise enough
money. The Treasury notes that and | 0:12:23 | 0:12:29
the local government sector knows
that. So when the Minister is going | 0:12:29 | 0:12:34
to stand up to the Chancellor and
demand the money that local | 0:12:34 | 0:12:37
government needs, because the local
Government Chronicle are suggesting | 0:12:37 | 0:12:41
that there are already at least ten
other local authorities preparing to | 0:12:41 | 0:12:47
issue 114 notice this. How this
Minister treat Northamptonshire, | 0:12:47 | 0:12:54
will be looked on very closely by
the sector. The Minister said that | 0:12:54 | 0:13:00
all councils have a duty to balance
budget. The Government has been | 0:13:00 | 0:13:04
aware of concerns about
Northamptonshire County Council | 0:13:04 | 0:13:08
finances and governance for some
time. This is why the secretary is | 0:13:08 | 0:13:16
straight -- stay, appointed an
inspector to undertake independent | 0:13:16 | 0:13:20
best value inspection on the 9th of
January. This independent inspection | 0:13:20 | 0:13:25
is due to report on the 16th of
March. Before the report came out, | 0:13:25 | 0:13:30
it was wrong for them to comment on
it he said, but one local | 0:13:30 | 0:13:35
conservative felt no such restraint.
It gives me no pleasure Mr Speaker | 0:13:35 | 0:13:40
to say that with this of this
notice, becomes the worst run the | 0:13:40 | 0:13:45
local authority in the country.
Undoubtedly there is huge pressures | 0:13:45 | 0:13:49
the social care budget, exacerbated
by no temperature's fast rowing | 0:13:49 | 0:13:57
elderly population. And the funding
review is welcome, but will come too | 0:13:57 | 0:14:01
late I'm afraid for that counsel.
The Mac all seven MPs have lost | 0:14:01 | 0:14:06
confidence in the leadership of the
Council. There is no question served | 0:14:06 | 0:14:09
that this is not about money, this
is about the governance of the | 0:14:09 | 0:14:14
Council and I Cabinet has to go and
it has to go now. Jeremy Hunt has | 0:14:14 | 0:14:21
ordered an urgent review of medical
malpractice cases following concerns | 0:14:21 | 0:14:26
over a recent manslaughter clays
involving the death of a 6-year-old | 0:14:26 | 0:14:29
boy. Medical professionals were but
a High Court ruled that that Doctor | 0:14:29 | 0:14:33
should be struck off and they argued
shipping under | 0:14:33 | 0:14:41
It is fair to say that the recent
case has caused huge concerns, so | 0:14:41 | 0:14:45
today I can announce that I've asked
the former president of the Road | 0:14:45 | 0:14:52
College of surgeons to conduct a
rapid review -- Royal College of | 0:14:52 | 0:15:01
surgeons to... So that mistakes are
learned from and not covered up, how | 0:15:01 | 0:15:09
we ensure there is a clarity about
where the line is drawn in medical | 0:15:09 | 0:15:19
practise respect... And any lessons
that need to be learned by the | 0:15:19 | 0:15:24
General medical Council and other
professional regulators. | 0:15:24 | 0:15:27
STUDIO: Other MPs wanted to know
what Ministers would do to integrate | 0:15:27 | 0:15:34
the dot it's important that the dot
-- Anne Holton is now on -- Halton | 0:15:34 | 0:15:48
is now on the... There's not enough
money, the Government keeps trying | 0:15:48 | 0:15:53
to avoid. Mr Speaker, we've given
extra funding over the next three | 0:15:53 | 0:16:00
years to help councils, that's
addition to giving them access to | 0:16:00 | 0:16:08
nine point dedicated social care
funding by... The former top civil | 0:16:08 | 0:16:16
servant at the Foreign Office has
been an outspoken attack on the | 0:16:16 | 0:16:20
Government's the dramatic vision for
Britain after it leaves the European | 0:16:20 | 0:16:23
Union. The idea of global Britain is
to show that the UK will remain | 0:16:23 | 0:16:28
fully engaged with the world. Doctor
Simon Fraser seemed less than | 0:16:28 | 0:16:32
impressed. To be frank, I think many
countries that for the time being | 0:16:32 | 0:16:37
we've lost the plot in terms of
understanding or we intend to go and | 0:16:37 | 0:16:43
it has to be said that in terms of
