-But the biggest shock of all was

-match in Cardiff eight years ago.

-in Pool A against Uruguay.

-Uruguay were Wales' opponents.

-A chance for one young man...

-an international tournament...

-..to show off his skills.

-The first World Cup game...

-..and you're picked in the centre

-against Uruguay in the stadium.

-How did that feel?

-I thought they would go

-with Jamie and Scott.

-When they told me I was starting,

-I was very happy.

-A chance to play

-at the Rugby World Cup.

-It was great to be picked and then

-I prepared myself for the game.

-It was probably the biggest game

-I've played.

-What was your emotion at the time?

-It's not nice.

-a few days later.

-Neither scenario is nice,

-but at least this time...

-..I could prepare myself mentally

-for what was to come.

-It was great to be named

-..in possibly my only ever game

-at a World Cup.

-I scored three tries

-and was Man of the Match.

-Not a bad one to go out on.

-That victory was expected

-but the next test was huge.

-The English here at HQ.

-This time, a young scrum half...

-..who'd never started a test

-match before the World Cup...

-..was ready to shine.

-The Scarlets' scrum half

-was about to join the immortals.

-There because of injury

-and heartbreak for Rhys Webb...

-..during the build-up.

-Wales against England...

-..possibly the biggest ever game

-in World Cup history...

-..not just in the 2015 tournament.

-There you were starting your second

-game for Wales on that stage.

-How did it feel?

-I remember coming off the bus

-in Twickenham.

-We had about two or three hundred

-yards to walk into the stadium.

-There were thousands of people

-and I remember that moment.

-Were there Welsh people there?

-Were there Welsh people there?

-Yes, a lot of Welsh.

-More Welsh than English!

-What do you have to say

-as you look at that?

-It was quite a moment.

-Lloyd came on for Liam.

-I remember thinking,

-and I was blowing...

-..that because Lloyd was on,

-I couldn't go off!

-To be fair to Lloyd,

-he did a great job out on the wing.

-Talk us through that moment.

-Was there time to think?

-I didn't have time to think really.

-I can remember the ball spinning

-and it wasn't bouncing kindly.

-I knew it was going to be tough

-to pick it up.

-Will that moment stay with you

-for the rest of your life?

-Yes, I'm sure it's one of the

-best moments of my career so far.

-Hopefully,

-I can experience a few more.

-There were still ten minutes to go

-and we had to win the game.

-Dan Biggar had a penalty.

-What goes through your mind?

-You're in this picture as well.

-I like to stand behind the kickers.

-You hope to see the ball

-Once we got the chance,

-I knew Dan would be confident.

-I was crossing my fingers.

-To be fair to him,

-it was quite a kick.

-We managed to win from there.

-There were a couple of seconds left

-and I was watching the referee.

-Dan was standing behind me.

-The ref was shouting "Use it" but I

-knew there were a couple of seconds.

-I threw the pass and as it got

-to him, the clock turned red.

-It was quite a moment.

-I'll never forget it.

-While you were celebrating

-that victory and that try...

-..another player who is now

-also a Scarlet, DTH van der Merwe...

-..was celebrating scoring one of the

-tries of the tournament for Canada.

-We actually get

-quite a lot of stick.

-If the boys see us sitting

-..they ask if it's the World Cup

-Wales had very little time

-to relax and enjoy that victory.

-just five days after the game.

-2007 it was never going to be easy.
