yourself it even herds you and your pride. I have so many friends that

the football club behind-the-scenes. I hope their jobs are saved as a

result of the club going down. It is easy for the players. Sometimes

you do not think of the other people at the heart of a football

club. That is what is worrying me. If it had not already begun, after

the writing game, how do the likes of Morgan and Dean Saunders tried

to win back the fans, air that is at all possible? They have to come

up with some sort of plan to get the team back where they should be.

sneaking through. It is incredible. They have been on a run of form.

They will be so disappointed at the end of this season. They were doing

so well. But they have gone on this run of results. It has been the

goal scoring that has not done enough for them. Anything with

decent consistency in their form and they would have been up there.

Eight wins out of 16, even five, they would then not find themselves

in this position. Forest could end the season with 70 points which is

incredible considering what has gone on in that club this season.

Let us be honest, when Billy walked in it looked like they had

they have a good chance of winning at home. The warm form has been

sensational form off all throughout the season. They will just want to

play it tight and not go for it too much in the first game. Northampton

also have an excellent record. Cheltenham recently beat

Northampton and they will have that under their belts. If I was a

betting man I would have the two of them in the final. Would you? This

time of year it is not just promotion and relegation that is

decided. Hundreds of young footballers dream of being the next

David Beckham. The reality is that a good number of teenagers are

released by professional clubs. Our reporter has been to meet one young

man who has a new plan. He has a new goal. The court they'll use a

keen player has had a lifelong ambition of becoming a professional

footballer but now his teams have - - dreams have turned to child

stardom. I'd just like to have fun on the stage and show people what I

do. I come across as a bit cheeky. He has been at Port Vale since the

age of nine. Now at 18 he is one of hundreds of youngsters being

released by clubs right across the country. The reality is that by the

age of 1860 % of apprentices will be released. By the time they are

21 another 5% are looking for further career options. This boy is

one of the lucky ones. It means he can now concentrate on his music

career. The time you need to spend on the football side of a full-time

job. He cannot be out doing a gig until the early hours of the

morning and then coming in to train. I think we have made the right

decision. Port Vale have a awarded three professional contracts. Five

have been shown the door. The League football education looks

after the welfare of 1,200 youngsters at 81 clubs. No what

everyone is a Wayne Rooney or a Robin van Persie burning huge

amounts every week. A lot of the players have to think of what they

will do at the end of their playing days. We, as an organisation, do a

lot of things to help. Things like to hear events which we win. Even

for Orly with his chance of stardom it is hard for him to stay goodbye

to all he has ever known. -- Olly. What is the one thing you will take

away? All the support that the staff have given me. I tried to be

the best that football as I will add singing as well. I just want to

make my family proud. He has been raised to it from a small child

from when he could kick a ball. He has always wanted to entertain. He

used to shout mum, mum, come back and look at my new tricks. I cannot

say enough about them. He is a good lad. It is just him. It is how we

see them just as our Sun. He did not start singing until two years

ago. Then he won a competition to perform in front of 15,000 people

and that is when it snowballed. How do you feel when you are up on that

stage? Does it feel right? Yes, I get a buzz gum I love to sing with

large crowds in front of me and make sure they are having a good

time. I just want to get moving and have fun. As long as I am having

fun when I am doing it. He has dozens of Giggs lined up.

Yes. It is one thing been released that the team but sometimes younger

ones that nine or 10 years old. That is a difficult thing to cope

with. I retired at the age of 27 with an injury. I had to come out

into the real world and get a real job. It is really tough. The

support is not there. I think the PFA and other people do a lot more

than they did in our day. You do not realise how difficult it is for

these kids when they leave a football club. Some people I know

of have gone down the wayside, others have regrouped. A couple of

the lads I know, one is a quantity surveyor, another is a top

accountant but it took them some time to get back to a good level.

Some of them because they are fit they are did at bobsleigh or other

sports. Kelly Holmes has a charity. Some of the guys have gone and one

is representing the Olympics in the bobsleigh team. There are other

sports. And a boy there, he sounds like he has a decent voice. I did

then that would be something that I did do! It is great for Rickett to

be able to go to something like that. Go from one great area to

another for a lad like that, good luck to them. Graham Turner and the

shoes were promoted seven points It is then! Jacobs and again! And

3-0! We nearly paid a heavy price for it but the enthusiasm and

energy we showed almost of the game was first class. It is cleared

away! Then it rebounds into the back of the net. Notts County have

performance overall. In the first half they scored a scrappy goal and

then we got back into it and got the equaliser. Now a consolation

goal. He drills it underneath the deeper. It is not the Birmingham

City that has been away from Orme this year. Not compact, not

Disappointment there at Birmingham but we mention shoes Bury Town

because they are one of the favourites to make a return to

League 2. The air in League 1 for next season and where in the

relegation zone before Christmas. They have done terribly well.

German is a really good man. He has close links with Wolverhampton

Borderers. He could be a good chairman of the ball. Along with

Coventry, it has been a season of ups and downs so what can we expect

for next season? A bit of stability in the management position would

benefit the club but definitely the have got to be in the play-offs.

Notts County, the manager has got to be making sure that they are at

least in and around the play-offs and hopefully get up. And the

summer is time for a newish managers to stamp their mark on be

playing staff. It is the budgets and what kind of players you can

attract. Some of the Premier clubs and allowing their did kids to go

to lower divisions you have to be in the market to bring those kids

in. There will be 3,000 going to Molineux next season in League 1?

There will be some great local derbies. We do not know the

situation just yet. We do not want to count our chickens but we were

seeing at the top of the sure it has been difficult for them.