big geopolitical strategy, whilst | 0:16:43 | 0:16:49
Brexit is consuming us and this
country, it is not the central deal | 0:16:49 | 0:16:55
in global geopolitics. I think that
global Britain at the moment is | 0:16:55 | 0:17:01
really a slow oven, and we need more
clarity of thought. As a set in the | 0:17:01 | 0:17:07
streets that Mr Murray referred to,
it seemed to me that we need to | 0:17:07 | 0:17:12
think through, where that leaves us
on the international stage, what are | 0:17:12 | 0:17:19
the objectives that this country
outside the European Union will be | 0:17:19 | 0:17:23
seeking to achieve in its
international policies, what are the | 0:17:23 | 0:17:26
priorities for us, what is the
message we want to give to the | 0:17:26 | 0:17:30
world? What are the relationships
and institutions and other methods | 0:17:30 | 0:17:39
of leverage that we're going to use
to achieve our goals. At the moment, | 0:17:39 | 0:17:47
there's a lot of mushy thinking
about this and a lot of simplistic | 0:17:47 | 0:17:53
words, and we need to sit down and
put some hard content behind it. | 0:17:53 | 0:17:56
When I was a vicar, the organist
used by any old music, and we used | 0:17:56 | 0:18:05
to call that vamp until ready. And
global Britain is that, it is damp | 0:18:05 | 0:18:10
till ready. They will make noise
until they've come up with a | 0:18:10 | 0:18:14
decision and some kind of policy for
the future. It's a sensible thing to | 0:18:14 | 0:18:18
do, to be honest. Just put any old
slogan up. Until we get to the point | 0:18:18 | 0:18:27
where we know what Brexit really
looks like, I'm trying to be | 0:18:27 | 0:18:29
generous to her. I don't think I'll
interfere with your relationship | 0:18:29 | 0:18:34
with the Prime Minister. This is an
unusual statement. It seems to me | 0:18:34 | 0:18:41
that global Britain is a very
sensible aspiration as it was three | 0:18:41 | 0:18:45
years ago. Because this is the self
image... It was the policy of the | 0:18:45 | 0:18:53
Foreign Secretary that we should be
present around the world button as | 0:18:53 | 0:18:59
many places as possible so we were
engaged in networks around the | 0:18:59 | 0:19:02
world, and we were able to influence
events. I think that is a good | 0:19:02 | 0:19:06
policy. The challenge us in my view
is leaving the European Union is a | 0:19:06 | 0:19:14
step in a different direction. It is
probably the most important ever | 0:19:14 | 0:19:20
this country is involved with. So it
de-globalize is us. I think it | 0:19:20 | 0:19:26
creates a challenge as to how we're
going to pursue our global | 0:19:26 | 0:19:28
aspirations. Last week, MPs voted to
vacate the Palace of Wen Spencer | 0:19:28 | 0:19:39
sometime after 2025 to allow
extensive restorations of the | 0:19:39 | 0:19:41
building. -- palace of when Spencer/
Palace of Westminster. There are | 0:19:41 | 0:19:52
difficult decisions to be made on
how we best protect one of the | 0:19:52 | 0:19:56
world's most iconic buildings for
future generations. We must address | 0:19:56 | 0:19:59
these decisions head-on. The patch
and bend approaches no longer | 0:19:59 | 0:20:05
sustainable.
STUDIO: When that the dot the House | 0:20:05 | 0:20:12
of Commons has lifted our affairs --
it is the citadel of British | 0:20:12 | 0:20:19
liberty. I don't know how was this
country can be governed by the then | 0:20:19 | 0:20:26
by the House of Commons playing its
part... For me the House of Commons | 0:20:26 | 0:20:30
is down the road. Or for a temporary
period, here. And I think we should | 0:20:30 | 0:20:36
think about that. Very, very
seriously. And I think any of us | 0:20:36 | 0:20:41
that have watched the film artist
our -- Darkest Hour, they understand | 0:20:41 | 0:20:48
the emotion about that. Think about
her spoilers, random electric fires, | 0:20:48 | 0:20:57
routine and constant maintenance and
equipment failures, floods, I am | 0:20:57 | 0:21:01
frankly amazed that this building
functions as well as it does. | 0:21:01 | 0:21:05
STUDIO: Lesley -- Lady Stowell...
