Good morning. And happy Easter. Today is the most important day in | :00:17. | :00:34.
the church calendar, when millions of Christian believers or around the | :00:35. | :00:37.
world focus their worship on the resurrection of Jesus Christ 2000 | :00:38. | :00:42.
years ago. Today, we have come to Leicester Cathedral to join the | :00:43. | :00:45.
congregation here in their Easter celebrations as they welcome friends | :00:46. | :00:48.
and visitors were all over this great city. Before the service gets | :00:49. | :00:52.
underway, let's have a quick word with the Dean, David Monteith. Thank | :00:53. | :00:58.
you for having us. You had an early start today. Yes, we gathered at | :00:59. | :01:05.
6:30am. We lit the Easter fire and baptised and confirmed new | :01:06. | :01:08.
Christians. It was a joyous occasion. What can we expect to see | :01:09. | :01:12.
and hear this morning? We will have the best of our Church of England | :01:13. | :01:17.
Eucharist, a holy Communion service, with glorious music. It will have a | :01:18. | :01:20.
very Leicester feel, as young Asian dancers will be part of the service. | :01:21. | :01:25.
Will there be a chance to think and pray for people around the world? | :01:26. | :01:28.
Easter reminds us of the pain and glory of God, so we will be thinking | :01:29. | :01:33.
a lot about is very and particularly about those in South Korea today. I | :01:34. | :01:38.
am sure will appreciate the opportunity to stop and reflect. I | :01:39. | :01:42.
will let you get ready. Our is today service from Leicester Cathedral | :01:43. | :01:46.
begins as the Dean hands water from the font to the Bishop of | :01:47. | :01:50.
Leicester, for him to invite everybody to renew with their | :01:51. | :01:51.
baptismal vows. In baptism, God calls us to new | :01:52. | :02:30.
life. We die with Christ to all that destroys, and rise to live with him | :02:31. | :02:37.
forever. Therefore on this Easter morning, following our service of | :02:38. | :02:40.
baptism and confirmation at dawn, I ask you to renew your baptismal vows | :02:41. | :02:43.
in the light of Christ gloriously risen from the dead. Do you reject | :02:44. | :02:58.
evil? I reject evil. And all its many forms? And all its many forms. | :02:59. | :03:04.
And all its empty promises? And all its empty promises. God has claimed | :03:05. | :03:10.
us as his own. In Jesus Christ, our risen Lord, he has brought us out of | :03:11. | :03:18.
darkness! He has made us light to the world! Let us now declare our | :03:19. | :03:22.
faith in the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. Christ died for | :03:23. | :03:28.
our sins in accordance with the Scriptures. He was buried. He was | :03:29. | :03:33.
raised to life on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures. | :03:34. | :03:38.
Afterwards he appeared to his followers, and to all the apostles. | :03:39. | :03:46.
This we have received, and this we believe. Amen. | :03:47. | :06:21.
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. | :06:22. | :06:29.
Amen. Peace be with you. And also with you. Alleluia! Christ is risen. | :06:30. | :06:41.
He is risen indeed. Alleluia! Welcome to Leicester Cathedral. We | :06:42. | :06:44.
come with visitors from across the diocese. For those of you sharing | :06:45. | :06:48.
this occasion at home and with Christians around the world, to | :06:49. | :06:53.
celebrate the joy of the resurrection on this Easter morning. | :06:54. | :07:17.
Gloria in excelsis Deo et in terra pax hominibus bonae voluntatis. | :07:18. | :07:31.
Laudamus te, benedicimus te. Adoramus te. Glorificamus te. | :07:32. | :07:48.
Gratias agimus tibi propter magnam gloriam tuam: Domine Deus, Rex | :07:49. | :08:08.
coelestis, Deus Pater omnipotens. Domine Fili unigenite. | :08:09. | :08:20.
Jesu Christe. Domine Deus, Agnus Dei, Filius | :08:21. | :08:32.
Patris. Qui tollis peccata mundi. Miserere nobis. Qui tollis peccata | :08:33. | :08:42.
mundi. Quoniam tu solus Sanctus. | :08:43. | :09:30.
Quoniam to solus altissimus. Quoniam tu solus Dominus. | :09:31. | :09:57.
