A small Chinese company says it owns the name and rights to the

iPad name them. A Shanghai court will decide.

a case brought by a Chinese technology firm seeking to halt the

sale of Apple's iPads across Chinese cities. The company is

accusing the US firm of trademark infringement. If the court ruled in

favour of the company, it will eat into one of Apple's biggest markets