This is fundamental surgery. The | 0:21:05 | 0:21:26
bits that we can see that keep this
building habitable... It's not often | 0:21:26 | 0:21:33
a reality TV star is called to give
evidence in front of a Parliamentary | 0:21:33 | 0:21:37
committee. But on Tuesday, Katie
price appeared before MPs to make an | 0:21:37 | 0:21:42
impassioned plea for criminal action
to be taken against malicious | 0:21:42 | 0:21:45
trolling on social media. She has
long campaigned on behalf of her son | 0:21:45 | 0:21:51
Harvey, who has a series of
disabilities. This is what worries | 0:21:51 | 0:21:54
me. To even doubt... the someone has
taken the time to mock his picture | 0:21:54 | 0:22:08
on it, mock words, and I mean, is
that normal? And it happens a lot. A | 0:22:08 | 0:22:16
lot. What I'm thinking is, it's bad,
but what goes through peoples heads | 0:22:16 | 0:22:23
so that people's heads... I've got
loads of gatherings together and I | 0:22:23 | 0:22:29
went to the police. I went to the
police twice, they've arrested two | 0:22:29 | 0:22:34
people, got all of their computers,
phones and everything. And the | 0:22:34 | 0:22:38
police were embarrassed because it
got to a point where they couldn't | 0:22:38 | 0:22:41
take it any further because they
couldn't charge them with anything, | 0:22:41 | 0:22:45
because there's nothing in place.
They had to drop the cases, and | 0:22:45 | 0:22:49
since then, its continued -- it has
continued. It's getting worse. It's | 0:22:49 | 0:23:00
not just us it affects, we know by
the amount of contact that we've had | 0:23:00 | 0:23:07
from people is that everyone, it's
from children to adults... You think | 0:23:07 | 0:23:14
you know why he is singled out? Is
it because of his disabilities? Is | 0:23:14 | 0:23:19
he subject to racial abuse? It's a
lot of racial abuse. I think they | 0:23:19 | 0:23:26
find him an easy target to pick on.
But I'm his voice, and I'm going to | 0:23:26 | 0:23:31
protect him. Wouldn't you want to
happen to the? If you are going to | 0:23:31 | 0:23:37
be a nanny, you get police checked.
They want to know your address, they | 0:23:37 | 0:23:44
want to know all the information. So
you if you pave your carpets,... It | 0:23:44 | 0:23:51
say someone came to you for an
interview and you let that person | 0:23:51 | 0:23:54
and said, guess, I will take on. You
realise that the that the dot -- you | 0:23:54 | 0:24:06
realise that they had a history of
online abuse. This is the point. | 0:24:06 | 0:24:11
Something on the record, basically.
Keeping in mind, this is my point of | 0:24:11 | 0:24:16
view. You are allowed your free
speech, and you can have banter, you | 0:24:16 | 0:24:22
can say your point of view about
things. But there is a point, | 0:24:22 | 0:24:27
hopefully the next discussion of it,
where you sit down and draw a line, | 0:24:27 | 0:24:31
when does it become a criminal
offence. It's taken off and it's the | 0:24:31 | 0:24:37
way it's going to go in the future.
With a lot of things. It's got to be | 0:24:37 | 0:24:41
policed a bit more now. There has to
be lost put in place, and guidelines | 0:24:41 | 0:24:46
to what you can and can't do. And as
she was touching him, freedom of | 0:24:46 | 0:24:52
speech, that still important, but
there's got to be guidelines online | 0:24:52 | 0:24:57
as there are off-line. Do the two
you viewed there is a gap in the | 0:24:57 | 0:25:02
law? Completely. I mean, like I say,
in my petition, I got 200,000 | 0:25:02 | 0:25:11
signatures, and people said, I don't
like you, which is not very nice, we | 0:25:11 | 0:25:15
are not fans of years, we don't like
you but what you are doing we think | 0:25:15 | 0:25:19
is amazing because it will help a
lot of people. I know you lot | 0:25:19 | 0:25:25
sitting there agree with me, really.
I think everyone agrees. This is the | 0:25:25 | 0:25:29
thing. It's a no-brainer. Only one
I've ever spoken to has not agreed. | 0:25:29 | 0:25:37
We just have to get the Government
to do it. It is that the dot help | 0:25:37 | 0:25:43
everyone. That's all we've got time
for. From me, Mandy Baker, goodbye. | 0:25:43 | 0:25:51 |