In gloria Dei Patris. Amen. Let us pray that we may walk the | :09:58. | :10:11.
risen life of Christ in glory. God of glory, by the raising of your Son | :10:12. | :10:15.
you have broken the chains of death and hell: fill your Church with | :10:16. | :10:27.
faith and hope. For a new day has dawned, and the way to life stands | :10:28. | :10:31.
open in our Saviour, Jesus Christ, who is alive and reigns with you in | :10:32. | :10:35.
the unity of the Holy Spirit now and forever. Amen. | :10:36. | :10:48.
A reading from the prophecy of Jeremiah. At that time, says the | :10:49. | :10:54.
Lord, I will be the God of all the families of Israel, and they shall | :10:55. | :10:58.
be my people. Thus says the Lord: The people who survived the sword | :10:59. | :11:02.
found grace in the wilderness. When Israel sought for rest, the Lord | :11:03. | :11:06.
appeared to him from far away. I have loved you with an everlasting | :11:07. | :11:10.
love. Therefore I have continued my faithfulness to you. Again I will | :11:11. | :11:15.
build you, and you shall be built, O Virgin Israel! Again you shall take | :11:16. | :11:21.
your tambourines, and go forth in the dance of the merrymakers. Again | :11:22. | :11:28.
you shall plant vineyards on the mountains of Samaria. The planters | :11:29. | :11:32.
shall plant, and shall enjoy the fruit. For there shall be a day when | :11:33. | :11:36.
sentinels will call in the hill country of Ephraim: "Come, let us go | :11:37. | :11:44.
up to Zion, to the Lord our God." Hear the word of the Lord. Thanks be | :11:45. | :11:48.
to God. A reading from the Acts of the | :11:49. | :13:49.
Apostles. Peter began to speak to those assembled in the house of | :13:50. | :13:54.
Cornelius. "I truly understand that God shows no partiality, but in | :13:55. | :13:57.
every nation anyone who fears him and does what is right is acceptable | :13:58. | :14:04.
to him. You know the message he sent to the people of Israel, preaching | :14:05. | :14:08.
peace by Jesus Christ - he is Lord of all. That message spread | :14:09. | :14:13.
throughout Judea, beginning in Galilee after the baptism that John | :14:14. | :14:22.
announced: how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and | :14:23. | :14:26.
with power: how he went about doing good and healing all who were | :14:27. | :14:29.
oppressed by the devil, for God was with him. We are witnesses to all | :14:30. | :14:35.
that he did both in Judea and in Jerusalem. They put him to death by | :14:36. | :14:41.
hanging him on a tree. But God raised him on the third day and | :14:42. | :14:45.
allowed him to appear, not to all the people but to us who were chosen | :14:46. | :14:50.
by God as witnesses, and who ate and drank with him after he rose from | :14:51. | :14:56.
the dead. He commanded us to preach to the people and to testify that he | :14:57. | :15:01.
is the one ordained by God as judge of the living and the dead. All the | :15:02. | :15:06.
prophets testify about him that everyone who believes in him | :15:07. | :15:09.
receives forgiveness of sins through his name." Hear the word of the | :15:10. | :15:11.
Lord. Thanks be to God. # Alleluia, Jesus risen Lord of | :15:12. | :15:38.
life. # Alleluia. | :15:39. | :15:54.
# Jesus risen Lord of life. # Alleluia. | :15:55. | :15:59.
# Alleluia. The Lord be with you. And also with | :16:00. | :16:18.
you. Hear the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ according to Matthew. | :16:19. | :16:34.
Glory to you, O Lord. After the sabbath, as the first day of the | :16:35. | :16:36.
week was dawning, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary went to see the tomb. | :16:37. | :16:38.
sabbath, as the first day of the week And suddenly there was a great | :16:39. | :16:41.
earthquake; for an angel of the Lord, descending from heaven, came | :16:42. | :16:45.
and rolled back the stone and sat on it. His appearance was like | :16:46. | :16:48.
lightning, and his clothing white as snow. For fear of him the guards | :16:49. | :16:55.
shook and became like dead men. But the angel said to the women, "Do not | :16:56. | :16:59.
be afraid; I know that you are looking for Jesus who was crucified. | :17:00. | :17:06.
