champions. Hello, it's NFL Week 14. And there are plenty of play-off

places up for grabs. In the NFC, Carolina are the south division

champions and guaranteed a play-off place. Arizona, Washington are the

other division leaders. Minnesota and Seattle are our wild cards with

Tampa Bay and Atlanta looking on. In Week there was all change, division

leaders Denver became the top, looking for a bye on wild card

weekend. New England dropped and end plots are the other division leader.

The Chiefs occupy the wild card, Pittsburgh, buffalo and Houston away

-- await any slip-ups. Of the 32 teams that started the race to bow

0, only Cleveland had been eliminating going into Week 14.

Jason Bell is here and we begin with two teams from the NFC with

but we are in. And we always take great pride in that to win twice

against two very physical fronts, I'm pleased with that. Just felt

like a weird game, you know, they had all of these guys injured,

playing corners at safety and weird stuff, you weren't quite sure what

they would get. They couldn't do what they wanted to do and we

practised all week. You get to the game, you don't know who is active

until last night, you know, or yesterday we found out a bunch of

guys are down and you start to prepare for different things. It

shows a lot about this team, how well we are coached and prepared.

sends the guy to the ground and not only does he sack the quarterback he

for them is crushal. The offensive line, they are not able to protect

Russell Wilson. If they don't run the football he will get punished.

as is, he will be in the cast and basically we will go week to week

with things. He won't play this week. As we move forward we will see

how he is up and every week. It will be up to Andy and the doctors. It's

unfortunate that of it happened at this point in the time in the

season. I will get back as quickly as I can to help this team. There is

people that are way worse off as I can to help this team. There is

people that are way worse off than I am. We spoke before about being

pessimistic and fatalstic. Even they must be slightly surprised at 9 fact

that they lose their quarterback to an interception of his own. I'm

worried of Cincinnati. They could overcome injuries on the defensive

side. Guys can step up. When your quarterback goes down at this time

of the year. On the road to the play-offs it's hard to bounce back

from that. But they have the 49'ers to come and Broncos. Steelers 8-5.

They are going to have enough to get into the play-offs aren't they? You

would hope so. But that quarterback now, the back-up, went to Alabama

and that is a problem. Why is it a problem? Why? Because no quarterback

from the University of Alabama has won a game in 27 years in the NFL, I

don't think it's going to happen this week. You don't think that they

can beat San Francisco? I don't think so. You can't go against

history. They will still think that they can catch the bangles. More

retained their wild card with a regulation win. Ryan Fitzgerald

streak to seven maintaining their lead in the wild card race. Wilson

grabbed the game's only touchdown as they disposed of San Diego in a

tight defensive game. That will do it, the game is over! Indianapolis

six and seven, Houston six and seven. They meet next week. Does the

winner of that win the division? I think so. Division isn't playing

well right now. Those two teams coming off of losses. I think

Indianapolis will win the game. They both got problems at quarterback. We

don't know who will be out there. I got to go with Houston. I think they

will step it up and make of it happen. When you look at the Broncos

and the defeat to Raiders how damaging could that be considering

that they have got the Steelers and bangles to play over the next couple

of weeks? Because it's tight between the three of them when you look at

it, wild cards and division win. They have got a tough run ahead of

'em. Now this is a good reason to squeeze. They are tight games. They

have to get an excuse. Do you think a little bit, I mean, they won't

have wanted to have lost. Do you think they will be looking for an

excuse? Yeah, I mean, Payton wasn't playing well. He is not bad enough

to sit him for the rest of the season like everybody said that they

should. How could you do that? We are talking one of the best

quarterbacks in history. This is when you need 'em right now. This is

why you got 'em. He is the guy to take you deep into the play-offs.

Exactly. Now, this week we visited Green Bay for the match-up with the

Cowboys and a repeat from 1967. Dallas is still in with a chance of

making the play-offs. They have to beat a resurging pack, still what is

canning in the glory of the hail Mary win from last week. They have a

history of that sort of thing. December 1967 versus Dallas, the NFL

championship. Anybody who has the idea that just the play, to take

part is all that's necessary is in the wrong business. I think he is in

the wrong country. One of the things that made America great is to try to

be the best in everything that they do. And the best again is signified

by winning. The small city of Green Bay, home of the Packers, the only

community-owned team in the NFL. It's a very unique franchise.

we have a waiting list up to 129,000 for season ticket holders. It is a

unique place. It's a little town up in the north-east and 150,000

people. And they take on teams from New York, Chicago, and the neat part

about it is that they usually beat 'em. We all get-together, about six

families, we meet at his house, we go to church on Sunday morning, come

home and get ready for the game. And we do that every year.