He is not here; for he has been raised," as he said. "Come, see the | :17:07. | :17:13.
place where he lay. Then go quickly and tell his disciples, 'He has been | :17:14. | :17:17.
raised from the dead, and indeed he is going ahead of you to Galilee; | :17:18. | :17:21.
there you will see him.' This is my message for you." So they left the | :17:22. | :17:25.
tomb quickly with fear and great joy, and ran to tell his disciples. | :17:26. | :17:36.
Suddenly Jesus met them and said, "Greetings!" And they came to him, | :17:37. | :17:39.
took hold of his feet, and worshipped him. Then Jesus said to | :17:40. | :17:48.
them, "Do not be afraid; go and tell my brothers to go to Galilee; there | :17:49. | :17:52.
they will see me.'" This is the Gospel of Christ. | :17:53. | :18:04.
What is the connection between your belly button and today - Easter Day? | :18:05. | :19:11.
Our belly button tells us we once had an umbilical cord. We had a | :19:12. | :19:21.
beginning. We were born! The site of the empty tomb in the Holy | :19:22. | :19:24.
Sepulchre, Jerusalem is a place of Christian pilgrimage. 90 of us from | :19:25. | :19:27.
this diocese were there last November. For over 1,000 years it | :19:28. | :19:36.
has been called in Greek, the omphalos, the navel, the belly | :19:37. | :19:40.
button of the world. This is the place where many Christians believe | :19:41. | :19:47.
that the world was born afresh. Matthew's gospel, like the book of | :19:48. | :19:50.
Genesis, starts with its own 'In the beginning'. Now on the first day of | :19:51. | :19:56.
the week at dawn, in other words, 'in the beginning', Mary Magdalene | :19:57. | :19:59.
and the other Mary think they are coming to a death - but instead | :20:00. | :20:05.
discover birth. It is like the wise men in TS Eliot's poem who say, were | :20:06. | :20:10.
we led all that way for birth or death? Our belly buttons remind us | :20:11. | :20:19.
of birth but also of mortality. Birth and death are very close, just | :20:20. | :20:25.
marked by a time gap. The writer Iris Murdoch once said that if you | :20:26. | :20:28.
really want to understand another person, ask of what they are afraid. | :20:29. | :20:35.
Despite living longer, despite the advances of medicine, despite | :20:36. | :20:38.
hospice care, our fears about death have not disappeared. Forthcoming | :20:39. | :20:45.
proposed legislation about Assisted Suicide, in my view, is yet another | :20:46. | :20:48.
attempt to control this uncontrollable fear. I am very | :20:49. | :21:04.
conscious this Easter morning of those who are confused and angry, | :21:05. | :21:07.
families who are in grief and communities in great shock. Let me | :21:08. | :21:10.
speak of facing fear in my own life - as I recall looking at my younger | :21:11. | :21:19.
sister, lying in her coffin. A life cut short. An absence. An aching | :21:20. | :21:30.
grief. Did I just see pallid death or was there life and birth even | :21:31. | :21:37.
there? Then I saw how fear is still at work in me. I should have | :21:38. | :21:41.
realised, growing up in Northern Ireland during the 70s and 80s, that | :21:42. | :21:46.
violence breeds fear. Having recognised fear, I am discovering I | :21:47. | :21:50.
can live beyond it. God's grace is much more. There seems to be a | :21:51. | :21:55.
fearless space already cleared as if someone has prepared it for me. My | :21:56. | :22:07.
belly button will decay when I die. Like Richard III's remains found | :22:08. | :22:11.
yards from where I stand, I too will return to the earth. Like him I am | :22:12. | :22:15.
also marked with a baptismal cross, a scar of new birth and that will | :22:16. | :22:22.
not decay. John's gospel tells us that water and blood flowed from | :22:23. | :22:29.
Jesus's side - evidence of death? But where else does water and blood | :22:30. | :22:46.
flow? Of course it's birth! This morning at 6:30am our bishop | :22:47. | :22:49.
baptised 11 people. St Paul says that baptism is a burial into | :22:50. | :22:53.
Christ's death. Our candidates were drenched, like the waters of the | :22:54. | :22:57.
deepest ocean. For Christians, the chaos and fear of death has to first | :22:58. | :23:06.
be embraced. The Marys go to the tomb to face the cold, the slab, the | :23:07. | :23:12.
shroud. Instead they met light and life. In stark contrast, the guards | :23:13. | :23:17.
were unable to perceive this new thing and are gripped by fear. St | :23:18. | :23:23.
Matthew says they became like dead men. The Marys discover a birth out | :23:24. | :23:34.
of death. But the guards also make an Easter discovery. They find that | :23:35. | :23:37.
what they took for life is death. They choose to live as frightened | :23:38. | :23:42.
people. To both the fearful and the hopeful, the risen Jesus says - Do | :23:43. | :23:44.
not be afraid. Here in Leicester, I have seen that | :23:45. | :23:52.
it is possible to move beyond fear to a life reborn, a new humanity. | :23:53. | :24:00.
Emily is a Pioneer Youth Minister who runs a Youth Church in our | :24:01. | :24:05.
diocese. She grew up without a faith. There was a bible in her home | :24:06. | :24:10.
on the second shelf down, where all the fiction was kept. When her dad | :24:11. | :24:18.
suffered and died from cancer, fear came to the surface and was met by | :24:19. | :24:22.
love as she found herself unexpectedly going to church. She | :24:23. | :24:26.
became hungry to know more and read and studied and questioned. Two | :24:27. | :24:30.
years later she was baptised and confirmed. Two years on, she works | :24:31. | :24:35.
with young people, many of whom lack self-esteem, carry great burdens for | :24:36. | :24:38.
their age and know how debilitating fear can be. Emily says discovering | :24:39. | :24:46.
all this was a little embarrassing and very inconvenient but it has | :24:47. | :24:54.
been a rebirth. The world is no longer bleak. It is bleak for some. | :24:55. | :25:12.
Derogatory headlines about the poor don't help, as demand for food banks | :25:13. | :25:15.
accelerates. Christ was poor and his Easter people know that God's new | :25:16. | :25:18.
humanity is most especially for those in need. We've been here many | :25:19. | :25:32.
times before. In 1753 Charles Wesley founder of Methodism said, "So | :25:33. | :25:35.
wickedly, devilishly false, is that common objection, they are poor, | :25:36. | :25:38.
only because they are idle." Yet like then, the majority of children | :25:39. | :25:41.
in poverty come from hard working households. They are not idle. They | :25:42. | :26:00.
simply don't have enough money. Adjacent to the cathedral, at | :26:01. | :26:03.
churches in the city centre, and across this diocese, those who have | :26:04. | :26:07.
been freed from fear, reach out in generosity to feed their neighbours | :26:08. | :26:10.
and counter fear- mongering with the light of truth. Easter shows that | :26:11. | :26:13.
fear is not the last word. Through our baptism we meet sisters and | :26:14. | :26:20.
brothers of every hue. Unlike the stories which speak of the church in | :26:21. | :26:23.
terms of schism and dissent, instead I find community. When it comes to | :26:24. | :26:28.
living with difference, whether that is race, culture, gender or | :26:29. | :26:30.
sexuality, local churches and cathedrals are actually good at | :26:31. | :26:40.
living with diversity. We are still learning but we keep discovering a | :26:41. | :26:43.
deeper solidarity which overcomes fear. When the English Defence | :26:44. | :26:50.
League decided to come to Leicester, we came together in this cathedral | :26:51. | :26:53.
recognising that fearful vitriol aimed at one community was vitriol | :26:54. | :27:03.
aimed at us all. Every person finds welcome here as, in Christ, we | :27:04. | :27:06.
discover that difference need not mean fear. I know fear. The world | :27:07. | :27:20.
knows fear. At times the church can be fearful too. Yet our ultimate | :27:21. | :27:24.
fear, death, is defeated through the persistence of Christ's love now, | :27:25. | :27:35.
revealed in the Resurrection. Shaped by this God, a new humanity is born | :27:36. | :27:44.
whose song is Alleluia! Do not be afraid! | :27:45. | :27:55.
# O sons and daughters let us sing. # The King of heav'n the glorious | :27:56. | :28:21.
King. # O'er death today rose triumphing: | :28:22. | :28:28.
Alleluia. # That Easter morn at break of day. | :28:29. | :28:34.
# The faithful women went their way. # To seek the tomb where Jesus lay: | :28:35. | :28:37.
Alleluia. # An angel clad in white they see. | :28:38. | :28:54.
# Who sat and spake unto the three. # "Your Lord doth go to Galilee." | :28:55. | :28:56.
Alleluia. # That night th'apostles met in | :28:57. | :29:11.
fear. # Amidst them came their Lord most | :29:12. | :29:16.
dear. # And said, 'my peace be on all | :29:17. | :29:18.
here.' Alleluia. # On this most holy day of days. | :29:19. | :29:32.