CHEERING . The far north, bleak at this time

of the year. But Green Bay is warmly known as title town. The Green Bay

Packers are the most successful team in NFL history. I think the

advantage that we have is our great history and tradition. If you walk

through the player area you see all kinds of pictures of passed

championship teams, great players and coaches so that the players know

that they are part of something bigger than just themselves. As a

special place to be a part of this organisation in this fan base is

unbelievable. We won more World Championships than any other team

with 13. We are hoping Championships than any other team

with 13. We are hoping to get another one soon. Wrong wrong, it's

going to get there. He turned 32 yesterday. Does he have a finishing

moment in him? In the end zone! For the win! A game in there for the

Packers. They have got a chance. Any time you go to around wrong wrong at

quarterback they have got a chance. They are going to have to play

better than what they played the last couple of weeks. Ot a chance.

the hands of Sam Shields. Good work by this Packers defense. Still no

awful tough for defense. You overplay the run, trying to stop it.

Stark's moves. He has been doing it throughout the game. Inside,

blocking in the run game and what a great run, great execution by that

offensive line. They were good throughout that drive. Fourth and

five. Quick throw, incomplete for McFadden. And the Cowboys will turn

it over. He has got a touchdown. We talked about the Seahawks as z a

team with experience, they start to hit their stride. I know this is one

game. This is a team that not a lot of people want to face either with

the experience they have playing in some big games. It's fantastic. It's

the greatest feeling in the world. You can see it during the game, you

saw the way, best fans in football. It's an incredible place to play,

incredible organisation to be a part of. To be able to pick up a win like

we did tonight is huge for our fan base. I think the weather we have

been having up here, a great job to keep that in shape. Hell, 50 degrees

for a December game, I think that's playing with the

That was great. I would take that over snow any day. The teams that

really start to hit their stride going into the play-offs tend to

fair very well. We have three weeks left. We got to take care of

business. No means have we qualified for the play-offs yet. Hopefully, we

can keep it in our stride. I have got to throw a shout-out to Spurs,

thank you for watching us. We'll keep trying to play well. Probably

not the shout-out to Spurs after they were beaten by Newcastle.

the momentum such as it is in sport is with them? They are back to

running the ball. And you got to do that right now, because that's going

to prepare you for the play-offs, you got to run the ball and in bad

weather. There is a big change, we spoke about this, the coach called

the players in that game. He hadn't been doing that earlier in the

season. Absolutely. This is a guy who has his finger on the pulse of

the team. Always had on the Green Bay Packers. They are running the

ball a lot more, it's December like Jason said - you have to be able to

pound the football in there. That's why they are winning games right

now. And the weather there - once we are into the latter part of the

season, that will make a big difference. You must both have

experienced it. Yeah, it's hard to hold the ball, they can't throw the

same. You got to be able to play in that weather and you have to be able

to run the ball. 300 pounds running back, Eddie running downhill at you.

Nobody wants to tackle that guy, man. Nobody. And you would also back

the experience of Rogers over maybe the inexperience, if you are looking

at the Vikings and Packers. True. Like you said, with Mike Carter

calling the players, the commentistry is back. He has done it

before in the play-offs. Time to roundup the NFC east, Dallas left

the door open for the other three teams to make their mark. We start

were eliminated from play-off contention. First catching a

controversial 6 yard pass originally called incomplete and overcalled to

tie the scores in the third quarter. No doubting this game winner,

their 7th consecutive east title. On Sunday the Eagles scraped a win

against the Bills after going toe-to-toe all afternoon it was an

Ed Reynolds interception in the final minute that sealed the game

for the homeside and kept it in the mix for the division. What a

two-week turn around it has been for the Eagles going for a second

straight Sunday. And Washington completed a three-way tie as they

outlasted Chicago in the wind city. Although they will be thanking Rob

Golden who missed a 50 yard to tie the game inside the final two

minutes. I love that, you trying to put enthusiasm into your voice with

the Washington win. Have they surprised you this season? They are

stip topping it even though they are six and seven? No doubt about that.

I first said that they would bench Robbie. Kurt has always been up and

down. He doesn't always play well all of the time. I thought that they

would be done. Playing the way they have been playing so far,

unbelievable. How do you view the bigger pictures with the Giants,

Eagles, all six and seven? I'm still running with the Giants. I thought

you might. They have the best quarterback. And late in the season,

on your way to the play-offs that's what you need - you have a guy out

there making the throws. That's what we talked a lot about tonight - that

experience and momentum. And it's the experience of Manning and the

flare of Beckham Junior that means that you put them ahead of the

other? Absolutely the experience. The Giants have been through this so

many times before. They have been in this situation when I was there on

numerous occasions and they always found a way too come through. I

don't think it will be any different this year. Their quarterback is a

great quarterback and they have not a rookie but in the second year. If

all their games finished with a minute and a half left on the clock