# To God your hearts and voices raise. | :29:33. | :29:37.
# In laud and jubilee and praise: Alleluia. | :29:38. | :29:56.
In joy and hope we pray. Lord our Light and our Salvation: Hear our | :29:57. | :30:09.
prayer. That our risen Saviour may fill us with the joy of his glorious | :30:10. | :30:12.
and life-giving resurrection, and that we may find strength in the | :30:13. | :30:17.
good news of Easter. Lord our Light and our Salvation: Hear our prayer. | :30:18. | :30:28.
That he may provide for those who lack food, work, or shelter and help | :30:29. | :30:33.
us to do his will. We pray for our city, to continue to be a safe and | :30:34. | :30:38.
hospitable place for all. Lord our Light and our Salvation: Hear our | :30:39. | :30:47.
prayer. That he may reveal the light of his | :30:48. | :30:51.
presence to the sick, the weak and the dying. And especially at this | :30:52. | :31:03.
time, to those who have lost their loved ones in the ferry disaster of | :31:04. | :31:08.
the coast of South Korea. We pray that God may have mercy upon the | :31:09. | :31:12.
people of Syria, of all the Middle East and every place of war and | :31:13. | :31:18.
conflict. We pray for the peace of Jerusalem. Lord our Light and our | :31:19. | :31:27.
Salvation: Hear our prayer. We give thanks for those who have | :31:28. | :31:31.
gone before us and pray for trust and faith that Jesus Christ is the | :31:32. | :31:38.
pioneer of our salvation. Bring us with all the departed to glory | :31:39. | :31:41.
through his death and resurrection, and surround with your saints and | :31:42. | :31:44.
angels those who have died trusting your promises. Lord our Light and | :31:45. | :31:48.
our Salvation: Hear our prayer. # Hai dunia ka raja yesu hai dunia | :31:49. | :32:32.
ka. # Hai dunia ka raja yesu sath hai | :32:33. | :32:36.
tere vo. # Na ab tu ro ki yesu tujhe pyar | :32:37. | :32:42.
karta. # O-oh. | :32:43. | :32:44.
# Oh Yesu mujhe pyar karta. # O-oh. | :32:45. | :32:47.
# Vo sabse hai pyar karta aj khushiya manao logo. | :32:48. | :32:49.
# Oh Yesu mujhe pyar karta. # O-oh. | :32:50. | :32:51.
# Oh Yesu mujhe pyar karta. # O-oh. | :32:52. | :32:54.
# Vo sabse hai pyar karta aj khushiya manao logo. | :32:55. | :33:16.
# Apni jan suli per deke apni ja. # Apni jan suli per deke pyar kiya | :33:17. | :33:26.
sabko. # Na ab tu ro ki yesu tujhse pyar | :33:27. | :33:28.

Merciful Father. Accept these prayers, for the sake of your Son, | :34:06. | :34:14.
our Saviour Jesus Christ. Amen. Please stand. The risen Christ, the | :34:15. | :34:20.
Light of the World, came and stood among his disciples and said, "Peace | :34:21. | :34:23.
be with you." Then were they glad when they saw the Lord. Alleluia. | :34:24. | :34:33.
The peace of the Lord be always with you and also with you. Let us offer | :34:34. | :34:35.
one another a sign of peace. Be present, be present, Lord Jesus | :34:36. | :37:33.
Christ, our risen high priest, and make yourself known in the breaking | :37:34. | :37:45.
of the bread. Amen. The Lord be with you. And also with you. Lift up your | :37:46. | :37:52.
hearts. We lift them to the Lord. Let us give thanks to the Lord our | :37:53. | :37:55.
God. It is right to give Let us give thanks to the Lord our | :37:56. | :37:57.
praise. It is indeed right, our Let us give thanks to the Lord our | :37:58. | :38:01.
and our joy, always and everywhere Let us give thanks to the Lord our | :38:02. | :38:04.
to give you thanks, almighty and eternal Father. And in these days of | :38:05. | :38:07.
Easter to celebrate with joyful eternal Father. And in these days of | :38:08. | :38:11.
hearts the memory of your wonderful works. For by the mystery of his | :38:12. | :38:17.
passion Jesus Christ, your risen Son, has conquered the powers of | :38:18. | :38:21.
death and hell and restored in Son, has conquered the powers of | :38:22. | :38:28.
and women the image of your glory. He has placed them once more in | :38:29. | :38:34.
paradise and opened to them the gate of life eternal. | :38:35. | :38:35.
And so, in the joy of this Passover, earth and heaven resound with | :38:36. | :38:42.
gladness, while angels and earth and heaven resound with | :38:43. | :38:45.
archangels and the powers of all creation sing forever the hymn of | :38:46. | :38:48.
your glory: Sanctus. Sanctus., Sanctus, Dominus | :38:49. | :39:18.
Deus Sabaoth. Pleni sunt caeli et terra gloria | :39:19. | :39:21.
tua. Hosanna in excelsis. Hosanna in | :39:22. | :39:56.
excelsis. Hosanna in excelsis. Hosanna in excelsis. Hosanna in | :39:57. | :40:07.
excelsis. Hosanna in excelsis. Hosanna in excelsis. Hosanna in | :40:08. | :40:10.
excelsis. Lord, you are holy indeed, the | :40:11. | :40:31.
source of all holiness; grant that by the power of your Holy Spirit, | :40:32. | :40:34.
and according to your by the power of your Holy Spirit, | :40:35. | :40:42.
these gifts of bread and wine may be to us the body and blood of our Lord | :40:43. | :40:49.
Jesus Christ; who, in the same night that he was betrayed, took bread | :40:50. | :40:49.
Jesus Christ; who, in the same night gave you thanks; he broke it and | :40:50. | :40:51.
Jesus Christ; who, in the same night gave it to his disciples, saying: | :40:52. | :40:59.
Take, eat. This is my body which is given for you. Do this in | :41:00. | :41:13.
remembrance of me. In the same way, after supper he took the cup and | :41:14. | :41:18.
gave you thanks. He gave it to them, saying: Drink this, all of you; this | :41:19. | :41:22.
is my blood of the new covenant, which is shed for you and for many | :41:23. | :41:28.
for the forgiveness of sins. Do which is shed for you and for many | :41:29. | :41:32.
this, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of me. Jesus Christ is | :41:33. | :41:43.
Lord: Lord, by your cross and resurrection you have set us free. | :41:44. | :41:53.
You are the Saviour of the world. And so, Father, calling to mind his | :41:54. | :41:59.
death on the cross, his perfect sacrifice made once for the sins of | :42:00. | :42:05.
the whole world: rejoicing in his mighty resurrection and glorious | :42:06. | :42:08.
the whole world: rejoicing in his ascension, and looking for his | :42:09. | :42:10.
coming in glory, we celebrate this memorial of our redemption. As we | :42:11. | :42:15.
offer you this our sacrifice of praise and thanksgiving, we bring | :42:16. | :42:21.
before you this bread and this cup and we thank you for counting us | :42:22. | :42:26.

your people and gather into one in your kingdom all who share | :42:41. | :42:45.
your people and gather into one in bread and one cup, so that we, in | :42:46. | :42:53.
the company of the blessed Virgin Mary, St Martin, the apostles and | :42:54. | :42:54.
all the saints, may praise and glorify you forever, through Jesus | :42:55. | :43:03.
all the saints, may praise and the Holy Spirit, all honour and | :43:04. | :43:05.
glory be yours, almighty Father, forever and ever. Amen. | :43:06. | :43:16.
Rejoicing in God's new creation, as our Saviour taught us, so we pray: | :43:17. | :43:22.
Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. | :43:23. | :43:56.
We break this bread to share in the body of Christ. Though we are many, | :43:57. | :44:04.
we are one body, because we all share in one bread. Alleluia. | :44:05. | :44:19.
Christ, our Passover is sacrificed for us. Therefore let us keep the | :44:20. | :44:21.
feast. Alleluia. # Agnus Dei, qui tollis peccata | :44:22. | :45:49.

the powers of death. He turns our sorrow into dancing and through the | :52:22. | :52:25.
water of his baptism we have new life. Alleluia! Christ is risen. He | :52:26. | :52:36.

everlasting life. Amen. God the Son, who in bursting the grave has won a | :52:52. | :52:55.
glorious victory, give you joy as you share the Easter faith. Amen. | :52:56. | :53:03.
